I was surprised to see that Wylie and Granite had both came with Mr. Forkle but was suddenly glad when the bloated man started to explain the mission. "You kids do like to avoid me these days." Mr. Forkle told me.

"I haven't been avoiding you I've just been... busy" I tried but Mr. Forkle gave me a look that said he didn't exactly agree.

"I know Sophie, my only point is it's been a while." He was right, I hadn't had much time to talk to him about anything that may involve a lying Councilor.

But I knew that would have to wait until Wylie and Granite left. "What's the mission Edaline was talking about?" I asked them.

Wylie looked at me and there was a new look in his eyes, one that showed fear and courage as well as sorrow. "Biana um... Fitz hailed Mr. Forkle the other night saying Woltzer had lost her again, but no one saw her at all since about a week ago." Wylie told me and I collapsed limply against his shoulder.

That entire week I had been in the healing center ignoring my imparter and people in general and now not only Keefe but Biana could die if she hadn't already.

I felt a tear sliding down my face but didn't move to wipe it instead trying to push myself off of Wylie's shoulder "Have we found anything useful?" I asked.

"That's what the mission is about. We're sending groups to any location we can think of to try and figure out something but the Council has been noticing some weird activity in certain areas that lead me to belive it's not entirely safe." Granite told me.

This time though I couldn't help it and decided to transmit to Mr. Forkle instead of wait. Speaking of the Council, maybe there's something I should've known a little while ago. She says she loves me, why do I think that isn't true.

It wasn't something that you were supposed to know, so I told Oralie time and time again that you could never find out about her involvement, but I promise she does love you, probably more than anyone else. He answered not exactly there answer I had been hoping for because it just confused me more.

"We do need to go soon," Mr. Forkle told me dropping our conversation "you're welcome to join us for this meeting though it may drag on to the point you might want to remind yourself that this is for Biana."

I nodded "Where are we going?" I asked as Wylie pulled out a pathfinder.

"Team valiant meeting," he responded. "Everyone else is already waiting we just came to fill you in" he told me offering his free hand.

I looked at his hand and grabbed it with the adults on either side of us. I knew that she would be there and I was still mad and upset at her, I also knew that she would feel that though and maybe she would understand that I need more information then I love you and I am sorry eventually, even though Mr. Forkle explained a little it felt weak and fake, I was tired of not having answers.
