Gummi Ship

The Gummi Ship was drawing closer and closer to their next destination, which was Jack Sparrow's world. Kirito held Aincrad's Soul in his hand, wondering. How in the world was he gonna revive the players again? He felt like he should know, but he didn't. Still, it would be amazing to see everyone that died come back to life again. The one person that he was most anxious to see again was Sachi. But since he was already in love with Asuna, he didn't know how she would react to him. Would she be angry?

"Hey, Kirito?" said Asuna, "Kirito? You ok?"

Kirito was spacing out, but as soon Asuna poked him, he came back to his senses. "Huh? What?" Kirito started, looking around.

"Were here." Asuna said, pointing at the monitor. Kirito noticed they arrived at Jack's world. Asuna watched him carefully as he was looking down below. She knew she was concern about the hearts in Aincrad's Soul, but she knew that when the opportunity was right, they would find a way to bring them back.

"Are you guys ready?" Sora asked them. Kirito and Asuna turned to see Sora staring at them, with Donald and Goofy already at the transporter.

"Yeah." Kirito responded, "I hope Jack hasn't missed his vice-captain."

"Either that, or replaced you." Asuna added. Kirito smirked at the thought. Jack may be a pirate, but he was honest. I'm sure he kept his spot safe. Kirito, Asuna and Sora got onto the transporter as Yui locked in the coordinates, and the group teleported down.

They landed on the barracks of Port Royal. It was still as can be, though already they could hear a commotion of some kind coming from the town.

"That's coming from the port." Goofy pointed out.

"I wonder what's happening?" Asuna asked.

"Let's check it out." Sora suggested, and the team walked down the steps towards the commotion.

When they got down to the harbor, they found a group of five undead pirates surrounding Jack, who was being cornered. "Jack!" Kirito and Sora shouted in unison.

"Uh, Zola! Kirito mate! Some assistance!" Jack called back, turning to the team.

At least he got my name right. Kirito thought as he sweat-dropped.

"That's SORA, Donald, Goofy, Asuna, Kirito and Yui!" Sora corrected him.

"Will ye leave a mate to perish?" Jack asked dramatically.

"Aye aye…" sighed Sora.

"He never changes." Asuna added. The team rushed over to Jack's side, and pulled out their weapons in preparation to fight off the pirates.

This was the first fight to which Kirito and Asuna were able to use their new SAO Keyblades. Kirito's Elucidator was definitely a strong weapon, cause he kept dealing out with heavy hits against one of the pirates. Not only that, but he was able to produce more combos by using it both on the ground and in the air. Asuna's Lambent Light was also a powerful force to be recon with. Her attack speed was a lot faster, and due to her already fast attacks combined with the reach of the Keyblade, it was devastating to the pirate. Her magic was also very powerful as well. Sora, Donald, Goofy and Jack all took on the other three undead pirates without any trouble, and were even using the crane to their advantage to knock the pirates into the air, making them vulnerable. They cleared the space of all the pirates they could find, though it did puzzle the group.

"Those pirates were cursed." Sora pointed out.

"But why?" Kirito asked, "I thought we'd seen the last of the curse of the Aztec gold. What gives?"

"Some scallywag must've got greedy." Jack assumed. Asuna made a suspicious look to Jack, who noticed it. The others followed suit. "Oh I see…" Jack realized, "You don't trust me, do you?"

"Gee, I wonder why?" Asuna asked sarcastically as the others nodded.

"Likely a wise choice. I AM a pirate, mates." Jack summarized.

"And yet were in the moonlight, and you aren't a skeleton." Kirito cut in, "It couldn't have been you who took the Aztec gold." The others realized that Kirito was right about that. But if Jack didn't take it, who did?

"Jack! Sora! Kirito! Asuna!" cried a woman's voice. They turned to see Elizabeth rushing to them.

"Elizabeth!" Sora called back.

Some sticky business is afoot, I fear. thought Jack, seeing the distressed look on Elizabeth's face.

He turned to leave, but Elizabeth stopped him. "Wait, Jack!" she told him, "I need your help. The cursed pirates have returned. Will had to find out why, so he went to Isla de Muerta to check on the Aztec treasure. I fear something's happened. You have to take me to him."

Jack turned back to Elizabeth, with a face that somehow expected her to ask assistance from him. "Aye, there it is." Jack stated, "If you'll be wanting him rescued, best do it alone, lass."

"Alone? Really, Jack?" Elizabeth asked, not amused at Jack's words, "Sail to the island and take on the cursed pirates?"

"Well, if my vice captain's lass could do it…" Jack started.

"Oh, gee. Thanks." Asuna stated sarcastically. A compliment from Jack to her was not really special.

"Are you sure he's in trouble?" Sora asked Elizabeth.

"No. Not certain." she replied, "But he's been gone too long. I wanted to go with him, but he insisted I stay here. I can't just sit and wait! I've got to know if he's all right."

"Lucky man…" Jack sighed. Kirito couldn't help but think of the times when Asuna kept worrying about him. He didn't voice his thoughts so as to be safe.

"Please, Jack. Take me to him!" Elizabeth insisted.

"Hold a moment." Jack stopped her, "I see no profit in it for me."

"I shall reward you." Elizabeth stated, " Of course, you do owe Will. He has saved your life before."

"Come on, captain." Kirito told Jack, "Let's give them a hand. Besides, Will probably knows why the cursed pirates are back. Shall we?" Jack could see he was being outvoted by the others, so he decided to help, thought he probably only thought about the reward. They walked to the pier, where the Black Pearl was at. Kirito felt sort of nostalgic when he saw the ship. Last time he saw it, it was Barbossa's ship. Now it was their ship. They got on board and prepared for sail.

"Why am I going back to Isla de Muerta…?" Jack murmured to himself as he went to the wheel, taking his compass out.

"I really hope we get this over with." Asuna said, walking to the side of the ship.

"You still don't like Jack, do you?" Kirito asked her as Yui flew out of his pocket.

"It's not that I don't hate him." Asuna corrected him, "It's just that I don't like his attitude as much. He's a pirate, after all."

"And I'm a Beater." Kirito added.

"A Beater that doesn't think only for himself." Asuna corrected him, "You care more for others. That's the main difference between you and Jack."

"Mama has a point there." Yui agreed. Kirito had to admit that they were right. After all, Jack was only going on this just for the reward, whatever it was.

"Everything's ship-shape, captain!" Sora called out to Jack. "Then let's be off then." Jack responded, and with that, they took off to the Isla de Muerta.

It took some time to get to the island where Will was heading to. The Black Pearl was definitely a lot faster than the Interceptor, but it still took several hours to get there. During the voyage, they had to battle it out with a few Heartless and some cursed pirates. Kirito was leaning over the side of the ship close to the wheel where Jack was at. He pulled out the Aincrad's Soul and looked at it for a second.

"Well, isn't that a fine gem you have there." Jack said, looking at the object Kirito had, "Might I ask where I could snatch such a gem?"

"You can't." Kirito replied, "It's one of a kind."

"Anything special that it possesses, mate?" Jack asked.

Kirito paused, thinking for the right words to say. He then replied, "It contains a bunch of hopes and dreams that I want to fulfill. I intend to keep it safe until they do come true." He pocketed the Aincrad's Soul into his pocket. "Sorry, Jack." Kirito said, "But this gem is far too important to me. I can't let you have it."

"I wasn't saying I wanted it, mate." Jack replied, looking defensive.

"No, but you had the pirate look in your eye." Kirito replied as he walked away. "I am not gonna let you steal it from me."

"My vice captain caught wind of a hint of treachery. He knows me far too well." Jack said to himself as he resumed his duties at the wheel.

They were still on their way to the island as everybody looked out into the sea. Finally, Goofy noticed something. "Interceptor off the starboard bow!" he shouted to everyone. They all rushed over to where Goofy was at. Sure enough, there was the Interceptor, and it looked like it took a beating. They also noticed Will, drooped over on the side of the ship. He didn't look well.

"Will!" cried Elizabeth. Jack placed a fist over his heart, and bowed his head, signaling his remorse for the 'deceased' Will. "Stop that, Jack." snapped Elizabeth, then she turned to the others, "We've got to rescue him!"

They found themselves a few grappling hooks, and linked them to the Interceptor to drag it in. They grabbed Will and brought him into the captain's quarters of the Black Pearl. Elizabeth held Will's head and back, worried about him. "Will, wake up." she said, shaking him a bit. She tapped his face a few times until he gasped and woke up. He looked to who was holding him.

"Elizabeth…" he groaned, surprised to see her.

"What happened?" Elizabeth asked.

"The medallions…" Will said, "and…the stone chest; someone's taken them…" Everyone was surprised at this. Why would someone take the chest full of medallions? "Next thing I knew, we were attacked…" Will continued, "but I couldn't see who it was. His face was shrouded…in a black hood."

"The Organization!" Sora and Kirito said in unison.

"We found a way out of the cave…" Will continued, "but the villain sent a horde of terrible creatures after us. I've never seen their likes before. I think I'm the only one who made it back to the ship…" Asuna gasped. Were the people dead? Why would the Organization attack them?

"Will…" Elizabeth said, sad for her love.

"Elizabeth…" Will whispered back, "I feel rather…" and with that, he passed out in her arms. Elizabeth settled Will on the corner of the room, making sure he was ok.

"Our turn, guys." Sora stated.

"Just how far will the Organization go?" Kirito growled, his fist clenched, "What purpose would they gain from this?"

Elizabeth got up and turned to them. "You'd best go prepared." she suggested to them, "We've no idea what's out there."

"Pardon me, lads and lasses," Jack said abruptly, "but your captain will have no monsters today. Thank ye. We're turning for home." He turned and walked away.

"Just like that?" Elizabeth scoffed.

"Just like that!" Jack echoed. With that he walked out of the room.

"I think we should add the word 'coward' to his description." Asuna sneered, watching him go. Kirito patted her shoulder. "I'll go talk to him." Kirito told her, "I'll try to reason with him. We'll work something out." He raced up to meet with Jack, with Sora right behind him, hoping to do the same thing. They wanted to stop the Organization as soon as possible. Leaving them was not an option.

Jack opened the doors out onto the deck, and he was surprised about something. "Don't remember invitin' you." he said to someone. Kirito and Sora rushed out to see who he was talking to. An Organization XIII member appeared out of a black portal, and he had his hood on.

"So it was the Organization." Sora stated as they drew their weapons, "We'll handle this!" Asuna, Donald and Goofy all ran up to meet them, pulling their weapons out, too.

It was only when they gathered together did they also noticed something else; the stone chest full of Aztec medallions was right at the man's side. "The Darkness of men's hearts, drawn to these cursed medallions..." the man started, pacing back and forth, "...And this Heartless, a veritable maelstrom of avarice..." from behind him, a large, floating Heartless appeared, carrying a staff with an anchor-like blade on it. "I wonder, are they worthy to serve Organization XIII?" He questioned the group.

"And you want and answer now?" Jack asked, holding his cutlass.

"Precisely." the man answered, and he vanished in a black portal, leaving the medallions and the Heartless there with the team.

"That's the Grim Reaper!" Yui stated, analyzing the Heartless.

"Let's show this Organization member how 'worthy' this Heartless is." Kirito stated, and he led the charge on the Heartless. The Grim Reaper was not terribly strong, just plenty enduring. It's main attack was to swing around its' scythe, which was easily avoidable by blocking with their weapons. It was also able to teleport from one place to another if things got troublesome for it. The team kept in pursuit of the Grim Reaper, attacking it relentlessly.

"Sora!" shouted Kirito, signaling the two to go into their Limit Break.

"Right, let's go!" Sora answered, and the two went into 'Starwave Stream'. They charged at the Heartless, and Sora handed Kirito his Keyblade. Kirito felt the surge of energy from Sora's power, and started to waylay it with a flurry of attacks. He then tossed the Keyblades to Sora, who started striking the Heartless on the other side. They kept doing this pattern, one after another, striking from every angle. Finally, at the last moment, the two then took their respective Keyblade, and started to cross every which-way around the Heartless, piercing it from the top, bottom, sides, everywhere. Their final strike sent it flying off the Black Pearl, where it sank into the waters.

"Oh, boy!" cheered Donald as Kirito and Sora landed next to him.

"It's not over yet!" Kirito warned him as the team turned to see the Organization XIII member right next to the stone chest again. He removed his hood to reveal his face, which looked somewhat old, with platinum-blond short hair, beard and mustache. He also had four earrings. He smirked at the group.

"Throw him overboard!" Jack ordered the others.

"Aye aye, captain." Kirito and Sora responded.

"Parley!" the man said to them, hold a hand up.

"'Scuse me?" Jack asked, surprised.

"Barley?" Goofy said stupidly.

"No, I think he said 'parley'." Kirito corrected him, "But why would he say that?"

"It's a bit of a pirates' code." Jack explained, "Anyone who invokes 'parley' must not be harmed 'til negotiations are complete."

"Oh, now you're gonna start with rules?!" Asuna questioned exasperatedly, "This isn't the time nor person to deal with such things!"

"True." Jack replied as he stepped forward to the man, "But as we're honorable pirates we should always stick to the Code."

"You gotta be kidding me…" Asuna stated, shocked by the fact that a pirate has rules such as this.

Jack turned back to the man in front of them. "All right, you. Out with it!" he growled.

"I surrender the chest with my humblest apologies." said the man. Kirito was surprised, but wasn't buying his words. He knew the Organization wouldn't give up so easily.

"Rather accommodating of you, mate." Jack stated, also suspicious, "And for that you want…?"

"Just a few souvenirs…for the memories." the man answered, grabbing a few medallions. He tossed them into the air, and four new kinds of Nobodies appeared and grabbed them, dispersing every which-way.

"Oh no!" Goofy cried, "We can't stop the curse unless we got all the medallions!"

"I knew he wasn't gonna play fair." Kirito growled, ready to attack the man in front of them.

"Our friend's about to learn what it means to cross a pirate." Jack stated, also prepared to fight.

"Oh?" the man questioned. Just then, they heard some rumbling in the ocean, and turned to where the Grim Reaper sunk at. The waves caused the boat to rock a bit as the Heartless came out of the ocean. It had changed somehow. It was now plenty spookier and skeletal than before, with three small heads that looked like will-o-the-wisps seemingly around it's body, as if it was undead…or cursed.

"Kirito! Sora! Lads and lass! He's yours!" Jack said to them.

"There's one problem with that." Yui replied, "He has been connected by the curse of the medallions. In this state, he's invincible!"

The Grim Reaper swung his scythe around, and whipped up a gust of wind. It sent the seven of them onto the interceptor, where they collapsed. Kirito and Sora looked up just in time to see the man standing over the edge, and more Nobodies at the cannons pointing at them. They knew what he was planning. "Fire!" the man shouted, and the Nobodies set off the cannons, shooting at the Interceptor. Will and Elizabeth ran out just in time to see the volley of cannon fire onto the Interceptor, finally ending with the ship blowing up along with the crew. The man chuckled as he saw the tragedy that had struck the crew as the Black Pearl sailed away once again.

Kirito was blacked out from the attack. He didn't know whether he was alive or not. The pain he was feeling along with the sound of the ocean told him he was still alive. He groaned as he opened his eyes. He was laying on his back. He sat up and was shocked to see a cursed pirate in front of him, bathed in the moonlight. He drew out his weapon out of instinct. However, upon looked closely at the pirate, and realized it was actually Jack!

"Jack!" Kirito exclaimed as he got to his feet, "Why are you…?"

Jack turned to him as Sora started to wake up, seeing Jack before him. "You stole a medallion again?!" he accused him. Kirito helped wake up Asuna, Donald, Goofy and Yui, who held onto Donald's beret.

"Were I only that fortunate…" Jack replied to Sora.

"Fortunate?" Donald stated as the team walked over to Sora's side.

"So why are an undead skeleton again?" Asuna asked, feared a bit by Jack's appearance.

"Perhaps I got a touch o' somethin' from that monster what attacked us." Jack assumed, "Yet, why's the skin restin' right on you six?" Kirito looked at his hand, and held it up to the moonlight. He didn't turn into a skeleton like Jack did.

"'Cause we're not greedy!" Donald answered, and everyone gave a 'yeah, right!' kind of look to him. Donald saw their unconvinced faces. "What are you looking at?!" he demanded. The team tried their best to avoid answering him.

"That still doesn't solve the mystery." said Sora, pondering a bit. They all stared to think as Jack walked out of the moonlight, going back to normal. Finally, Yui said loud enough so that only Jack couldn't hear, "I think the reason we're not affected by the curse is because we're not from this world. It's the only logical solution that I could think of."

"You really think so?" Kirito questioned.

"There must be different laws…" Donald assumed.

"Yeah…" agreed Sora, "were always just passing through…" he sighed as he looked down sadly, "Wonder when we'll see home again…"

Kirito, Asuna and Yui looked to his three friends. They forgot that Sora was away from his home too. He must miss it like they would. "Sora…" Asuna muttered, feeling sorry for him.

Sora looked to all his worried friends, and tried to change his attitude by chuckling, "Just kiddin' you. Lucky we didn't get cursed, huh?" The others nodded in agreement.

"Quit yammerin', mates!" Jack called out, turning to the crew, "We've got to find ourselves a ship that'll float." They all agreed on that, and they readied themselves to venture out.

"Sora, look over here!" Kirito exclaimed, and Sora walked over to one corner of the wrecked Interceptor to see Kirito holding something; a summon charm.

"Score!" cheered Sora as Yui flew over to examine the charm.

"It's called the Feather Charm." she explained, "It will call a person called 'Peter Pan' to a battle to help you out."

"Hey, I know Peter." Sora said happily, "He will be some great help. I hope Tinker Bell will join, too." Kirito handed Sora the charm and he pocketed it before they set off to find a ship.

From what they could tell, they were on an island full of shipwrecks. It was pretty much a graveyard for ships…with Lance Soldier Heartless and cursed pirates to add to the mix. They fought their way through the island, dealing with the fact that there wasn't too much moonlight spots for the undead pirates to stay in. Kirito eventually had to use Magnet to attract them into the moonlight so they could do something.

After a while, they reached the other side of the island, finding more shipwrecks, but no good ships. They kept looking around until Donald squawked, "Look!" he pointed up at the top of a ramp. One of the Organization XIII member's Nobodies was there, and it was tossing around a medallion in it handless sleeve.

"That's a Gambler!" Yui explained as everyone prepared their weapons.

"A medallion! Get it!" Jack said to the others. The Gambler attempted to escape from them, but they wouldn't let it go. It was pretty clever, though. It knocked Asuna back when Asuna attempted to get it, and it threw a die at Sora, and they started a game of chance. Sora lost it, and he somehow turned into an oversized die. Yui assured that the affect will wear off, but this Gambler was tricky.

"We need to stop it in its' tracks!" exclaimed Kirito.

"Then let's bring it to us, mate." Jack suggested, and the two decided to go into their Limit Break, 'Bluff'.

Jack produced a special treasure chest out of nowhere, and Kirito opened it up. Suddenly, a vortex came out of the box, sucking in the Nobody. Jack started flying around the vortex, slashing the trapped Gambler as Kirito attacked it from the ground. Finally, with the Nobody still in the air, Jack drops a bomb into the chest, and Kirito closed it. The two looked to each other and fled from the scene as the chest exploded, defeating the Nobody. The medallion floated in the air for a few seconds, then it dropped to the floor, where Jack went to pick it up. Everyone got together again, with Sora back to normal, too.

"Three more to go." Jack muttered as he picked up the medallion.

"How do you know?" Sora asked.

"A pirate must have a keen eye." Jack replied, turning to them, "Else he won't be sailin' free for very long. Savvy?"

"Living free is the only part of a pirate I enjoy the most." Kirito stated, "That's why I kept a sharp eye on how many they stole, too."

"Huh? What's that?" Donald asked, looking out to sea. They turned to the hole in the wreck to see that the Black Pearl was coming their way. It reached the edge of the island, where Sora, Jack and Kirito walked out first to see Elizabeth standing off on the side of the ship.

"Ahoy, mateys!" she shouted to them.

"Seriously?" Asuna asked, disturbed by her words.

"Ridiculous imitation and yet, I'm flattered." Jack stated.

They got aboard the ship, and when Jack was bathed in the moonlight, Will and Elizabeth got to see what Jack turned into. "Jack, what happened?! This is horrible!" Elizabeth gasped as she looked at him.

"Ah, but who's to blame for it, eh?" Jack responded.

"Well, it certainly isn't Elizabeth." Will defended.

"I'm leaning towards you and that stupid pirate law you just had to follow." Asuna scoffed to Jack.

"It's not his fault." Kirito told her, "It was Organization XIII."

"Yeah, they're the ones behind it all." Sora added.

"Wonder where they went?" Goofy asked.

"The hooded man took the pirates and his creatures with him into some strange hole." Will explained, "We saw them leave from inside the captain's stateroom."

"Didn't occur to you to fight them, mate?" Jack questioned them.

"I'm no fool." Will replied, "I knew I was no match for them."

"That I believe." Jack agreed.

Will turned to Sora and the others. "Sora, Kirito, I think we'll need your help." he told them.

"Got it." Sora answered.

"It would probably be best to start looking for the remaining medallions." Kirito stated. "If we don't gather them, the curse won't lift, and that Heartless will remain invincible."

"And I bet they are scattered about in different places." Asuna added, "I doubt they would go to Port Royal. That isn't a very secluded place. Let's go to the ship graveyard and the Isla de Muerta for starters."

The team started with the ship graveyard. Right off the bat, they were able to detect one of the Gamblers was there, but Yui suggested that they take care of it quickly before it disappeared. Asuna wasn't gonna fail a second time, and she went into her Wisdom Form and started shooting a barrage of magic attacks onto the Gambler, quickly defeating it. It dropped the second medallion, and Asuna picked it up for them.

The third medallion wasn't that hard to get either, since it was on the same island. The trick was to avoid the Heartless and cursed pirates. While Kirito led the crew into distracting the enemies, Sora chased after the Gambler. He entered Valor form, and started striking furiously at the Nobody, not giving it a chance to recover. He knocked it out, and they obtained the third medallion.

They searched the island for the fourth, but couldn't find one. They did find a torn page of Pooh's Storybook, which was the last one according to Yui. They also found a Meteor Staff for Donald to use. They decided to go back to the Black Pearl to find the last one. They set sailed for the Isla de Muerta, dealing with another surprise attack along the way.

When they got there, they entered the caves. In the middle of the entrance space, they saw the Nobody that was there. "Right. Let's get it!" Kirito exclaimed, and he dashed at the Gambler. It started to shuffle back, but Kirito caught up with it and started attacking. He kept at it until he slammed it into the ground. Kirito was about to do the final blow, but the Nobody disappeared just in time. Kirito landed on the ground and looked around. "Where'd it go?" he asked.

"Must've escaped before you defeated it." Sora assumed.

Kirito was frustrated that he couldn't defeat it, but Asuna patted his shoulder to comfort him. "Let's go further into the cave." she suggested, "Maybe we'll find it there." Kirito nodded and the crew proceeded further in.

They reached the part of the cave where boxes of gunpowder were stacked in different parts of the long cave corridor. "Where is it?" Donald asked, looking around.

"Probably hiding itself behind the crates, mate." Jack answered, and he tossed a bomb over at one of the box walls, causing it to explode. When the smoke cleared, they saw that the Gambler wasn't there.

"It has to be behind one of these walls." Yui assumed.

"Let's split up and look." Kirito told the crew. They did so, and went to different boxes of gunpowder.

"Nothing here." Sora stated as he and Goofy set off one of the walls.

"Nothin' here, mates." Jack stated as he and Donald destroyed another wall.

"Ah!" cried Asuna, backing away from one of the smoldering walls. A cursed pirate appeared from behind the wall, and the two engaged into a fight.

Kirito knew she could take him, but looked to all the other walls of gunpowder, wondering where it was at. Just then, he heard something behind one of the boxes, and he used a Fira spell to make it explode. Behind it, sure enough, was the Gambler. "Found it!" he shouted, and he went to Master Form and started attacking it like crazy, annihilating it, and taking the medallion it possessed.

"Way to go, Kirito!" Sora cheered as Asuna finished off her opponent. Kirito smiled back at the group. They had got the final medallion.

The team walked back to the Black Pearl and got on board. Sora, Kirito, Asuna and Jack all pulled out their individual medallion and showed it to everyone. "That's four medallions!" Sora counted, "We got 'em all!"

"That's a relief." Asuna sighed, slightly tired from all the running about.

"But where's the chest?" Jack asked.

"If we find the hooded man, we'll find it." Will stated.

"Where should we start?" Kirito asked.

"Prob'ly in Port Royal." Sora answered.

"Why's that?" Elizabeth asked.

"Organization XIII is after people's hearts." Asuna explained, "So they're gonna go where there's lots of people."

"They'll hurt the townsfolk?" Will asked, shocked.

"No, they're bringin' 'em flowers, mate." Jack answered sarcastically, but his tone became aggressive as he continued, "I don't know who these Organizers are, but I will say they're makin' we pirates look like proper gents." He walked his way up to the wheel of the ship.

"Now, we can't have that, can we?" Kirito asked, looking to the captain with a smirk on his face, "Let's give 'em our support!" Jack bowed in agreement to Kirito, then continued his path. Kirito turned to the rest of the crew. "Let's make sure we get there as soon as possible!" Kirito declared, "Ready the Black Pearl for departure. Set sail towards Port Royal!"

"Aye aye!" Sora, Donald and Goofy replied, and the team scattered.

"You really are getting into this pirate stuff." said Asuna, walking to him.

"I'm just doin' my duty as Jack's vice captain." Kirito assured her, "But I'm no pirate. I just Kirito." He dashed over to help out Will as Asuna watched. She smirked at him, then went to help out as well.

They got the ship moving, and with Jack's guidance, they got to Port Royal in a couple hours. As soon as they got to the docks, they anchored the Black Pearl and got off. While Elizabeth stayed behind, the rest of the crew went to the harbor, where they saw the cursed Grim Reaper floating there, and the stone chest full of gold was underneath it. They were unable to get to the chest this way.

"Go! He's for me." Jack stated, tossing his medallion over to Sora. He then used himself as a distraction and lured the Heartless away from the chest, giving everyone else the chance. Sora and Kirito led the team over to the chest.

"Now to break that curse!" Sora declared, and he, Kirito and Asuna dropped their medallions into the chest. They turned and saw that the Grim Reaper was no longer eerie anymore, but it's natural self.

"The curse, it's gone!" cheered Donald.

"But wait. Jack hasn't changed!" Kirito stated, seeing Jack still cursed.

"Then what's this?" Jack asked, looking at his body to see he hadn't changed.

"Wait. I think I understand." Yui answered, she and Goofy seemingly knew at once, "Jack wasn't cursed by taking the gold. He was cursed by the Heartless."

"Oh, I've no worries, then." Jack sighed sarcastically.

"It's ok, Jack." Sora assured him, "We'll just have to defeat the monster, that's all."

Just then, the Grim Reaper took a lunge at the group surrounding the chest. They leap out of the way, and the Grim Reaper took some gold out of the stone chest, making itself invincible again. "Get the gold!" Jack shouted to the crew as they drew their weapons.

The Grim Reaper took some of the gold that were laying around, but the others gathered the remaining gold. This wasn't at all useful since all of the gold was not in the chest. They had no choice but to try taking the gold from the Grim Reaper. Kirito and Goofy attempted to strike it hard, but it was useless. "It looks like our physical attacks won't work on this thing!" Kirito stated as he attempted to back away from the monster's spinning scythe.

"Then let's try this…" Asuna stated, and she fired a Blizzara spell at it. It didn't cause any damage, but it did freeze it and made it drop a few pieces of gold. "I guess it can't stand magic attacks." Asuna said smugly.

"Get those medallions!" Sora cried as he dashed forward, gathering up the gold pieces. He then did a U-turn to the stone chest and dumped all the gold they had into the chest. They turned to see the Grim Reaper thaw out, still immortal.

"Were missing one!" Yui said, analyzing the stone chest of coins.

"Over there!" shouted Goofy, pointing to a spot aways from them. The last coin laid there on the floor.

"On it!" Asuna shouted, and she dashed over to the coin. The Heartless was about to slash down upon her, but Kirito intruded by going into Limit Form and blocking its' attack. The burning blue flames from the slash singed Kirito as he held his position.

"Hurry, Asuna!" he shouted to her. Asuna quickly bent down and snagged the coin, then dashed all the way back to the chest and placed it in. The curse lifted itself off the Grim Reaper, reverting it back to normal. "Now you're finished." Kirito growled, throwing off the scythe and unleashing a Horizontal Square attack onto it. Sora led the others to help him out. Just as they got there, the Grim Reaper teleported to the other end of the area, close to where the stone chest was at.

"No you don't!" Sora shouted, and he and Donald both performed their Thunder magic attacks, shocking it. Asuna dashed forward and started a repetitive jab onto the Grim Reaper, repetitively knocking it back. The Heartless grew tired of the attack, and teleported away from Asuna. It went to the stone chest, and knocked out a whole bunch from it. It then slammed the head of the scythe into the ground and started sucking in the gold, absorbing them and becoming invincible again.

"Hey! Stop that!" shouted Donald. Sora made a dash at the scythe it carried as it continued to suck, with the blue flamed skulls spinning around it, trying to block anyone to come near. Sora dodged them all, leapt for the scythe and started spinning around, releasing the Heartless' grip from the scythe. He pulled it out of the ground and knocked the Heartless backwards. he then grabbed the end and started spinning it around, gathering all the floating skulls. Finally, Sora released the scythe, sending it and the skulls flying at the Grim Reaper, sending it high into the sky. A shower of gold fell down around them. That was the gold that the Heartless attempted to take.

"Gather it up!" Kirito shouted to the others, and they did so, dumping it into the chest. It didn't look as full as it did before, meaning the Heartless still had more. Just then, the Heartless appeared again, teleporting from who knows where. It was still invincible, and it was more ticked off than before. As the team got close to it, it twirled it's scythe over its' head, and it formed a flaming tornado around it, damaging anyone that got close. Sora recovered in mid air and went into his Wisdom Form. He shot a barrage of Blizzara attacks at the Heartless, freezing it and causing it to drop coins. Kirito dashed up to it, gathered the coins, and unleashed a Fira spell onto it. This caused the Grim Reaper to run crazily, dropping even more coins.

"I guess it doesn't like getting burned." Kirito assumed as Sora dashed in and picked up the coins it dropped. The Heartless started to settle down, but Jack's bombs caused it to run around even more, dropping even more coins. Asuna went and picked up those, and the three Keyblade wielders placed their coins into the chest. The Heartless reverted back to normal, meaning they collected all the gold. Jack, Donald and Goofy were fighting it as the other three went to help them. Kirito unleashed a Sonic Leap, followed by a barrage of attacks. The Grim Reaper teleported to the other side of the area, but Asuna and Sora were well ready for it. Sora fired a barrage of magic darts until he ran out of Drive energy and reverted back to normal.

"Sora, let's do it!" Asuna declared, and the two went into their 'Light Splash' Limit Break. They unleashed their combo of 'Starburst' and 'Flash Blade' attacks onto it, finishing with their 'Starry Maelstrom'. The Grim Reaper got up from the attack and teleported away. He appeared above the stone chest of gold, and unleashed a tornado, absorbing every single piece of gold, making itself invincible.

"YOU GOTTA BE KIDDING ME!" shouted Donald and Kirito in unison.

"No time to share your woes, mate." Jack told him. He was right, because the Heartless separated itself into the three floating skulls, enlarging them and changing them. They started to stomp themselves all over the place, and the team was having a hard time avoiding getting hit by the ghouls and their shockwaves. They stomped around several times before they gathered up in the air and ended with one devastating attack onto the ground, hitting everyone but Sora and Asuna, who barely avoided it.

As the Heartless reverted back to normal, Kirito was struggling to get up again. He noticed all his friends in pain too, and used a Cura spell, healing everyone around him. "Asuna! Sora! You ok?" Kirito shouted on the other side.

"We're fine!" Sora responded. Kirito looked to his friends and captain.

"Goofy, I want you to step back." Kirito told him.

"Physical attacks won't work on him. Donald, prepare some magic to attack the Heartless. Jack, you have some bombs left."

"Just a few rounds." Jack responded.

"That's plenty enough." Kirito responded as he turned to see Asuna and Sora being singed by another fiery tornado from the Grim Reaper. "Let's hit it hard. Make sure all those medallions are removed from him. Goofy, go tell the other two what to do.

Kirito went into his Master Form as he stood straight up. "Let's get 'em!" Kirito shouted, and he led Donald and Jack into a battle. Donald started unleashing Thunder attacks onto it, paralyzing it. As Jack let loose some bombs onto it, Kirito dashed into a Fira spell. The result was a combustive attack that set the Grim Reaper aflame. It started running around, with Kirito following and gathering the gold it dropped. He then darted to the stone chest and dropped almost two hundred pieces of gold into it.

Goofy sent word to Asuna and Sora, who understood what must be done. Sora used a Drive Recovery, and he and Asuna also went into their Master Forms, following Kirito's lead. They started using a storm of magic onto the Heartless. It teleported to the stone Chest in order to absorb its' contents, but Kirito dashed in and did the same trick as Sora, sending it flying into the air. Sora and Asuna gathered up the coins it dropped and emptied them into the stone chest.

As soon at the Grim Reaper came back, it tried unleashing a fiery swing with its' slice at Donald and Goofy, but Goofy protected Donald with his shield just enough so that the three Keyblade wielders would come in to save them. They unleashed a blast of Thundara spells at it, paralyzing it. Donald got in close and unleashed a fire spell as Jack threw another set of bombs at it. It started dancing about some more, and they gathered up the coins it left. They had almost got them all. The Grim Reaper turned to them and unleashed a fiery tornado onto them. Donald and Goofy were hit hard, but Asuna and Kirito unleashed Blizzara spells onto it, freezing it in its' track. "I'm starting to get use to this magic stuff." Kirito acknowledged as Sora unleashed a storm of Thundara attacks onto it. This made it drop the remaining gold it possessed. Sora, Kirito and Asuna scooped them up and dumped them into the stone chest, making the Grim Reaper revert back to normal.

"Everyone! Charge!" Kirito shouted, and the six heroes dashed in and unleashed an endless amount of attacks onto it. Kirito, Asuna and Sora all turned back to normal, but this didn't stop their assault. The combination of attacks proved way too much for the Heartless, and it was too warn to escape again. The three Keyblade wielders unleashed one last final slash onto it, leaving a snowflake-like cross on it. The Heartless struggled to stay up, but it was in too much pain. It dropped its' scythe, then after a few seconds, it dropped to the ground lifeless.

The crew turned to Jack, and saw that he turned back to normal. The curse was lifted. The Grim Reaper was defeated. "All better." Sora stated.

"Ah, not quite, mate." Jack corrected him. They turned and saw the Organization XIII member standing next to the disappearing Heartless, and snatched the heart it possessed.

"Sora, Kirito, Asuna, bravo." he congratulated them.

"Save your thanks." Asuna snapped, "Just tell us who you are."

The man looked to Asuna, then smirked slightly. "I guess you deserve that." he replied, "Just call me Luxord. Farewell." He opened a black portal and disappeared just as the team ran at him. He disappeared without a trace.

They looked to where the Grim Reaper disappeared to, and saw three more magic orbs on the ground. They floated over to Sora, Asuna and Kirito. "Those are Magnet Elements." Yui explained, "This will enhance your Magnet into Magnera." The trio absorbed the orbs, feeling the new magic flowing into them.

Jack tapped Kirito's shoulder. "Just who was that chap?" he asked him.

"He's part of an Organization that's collecting hearts." Kirito explained, "First they release Heartless into different worlds. We defeat those Heartless, but then they get the hearts."

"We're never gonna stop 'em like this." Sora moaned.

"We will." Asuna assured, "We have to. It's the only way to defeat them."

Will and Elizabeth walked over to them as Jack asked, "What's the plan, then?"

"We've gotta find their stronghold and finish them off once and for all." Sora answered.

"Sailin' these waters, I've heard some tales, but not a one like this."

"Believe me, it takes some getting use to." Kirito replied with a smirk. Asuna and Yui nodded in agreement.

"Is there any way we can help?" Will asked. "Anything at all?" Elizabeth asked. The group pondered on anything they could do.

"There is." Jack answered, surprising everyone.

What Jack had in mind was smart and reassuring. They grabbed the stone chest full of medallions, and carried it onto the ship. They sailed to the middle of the ocean, and dumped the stone chest into the ocean, where it sank into darkness, hopefully never to be seen again.

They gathered together again to talk some more. "It's certain we don't need the likes of that hooded fellow and the Heartless about." Jack stated, "They'll ruin the market for us true pirates."

"So that's why you went to Port Royal." Elizabeth realized, "And we actually thought you actually wanted to save everyone."

"Elizabeth, this is Captain Jack Sparrow we're talking about." Asuna said to her, "He's a full-blooded pirate. Though a rather odd one, to me."

"A pirate always looks to profit, lasses." Jack told the two ladies, though more to Elizabeth.

"Too bad." said Sora, "You had us going there, thinking you'd turned over a new leaf."

"The question is, what's beyond the leaf? Savvy?" Jack quoted.

Kirito wasn't sure of what he was talking about, but Elizabeth did. "Oh…oh, yes, a reward. And what'll it be?" she asked. Kirito clutched the pocket he had Aincrad's Soul, not wanting him to take it.

However, what Jack had in mind was completely different. "Those lovely blades of Sora's and Kirito's." Everyone was completely stunned at this. He wanted the Keyblades?

Sora and Kirito looked to each other, and nodded in unison. "Okay. Sure." Sora answered, and they produced their Keyblades to him.

Jack was a bit uneasy. "Hold on! That was far too easy." he said suspiciously, "Now what's the rub?" He walked up to Sora and Kirito, and he hesitantly took each of their Keyblades in each of his hands. He held them up, looking at them. Suddenly, the Keyblades glowed bright, and they returned to their original owners. Of course, since they were the chosen Keyblade wielders. Their Keyblades won't go for any other person other than their owner. "There, you see?" Jack stated.

"These blades of ours have a mind of their own." Kirito chuckled.

"Well, you've always got the Pearl, Jack." Sora stated.

"That I do." Jack agreed, "But someday, I'll gather a blood-thirsty crew, and come to take those blades."

"I'd like to see you try." Kirito said with a smirk, accepting the challenge, "I'll be waiting for that day."

"Aye, chance by then I'll have the way to wield it." Jack continued, looking from Sora and Kirito to Will and Elizabeth, "And if I succeed, I'll ask you two to join me. That'd be reward enough." "Done." Elizabeth answered, surprising Will.

"He has no idea what he's getting into." Asuna sighed, but was amused for unknown reasons.

"Maybe someday, Jack'll be able to use the Keyblade after all." Goofy said to Donald and Yui.

"Why's that?" Donald and Yui asked.

"A-hyuck! He, Sora and Kirito are kind of alike, dontcha think?" Goofy chuckled.

"Are not!" Sora, Kirito and Jack said in unison. They looked to each other, surprised at their unity of voices. Then everyone laughed, amused at the moment they had there.

Jack dropped the crew back to Port Royal before he sailed off towards the next adventure. "Some say Jack Sparrow's the worst pirate ever to sail the Spanish Main." Will stated.

"No one could really mean that." Elizabeth told him.

"Right. We know he's the best." Will finished.

"I hope we'll get to see him again." said Sora.

"Maybe." Kirito replied, "But I do think this marks the end of my 'vice captain' business."

"You upset about that?" Asuna asked.

"Nah." Kirito replied, "I hate being second best." Asuna giggled at him. She was glad Kirito wasn't gonna go forth with being a pirate. The heroes made their preparations, and went back to the Gummi ship, onto the next world.
