"Tadaaa~! There we are, good as new!"

Immediately after her sparkling light show, Zee turned to face her fellow detentionaires with an elegant twirl. And color her pleased upon witnessing the expressions they now were making.

Excluding Kara and Diana, everyone appeared slack-jawed at seeing the result of Zee's 'cleaning job'. When the light had come and gone, the room looked exactly how it did prior to the fight. The walls and windows had been repaired, the desks and chairs were placed back in their proper places, and the floor was as spotless as one can be. Every bit of evidence of the rowdy altercation was just... gone. And it happened in a literal blink of an eye!

"I take it that you all are impressed?" Zee grinned with pride as the answer was clear.

"Are you kidding? How could we not?!" Barbara energetically answered, being the first one to get it together.

"It's official. This day just keeps on getting crazier and crazier." Jessica rubbed at her eyes to see if she's dreaming. And much to her surprise, she wasn't.

"You said it.." Karen concurred.

"How did you do that?" Izuku asked, looking at Zee with his shock still plenty noticable.

"Would you believe me if I said it was because of... magic?" Zee chuckled as she gestured to her beloved wand and gave it a little whirl. In a puff of pure shimmering magic, a beautiful red rose had taken its place.

With Izuku's jaw having dropped again after that, Zee smirked and stepped up to the boy. "I'll be taking that look as a definite yes. Now, be a dear and hold onto this for me, will you?" With a wink, she placed the flower's stem carefully on Izuku's teeth. "Thanks a ton, handsome~" Being the 'kind' lady she is, she helped Izuku out by gently pushing his chin up, carefully locking the flower in place seeing as he's unable to do it himself.

"Ugh, my head.."

It was at that moment that Kara finally returned to the land of the living.

Upon slowly opening her eyes, Kara's vision was at first a messy blur, but she could somewhat make out a few colorful figures standing before her. "Who... Who's there..?" She groggily called, blinking some in hopes of restoring her sight.

"Don't be alarmed, you're amongst... er, frieeends?" Jessica's replied with uncertainty.

"I don't think I'd go as far as to say that quite just yet. It all depends on what she decides to do next.." Said Zee, sounding mighty wary.

After a few more blinks, Kara's sight had returned to its former glory. Let her tell ya, she never would've expected to be caught in the helpless position she's in now. Not one bit. However, before she realized that, she took notice of the four girls who WEREN'T bound up. She was immediately bemused, as she wondered why they were staring at her in different forms of manner.

Barbara looked excited, as if she's a child trapped in a candy store. Zee looked cautious, as if ready to throw down if Kara made one wrong move. Jessica appeared unnerved, unsure of how things would develop from here. As for Karen, she looked a tad frightened, as if dreading the possibility of Kara starting yet another disastrous scuffle, but with them. Eh, she's worrying over nothing though.

"Heyo!" Barbara greeted, waving at the dizzy Kryptonian.

"Oh, it's you guys.." Kara grumbled, remembering them well enough it seems.

"It's a pleasure to see you up and well too, sunshine." Zee snarked, earning herself an irritated growl from Kara.

Not in the mood for letting anger get the better of her, Kara huffed as she ultimately ignored Zee, allowing herself to get just a teensy bit irked. Of course, Zee was only getting away with it because she deemed it so. But, just this once!

Before Kara inquired about what happened, she took notice of the unusual restraints caging her form. How exactly that happened, she couldn't remember. Oh well, what's there to stress about when she could just break out of it, right? With her strength, it'll be a piece of cake!

..Or so she thought.

"W-What the..?" As she struggled to break free from her durable cocoon, Kara was puzzled as she couldn't make a single tear in the webbing. And believe her, she was putting her back into it. 'Ookay, this is... weird. Damn, what the hell is this stuff?!' She thought while beginning to panic a bit.

"Having trouble there?" Zee boldly teased, finding Kara's fruitless struggling amusing.

"Don't even start with me, you!" Kara snapped, shooting Zee a glare before returning to her troublesome task. Now more than ever, she wasn't up for dealing with anyone's crap. "Rrrr! Come on! Rip, damn you!"

"Let's not tick her off more than she already is, okay? We're on bad enough terms as is." Jessica whispered to Zee, using a hand to shield their conversation from Kara.

"After seeing what she can do, getting on her bad side might not be the best idea." Karen nervously added.

"Ugh! All right, fine. I'll stop antagonizing her." Zee begrudgingly relented, pouting at her fun being cut short. However, she did get their point.

"Much appreciated.." Jessica breathed in relief, Karen following suit.

"Agh! Can anyone explain to me just what the heck's going on here!" Kara demanded as she had just about enough of this little prison of hers, scowling at the girls as she expected some answers. Now!

"If anyone here can answer that question for you, it'd be him, blondie." Unfazed, Zee pointed over at Kara's side. Or more specifically, at the young man who stood directly beside her.

"Him..?" Kara murmured in confusion, her eyes following the magician's point.

When locking eyes with the flustered Midoriya, Kara gasped as it didn't take her long to remember the human arachnid. And what he had done prior to her... containment.

"Er... Hey, how are ya?" Izuku greeted through his carefully clenched teeth.

"You.." Kara muttered, the mental image of Izuku holding back her powered fist flashing through her mind. Her shock only lasted for a moment or two, as there was important business that needed to be addressed.

With that in mind, Izuku grunted in alarm, nearly biting down on Zee's rose as he now suffered the wrath of a threatening gaze, courtesy of Kara.

"All right, look buddy. I don't know who you are, but you've got until the count of ten to get me out of this thing before I get... too pissed." Kara warned as her eyes began to glow red, that alone proving that she wasn't messing around.

With the dissolve time for Izuku's webbing being what it is, he was going to need a lot more time than 10 seconds. And if her superstrength wasn't getting the job done, what's his going to do? In this case, they needed something sharp, very sharp, to get through the webby binds. And a simple knife wasn't going to... cut it.

"Uh... it's... n-not so simple, you see.." Sweating profusely, Izuku shivered as he had a difficult explanation ahead of him.

"Trever!"

Once again, Zee casted a spell in order to clean another mess, albeit a small one this time around. Said mess was that of a scorch line on the floor, one that stretched on for a couple feet.

How'd that happen? Well, upon remembering that she indeed had heat vision, a dangerous power that can cut through even steel, Kara used it to free herself when the idea occured to her. Hence, the scorch mark. What? Like hell she's waiting an hour for the webbing to piss off on its own. It was either the web, or Izuku that be getting it, so the answer was obvious.

"Okay, ladies and gent, let's not make a habit out of damaging this room. Because I swear, the next time any of you do it, I won't be fixing it, and I will leave you to take the heat." Unwilling to clean every mess that isn't her's, Zee gave her 'companions' their official warning on the issue, putting her wand away shortly after repairing the floor for the second, and hopefully last, time.

"Well, there's one of them out. Now, what do we do about her?" Barbara asked as she pointed at Diana, who was awake and still very much trapped. Unlike Kara, Diana reacted to the situation with a better composure, having not struggled as frantically upon waking up.

"Do not worry about me. If this temporary entrapment is the consequence behind my brash actions, then I will gladly suffer through it if I must." Diana said with remorse, bowing her head in shame as she was disappointed in herself for allowing her pride to get the better of her earlier, seeing the irrationality behind it all. "I see now that what I have done was irresponsible. So please, do not trouble yourself with trying to free me, I will wait for this... webbing to dissolve, as you put it." She glanced over to Izuku, recalling the explanation he gave when it came to his webs.

"It shouldn't be that much longer now." Izuku reassured, expressing some guilt while still keeping the Amazon standing.

"Welp, there you have it people! She wants to stay trapped! So how 'bout we let her be, eh?" Kara smugly smirked, feeling victorious as she trekked towards the door.

"Um, hellooo!" Zee called, causing the blonde to cease movement just as she gripped the doorknob. "Detention isn't over yet. We need to wait until Mr. Chapin comes to dismiss us. Or do you want to get in more trouble?"

"Oh... right." Kara's whole mood instantly deflated, groaning as she reluctantly released the knob and backed away from the door.

"Aaanyway..." Jessica chimed in. "Is there perhaps any chance you'd be willing to help Diana out by using your laser eyes? Or whatever it is you call it." She kindly requested, but feeling like that's a tall order considering Kara's interaction with the Amazonian thus far.

"Hmm, I mean, I could..." Kara replied.

"Oh, really? Well, great then!" Jessica beamed. Huh, maybe there's hope for making amends after all! She so foolishly thought.

"But I won't."

And just like that, Jessica's hopes were immediately crushed as she and everyone else shot the Kryptonian an incredulous look. All except for Diana as she remained unbothered. "Wait, what? Why not?!" Cried the hispanic girl.

"Hey, I'm just respecting her decision." Kara raised her hands slightly, feigning surrender. "I mean, she literally chose to stay like that, so don't yell at me. Yell at her about it!"

"Oh, don't give us that!" Jessica snapped, stomping up to the blonde before giving her a poke to the chest. "Unlike you, she actually regrets and apologized for what she's done. So really, if any of us here deserves to be stuck like that, it's you!" Huffed the latina, keeping her finger pressed to Kara's chest while glaring up at her. Obviously, she's had enough with the Kryptonian's insolence. So much for trying to stay off her bad side.

Everyone reeled their heads back at Jessica's outburst, amazed that she had the gall to shout at Kara like that. With how passive she's been up till now, their reaction shouldn't be all that surprising. Now, they hoped that another brawl wouldn't erupt, as the intense staredown they were having certainly gave off that vibe.

Karen was a little more at ease as she's aware of Jessica's pacifistic ways, knowing her well enough that she'd never resort to violence in any situation, seeing as she's probably the one person in Metropolis who's absolutely against violence. But, then again, she did look pretty frustrated. 'Careful Jessica... Don't do anything you'll regret..' She worriedly thought.

Much to their relief, it was Kara who defused the tension.

After taking a breath and lessening the... displeasure in her eyes, Kara grabbed onto Jessica's wrist before calmly lowering it. "Okay, two things. One; don't EVER touch me like that again. And two; even if I wanted to cut her loose, I'd most likely just end up killing her in the process." Everyone tensed up at that. "You saw how it took me careful precision just to make sure I didn't burn myself. So how difficult do you think it'll be for me to help her? Now I'm sorry, but I just don't think it can be done without having to hurt her. Plus, you heard the diva earlier. We make another mess, she's not cleaning it up. And in case you forgot, my heat vision does leave a mark. A nasty one. So sorry again, but you're gonna have to find another way." Feeling she's explained herself enough, Kara huffed before moving to sit down.

"I did say that, and I stand by it." Zee commented, certain about her stance on the matter.

As for Jessica, Kara's argument placated her as the points mentioned made sense when given some thought. "I... I haven't thought about it like that.." This is where she admitted defeat, sighing as she didn't know what else to do. Oh dear, if only she had something she can use to make literally anything that could help Diana out of her situation.

...Oh, wait..

"I appreciate your willingness to aid me, friend. But it is as I said, I do not have a problem with waiting." Said Diana as she flashed the brunette a grateful smile, hoping to put her worries at ease.

"Be that as it may, I'm afraid that 'waiting' isn't a viable option." Said Zee.

"What exactly do you mean, Sorceress?" Diana asked, perplexed by Zee's statement.

Before responding, Zee first needed to giggle at the title given to her. And as amusing as the title was, it isn't one she intended to use. "Call me Zee. And to answer your question, trust me when I say that if the principal were to walk in right now and see you tied up like that, he won't be too happy about it. And when he's not happy... Well, you see where we are now." She explained, finishing off with a gesture to the room.

"I see.. Then, I suppose the situation is dire after all." Diana sighed, at a huge loss on what to think.

"Yup. Seems so." Zee agreed.

"If I may be so bold as to ask, can't you just use your... magic... to free her?" Asked a bewildered Izuku, still struggling to comprehend the girl's power. "I mean, I'm not trying to pressure you or anything, but if you could fix up the classroom with a simple wave of your wand, surely you could get the web off just by flicking your wrist."

Zee shrugged as she had expected this line of questioning. "If I wanted to, yes, I could do it just like that. Heck, even just snapping my fingers would do the trick. However, I said I was done cleaning up after you all. Sorry sweetheart, but last I checked, all that web belongs to you. Thus, it's your mess. Look, I'm not your mother. And uh-no offense, but it's not like I owe any of you. It's the complete opposite, if anything. Buuut, I'll let all that drama slide."

"Wooow, you are one stubborn piece of work, aren't you, diva?" Kara teased the magician.

"Hmph, like you're one to talk." Zee calmly shot back.

"Looks like we're at a standstill then." Karen sighed, scratching her head as the atmosphere went awkward.

But only for the moment.

"I guess I got no other choice.." Jessica whispered, looking down with her back facing the other teens and her right hand slightly raised. "And here I was hoping I wouldn't ever have to use it.." She clenched her fist, narrowing her eyes... at the glowing green ring wrapped around her finger.

"You're looking awfully serious over there, hippie girl. Got any ideas you'd like to share with the class?" Kara humorously inquired, drawing attention over to the activist.

After making her choice, a now determined Jessica looked up from her feet before turning to face her fellow students, her right hand balled as she put her 'special' ring on full display. In all its bright and powerful glory. "As a matter of fact, I do." She firmly responded.

'Ooohohoho, I fudgin' knew it!' Barbara, of course, was the first one to freak upon seeing the power ring.

"Heh?" Kara exclaimed, having not expected the brunette to actually share something.

'This day is just going to be one big bundle of surprises, isn't it?' Thought Zee, intrigued with the unexpected development. But mildly so. As for her question, she had no idea.

"Woah.." Izuku breathed, staring deep into the ring's glowing core and seeing an odd dark shape within it. 'Is that... a lantern..?'

Diana simply stared on in amazement. Now, she'd seen her fair share of mesmerizing spectacles in her three centuries of life. However, this... this was something new.

"Jessica? What... is that ring?" Karen asked, out of breath as it was mostly stuck in her throat.

"You're about to find out in a second." Jessica replied, lessening her ring's glow as she stepped up before Diana, keeping a few feet of distance between them. 'Here goes nothing.' With that thought, what she did next could only be described as incredible.

Calm and focused, Jessica used the awesome power that came with her Green Lantern ring and constructed what looked to be a pair of bright green hedge shears, snipping them a couple times before getting to the task she had assigned herself.

"I... did not see that coming." Kara commented, dumbfounded.

"I highly doubt any of us did." Said Zee, very much in the same boat as the blonde.

"How in Olympus are you doing this?" Diana couldn't help but ask, awestruck by the brunette's wonderous 'gift' as she slowly smiled.

"It's... kind of a long story." Jessica chuckled bashfully. "B-But forget that, it's not really important right now. Let's just focus on getting you out of that cocoon, and maybe I'll explain it afterwards."

"Fair enough." Receiving no further fuss from the Amazonian, Jessica got to work and used her creation to cut at the webbing, doing so steadily as to not make any errors; like accidentally cut her. As for the others, they watched on with high interest as the construct was cutting through the webbing rather smoothly.

Unfortunately, they were running out of time quick, as Izuku's sixth sense went off, alerting him of a presence slowly coming their way. "Oh no.." He quickly looked over his shoulder at the door, whispering just loud enough for everyone to hear him.

"Is everything all right?" Karen questioned, concerned over the boy's reaction.

"Someone's coming." Izuku advised, sounding anxious.

"And you can tell that how exactly?" Zee asked, raising a brow at the claim.

"It's complicated." Izuku sighed. "Look, I'll explain later, but just trust me, we're gonna want to speed things up a bit here." As he faced them, his tone was quick to shift from anxious to straight-up urgent.

"Well, you heard the dude. Pick up the pace there, hippie girl." Said Kara, gesturing with her fingers for Jessica to hurry along.

"All right, all right, I'm going as fast I can!" Jessica sweated as she can feel the pressure piling on, quickening the pace of her construct's action.

It was at that moment that Babs glanced at the door, grunting nervously as she noticed a figure approaching the door. "Uh oh, there's someone at the door, and it looks like the principal!" She warned in a panicked whisper, causing everyone to briefly cease movement and take a quick look at the door themselves.

Needless to say, time was not their friend. And as soon as that fact hit them, everyone didn't hesitate to put even more pressure on Jessica, urging her to really hurry as they heard the principal start to slowly turn the doorknob. As for Zee, Barbara and Karen, they bolted off to join Kara at the desks, leaving Izuku and Jessica to deal with the problem.

"Sorry to rush you, but you gotta hurry!" Izuku whispered alarmingly, glancing back and forth at the door and the brunette's construct.

"I'm trying!" Jessica replied, sounding like a nervous wreck.

"He is opening the door!" Said Diana as she did her part and began struggling against the webbing, gasping as she felt little resistance now that her binds were mostly cut.

"Almost..! done!" With one final snip, Diana was finally freed as she used her strength to snap the cocoon's final layer, allowing the bundle of web to fall at her feet.

"Go, go, go!" Izuku said to the two girls as he opted to deal with his mess, shooing them away before picking the webbing off the floor. With Jessica and Diana, they listened and swiftly moved to sit down.

Thinking on his feet, Izuku quickly hid the webbing by sticking it to the ceiling via web bullet. Afterwards, he sprung himself up into a backflip, landing smoothly in the open seat that's between Kara and Diana.

Once everyone was seated, Mr. Chapin then peered into the room, looking slightly suspicious as what greeted him was a sight he didn't expect. "Is... everything okay in here?" He asked of the cheerfully smiling students, each of them sitting upright and with their hands together on the desks. The girls even tilted their heads to appear more innocent.

"Of course, Mr. Chapin. Why wouldn't it be?" Zee replied for her fellow detentionaires, fluttering her lashes cutely.

"Oh, I just thought you'd all be... Ah, nevermind. I just came by to check up on you all." He then glanced to his left and noticed his keys hanging on a wall hook. "Oh, right, and to collect my keys." He grabbed said keys. "Okay, I'll be back to dismiss you in about half an hour. So... just keep doing what you're doing until then." With that, he left the teens alone for the third time, satisfied with how well they seemed to behave.

As for the teens, groans and sighs of relief were quick to go around, everyone releasing their tension as they either leaned back in their chairs or slumped over their desks.

"Phew! That was a close call." Barbara chuckled as she swiped a hand over her forehead.

"Gee, you think?" Kara groaned, blowing hair away from her eyes.

"Let's never do that again, please." Said Karen as she tried to calm her pacing heart.

"Agreed!" Everyone quickly responded.

"I need a nap.." Izuku mumbled to himself as he rested his weary head over his forearms, even more drained after that whole fiasco.

"After today, I'm definitely going to start bringing painkillers to school.." Said Jessica as she rubbed at her aching head by the temples, stress hitting her all too hard.

"Never have I experienced such a frightening predicament. Never again!" Diana exclaimed, taking a breath that eased her emotions.

"Ditto.." Zee said, folding her arms as she relaxed in her seat.

...

"So, is everyone all cool now?" Barbara asked after a minute of silence, her question receiving simple confirming nods and tired grumbles. Their responses seem to lift her spirits as she grinned widely the instant the room fell silent. "Sweet! Then I guess now's as good a time as any to let all this excitement out." She gleefully hummed, then clearing her throat as she stood up from her seat.

"Excitement? What are you on abo-" Kara couldn't even finish that thought as Babs so rudely interrupted her, having suddenly popped up at the front of the class as she went on a hyper rant.

"AAAAH HA!" Shouted Barbara, causing everyone to shriek in surprise while jumping in their seats slightly. "I knew it, it knew it, I knew it, I knew it! Oh, I just knew that you all were super!" She said while wildly pointing a finger at everyone, then zipping over to Kara to point solely at her for the moment. "I knew it the second me and Izuku saw you dent in that car door this morning! 'Cause no normal human being can ever push in a door that hard!" She then pointed over at Karen before zipping over to her, causing the short girl to tense up as she came up close. "And then you, while we never got to see what you can do yet, I just know you got something super going on judging by all that tech stuff that spilled out of your bag earlier by the bus, I know you remember that!" She then pointed over at Zee. "You! When me and Izuku saw you suddenly have your bag in your hand, we were like, that was weird!" Next, it was Jessica's turn for the point. "And then I overheard you talking to that cute boy earlier about some corp thingy and some ring, and I knew something just had to be up with you too! So then I decided to start a food fight so we'd all get detention together, and my plan totally worked! And then you!" After having paced back to the front, Barbara wasn't finished as she propped a knee over Diana's desk and gave the Wonder Woman a poke to the nose. "I wasn't planning on you to show up, but I can't complain as you're actually a huge bonus! And as for you, bestie!" Lastly, there was Izuku as Barbara promptly jumped on top of his desk before kneeling to come face to face with him, forcing him to lean back slightly as he locked eyes with her. "You're lucky that I'm pretty amped up, as I'd be soo mad at you right about now for not telling me you were Spider-Man earlier! Which, by the way, makes you an awesome bonus as well!" Leaving that issue there, Barbara hopped off of Izuku's desk before continuing to the main point of her rant. "But anyway! My full plan was that I'd somehow get you all to start fighting once we got to detention, so that way you'd all get so worked up that you'd be forced to reveal yourselves as supers! But don't worry, 'cause guess what, so am I!" With that, Barbara jumped up on the teacher's desk before using her sweater to mimic that of a cape. "For it is I! The one, the only, Batgirl." That concludes her rapid fire speech as she finished it off with making her reveal look and sound epic.

It took a moment for everyone to process all that had been dumped on them, as they all dumbly blinked while staring at the redhead.

"Greeaat, we got another crazy cosplayer here." Kara rolled her eyes upon recovering from her stupor.

"H-Hold up, let me see if I'm understanding the situation correctly here." Izuku said as he gestured for the room to settle down. "You mean to tell us that you actually intended for us to get detention, just all so you can have us... reveal our powers?" He asked while shooting Barbara a confused look.

"Eeyup!" Barbara chirped, smiling proudly due to her successful plan.

"I see.. Well, I just have one more question then." Izuku added while raising a single finger.

"Fire away, Spidey!" Barbara granted.

"..What for? I mean, what's the real purpose of all this, Barbara? Surely you can't have gone through all this trouble just so you can see our powers. No, there's gotta be more to it than that. At this point, you've proven that you're a 'full of surprises' kind of girl. So, excuse me for being suspicious and feeling like there's more information here than you're letting on." Izuku shot the young Gordon a curious glare, now ever so intrigued as to the true reason behind this little gathering of theirs. One that she planned and didn't bother filling him in on. He's a little ticked off by that, he's not gonna lie.

"Oooh, it seems I got a fellow detective in the room." Barbara giggled. "You catch on fast, bestie. Yes, I do indeed have an ulterior motive. As for what that is, let's just say that, for some time now, I've had a certain... ambition that I hoped to one day achieve. But, now that I know you guys are all super! That dream can finally become a reality as of today!" She so vaguely answered, grinning all the while as she had her hands planted at her hips.

A pregnant silence went by before Zee took it upon herself to ask the obvious question. "Well, don't leave us in suspence. What precisely is this 'ambition' of yours?"

All eyes were back on Barbara.

"Have I not made it obvious already?" Barbara replied as she tilted her head slightly.

"NO!" The girls instantly cried. Izuku remained silent as he had a good enough idea already, his own inner detective taking little time in putting two and two together.

'Sheesh, I hate to say it, but these girls would make terrible detectives if they couldn't even figure it out by now. Oh well, at least they'll have me.' Barbara sighed internally while mentally shaking her head. Of course, she kept on her chipper demeanor as she thought that.

"Of course, a team.." Izuku softly uttered, looking to Barbara with widened eyes when he was certain of the revelation that hit him. "You're trying to put together a superhero team." He added with a bit more volume... and shock.

Barbara smirked upon hearing Izuku's correct guess. "Ding, ding, ding, ding, diiing! Looks like we got ourselves a winner here, folks! Give this young man a prize!" She called in her best gameshow host voice as she pointed over at the boy.

"Hmph, lucky guess.." Kara mumbled as she looked off carelessly.

Out of everyone who could've been ecstatic about such a development, it turned out to be Diana as she started to grin jubilantly out of nowhere. How come? One may ask. Well, it just so happens that she herself has her own heroic goal in mind. And after hearing out Barbara's own, she'd come to discover that their aspirations seemed to blend quite nicely. Which is why she didn't hold back from expressing her elation.

"Hazzah!" She cheered suddenly while rising from her seat and trekking over to Babs, picking her up in a one-armed hug that swiftly caused the redhead to fall into a trance of absolute happiness. "At last, a sister-in-arms! Never had I dreamed of coming to the world of man and encountering a soul bearing an Amazon warrior's heart and spirit! For you see, it is my quest, my crusade, my ultimate destiny to bring upon the Amazon way of peace and prosperity to man's world, and rid it of all evil that dares wish to see it in ruin! The gods' bestowed this glorious honor upon me, and I feared that I alone would have to shoulder the burden, but now! Now, I have a sister by my side to aid me in fulfilling this noble duty!" To further express her undying gratitude, Diana then pulled Barbara into a full-on embrace. However, it didn't last long as something about what Diana had said snapped the young Gordon out of it.

"Wait, wait, wait, wait, wait! Hold on!" Said Barbara as she quickly pried herself out of the Amazon's grip before gesturing to the others. "Actually, you have five sisters, and a brother, to aid you!"

Now, of course things wouldn't be so easy as anyone would have concerns upon being forced into such a position.

"Nuh-uh! Nope!" Kara was the first to voice her complaint, lowering her legs from her desk before sitting straight and folding her arms. "Whenever I use my powers, I wind up getting in heaps of trouble. Every, single, time! So you can count me out of... whatever this is." Clearly, the blonde was quick to become agitated.

"Same here." Jessica chimed in. "Being a superhero usually means fighting villians. And I for one, am absolutely against violence."

"Yeah, sorry girls. But I'm gonna have to decline your offer as well. I was born to be an artiste, not a law enforcer." Zee said with some sass.

"Um, I'm not really all that good at it.. So I'd probably be more of a nuisance than a hero.." Said a flustered Karen as she messed with her sleeves.

'Okay.. Off to a bad start, but we can turn this around!' Barbara declared as she turned her eyes over to Izuku, keeping her hopes high as he'd yet to say his piece. "Bestie, we could really use your heeelp~" She nervously singsonged.

Oddly enough, it didn't take long for Izuku to make up his mind, as the idea of actually being apart of a team... seemed like a pretty great deal in his eyes. For over a year, he had to do the whole superhero thing all by himself back in Musutafu, and he'd be lying if he said that it wasn't a struggle. Because believe him, it was. Where'd there be one crime, another one would take place elsewhere. And sadly, that happened more times than he'd care to admit.

One can only imagine his emotions whenever it sinks in that he's failed to protect the public in some instances. He knows that it isn't his fault for not always being there. After all, he is just a teenager and there's only one Spider-Man, and he can't possibly be everywhere at once. He wishes he could. Anyway, if being apart of a team would help him, or them really, become a better hero, who is he to refuse such a golden opportunity?

So with his mind set, Izuku smiled as he moved to get out of his chair, shrugging casually as he voiced his answer. "You know what, what the heck. I'm in." He said while walking over to join Barbara and Diana, his response earning himself quite the reaction from the two girls.

"Aaah! Oh, I just knew I could count on you, bestie!" Barbara squealed as she didn't hesitate to launch herself at the boy, wrapping him up in a tight hug by the neck after eagerly hopping to his height. Her action caused the now blushing Midoriya to stumble back a bit, having rammed him with that much force.

"You are making a gallant choice, my arachnid friend!" Diana cheered, giving Izuku a pat on the shoulder after Barbara let him go.

Izuku chuckled bashfully before speaking up again, rubbing his head in a shy fashion. "Yeah, well.. When I chose to become Spider-Man, I basically took an oath that I would always use my powers for the greater good. Helping people wherever and whenever I can. Plus, it's not like I wasn't planning to continue my hero duties. I was just waiting till I got used to this city first."

"Well, look like we'll be able to do that together." Barbara said with a determined look.

"Sounds like a plan... bestie." Izuku smirked as he and Babs then fist bumped.

"Now, as for the rest of you.." Diana started as she walked over to Karen. "Cowards!" She suddenly shouted while slamming her hands on Karen's desk, startling the little brunette before returning to Barbara's side. "This is destiny we are speaking of! The same mantle of greatness that the gods have bestowed upon me, and with your remarkable gifts, they have also bestowed it upon you!"

"Yeah!" Babs concurred. "Plus, come on, you guys! How can you not be hyped up about heroes and villians, and fighting crime, and hidden lairs, and secret identities and stuff!" She enthusiastically added while throwing her arms in the air.

"There's your first problem, my dear. Now, correct if I'm wrong, but I believe the key to having a secret identity, is that in order to remain secret, one must first convincingly pass off as a normal human being." With that said, Zee gestured to Diana's attire, Barbara and Izuku seeing her point after giving the princess a quick scanning.

"I hate to say it, but she's got us there, Barbara." Izuku shrugged, scratching his cheek in a stumped manner.

"All right, all right! I see what you're getting at." Barbara exclaimed as she shook back to her senses, then grasping at her chin as she went into thought for a moment. "Okay, how 'bout this?" She started again, a light bulb appearing over her head. "You all give being a super team a teensy try, they'll teach us how to be heroes," She briefly pointed at Izuku and Diana as she said that. "And in exchange, you all get to give Diana here a complete modern day teenage girl makeover!" She finished while waving her hands in front of Diana. The Amazon seemed to be cool with the proposal as she continued to smile and kept silent about it. "Sound good?"

At the mention of a makeover, Zee was quick to cave in as she just couldn't resist such a temptation. Especially when it's Diana they're talking about here. "Hmm, I've never been one to say no to a good makeover... Ah heck, why start now?" She giggled as she went up to join them at the front.

"Um, Okay. That actually sounds like it'll be kinda fun. Heheh.." Karen said as she went up as well, but timidly so.

With Karen having ultimately decided to help start the team, Jessica too was quick to change her mind. "Good on you, Karen! I suppose I'll join you all on fulfilling this noble 'quest', but I'm only doing it to support Karen's brave decision." Karen seemed to appreciate the gesture as she then smiled gladly at her fellow brunette, Jessica doing the same to her a moment later.

"That's good enough for me!" Barbara chirped.

With one person left to choose, all eyes steered directly to Kara as they anticipated her 'moment of truth' decision.

At first, Kara kept to herself as to avoid this whole thing all together, but after feeling their gazes linger on her for far too long, she wound up submitting to their silent begging. "Fine! Whatever, I guess.." She groaned, standing up to join their little party.

"Nice! That settles it then! Super awesome superheroness! Here, we, coome!" With that final cheer, Barbara pulled everyone into one tight team hug, which would be the first of many team embraces to come.

However, as a petrified Izuku suffered from Babs' surprisingly strong grasp, only one nerve wracking thought continued to invade his mind..

'I'm... going to teach them..?'

As you can see, I'm a pretty big fan of the Ultimate Marvel universe. XD Now, I'm only somewhat caught up in its early stages, so I don't know everything there is to know about it quite just yet. Still reading in on it whenever I have the chance. Hell, I'm still trying to finish up Spider-Man's storyline. Anyway, back to the harem, I decided not to keep the last few girls a secret as I don't wanna keep y'all wondering for too long considering the pace I'm going at to update this story. However, I will continue to keep Melissa's hero persona a secret, as that's still worth the wait to me.

Okay, that's all I gotta say for now! I hope y'all have a good one!

Follow, Favorite and Review if you would be so kind! It is always greatly appreciated to know what you guys think of the story so far!

Until next chapter, deuces!
