Back at the precinct, Blake and Rollins were going over their notes from the Romanova family with the rest of the squad.

"Any luck with Lily?" Olivia asked as she exited her office and faced her squad.

"Her parents mentioned that she had some trouble with a kid named Damian Williams," Blake replied instantaneously. "They dated for a few months and when Damian started pressing Lilly to have sex with him, she refused, and it set him off."

"Set him off how?" Carisi asked from his desk.

"He said s… things like 'you're a slut' and 'you'll pay for this,'" Blake replied. "Now, my gut tells me that either he did this or knows the person who did this, but the evidence suggests neither at the moment."

Rollins glanced sideways at Blake before saying anything. "Lily mentioned that she and Damian Williams had a rough breakup because she didn't want to have sex with him, but she didn't say anything about him saying that she'd pay for it."

Blake shook his head, clearly frustrated with having to deal with a possible dead end. "Okay, everyone, this clock's ticking. I think we should bring Damian Williams in for questioning."

Olivia glanced at Blake. "You and Rollins look for the kid and ask him some questions. But whatever you do, do not jump to conclusions. It's just a simple talk. Keep me posted on what you find."

"You got it," Rollins agreed.

"Fin, Carisi, go talk to the school counselors and see if Lily confided in them about Damian's advances," Olivia instructed.

"On it," Carisi answered before all but jogging out of the squad room with Fin on his heels.

Amanda grabbed her jacket and keys and locked eyes with Blake. "I'll drive this time."

"Eh, I don't give a f… care," Blake shrugged, doing his best to not curse around his new colleagues. He was met with a quizzical look from Amanda. "Trying to avoid swearing- don't want to tick off Benson, you know?"

"Blake, I'm pretty sure she's heard so many profanities from suspects and colleagues alike, myself included, so don't worry about it too much," Amanda assured. "Alright, Blake, let's go talk to this kid."

Blake got to his feet and grabbed his blazer. "I'm right behind you."

The pair had barely grabbed their coats when a tall woman with red hair entered the precinct. Blake made eye contact and stopped in his tracks - whoever this woman was, she was beautiful, and judging by the look on her face, she clearly meant business. Okay, who is that? He gave Rollins a quick look. "I'll meet you downstairs."

"Alright, if you say so," Amanda smirked, leaving her new partner in the squad room. "Don't take too long though, Surfer Boy!"

"I won't," Blake stated firmly. "Oh, and for the record, I don't surf!"

Amanda shook her head and giggled before leaving the squad room. "See you in a few!"

The redhead made eye contact with Blake and approached him, her black high heels clacking on the floor. She was wearing a black blazer, white dress shirt with the top button undone, and a black skirt that showed off her toned legs. "Hi there."

Blake's throat went dry. "...hi there. How may I help you, miss..?"

"Casey Novak, the ADA for SVU," the redhead answered. "You can call me Casey."

Blake did everything he could to avoid staring at Casey. "Detective Blake Cameron." He stuck his hand out to Casey and gave her a warm grin. "Nice to meet you."

"Nice to meet you too," Casey responded, taking Blake's outstretched hand in her own. She studied him a little more and felt herself getting lost in his eyes. Casey, do not go there. She cleared her throat. "Is Olivia Benson here?"

"Yeah, she should be in her office," Blake nodded. "Um… I'd love to stay and chat, but my partner and I gotta head out. Maybe we'll see each other later?"

"Maybe so," Casey grinned. "Take care, Detective Cameron."

"You too, Counselor." Blake threw his blazer over his shoulders and left the squad room, relieved to find that Amanda had waited for him. "Sorry about that - our ADA wanted to see Captain Benson, and we wound up chatting for a moment." He slapped the button on the elevator, his mind wandering back to the redhead once again.

Amanda quickly noticed that Blake was out of focus. "Blake, what's going on?"

"Nothing," Blake shrugged, "why?"

"You seem out of focus. Is it because of the case? Do you need to sit this one out?"

"I'll be fine," Blake assured as the pair entered the elevator once more. "Let's just go talk to this kid and see what he knows…"

"Hey, maybe we'll get lucky," Amanda shrugged as the elevator arrived at the parking garage.

Blake merely shook his head and got into the Interceptor. "If this lead doesn't go anywhere, then maybe Carisi and Fin will find something."
