Greenworld
Early morning on Greenworld.
Clarissa and Sylvia had gone to collect the eggs from the not-quite-hens that they were in the process of domesticating. Both the women still needed to wear thick leather gauntlets for the process. It was a nice day and they took their time strolling back into the settlement. Despite the beauty around them, both women were still dealing with what had been a difficult few days all round.
Clarissa and Martin had had what was probably the worst argument of their married life. She had been able to accept that he was one half of FIRESTORM and that he was going to have 'adventures' in that role. She had long known that he was someone who got caught up in his work to the extent that he sometimes seemed to forget that he had a family. But at other times he could be a very affectionate husband and father - Jax had helped to make him more aware of that aspect of his life. But now he was effectively a criminal on the run, she and Lily had been questioned frequently by the authorities that were hunting him and now they were hiding out on this beautiful but primitive planet. He hadn't made good choices recently and she said so. He was regretful but not - she thought - contrite.
Sylvia's thoughts to were simpler -she hoped her son would find a nice girl, settle down and marry, in due course providing her with grandchildren. In different circumstances, she could have like Evelyn, but it was plain that Jax and her were no more than friends. Unfortunately, Jax's recent choices seemed to be making the prospect of him becoming a family man in the near future less likely.
As they approached the settlement, they heard a pair of siblings returning to what appeared to be an ongoing quarrel. The previous occasion had appeared to be about the male sibling going AWOL - now it had apparently moved on to be the female one's wish to return to Earth 1.
''That young woman has quite a mouth on her'' Sylvia had commented to her son, in a disapproving tone, on the previous occasion.
''This isn't my kind of place'' the woman was saying in quite a loud tone, giving a disparaging look at her surroundings. ''And it isn't really yours either. And I don't want to be away from Cisco.''
The male responded with something in a lower tone.
''I'm a Snart. Someone is always going to be hunting me. I'm going back.''

It hadn't been hard to figure out where Evelyn and the others would have gone to find sanctuary. Ava had breached through to her old place of work - the A.R.G.U.S. base on Greenworld. Her successor had offered her a tour to see what changes had occurred since she left.
''I really need to find my cousin ASAP.'' she told him.''Another time perhaps.''
It turned out that there would be a delay.
''The colonies are on the far side of the planet'' he reminded her. ''I'll have to radio Joe West and get permission for you to breach to whichever colony she's in - if she is here.''
Ava sighed. Admittedly, this wasn't a place where A.R.G.U.S. had any jurisdiction, but she hadn't thought the colonists would impose rules so soon. She changed her mind about the tour.

Ava wanted to talk to Evelyn privately, but there was something that all the Legends needed to know. She found herself addressing not just the target group, but a trio of relatives that had also turned up at the colony in question.
''Things have gone totally quiet'' she told them . ''No riots, looting, arson, no more than mild, everyday incidents of the pre-Savage kind. His focus seems to have shifted entirely to Kaznia. There's virtually nothing for us - or you - to do in America.''
''What about the murder investigation?'' Martin Stein asked.
''Investigation into A.R.G.U.S. you mean. Watson's focussing on whether setting up X Unit was justified, what went on there - yes, whether there were crimes committed by any of you. She wants you all in custody, pending in depth investigation.''

The private conversation with Evelyn didn't really lead anywhere.
Watson might want them all but she couldn't get to them while they were holed up on Greenworld.
Evelyn was adamant that she wouldn't return to Earth1 with Ava.
''We're going to clear our names before we set foot anywhere near A.R.G.U.S.'' she said flatly.
''How?'' Ava tried to keep the worry out of her voice.
Evelyn smiled. ''We have an idea - it might need your help.''
Ava stared at her.
