Chapter 13: The Kage summit.
Close to a large building in the land of Iron
"Itachi. Do you know why I brought you here?" Shannon asked.
"No. I don't know why you killed me either." Itachi answered.
"Fine, I will tell you. Sasuke Uchiha. I heard he has quite the hatred towards you. But the reason he did so just doesn't add up with the evidence I found." Shannon claimed.
"What are you talking about?" Itachi asked.
"You murdered your entire clan except for Sasuke to test your mettle and claimed you never loved him. Then why did you spare him? And according to a few sources you worked with the Konoha council and the 3rd hokage as a double agent in the hopes of a peaceful resolution to the coup the Uchiha were planning. You were given a choice by Danzo. Kill the clan and spare Sasuke. Or support the Uchiha and you all would die. You chose the village. So, you never killed the clan to prove your strength rather you killed them to save your clan. So, I have a theory and I will force you to answer the truth so no use hiding It. you did care about Sasuke and wanted him to seek vengeance so he can get strong enough to kill you. Is this true?" Shannon asked.
"Yes, all of it. But what are you planning on doing to Sasuke?" Itachi questioned.
"I'm going to force you to tell him the truth via a new jutsu I created. And stop his quest for vengeance and to foil snake man's plan. If he chooses to abandon his ways of revenge, I will spare his life and he returns to Konoha. If he desires to Kill Orochimaru you will train him to become strong enough to kill Orochimaru with the help of all those I reincarnate. If he desires to do neither of these things, I will kill him and use him as my weapon while you are forced to watch." Shannon explained.
"Don't do this. I'm begging you. I want him to kill me and be hailed as a hero by Konoha." Itacho begged.
"Fuck that way of thinking because I don't think you realize this, but he could fall into eternal darkness if I don't stop him now." Shannon retorted.
"Now let's go." Shannon said.
Inside the building
Sasuke is walking alone.
"Hey Uchiha kid." Shannon called out.
"What do you want?" Sasuke questioned.
"I have someone who you will be glad to see." Shannon answered.
Itachi appears seemingly out of thin air.
Sasuke is shocked.
Sasuke ready's his chidori.
"I have been waiting to do this for years. DIE!" Sasuke shouts.
Sasuke charges towards Itachi. Shannon sees this and kicks sasuke down to the ground.
"Listen up Uchiha. Itachi has important shit to tell you." Shannon said, cracking a smile.
"I hate you, Shannon. Sasuke, The Uchiha were planning a coup. I was a double agent giving information to the Konoha council and 3rd hokage. But peace was not an option for the Uchiha. So, Danzo gave me a choice: support the Uchiha and get all of the Uchiha's killed or wipe out the clan before the coup started and be allowed to spare you. I chose you. So, I killed the entire clan except for you. I was tormented with guilt, so I manipulated you to foster your hatred and one day kill me and be hailed as a hero. I'm sorry Sasuke." Itachi explained and apologized.
"I don't believe you." Sasuke responded.
'Well Believe it. I used Psycho Mind Transmission to gather all these facts. Then I used Psycho forcing jutsu to force him to tell you what happened. Now I'm going to give you two choices. Abandon your hatred and return to Konoha or Help me kill Orochimaru then return to Konoha. Also, I killed Itachi so he's already dead and you can't exact your revenge." Shannon explained.
"How could you kill Itachi?" Sasuke questioned.
"I can bring anybody back to life, so I Brought the 2nd hokage back to life and he and a shadow clone killed them with a swift sword to the heart. I distracted Itachi by faking your death and kidnapped your fangirl Sakura and made it seem like she killed you but in reality, I kidnapped the poor girl and used her as a tool. Don't worry Tobirama took her back to Konoha secretly." Shannon explained.
"What is this feeling? I don't have any hatred anymore. Itachi cared for me the entire time. He spared my life and felt so guilty about it he wanted me to kill him so I can be hailed as a hero." Sasuke thought to himself.
"So, what will it be?" Shannon questioned.
"Help me kill Orochimaru for manipulating me." Sasuke answered.
"Alright. It will happen during the Kage Summit. " Shannon replied.
Sasuke nods in agreement.
Sasuke walks into the meeting room of the Kage summit. The summit begins.
At the kage summit.
"Alright! The kage summit will begin now. We are here to figure out a way to stop this war from claiming anymore lives. The Fuhrer, what do you want?" Mifune questioned
The Fuhrer is wearing an attire that conceals his true appearance.
" Lebensraum, living space for the Aryan race. We request at least one great country like the land of lightning become a part of the 4th Reich." The Fuhrer answered.
Chance laughs hysterically.
"Will you shut up!"
A Kage hits chance over the head.
"What do you think you were doing?!" Chance questioned with fury.
Chance sees the Kage and smiles. Blaze blushes
"It's nice to see you again Blaze." Chance said,
"Chance, is that really you? I'm so sorry, I couldn't identify you with your voice being that deep." Blaze apologized.
"It's alright." Chance accepted.
"Rotakage What do you find amusing?" Mifune questioned.
"The ridiculous demands he is making. He wants an entire country to be just given to him. He barely has any military success outside of a few fluke victories against weak opponents. Not to mention he is a megalomaniac, a racist, and a fascist who is as we speak killing people in camps. And if he is not doing that right now, I would bet my life he will do it again like his madman ancestor." Chance answered.
The kages are surprised by the answer.
"That is simply not true. I have no interest in genocide. Nor does he have any evidence to support his claims." The Fuhrer denied.
"Why name yourself the 4th Reich if you're not going to do the same shit the 3rd Reich did? You want living space for your race and your race only. We don't have much information on you but if we did, I guarantee it would reveal your intentions of taking over the world and massacring millions." Chance accused.
"These accusations have no weight." The Fuhrer responded.
"I think every village should investigate this matter." Chance proposed.
"You're not that great of a peacemaker. But anyway, Feudal lords, are you willing to give up your lands to keep the peace?" Mifune questioned.
"No." They said in unison.
"I was expecting that. Unless I get land, there will be war." The Fuhrer declared.
"Not if I have anything to say about it." Chance thought maliciously.
Chance grabs his hidden rifle, but Blaze quickly grabs Chance's wrist.
"Drop it." Blaze said.
"What is going on with you two?" Mifune asked.
"Nothing sir, just a little disagreement. Please allow us to settle this outside." Chance wished.
"Fine." Mifune replied.
Chance and Blaze leave the building and go a short distance away from the building.
"Chace, what were you thinking?! You can't just assassinate a government figure!" Blaze scolded.
"I have too. If I don't stop him now, more lives will be lost, both shinobi and civilians. It will bring scars that will never heal." Chance argued.
"Another one of his fellow men will take the reins, killing him won't change anything." Blaze said.
"Blaze. I have a plan. Killing him would be a huge crushing blow to the Reich morally and I assume the Fuhrer is strong so killing him would benefit the allies. And I have weapons of mass destruction that I will deploy on the 4th Reich. They won't be able to defend themselves. My pets will bring an end to this war." Chance explained his plan.
"Pets?" Blaze questioned.
"Matatabi and Kurama." Chance answered.
"How did you get your hands on two tailed beasts?" Blaze asked.
"Corrie removes them from jinchuriki. Keeps them alive. Yakumo uses powerful genjutsu to control them. And that's how it's done." Chance explained.
"I see." Blaze responded.
Suddenly they see a group of shinobi in the distance running at fast speed.
"Chance, Alert the other kages and their bodyguards." Blaze ordered.
"Yes ma'am." Chance replied.
Chance dashes back inside.
At the Kage summit
"Everyone listen up!" Chance yells.
"There is an upcoming attack. Get the feudal lords out of here and the rest of you help her fight!" Chance yells.
The feudal lords are escorted out and the rest of the kages and their bodyguards.
When they leave the building, they see the group of shinobi throwing kunai and explosive tags at the building.
The kages immediately engage in combat with these shinobi. The only problem is they're too damn fast to hit. Even with the size advantage. The Raikage the fastest Kage, there can't even hit them. They activate the paper bombs and every Kage, and their bodyguard avoids damage from the explosions.
The shinobi grab their swords and are about to swiftly kill the Kage. But explosions erupt from the ground killing them. Blaze emerges from the ground.
"Sly cat. I knew she wouldn't have been defeated that easily. She went underground, somehow activating an explosion with a good radius to kill them. If I were to fight her, I can't even guarantee my own safety." Chance thought.
"That was easy." Blaze remarked.
Orochimaru is trapped in a Tsukuyomi.
"Itachi!" Orochimaru shouts.
"It's not my choice." Itachi replies.
"Why are you wearing an eyepatch?" Orochimaru questioned.
"Shannon Moore. He has my left mangekyo sharingan." Itachi answered.
"My old disciple. Why would he do this?" Orochimaru asked.
"I do not know. He seems to have a grudge against you for unexplained reasons." Itachi answered.
"I have no idea why." Orochimaru replied.
"I know why Shannon betrayed me but I'm not telling Itachi." Orochimaru thought.
Itachi continuously stabs Orochimaru for 72 hours in three seconds. Orochimaru falls to the ground. Sasuke impales Orochimaru's chest with a Chidori, killing Orochimaru. Shannon cheers.
"Great job Sasuke! Hahahahahahaha! One country down, a few more to go. Onoki, Hanzo, Ishikage your pursuits for power will be your downfall. 4th Reich, your downfall has already happened, you just don't realize it." Shannon proclaimed.
Kabuto attacks Shannon but he dodges and retreats with Itachi and Sasuke. Onoki, Hanzo and the Ishikage decide not to fight. Kabuto is determined to get revenge on Shannon and company. Senbon comes from all sides and kab uto is unable to dodge and hundreds of senbon strike Kabuto. Kabuto falls to the ground. Zaku impales him with a sword.
"Great job everybody. Kabuto is a strong shinobi. A worthy reanimation." Shannon praised.
They take Kabuto to Shannon's secret meeting place.
The summit continues. No one is willing to give up their land. The axis kage walk out on the summit. The summit ends.
