Just to let you all know, I have changed my peerage list and harem list a bit as I noticed the peerage was a bit too much OP, so I made it more balanced as much as possible also, harem will change every so often depending on how the story goes so here is new Peerage List. But they will come in time. This gives you an idea of who I am thinking, and yes, they're mainly from different animes as I wanted something other than usual canon characters. Also, I want to thank Slavic Warrior, Alsodef, and Shikyo for helping me out and advising me on how to approve.

Issei's Home

"So, Azazel, after you had this, please tell me why you decided to confront me in this way, knowing I am supposed to be discreet about supernatural things," said Issei nonchalantly.

"Wow, this food is excellent, and of course, I will tell you as you know Sirzechs said to me about you, but since you don't understand why I am in Kuoh itself, I can explain. I own many businesses here in Kuoh to not only accommodate people but a way to hopefully come closer to a full-on peace between the three factions. I also keep an eye out for any Stray's that happen to get through the cracks so I can warn Sirzechs or Serafall etc.,". said Azazel calmly.

"I suppose that explains it, but I also heard you have a hobby of researching Sacred Gears from what I've been told, so I hope you have not been hunting for them without permission, says Issei with a narrowed look.

No, as Azazel shakes his hands around, I don't kill. I like to understand them, and if they want to join aside, that's up to them, but I also like to help out in any way I can," says Azazel.

"Well, that's good to hear, so how much has Sirzechs told you about me?" Asks Issei out of curiosity

"Well, he did say that you got an unnoted Sacred Gear which I am intrigued about. Is it ok to show me and tell me what it is?" Asked Azazel with a grin on his face.

"Sure, I don't see why not, but it's a bit of a unique Sacred Gear, though as you will find out, Issei summons Ryujin's Sacred Gear. It's Called Storm Bringer, and it holds the Dragon King Ryujin inside", says Issei.

[Hello Azazel, it's a pleasure to meet you. I heard quite some stories from fellow Dragons back in the day] Says Ryujin

"A pleasure to meet you at Ryujin, but to see another Sacred Gear holding another Dragon king was not recorded down as such, which strikes it a bit odd, but I do like the design. It gives an awesome Japanese vibe", says Azazel while grinning.

"Well, see, that's the thing Azazel, Ryujin doesn't know how he became. One last thing he remembers was sleeping in his home, Only thing I can guess is someone enchanting a spell and trapped his soul into armor, and it turned into a Sacred Gear before disappearing before they could do anything", says Issei.

"Well, that is interesting as most of the techniques I know are mainly being killed then their souls sealed, but I have heard about ways to bypass it, but it was more experiential than anything," said Azazel with his hands under his chin.

["Well, either way, it be nice to find out, but I am not complaining as I got a talented host who can utilize my skills and even evolve them, which is interesting",] Said Ryujin with pride.

"Well, I see what my group can dig up as I am also interested in this now as it could cause a lot of trouble in the future". For now, you know who I am and why I am in the city of Kuoh. If you need anything, give me a call vier magic call circle if you know how to do one". Says Azazel

"No problem at all. It's nice to know there's some peace between the different races. Are there any other Fallen Angels around Kuoh as I've been sensing smaller level ones". Issei asked with a curious look hoping for answers.

"Well, I have some scouting for any Sacred Gear users as I want to make sure they are safe if not in any of the Three Factions". Said Azazel with a shocked look as they didn't know Issei would have picked them up.

"Ok, long as it's just that as we don't want things going out of hand as you know what it would cause, but I will also let you know if any stray from their job you have given them before anything is done, 's ok". Says Issei waiting for confirmation from the Azazel.

"That sounds good to me. I will also let you know if any stray devils come into your vicinity as well but if you need a hand again, give me a call," Says Azazel with a smile on his face knowing he made a new friend/ally.

As Azazel left, a magic circle appeared with whom he was familiar. His new older sister figures Grayfia is wearing casual clothes, wearing a black shoulderless shirt with a pair of jeans and high heel boots. Seeing Issei, she walked toward him and hugged him with a smile.

*Shin*

"Hey Issei, how are you this evening, and how was school today," Asked Grayfia with a happy look

"Hey Grayfia, I well thank, and also school was ok the usual, the perverted duo running away from Kendo girls, Rias watching me through her window but I did help the Archery club get better, and they are doing a school competition soon which I gave them my luck on their success," says Issei with a happy look but also with rolling eyes gesture when mentioned Rias.

"Ufufufu, knowing Rias, she probably tries and scout you soon as she did mention that she saw someone at school that might possess a Sacred Gear, so better watch your back as I dunno how she will approach you, but if anything bad, let me or Sirzechs know, and we be right over to discuss the matter." Said Grayfia with a grin but then went business look afterward.

Meanwhile, back in Kuoh Academy

There was a meeting between Sona and Rias about who they were going to scout for the peerage that had arrived at they noticed at school, but Rias didn't know that the person she was interested in was not available. Still, Sona wouldn't ruin that surprise as she was told not to say anything about him.

"So Sona, I want to add Issei Hyoudou to my peerage as sense a Sacred Gear in him from what Kiba and myself have noticed," Says Rias with hands under her chin while behind her desk.

"Not a problem, but be careful. As you know from last year, he isn't stupid." Sona nonchalantly as she knew Rias would do something stupid rather than ask him straight out.

"Pouts, Who do you think I am, Sona? I am not going to be stupid enough to get caught. I will make sure he is ok, as I will send Koneko to keep an eye on him," Said Rias while red in the face from the gesture Sona made.

"Ok, I was saying. Anyways, I will be adding Genshirou Saji as he is not only quite resourceful but also contains a Sacred Gear and Ruruko Nimura." Said Sona while pushing her glasses back up the bridge of her nose.

"Ok, that's fair. I am guessing they will be joining you in the student council and then Sona," Asks Rias with curiosity.

"Yeah, they will be Ruruko with being the Treasurer while Saji will be Secretary for the Student Council," Says Sona while looking at Rias with a straight face.

As the meeting ended as Sona left the Occult Research Clubroom, she pulled out her phone and texted Issei to let him know Rias is coming for him and might be planning something stupid to get him into her peerage.

Back in the ORC Clubroom

After Sona left the clubroom, Rias discussed the outcome with Akeno to get her opinion on the meeting about new possible recruits. But something didn't feel right to her, and she couldn't understand it.

"Ne Akeno, what's your opinion of today's meeting for possible peerage members?" Asked Rias with her hands under her chin.

"Well, I thought it went well, but something tells me from what Sona suggested about Issei-san we should be cautious on are approach maybe", replied Akeno while pouring some tea.

"Hm, I thought that since Koneko has started, I will get her to watch Issei-san from a distance and report anything unusual," Said Rias, now looking at her chess pieces.

"Ufufufu, I can just imagen having a cute and strong Kuohai to tease", Replied Akeno, well being in her sadistic mood and licking her fingers.

"Akeno, you can't do that. It will scare him or even scar him for life, especially how you do it," Says Rias annoyedly.

"Ahh, no fun. I guess I will have to improvise on something else," Says Akeno with a mischievous smile.

"Well, I will message Koneko and Kiba to come to the clubroom tomorrow to discuss their plans, and we will start scouting Issei to join the peerage," Said Rias while thinking to herself.

Next Day

*Beep Beep Beep*

As Issei woke up and rubbed his eyes, he felt like something was heavy on him and looked to find no other than Grayfia hugging him like a body pillow which he thought was cute and funny at the same time as he never expected to see this side of her as being usually strict and proper type when in work mode.

"Erm Grayfia, I need to get up for school. You hugging me too tight, ufufufu," said Issei while giggling at the scene.

"Uhh… Oh, I'm sorry, Ise, I didn't realize I even came into your room," replied Grayfia while blushing and releasing the hold on Issei.

"Hehe, it's ok, Grayfia, honest, and I don't mind it if you ever want to sleep with me. I know it's embarrassing, but it felt like a proper sibling bond," says Issei while rubbing the back of his head.

"Well, it does bring back memories of when I was a child and did this with my brother," replied Grayfia in a thinking pose.

"Cool do you think I get to meet your brother some time?" asked Issei with stars in his eyes.

"Sadly not, he isn't alive anymore after what happened during the devil civil war," replied Grayfia with a sad face.

"Oh, I am sorry about your brother Grayfia" replied Issei as he hugged Grayfia.

"Thank you, Issei means a lot, anyways you better get ready, or you will be late; I'll go and make some breakfast, ok," says Grayfia smiling as she heads downstairs.

"Hai," replied Issei with a big smile.

As Issei got changed and had breakfast, and started to head out to school, he had a feeling he was being watched from afar but not enough to work out who it was as out of his range, so he thought to ask his dragon partners to see if they had a clue.

"Ne Ddraig, Ryujin, any idea's who is watching me? I can't seem to work out who it is?" Asked Issei.

"[Sadly not, but the air does feel familiar though]" Replied Ryujin.

"(As What Ryujin said, partner, the air around it seems similar to Azazel, so maybe it's one of his group)" Replied Ddraig.

"Hm would make sense, but Azazel did mention keeping an eye on Scared Gear users, but that was only people not in the three factions unless this group might not know about it?" Said Issei with a questionable face.

"(Hm, maybe strays, I would just keep an eye out, I guess)" Said Ddraig.

"Yeah was planning on it. If we get attacked, I will stun them and bring them to Azazel for questioning," Replied Issei with a confident smirk.

After talking to his partners, he was nearly at the school entrance and could see the Student Council outside doing their usual attendance checklist. With that, Issei smiled as he saw a particular person and wanted to thank her for the heads-up message he got.

"Morning, everyone. How are you all today?" Asked Issei

"Excellent, thanks, Issei-san, how about you," Said all the Student Council who was out.

"All good, thanks was up late doing a bit of studying on certain subjects," Replied Issei with a grin.

"Oh, on what subjects were they?" Asked Tsubaki while tilting her head.

"Mainly history as its one of my favorite subjects," said Issei

"Nice. I did a bit of studying that you lent me doing the summer. It's perfect," replied Tsubaki with a big smile

"Well, glad you're enjoying it and learning much from it. Well, I better get in before bell goes," says Issei

"Ok, bye, Issei-san," Said everyone

"Thanks for the heads up. By the way, Sona-Kun, I'll see you later maybe," whispered Issei as he walked past her.

"Bye, Ise-Kun, and likewise," Winked Sona as he left.

Issei soon arrived at his classroom and sat down next to the window but started to get annoyed as he was stuck between the famous perverted duo talking about porn and other related stuff, which caused Issei to facepalm and think, no wonder why they don't have girlfriends when they act like this he turns his head. He notices Katase and Murayama giving them a disgusted look and knows precisely how they feel. Then suddenly, a just as perverted girl stands in front of the duo and gives them a shot teasing them at their own game, then suddenly looks at Issei. She has brown hair with pigtails and glasses. She is called Aika Kiriyuu.

"See, boys, if you were like Hyoudou-san, you will have girls falling for you left, right, and center, especially with the heat he is packing," said Kiriyuu while lifting her glasses with a big smirk

"What! That's not on Kiriyuu. You can't just say that out of the blue, and how would you know if girls love him and are packing" shouted Motohama and Mastuda in unison.

"Well, your not the only one with a scouter skill, Motohama," replied Kiriyuu while still having a massive grin.

"That's not possible," repeated the perverted duo in unison.

"Hey, keep me out of this conversation, please it's disrespectful," said Issei nonchalantly with an annoyed look.

"Ah, sorry, hyoudou-san, I was just trying to make a point," said Kiriyuu, still smiling.

"Wellpoint made but still don't relate me as you don't even know me," said Issei, showing a more pissed-off look.

"Sorry, please forgive me," said Kiriyuu while bowing.

"Are you ok, Issei-san?" asked Katase and Murayama in unison.

"Yeah, I'm ok just didn't like my name being dropped in a conversation like that. By the way, how's your kendo practice going? You have a competition soon, right?" Asked Issei with a happy look

"Ah yes, kendo practice is going well, and I think we improved abit. Would you like to come to watch sometime" replied Katase

"Yeah, we have a competition next month, so I hope you can wish us luck or come watch," replied Murayama.

"Ah, that's cool. I would love to come to check your progress out, and if I am free, I will be happy to watch your competition match to give you girls some mural support," replied Issei.

School Bell rings

It was time for lunch, so Issei packed his stuff in his bad then headed off to buy some food from the canteen. He found some curry bread, so he believed that and decided to eat outside in his usual spot under the tree near the kendo club and saw the old school building in the distance.

'Hm, she's not staring out of the window today. I wonder if she's busy with her devil jobs or planning to stalk me,' thought Issei while giggling to himself.

"Ano Issei-san, sorry to bother you." Said Momo with an apologetic look

"Ah, hey, Momo, it's ok to want to join me, or is it something else?" Asked Issei with a curious look.

"I wondered if I can join you and maybe have a chat," replied Momo

"You're more than welcome to Momo, and you can call me Issei without horrific if you like. What would you like to talk about" replied Issei with a massive smile?

"A-ah t-thank you Ise well, and I just wanted to see how you were getting on with your homework and training," Whispered Momo with a smile on her face.

"Oh, homework is going well as I enjoy areas I enjoy, and the other bit is going well. Would you like to join me sometime?" Asked Issei while tilting his head.

"R-Really, I would love that if you sure that be ok," said Momo with a smile

"Of course it's ok. I did suggest it ufufufu," replied Issei while giggling.

"I look forward to it, then just send me a message when," said Momo with a big smile

As Issei and Momo finish their chat and enjoy their lunch, they just listen to the birds chirping and then wait for the bell to go to let them know when lunchtime is over, and they have to go back to class.

*Ding Dong Ding Dong*

School bell rings at the end of lunch, and Issei and Momo make their way back into their classroom, starting with Greek history and mythology. Then afterward are, mathematics which was Issei's least favorite subject, but he was ok in lessons. He just found it boring.

It was getting towards the end of the day, and Issei was packing his stuff into his bag and sighed as he could sense someone watching from a distance again, knowing he was leaving at this time. What he didn't suspect was a devil to join and watch him he could tell it was one of the Gremory peerage but from sense must be one of the new ones he has not met before while concentrating he started to walk across a bridge which he noticed the sunset going down and thought to stop and look at it for the moment to bring in its beauty. Then suddenly, one of the people watching him decided to come closer to him.

"Look likes it begins, but by the looks, it that fallen angel that been watching from afar wonder what she's up to," Said Issei in his mind to his partners.

"[Time to see hey partner hopefully she won't do something stupid]" Said Ryujin while smirking

"Yeah, I know, right to be a stupid move," replied Issei while grinning.

"Ne may i ask are you Hyoudou Issei?" She asked an unknown female. She was wearing a school uniform, not from this district but had purple eyes and long black hair.

"Erm, sorry, and who are you to ask that I not seen you before?" Replied Issei with a curious face knowing she was a facade.

"Oh, my apologies. My name is Amano Yuuma, and I tend to walk past here and see you a few times, and you looked lovely and kind," replied Yuuma with a hopeful look.

"Ah, ok, well, Amano-san, may I ask what you want to tell me and how you know my name?" Asked Issei with a suspicious look.

"Well, erm, I heard someone from your school shout your name before, and I was hoping if you like to be my boyfriend," said Yuuma while pretending to fiddle with her fingers.

"Oh, she is good but also terrible at acting," says Issei while trying not to giggle

"Well, sadly, I have a girlfriend, but we can be friends if you would like to?" Replied Issei with an honest look to make it convincing.

"Oh, I would like that. Sadly, I can't be your girlfriend, but it's better than nothing," said Yuuma with a sad but happy look.

"Would you like to exchange numbers so we can contact each other to be able to hang out?" asked Issei

"Oh yes, are you free this Sunday? Maybe we can hang out and get to know each other more," said Yuuma

"Well, I have to look at my calendar but will send you a message if I am free if you like," replied Issei.

"Ok, I hope we can hang out. I'll see you later then, Issei-san, bye-bye," said Yuuma

"Bye Amano-san," said Issei while waving

"Well looks like the bait is set now. I will send her a text later, but first will have to talk to Sona and Azazel about this," Issei said while in his mind.

"(Yes, it looks like the Fallen Angel has not realized it is a trap and definitely up to something)" Ddraig replied, knowing how this would turn out.

"[I Agree with Ddraig on that, and with you, Azazel must know, and hopefully, he can fill in the gaps]" Ryujin replied with a smirk as Ddraig.

"Well, I know that partners we, not dragons, to be messed with after all," Issei said while giving a sadistic smirk.

Issei now arrived at his home, unlocked the door, and shut it after entering. He then sent a message to Azazel about his encounter with Yuuma but knew it was a fake name. He just had to wait till Azazel confirmed who it was. At the same time, he also sent a message to Sona to let her know to teleport in as he could sense Ria's peerage member still watching his house for a moment. But he also warned Azazel about being observed to make sure he was careful. Suddenly a magic circle appeared in front of him, similar to Azazel.

*Shin*

"Hey Azazel, thanks for dropping in such a quick matter," Issei said nonchalantly.

"Hey dragon boy, no worries, so you had an encounter with one of my subordinates called Raynare, but she is using an alias, as you noticed," replied Azazel with a slight grin

"I gathered as much, but something was off. I could tell she was giving a slight killing intent care to explain?" Issei asked with a slight glare.

"Hmm, well, the only thing I told her was to keep an eye on Sacred Gear users and not interact with them," Azazel replied with a concerned look.

"Well, from the look of things, she must have got a different command. Would you like me to bring her in for you to talk to?" Issei asked with a cunning idea

"Well, it is a good idea, but try not to kill her not yet until we find out what's going off," Azazel replied, knowing something was off.

"Well, she did ask to hang out Sunday, so that I will set it up, and when she decides to do the betraying, I will stop her and bring her here. When I do that get ready to teleport in and will also bring Grayfia-san in since she needs to alert Sirzechs about this encounter when it happens," Issei said with a severe look.

"Hmm, agreed. I know they would hurt me if this weren't said to them," Azazel replied, knowing what Grayfia would do, suddenly getting chills down his spine.

"Ufufufu, I am guessing Grayfia can scare you and Sirzechs if Serafall isn't around," Issei replied with a slight grin.

"Well, she is the second strongest ice user in the underworld under Serafall, so having both of them next to Sirzechs, I can just imagen I'm just glad I haven't got anyone like that to threaten me with my work," Azazel replied with a sweatdrop look.

"I'm sure someone world keeps you in line knowing what mischief you get into," Issei said while giggling.

"Don't jinx me, please. Anyways just give me a bell when you catch her. I will head off now," Azazel waved goodbye as he disappeared through his magic circle.

*Shin* *Shin*

As soon as Azazel left, Sona arrived, which was lucky timing as he knew what earache it would cause.

"Hi, Ise. I am glad we can spend the night together and catch up," Sona said as she walked up to Ise and kissed him on the lips.

"I am glad as well," Issei replied as he replicated the kiss back.

"Ah, can you give me a back massage? It's been such a stressful day at school, and with the new members of my peerage, it's manic," Sona replied with a defeated look.

"Ufufufu of cause darling, I will be happy to~," Issei said in a flirting way.

Issei followed Sona into his bedroom, where both stripped and then laid down on the bed while Issei got some massage oils ready to give his lover a back massage which she would love.
