The group was flying to Yu's castle only to see it start crumbling down.
"What's going on?" Alexis questioned seeing that.
Soon a large beam of light exited as The Legendary Exodia Incarnated flew out of the castle's crumbling remains.
"That's Marcel, but where are the others?" Naoto questioned.
"Hey!" They heard Blair's voice as they looked seeing Marcel, Blair, and a unconscious Yu without his armor in Exodia's arms with Blair waving over to them.
"What happened to him?" Jaden asked seeing that.
They flew over as Marcel said, "Come on let's get back to the village!"
Jaden nodded.
"What about the others who were with you in the castle?" Chie asked him nervously.
"They all gotten out when the castle started to collapse." Blair assured as they flew back to the village.
She nodded as they arrived. They lowered down as Marcel called, "Hey our friend needs a doctor!"
Hearing that a few spirits came over to see if they could help. After Yu was taken away they regroup at the Inn.
"You beat him that easily?" Jasmine asked in shock having heard how Marcel and Blair defeated Yu.
"No it's really not easy." Marcel admitted with the shake of his head.
"It sounded like you had an easy time to me." Aster pointed out only to frown. "But... what about what Jaden told us?"
"The Light of Destruction, and the Darkness of Justice really are the power of the Personas together?" Blair asked them.
"Exactly, and Yubel being the first Persona to exist." Naoto nodded.
"Well you guys are Persona Users. What can she do if she's the origin?" Marcel asked them.
"Who knows, but it can't be good." Yosuke frowned.
"Well now we got Yu, and Jaden, Yubel now has to face us herself right?" Atticus asked at that.
"Hopefully." Zane nodded.
"I hope Yu is alright. What happened to him?" Chie asked worried for the Investigation Team's leader.
Jaden frowned. "It's my fault."
"We didn't know how Yu ended up here with Jesse, and Yubel, Jaden." Syrus said looking at his best friend who had shed his Haou armor off after they arrived in the inn.
"It was my power that kept him here... I'm the reincarnation of the Supreme King, which means Yubel and I are the same." Jaden pointed out. "He was never brainwashed, he was trying to destroy me... and honestly, you should have let him.
"What do you mean never brainwashed?" Aster asked him hearing that.
"Exactly what I said Aster." Jaden told him. "Yu wasn't being controlled by anyone."
"But that can't be true! Yu wasn't acting like he normally was, and he had yellow eyes like a Shadow!" Axel argued.
Jaden stared at him. "Shadows aren't the only ones with yellow eyes, and if Yu really was under the control of a Shadow why would he let you leave?"
"Let us leave?" Jim asked with a raised eyebrow confused at that.
"He offered to let you all go home, back to Academy Island instead of this dimension." Jaden clarified. "Yu fully intended on dying here along with me and Yubel... I'm sure he still does."
"But how exactly did he find out about Haou?" Alexis asked the big question.
"He must have figured it out after your match with Aster." Naoto realized. "The first time he used the Evil HERO cards, if you combine that with the connection Yubel had with Jaden and the fact that you had a persona previously it would be a simple matter of connecting the pieces to come to the conclusion the Supreme King and Jaden were connected in some way, the name itself wouldn't be needed in that case."
"But still now that we know the big picture we have an advantage against Yubel assuming Yu won't try anything else now." Yosuke said to them, "We all got through to our dark selves before, we can help Yu with his too."
"It could be a while before he wakes up, and I think we all need some rest before we try and rescue Jesse." Yukiko pointed out.
"Will you be alright with it Yuki-chan? You, and Jesse have a special bond after all." Teddie asked her.
"I think so." she nodded. "Thanks Teddie."
Teddie smiled before they all went to their rooms to rest for their inevitable clash against Yubel.
Later...
Yosuke who was watching over Yu was carefully looking as he rest before Yu's hand twitch which he noticed, "Hey, partner you alright?"
Yu slowly opened his eyes before wincing as he sat up with his hand on his head. "What... Yosuke?"
Yosuke helps him sat up, "How are you feeling?"
"A little tired, you and the others should go Yosuke." Yu told him. "It's not safe for you to be here."
"We came back for you, Jaden, and Jesse, partner." Yosuke told him, "And then next Jaden told us you try to kill him, putting your own life on the line to do that? Why didn't you want us to help you?"
Yu flinched slightly. "This is something I need to do by myself."
"Had you forgotten what all of us are fighting for? We're all fighting together!" Yosuke said to him.
"Yosuke..." Yu frowned before closing his eyes.
"He's right." a familiar voice said to him as they looked seeing Marie is at the doorway.
Yu's eyes widened seeing her. "Marie..."
"Stupidselflessjerk." Marie pouted before walking over to him, "You gave all of us a heart attack when you weren't there at Duel Academy with the others! And you were here by yourself trying to kill a friend who was taken over by his past self?"
Yu couldn't help but smile at Marie's old habit before frowning. "Yubel's dangerous, and with how close his seal is to breaking and releasing Nyx... we can't take risks right now."
"So you decide to kill who can be a huge help against her?" Marie asked him.
"Jaden and Yubel are..." Yu started only to sigh before shaking his head.
"Yu, I was so worried about you... first you refuse to talk to others when Nanako arrived on the island," she started shedding tears, "then you disappeared when Jesse stopped Yubel," she trembled, "and now you try to kill our friend who had no control of his past self?" She jumped on him on the bed.
Yu's eyes widened before he just held her. "I've... I'm sorry."
She kissed him deep before pulling back, "Just... trust us when we want to help you please?"
Yu closed his eyes before nodding. "Alright, thanks."
Yosuke only smiled at this before saying, "Well partner, we managed to free Jaden from Haou's hold, and we found Jesse," he only frowned, "but Yubel has possessed him, and we're about to head over to help him out. Can you join us?"
Yu took a breath. "Alright."
"Alright partner! Let's go!" Yosuke grinned as the three walked together.
Arriving in Bastion notices them, and smiled, "Yu! Your finally awake!"
"Yeah, so what's the plan?" he asked.
Nanako ran to him hugging him, "Big bro!"
Yu hugged her back.
"So, we just need to take down Jesse and get Yubel out of his head so you leave that to the Chazz." Chazz smirked.
"Actually you should let me handle Jesse, Chazz." Aster said to him, "I have a better chance against her."
"We can figure that out when we get there." Chie mentioned. "Come on, let's get going already."
They all nodded heading out in the desert before arriving at the large gate watching on. Then the gate slowly opened as someone stepped out as Jaden, and Yu both see it was Yubel still possessing Jesse in her new appearance as she smirked.
"Jesse..." Yukiko frowned seeing him.
"So... you both managed to free Jaden, and Yu." Yubel said in Jesse's voice.
Jaden slowly stepped forward, "Yubel... let Jesse go. He's not a part of this."
Yubel only tsk shaking her head before glowing as she said in her regular voice, "Oh Jaden, this boy had kept me from you. He paid the price by becoming a vessel of mine. That way you get to experience the pain. The pain that you caused me when you launched me out to space all those years ago."
"You... you were hurting so many of my friends at childhood... I thought by sending you there you would change... but instead I exposed you to the Light of Destruction, and it corrupted the Twilight of Virtue within you." Jaden said looking guilty at his favorite card possessing Jesse.
"And you think saying sorry is gonna make a difference?" Yubel asked before the glow faded saying back in Jesse's voice, "No. I vow to make sure you know the pain you made me experience when you send me out."
"What's that supposed to mean?" Kanji questioned.
"You wanna know? Then come try, and see." Yubel smirked as she activated the Duel Disk on Jesse which showed three panels of 3 zones on one, 2 zones on the second, and 1 zone on the third one.
Chazz smirked activating his own Duel Disk. "This won't take any time at all."
"Oh great, the smart aleck is first." Yubel frowned seeing this.
"What was that?" Chazz questioned angrily.
"Let's just do this." Yubel sighed in annoyance.

At that a dark energy circle in writing appeared below her before it enlarged to the entire field surrounding herself, and Chazz.

A darkened Topaz popped up before shattering revealing Topaz Tiger that looks darkened with armor on his paws, and tip of it's tail looking intimidating yowling.

"In addition as long as Topaz Tiger is on the field every Advanced Crystal Beast on my field gains 400 attack, and defense points." Yubel added with a smirk as Topaz Tiger's Topaz glowed powering him up.

"It already has 2000 attack points, and I'm guessing it still has the ability of the normal Topaz Tiger." Chazz frowned.
"An improved effect you mean, and that was it." Yubel smirked before taking 2 cards, "But let's get too hasty. I place 2 cards down to end my turn."

Chazz drew his card and smirked. "I'll start with the spell Fusion Deployment, this lets me reveal a Fusion Monster and then I can summon one of the materials from my hand or deck. So I'll reveal XYZ-Dragon Cannon and bring out my X-Head Cannon in attack mode!"

"Apparently so." Bastion nodded.
"Big deal, so you have a tough monster I have my Z-Metal Tank in attack mode." Chazz called as the tank rose up.

The monster charged, and fired missiles at the face-down which destroyed it but Yubel doesn't look worried with a smirk.
"Now then, since the card I discarded was my Ojamagic I can add the three Ojama brothers to my hand." Chazz continued adding the cards. "With that done I'll use the spell Ojamatch. This card lets me send Ojama Yellow from my hand to the graveyard to add Ojama Red and Armed Dragon LV3 to my hand, plus I'm allowed to summon a new monster right away, and who better than my Armed Dragon I just added to my hand."

"XZ-Tank Cannon attack Advanced Crystal Beast Topaz Tiger!" Chazz called.
The Tank charged in at this readying an attack.
"Retaliate Topaz Tiger!" Yubel called as Topaz Tiger yowled charging in slashing down at XZ-Tank Cannon while the machine itself struck Topaz Tiger with a cannon blast destroying both. Yubel only smirked as a Topaz formed on her field, "When a Crystal Beast is destroyed it becomes a Continuous Spell instead of going to the graveyard."

"And as Topaz Tiger's no longer a monster, your monsters attack, and defense points revert back to normal." Yubel added as Chazz's monsters glowed.

Yubel then smirked, "Then I activate the effect of a trap card in my graveyard!"
"You what?" Chazz questioned hearing that.
"When a Crystal Beast is placed in my Spell, and Trap Card zone, I can banish the trap Crystal Grace to activate it's effect." As she said that the graveyard portal appeared in front of her as a trap rose showing the original Ruby Carbuncle using her magic on a Ruby, and a Sapphire. "An effect that allows me to draw 1 card, and if it's a Crystal Beast, I can summon it, or add it to my hand. Other than that, I send it to the graveyard." At that the trap dissolved. Chazz frowned hearing that.
Yubel drew before she said, "You got lucky. It's Advanced Crystal Beast Ruby Carbuncle."
At that a darkened ruby appeared before shattering revealing Ruby Carbuncle darkened like Topaz Tiger having sharp teeth growling, "Ruby..."

The Dragon charged at Ruby Carbuncle before Yubel sweep her arm, "Advanced Dark's second effect activates!" The ring around them glowed as they looked around before Yubel said, "When a Crystal Beast battles a monster, and I would take damage, I can send 1 Crystal Beast from my Deck to the graveyard to lower the damage to 0!"
Yubel pulls out her Deck looking before revealing, "And I think, I'll choose Advanced Crystal Beast Cobalt Eagle."
The attack struck Ruby Carbuncle destroying her but her remains reformed into a ruby.

Despite it being a Persona, Yubel seems to not be effected by Ruby Carbuncle's destruction.
"Something is wrong." Bastion frowned.
"Save it, I'll end my turn with a facedown card." Chazz told him.

At that the Ruby shattered into dark energy revealing the corrupted Ruby Carbuncle is back on the field.

Chazz frowned seeing that.
"And in addition any Advanced Crystal Beast in my Spell/Trap Zone can join her. So come back Advanced Crystal Beast Topaz Tiger!"
The Topaz shattered before revealing Topaz Tiger again.

"Not good, with that monster in play again Yubel's monsters get more powerful while Chazz's dragon loses points." Zane frowned.
"Topaz Tiger's effect activates! Dark Topaz!"
At that Topaz Tiger's Topaz glowed weakening, and strengthening the monsters.

"Battle! Amber Mammoth attack that lizard!" Amber Mammoth trumpet it's horn charging at the small dragon.
"I play the trap card Ojama Pajama!" Chazz called. "By banishing an Ojama from my hand, field, or graveyard my monster won't be destroyed."

Topaz Tiger yowled charging in slashing it's claws down. Again Chazz's dragon survived as he braced himself from the shockwave.

"Too bad for you you're out of attacks." Chazz told Yubel.
"Not out of moves." Yubel takes a card setting it, "I end my turn."

"But thanks to Advanced Dark mate, she can make all the damage she would take be gone. So how can he manage to take them all out before she can do that?" Jim asked staring deep.
"I activate my Armed Dragon's special ability, by sending a monster in my hand to the graveyard every monster Yubel has that's weaker is automatically destroyed and I'll send my Armed Dragon LV10 with 3000 attack points." Chazz smirked.
The Level 7 counterpart fired a large attack destroying all three only for them to revert to their crystal counterparts.

"It doesn't matter now, Yubel can't use Advanced Dark to stop the damage now!" Dr. Crowler pointed out at that.
"Armed Dragon LV7 attack Yubel's life points directly!" Chazz called.
The Dragon charged a large static blast firing it blasting Yubel who cried out from the large attack. (Jesse/Yubel: 1200/Hand: 0) She kneeled at this using her arms to keep her from collapsing breathing.
"Still feeling confident?" Chazz questioned with a smirk. "I set one card and end my turn."

"Even if Yubel uses Ruby's ability to summon back all three of her monsters, they won't be strong enough even with that Tiger's ability right?" Nanako asked with a smile seeing Chazz at the brink of victory to break Jesse out of Yubel's control.
"Right." Chie smiled.
Yubel slowly stood up glaring at Chazz, "Alright, that does it..." She glowed saying in her regular voice, "You've done it now."
"What are you going to do?" Chazz questioned arrogantly. "Just face it, you've lost."
"Not yet!" Yubel drew looking, and smirked at what she drawn saying in her voice, "To start off, I activate my face-down, Double Cyclone!"

"Not so fast, I'll play Ojama Trio!" Chazz countered. "This summons three Ojama Tokens to your field in defense mode, and if they're destroyed you lose 300 life points."

All seven of the Advanced Crystal Beasts both in gem, and regular form all shot up combining together before forming into Rainbow Dragon that has black scales rather then white, and it's gems being light purple, and large black feathered wings roaring loud towering over the whole field.

Everyone looked stunned seeing the corrupt dragon. Yukiko in particular was stunned from seeing the corrupted form of her boyfriend's ace monster. Bastion suddenly frowned. 'What's this feeling?'
"So what if you have a powerful monster, I still have Ojama Yellow in my graveyard to protect my Armed Dragon." Chazz pointed out.
"But not your Life Points. And the damage won't be enough... But luckily it's got an ability to make up for that." Yubel smirked to him with a raised finger.
"Now what?" Chazz questioned.
"Rainbow Dark Dragon's ability activates!"
Dark Dragon's gems glowed as she explained with a smirk, "By banishing every DARK monster from my field, or from my graveyard, Rainbow Dark Dragon gains 500 attack points for every monster!"
"For every one?" Chazz questioned hearing that as he realized he had no way to stop her.
"Dark Rainbow!"
Pegasus on her field along with Amber Mammoth, and Cobalt Eagle in her graveyard all turned to energy being absorbed as Rainbow Dark Dragon roared.

"5500 attack points!" Alexis cried in shock.
"Your finished." Yubel smirked to Chazz before calling, "Rainbow Dark Dragon! Finish him with Dark Rainbow Refraction!"
The dragon charged a rainbow light blast with a purple outline before firing it at Armed Dragon LV7. Chazz could only watch in horror as his monster was destroyed and he was sent flying.

Yubel smirked seeing her victory as Chazz landed hard while everyone ran to him. Syrus called, "Chazz!"
"Bearsona! Mediarama!" Teddie called destroying a card as his Persona appeared to heal Chazz.
He groaned at that before weakly getting up only for Bastion to frown.
"What happened during that duel?" he questioned staring at Yubel.
Yubel smirked to them before wincing holding her arm, "Damn... Mediarama!" She glowed as her wounds healed turning Jesse's body back to normal with a smirk as the glow faded, and said back in Jesse's voice looking over herself, "Honestly mortal bodies like these are frail sometimes."
"What did you do? When you summoned that dragon, I'm certain I heard Jesse's voice." Bastion told her.
Jim hearing that takes off his bandages revealing the Eye of Orichalcum as it glowed looking into Yubel who looked confused by what he's doing glowing crimson while Jim looks into the soul between them.
In Jesse...
He saw Yubel smirking as a shadowy version of Rainbow Dragon was behind her with Jesse unconscious inside of it.
Back outside...
Seeing this Jim said to them, "Jesse's not completely gone. Yubel has him in a tight grip."
"Then, we can save him." Yukiko mentioned.
Yubel only smirked to them, "Well before we start the next match..."
She takes the Deck out of her Duel Disk pulling down a level which made a slot on the hip open as she placed the Deck in before closing it, and opening the second one taking out the Deck in it, and placing it in the Duel Disk as she smirked.
"She has another deck?" Jaden asked in shock.
"I'll go this time." Atticus mentioned getting ready.
Ulrich362: Well, Chazz was taken down by Yubel and her upgraded Crystal Beast deck.
bopdog111: Good timing too for the Advanced Crystal Beasts to be printed cause otherwise I don't think the regular ones would be able to handle them. Plus they are the Main Deck support that the Crystal Beasts really needed.
Ulrich362: True, but now the question becomes what does Yubel have planned now and can Atticus and his Red-Eyes deck manage to take her down?
