Chapter 13, At last!
START!
As he comes out from the tent, Naruto is holding his head that's currently pounding slightly. From the table, his twin bodyguards are staring at him with sheepish smiles on their faces.
Well… more specifically, they're in the ground near the table, sitting in dogeza position with heavy looking rocks placed in their laps. While sitting in the chairs of the table itself is three of his official pokegirls, which is Lara, Hinata and Dianna.
And it was obvious that Lara is the one punishing them, seen from her annoyed and jealous looking eyes. While Hinata herself looks calm, despite her smile looks kinda strained, obviously she had tried to calm down the bee queen without any success.
As for Dianna?
Well, she's currently staring at her fist that's glowing silver with a thick seriousness surrounding her.
… it seems she's currently trying to develop a new move. That… or she's trying to increase the potency of her current move.

"Oh! It's nice if everyone's already here… though… where's Catalsyt-chan?"
As Naruto asked that, he walks to Lara and tried to calm her down by taking on of her palm and began to massaging it using his hands.
He doesn't want her to be angry at her own subordinates, after all, he did promise to Yin and Yun that they're allowed to use his body when he's free. And that's why he looks calm right now instead of annoyed by their assault on his person.
That… and it did feel pleasurable.
Of course, jealous Lara wasn't that easy to please.
But to Naruto, all he needs to do is to hug one of her arms and gave it some kisses and said few sweet words to her. and five minutes or so later, she relented and kicked away the large rocks from her slave's laps.

The boy said as he kissed his girlfriend's cheek lovingly with her support. Though to make sure she won't be angry once again, instead of releasing his grip on her, he chose to sit in her lap, where her four arms immediately began to caressing his body as lovingly as possible.
And already been with her for so long, Naruto respond to this is a simple patch of pink in his cheeks. While his eyes still look as calm as possible.
"Are you two alright?"
The boy said from the lap of his girlfriend. In front of him, Yin and Yun is bowing down until their foreheads touch the ground.

To Naruto, it's a bit overreactive of them to be like this. And so, he merely let out small laugh and waved his hands in 'no problem' gesture.
Unknown to him, Yin and Yun perfectly know just how terrifying their Queen could be if she so wanted. After all, she's obviously very possessive toward him, and touching the lover of BuzzQueen is always practically a death sentence, most human with basic common sense should've know this.
Their king seems to not have such common sense though.
It took another few 'no problem' from Naruto before in the end, Yin and Yun relented and stood up, then gave him nods of acknowledgement.
"By the way, your highness. For your information, Catalyst is yet to back from her water gathering… But it should be so-"
[I'm here, master]
Before Yin could finish her sentence, the sound of watery wheels spinning could be heard, and soon, the form of Catalyst in her doom shape glory arrives before them. and seeing her, Naruto smiled softly.

"Alright! Now that's Catalyst-chan here, let's eat everyone"
Because he had been passed out, Naruto doesn't just how long Catalyst has been gone out to. But still, aura guardian he is, it's easy to see the fact that the circulation of her energy has become much stronger than before by several times.
She probably has been evolved…

Behind him, Yin and Yun seems rather affronted because he's so easily let his body getting dirty, though, without saying anything to him, Yin walks to Yun's back and starting to search for something within her Queen's bag.
"Say, Catalyst-chan, can you taste food?... you know… without having a taste bud?"
[Well… yes, I can master. Though, I don't think 'taste' is accurate enough to call it that. For me, fishes and other water creatures have some 'freshness' while the ground creatures taste like gummy to me]
The boy blinked several times here, though before he can say anything, Yun lifts him by the scruff of his shirt as if he's some kind of baby fox.
"Excuse us for a second, Your highness"
With a trained quickness that could make any maid green in envy, Yin stack some sort of fabrics in the place Naruto laid himself just a seconds ago. And after she tidied it up, Yun places him on top of it, with his stomach and some hairs no longer touching the dirty ground.
If nothing else… the boy looks confused.

In the end, he chose to nodded in gratitude toward his twin lovers. With them returning his gesture with their beautiful smiles.

The boy said after several seconds of silence. Then again, most people would forgot too if they were to be interrupted just as they wanted to talk.
Not like he's going to fault Yin and Yun though, after all, it's also his fault to forgot what he wanted to say.

He said with small claps, soft smile in his face. With his pokegirls doesn't seem to be confused just why he could know such knowledge.
After all, they had seen him done something much stranger.
For example, when he told them the exact location of a water body despites they're pretty far from the place.

After all, the reason she could reach evolution this fast is because she had absorbed so much energy from his leaked out sweat. So really, her evolution is mostly because of him.

With his aura sense, Catalyst know that her trainer could easily sense her 'uniqueness' after she evolved. But at the moment, she doesn't want to talk about such a thing, and so, she diverts his attention by said that sentence.

The boy said with a kind smile, one of his hands taking out a pokedex from his pocket. And slowly, he pointed the camera toward the girl.

Naruto doesn't really know… but… for some reason the information from the pokedex isn't that useful for him. The only useful information it gave is the information about Catalyst new ability to use the DNA she has stored within her body.
As for the other information… well… it only explained her kind's feral state and their diet.
[I'm sure you're shocked, Master. But unlike you, no other mid to high tier trainers ever used my kind before… and because of this, my kind are almost never used for battle and only kept as pets, some probably as cleaners for people]

For a small second, Naruto shook his head at most human stupidities.

As he said this, Naruto stood and getting his muscles ready for their next journey. In front of him, Yin and Yun immediately folds the fabrics used for his makeshift bed just seconds ago.

After ten seconds of silent, Catalyst knelt down and lifted her master and put him in her shoulders. Of course, for a small sec, he yelped cutely, but after he's snugly placed on top of her, he snuggles his face into her blonde locks as his two lithe arms wraps around her head.

Behind him, Catalyst transformed back into her humanoid form, standing firmly like a statue… her eyes, made of slime looks so dead and have no life whatsoever. But then again, as slime, her eyes is mostly just decoration, Naruto know this because he can sense it easily.
Though still… why she hasn't put him into her body like usual kind of make him curious.
Oh well… maybe she wants to feel her now body at the moment. Not a problem, not a problem~

Few seconds after Naruto thought like that, Yin and Yun arrived, panting heavily after their wings was forced to fly with such speed.
And seeing this, Naruto merely smiled lightly.
They need to work on their stamina.

After the boy said this, his eyes went to the city.
Vermillion city is a nice city, the smell of the air reminds Naruto the very first time he reached this region. At that time, he was so in hurry and didn't even have time to enjoy even the simplest thing like the sight of the city.

No… the city itself feel normal. But for some reason, he feels as if he's being watched by so many eyes hidden among the civilians. That… or the civilians is the one watching him, he can't tell with so many eyes locking into him.

The Slimette Princess immediately compel after her trainer said his order, and after small seconds of pausing, she nodded to her master and began to led him to the location of the building she knows is the place where gym leader reside at the moment.
It took them no longer than five or so minutes before in the end, Naruto and his group arrive in the gym.
The building is big, bigger than any gyms he had seen in his journey, and for some reason, people is crowding in front of said building, each holding camera and mic.

A lone mic pushed unto his face, though unlike Red, the boy merely blinks for a small second. And after that, his face become calm, as if already used to be crowded by media like this. At the same time, his left hand gently pushed the mic away from his face.
Unknown to him, the three pokegirls behind him is narrowing their eyes, angry that their trainer's way getting blocked by some human.

Heard his voice, the girl called Red and her Peekabu focused their attention on his person almost immediately.

The girl in red nodded slightly, acknowledging his presence, beside her, her Peekabu lessen the electric her body releases, then give her own nod toward the boy just like her trainer.

With a rather calm smile, the boy smiled and put his right palm on top of Peekabu's head and began to pat her gently.
And knowing his rivalry with her master, Peekabu just let this happen… she doesn't want to be a target of her master's rage, or anyone equal to her in that regard. Then again, because her master is a person that rarely show her own affection, this pats from her master's rival is pretty much a fresh air.
… nor like she's going to accept any pats from anyone though.
"Lara will be delighted when she hears of this"
And with that said, Naruto pulled back his palm from Peekabu's head. Inwardly he laughed lightly when he sees that the creature has her ears twitching slightly as if missing for his touch.
Well… some pats are all he could've done as he doesn't want to face a jealous Red.
"… by the way… our score is one and one, right?"
By now, the media that just few seconds ago scampered because of Peekabu's thunder already got back in line and taking the pictures and videoing their conversation.
Of course, as none of them stood in front of Red, she doesn't mind (more like doesn't even care about their existence altogether). As for Naruto, being surrounded by media is already bread and butter to him, this basically just him going back to his usual live, nothing less and nothing more.

Naruto hold out his right hand in front of him after that, waiting patiently until his rival take it.
For the first time after he met the girl in red, Naruto watched as she scoffed, amusement can be seen in her eyes easily. But her hand also reaching out to his hand, accepting the challenge.

They're in front of Lt. Surge gym, said to be one of the harder gyms, media around them, probably doing a live, and he DARE doing something like this.
Inside his gym, Naruto dare to bet that the man in question is currently seething in rage.
That's his plan though. Make the gym leader as angry as possible so he'll use the strongest pokegirls within his arsenal. He wants challenge, Red-chan also want some challenge, doing something like this is basically both for himself and his rival, not simply because he alone wanted it.

With that said, Red walks ahead toward the gym building, leaving Naruto that can only blinks in confusion after he heard her words.

Oh, Naruto know it easily, in this game of them, the one going first will be the one having handicap. After all, he's going to watch the battle, which mean he would've got a good idea about Lt. Surge battle style and overall power. Which can't be said the same when it came to Red's battle.
Of course… Naruto isn't angry, not at all.
If nothing else, as his rival walking toward the electric gym, the boy narrowed his eyes toward her back.
'… I see… so not only Peekabu that has become stronger'
Lightning of blue flashed across the boy's eyes for a small second, which show his slight agitation. Truly, among every trainer he had met in the past, no one else could be more worthy to be his rival except for Red.

Evil is evil… and evil will be punished, it's his job as lieutenant.
And of course, his resolve become much more iron hard when he heard another news. A news about cerulean city gym leader that has gotten one of her beloved water pokegirls 'severely' hurt after she fought against one of the 'twin trainers'. The blue one this time.
These two… they're evil and made from the same evilness it seems.
Of course, not only him. after two big news, even media also began to move and start gathering any information they can get about the so called 'twin trainers'.

A girl that could be said as an older sister of Peekabu could be seen popping her neck and arms after she lazily gotten up from her comfy large pillow. The coloration of her which is mostly dark orange make sure anyone that see her would realize that her race is one above Peekabu.
Ria… the evolutionary of Peekabu, said to be able to call down a thunder as they please, with some limitation of course.
But still, the marks of scars in her body proofed just how many times she has escaped deaths. Which mean, her experience cannot be compared to that of feral Rias in the wild.

"You don't look much for someone who terrifies some gym leaders"
Lt. Surge mock his opponent as he arrived on his part of stadium. The girl across of him however, doesn't seem to care at all for his words, if nothing else, she looks bored.
And this, trigger Surge… badly.

Red and Peekabu doesn't seem to care when the orange themed pokegirl jumped from her trainer side and gracefully land on her battlefield. If nothing else, Red merely take out a pokeball from the strap on her waist.
She's not going to use Peekabu, that's basically what she's saying right now.
The media around them began to mutters a bit loudly when they see this act from the girl in Red, while her rival, the boy hailed from Shirona family merely looked on with hands folded in front of his chest in a lone place devoid of media, his eyes sharper than the ones Surge had seen from his TV.

Wordlessly, the girl in red threw her pokeball to her side of battlefield, and what came out from the ball is a pokegirl that is normal in everyone eyes.
A Charmela…
A basic evolution after the Charmanda's line, pokegirl which is among of the starter trio.
And seeing this, Lt. Surge smirked.
He's so going to win this battle.

'Ah… of course it's going to be that girl that evolved first'
Both the media and Lt. Surge seem to be confused by Red's choice of pokegirl.
But while media merely shrugged their shoulders and keep doing their thing, it was obvious that Lt. Surge seem consent and think that he could win this battle easily, it was seen from his smirk.

Of course, not that he cares about how the gym leader thinking. His eyes at the moment are focusing right into his rival's Charmela… or so the name of the pokegirl of Red that Catalyst said just seconds ago.
The girl is strong, his eyes could discern how compact her muscles in legs, arms and stomach are. And this, really make Naruto almost to 'tch'-ed.
In overall, she should be doubled… no, almost tripled her speed, endurance and strength compared to the time she and Dianna fought.
Really, just what kind of foods did Red give to her pokegirl to eat? Because this is just so mind baffling.
Now don't get him wrong, Dianna also has become stronger, but not to the point her overall almost tripled.
It's baffling… frustrating… but at the same time, also exciting.
'Now Red… show me what you can do with her'
In this challenge, power isn't everything. Naruto himself already has plan A, B and C by seeing Lt. Surge's Ria alone. And all of these plans should be able to let him finish the battle in less than twenty seconds.
And yes, he's just that awesome.
"The battle between gym leader of Vermillion, Lt. Surge and Red from pallet town will start now. Are you two ready?"
The judge raises his right hand, and the two combatants nodded at the same time, their eyes never leave each other. Though for Red, its more like she's staring into the air and not Surge. And this, make the Lieutenant growl in annoyance.
"Then, start!"
"Ria! Start with explosive point-blank thunder!"
After the Lieutenant barked that, Naruto's eyes widen.
Lt. Surge's Ria is fast.
In no less than a second, the girl's already in front of Charmela. Unfortunately for the electric pokegirl, said Charmela already gathering a good amount of purplish flame inside her mouth.
"… Bite"
As the thunder roars, Charmela also bit into Ria's shoulder and burning the girl's outward and inward part of her body. Of course, Charmela also found herself getting burned by the point-blank thunder.

The sound of thunder and flame clashing make Naruto hum in slight awe.
Definitely, none of them is holding back.
Though of course, because Naruto is Red's rival, he already know that her Charmela obvious power lay in her endurance. Not to say she lack power or speed of course, it just, among the others, endurance is what she's lean into.

The boy once again hum as he keeps watching the two pokegirls clashing their techniques in a strange match of wrestle.
… It shouldn't take too long until that Ria exhausted her thunder.
And just as he predicted, not long after he thought that, Ria's thunder died down. However, experienced she is in life and death situation, Lt. Surge's Ria merely let out a small grunt of pain as she kicks the Charmela with her glowing feet several times, again and again, until in the end, the lizard let her go.
Growl!
In contrast to her opponent, Charmela simply growled and patted away some dust from her chest.
'The winner is so obvious that its rather painful to continue to watch honestly'
Naruto muttered inwardly.
Despite this, Lt. Surge and his pokegirl doesn't to be close to give up, in contrast, they now seem ready to murder anything in front of them. And once again, thunder began to rolls. But this time, thunders rolls around both Rai and Lt. Surge himself.
Rather lazily, Naruto closed one of his eyes cutely.
"Uwoooooh! This is it! Dear viewers, wherever you are! This pressure, the skill that made Surge Volter the man he is today! His bloodgift!"
Bloodgift…
Ah, how long he hadn't heard of that word ever since he arrived in this region.
Bloodgift, the gift from the ancestor of aura guardian to the humans so that humankind can protect themselves against the pokegirls, long before pokeball invented.
A myth, that's what people these days called his kind. But even then, he doesn't really care.
They still use bloodgifts, and as long as they use it, Naruto will think it as them recognizing his kind's existence.
"Lt. Surge, twenty-six years old. Bloodgift, rank-B [Lighting Surge], increase his party's lighting damage by fifty percent when active"
For the first time ever since Naruto have Catalyst as assistant, the boy doesn't really pay attention into what she said. of course, simply because he already knows about bloodgift and all of its forms. After all, it was made by his own ancestor.
Though… that rank thing…
"Say Catalyst-chan, since when bloodgift have rank?"
"I believe it's implemented by pokegirl world association more or less one year ago, Master"
He wants to laugh, he really does.
But in the middle of gym, as the member of Shirona family, Naruto really need to protect his image as perfectly as possible. Of course, snickers still escaped his lips every once a while.

Anyway, ever since Lt. Surge activate his bloodgift, Red and Charmela seems to no longer have upper hand.
Of course, unlike Lt. Surge and the media, he knows the exact reason is not because she's getting pushed back. It's simply because she's getting too much absorbed in the good battle she rarely feels.
It's almost one minute though.
"Red-chaaaaan! Hurry up! It's almost a minute you know!"
And yes, Red and Lt. Surge's battle from beginning till now is only one minute.
And while Naruto took notice Lt. Surge's scoff, as if disbelieving his words that's suggesting that Red could finish this battle any when she wants. He also took notice Red that has a slightly widening eyes, which basically saying…

So… without any feeling came out from the girl's lips.
And when said voice is heard by almost everyone there, the air, the thunder, the sound of clash, everything just… stop.
Everything that have lives suddenly feel it…
The pressure, the fear… the darkness that swallow even the darkness itself.
And all of it comes simply by hearing the voice of Red.

And as Charmela realize how grave the current situation for her trainer pride and honor between rivals, she wasted no hint of energy to let out her fiercest and largest flames.

The gym itself trembles from the flames and roar.
And of course, when everything died down, Lt. Surge is seen standing in his podium with wide eyes full of shock. Behind him, his starter, Ria's form can be seen unconscious, burnt from the tip of her ear to feet.
Fortunately, she's by far not a weak pokegirl, so she's merely unconscious and doesn't have any fatal wounds.
Beep… beep… beep
Soft, beeping sounds come from Lt. Surge pokedex.
Three beeping, a signal for losing conscious but not in a live threatening situation. And when he heard this, Lt. Surge relaxes his shoulders and let out a big sigh of relief.
He thought he was going to die just now.
Who's going to fault him though? That was really terrifying.
At least his partner is fine.
"… Tch"
The girl named Red tch-ed because in the end, she knew she had taken too much time defeating Lt. Surge's Ria. And while at first Surge want to teach her some manner, he realized that he has lost.
It wasn't a shameful defeat, he reminded himself. The girl is good, far good than he had thought at first. And the fight against her was exciting, even the girl itself was happy from their battle, if her having lost her sense of time is any proof.
Now he knows why these two was pretty brutal when it come to their previous two gyms.
It's not only badges that they want.
They want challenges.
Challenges so that they can keep making themselves better and better.
So of course, they would feel insulted when the gym leaders used weak pokegirls against them instead of strong ones. He even dares to bet now that the news few days ago about many depressed trainers around Mt. Moon and Nugget Bridge is also because of these two.
'But still… they lack tact'
Lt. Surge thought inwardly.
With how they keep bulldozing every trainer in their paths, sooner or later some trainers would probably become vengeful and start to antagonize them in bad way.
Then again, it's not his problem.
These two has his respect now, even though the boy haven't show him his strength, but the fact that they're rival mean he's at least equal with Red.
And because they have his respect, he will just believe that they could get pass any obstacle that will block them in the future.
And while he's thinking like this, Lt. Surge walks to the middle of the field, followed by his former challenger until they've come face to face.
"That was a good battle… I won't lie, but the fact you refused to use your Peekabu partner will probably hurt my Ria's pride. She'll train until we meet again"

A girl with little word. As if talking itself is a chore to her, and yet, in the battle, she's like a master of war. And this thinking made Lt. Surge shook his head inwardly.
She's an unpolished diamond.
"You have shown me your quick thinking, your wide intellect of battle and your close bond with your pokegirl… Red from Pallet town, with this, I give you a thunder badge"
A shining, yellow badge in the shape mirroring of that of a sun was given to the girl, as she immediately placed the thing on her badge's case. And after that, the two shook hands…
"… Watch out"
With that as her last words, Red walks away from the podium so she can take a seat on the chair near the edge of the room. Her eyes watching the stadium like a hawk watching its prey.
Still inside the stadium, Lt. Surge also walks away, though he merely walks to his previous place which is the red field.

The girl gave out heavy pressure of that of apex predator, something… inhuman. Something so out of ordinary and almost at the edge of otherworldly.
But her rival…
From his TV, Surge didn't feel anything.
But as he standing there, watching as the boy walking ever slowly into the blue field, Surge feel his heart tremble.
This aura… this unmistakable pressure.
This, is a pressure of the king. The peak of humanity itself.
'This boy… he's definitely going to become a champion!'
Surge is the man who has survived against so many wars, and so, faced off against someone like this, he doesn't feel any ouch of fear at all. What he feels right now is excitement.
To think that today he's going to fight against such worthy and strong opponents. He feels really blessed.
"Boy, can you wait a bit? I need some minutes to heal my Ria"
Ria is his oldest and strongest partner, she has been with him ever since he's a child lost in kanto. When he became a gym leader for the first time, some of the people up there criticized him for having such a baby pokegirl.
After all, Ria was usually kept as pets by most people.
He ignored them of course, he's able to lives today is because of her. And he had won against many battles is also because of her.
So of course, when he have found such opponent, there's no way he's going to use pokegirl other than her.
"Sure… take your time"
The boy answered kindly, a soft smile on his face.
Heard this, Surge nodded and looked back, his eyes locking into one of the trainees in his gym.
"Jill! Get my portable healer ready!"
"Y-Yes sir!"
And after he barked that, Surge reinsert his Ria back into her pokeball with a red light. And when his subordinate come back with the portable pokegirl healer, he wasted no time and immediately insert his pokeball and activate the machine.

Inside the gym, no one dare to make any sound, and so, only the sound of the machine that can be heard for at least five or so minutes. And when the healing finished, said machine let out a soft click sound.
"Let's do this one more time, Ria!"
Once the healing complete, Surge took out the ball and threw it into the battlefield, as the rat pokegirl once again came out with a growl. Her body and Surge's body letting out the surge of electric as once again, the Lieutenant's bloodgift activating.
She's angry, anyone could see that… the again, defeated so soundly would do that to anyone.
Of course, seeing this, Naruto simply let out a light smile and closing one of his eyes.
"Catalyst… take the field"
"Yes, master"
Calmly, gracefully, Catalyst takes the field in front of Naruto… her empty eyes watching Ria as if she doesn't want to do anything at all.
"By the way, Lieutenant Surge… just a few words of advice. My pokegirl is Slimette Princess… Catalyst, change to ground type"
The maid look-alike gains a brown like hues around her skins as she discarded her poison type and take the ground one to counter Ria. And seeing this, Surge widen his eyes in shock…
That would literally negate all of his electric moves!
"Ready, go!"
"Ria quick attack!"
Even then, when the judge lowered down his arm and called the battle, Surge also immediately burst into action, not wanting to lose the first move to the boy that he knows will want to end this as fast as he can.
"… Hmm~ Catalyst. Type poison a second before she hit you"
'Shit!'
Surge can't do nothing as once again the Slimette princess turn her body into liquid once again, this time into a poison type.
And because Ria's momentum already there, she cannot stop herself and can only pass the liquid body of the slimette, poisoning her instantly.
But still…
"Ria! Now's the chance, thunder!"
"Sorry… but wrong choice"
It was a good idea honestly, with the girl already back into its most basic poison type, Ria should be able to hurt her with thunder now. But the boy's words and that small smile on his face really made Surge confused.
His confused state become doubled when instead of shooting thunder, HIS Ria seems to be electrified out of nowhere.
"sahfgksavuerglavsdkv!"
She seems to be in pain, and seeing his partner state, Surge can't help but wince.
That look very painful.

Fortunately, her state last no more than five or so seconds, and after that, she fell to the ground with swirly eyes.

"Alright… its eighteen seconds, I'm the winner in this showdown. Red-chan"
2-1, with him leading now.
The boy looks as calm as possible, even though around him all of the medias has their jaws dropped into the floor. And with that calmness, he simply walks to the middle of their battlefield, with Surge can't do anything but to grit his teeth to hide the shame he feels.
The girl revel in her fought against his Ria… but this boy, Naruto? He let no such emotion control him.
But still… how?
"Are you confused, Lieutenant?"
The boy asked, still with that damn smile on his face. But still, Surge do feel confused, and so he just nods at the boy while walking to the middle himself.

The boy snapped his fingers, and just as he did this, his so-called Slimette princess walks to his side and once again following him like a lost puppy.

With another snap of his fingers, Surge then see it.
Covering his Ria from head to feet is a bunch of blue colored slime, and with such a thing, there's no way electric cannot be shot and had bounced back at her.
"My Catalyst is unique, you know? Unlike others from the slimette-line, she could change her color by her own will… even to 'uncolor' herself is pretty simple"
So that's how…
"I see… impressive. Well, while its pretty shameful defeat for me. Boy, you have shown me impressive battle tactic, you have shown me intelligent far above trainers around your level, and for that, let me give you this thunder badge as the proof that you have defeated me"
"Thank you, Lieutenant"
The blond boy took the badge from the man calmly. And after he said his thanks, he turned around and walks out from the gym. Medias following him like some dogs smelling bone while his rival already gone by the time his battle finished.
Behind him, Surge is left standing in the middle of his gym's battlefield with arms folds and brows furrowing.
'… This day is full with excitement. But to think that me and Ria are too weak to enjoy it to our hearts content'
Its just too vexing for him.
It seems his Ria need to up her training some more.

Outside the gym, Naruto simply walks out from the building followed by the medias. And after he gain some distance from the building, he stopped and let out a small sigh.
"Alright… Let's get this over with, people"

And the dozens or so people crowd him after that.
"Sir, excuse me, but from the information I gathered, you're said to be from the famous family within Sinnoh region, the Shirona, I'm curious on why are you starting your journey from Kanto?"
"Sir, how long have you trained your pokegirls that they've become so strong?"
"How old are you?"
"What's your motive to capture a Slimette in the first place?"

The question goes on and goes on, but Naruto keep calm as the questions thrown at him. though after five minutes or so, he said something soft to his pokegirls…
"Get me some perimeter…"

Yin and Yun flaps their wings madly, throwing winds here and there. Their furrowing eyes is the sign of them having suppressing their annoyance for too long.
BUZZZZZ BUZZZZZ!~
As the winds keep getting stronger, the media in the end was forced to have a line three meters away from the blonde boy.
Of course, their machines still intact as he's not as brutal as his rival did.
It would break his good image after all.
Anyway…
As the boy now have his space, the two Killerbreast behind him stopped their flapping wings. Though before any of the media have an idea to get close once again, Catalyst quickly made a lone blue fence that stop their advance.
"Sorry for the winds and the fence, but I've gone to some presses in Sinnoh, and I remember it's not as… suffocating as you guys did just now, once again I'm sorry, but I need some space here"
My pokegirls isn't fonds of me getting close to so many people.
The unsaid words left unsaid because all of the people there can sense it easily from the slight annoyance thrown at them from the three pokegirls behind the boy, though the boy himself looks calm and kind if his smile is anything else.

"We understand your action, Shirona sir… my name is Jeff Richard, a reporter from 'everyday life with pokegirls' TV, may I have the pleasure of having my question answered?"
Unlike other reporters, this Jeff seem to have a slight knowledge of the real weight inside his Shirona name and was giving a small bow to Naruto as he said this.
And sensing this, Naruto let out a small smile…
How fortunate of him.
"Of course, Jeff, I'll allow you to throw me your question"
"Regarding your family, Shirona… most of the people within Kanto wouldn't know this. But to Sinnoh people, your family is basically and almost literally the official noble lineage of Sinnoh region itself, so the question is, why are you starting from Kanto first, sir?"
Maybe it was because they heard the man's question, but the media that just now excited to question him now looks very wry and sheepish… some -mostly females- even ran to the backline and thicken their make-up.
How very pointless.
Some still looks calm though -and Naruto will consider them as the people with some knowledge-.
"Ah yes, I guess my family is a royalty… I can't deny that despite we live in a mostly normal house. Anyway, as for why I start in Kanto… Hmm~ how do I say this, there's another reason for it, but it mostly because I wanted to start from here"
The reporters quickly noted this down, though unlike them, Jeff are furrowing his eyebrows.
"But sir, forgive me for being so rude. From what I heard, the elders from Shirona house are pretty strict with the house rules and regulations, they condemn an act too freedom like what are you doing right now"
"True…"
Unlike what Jeff thought at first, instead of showing some uncomfortable face, Naruto simply hummed gently while tapping his chin, and this simply doesn't like someone who's in the run from the noble house.
The man got his answer then…
"… But you know, if any elder dare to lecture me about rules and regulations. I guess I can just strip them away from their position, I have at least that much influence in my fingers"
"S-sir… are y-you perhaps…"
"Ah… I forgot to tell you, my full name is Naruto U Shirona, lone son of the late King Minato Shirona and the late Queen Kushina…"
"… So, I'm not a noble Shirona. I'm their next ruler"
