The Watcher just looked down while in the center of Central City, a black hole opened up and Peter was tossed out of it. Rolling across the street, getting hit by one of the cars, which got the driver shouting at him.

Peter just ignored him and climbed to his feet. "Ow. Great start to your weekend, Spider-Man."

Just then, the portal reopened, and a familiar villain came out. Spot. He was carrying two giant bags of money in his hands, trying to make his getaway. That was at least until Spider-Man showed up and ruined that plan.

"You just can't stop interfering, can you?" Spot asks Peter.

"Well, you know how it is with heroes and supervillains." Peter shrugged as he rubbed his shoulder. "We can't stop interfering with villains' plans."

Peter then shot out a dozen small web projectiles to try and hit him. But all Spot did was open another black hole that swallowed them.

Right after that, Spot then opened a dozen black holes around the two of them. Peter was getting ready when several fists came in from dozen other directions. His knee came through one and kits the back of Peter's, sending him to his knees.

"Okay, I'm getting annoyed by the same trick twice, Dalmatian," Peter stated, waiting for his moment to strike.

When Spot went in for a strike, Peter used his senses to determine where he was coming from. Working faster than Spot could counterattack, Peter started to use the portals to punch Spot around.

"You know, Spot, this kind of power could change the world. It's such a shame to see it go to such waste." Peter commented as he got back to his feet.

With that, he then leaped into one of the portals before sending the finishing blow. Knocking him out and sending Spot flying into the wall, Peter webbed him up and stopped him from opening any more portals.

Hanging upside down from him, Peter looked him in the eye and bopped his nose. "Now don't you go anywhere. The police should be around momentarily."

Spot grunted and tried to break out, but it was too strong to escape from. Peter then heard sirens, seeing it as his time to escape and swing off.

While Peter was dealing with that, Barry had just finished taking care of the people from the same bank. While Peter went to take down Spot, Barry was left to deal with the people. It was like the entire bank turned on each other, with everyone trying to kill one another.

Later on, Barry shows up at the bank again this time as it's a crime scene.

"Busy morning for you and your brother." Joe states as they walk through the bank. "Witnesses reported seeing a red streak and Spider-Man?"

"Joe, you should've seen it. It was like everyone here was out to kill each other. If we didn't show up when we did, it could've been a completely different scenario." Barry tells him and gestures to the vault. "Peter had to leap into a black hole to chase Spot to stop him from stealing some cash."

"Well, it must've been a diversion, there are half of a million bucks missing from the vault, even with the money Spider-Man just dropped off," Joe said as he gestured to the vault. "But we have a tracer in the bills. We're trying to get the signal. In the meantime, any idea what could've caused this?"

"A neurotoxin, maybe? I'll swab some surfaces, and see what I can find, but my opinion is they got whammied." Barry promises as they make it to the entrance.

"Did you just say whammied?" Joe questions.

"I got so angry. I can't believe I did that. I would never hurt anyone." One of the people who was involved tells Eddie as he interviews her. "You have to believe me."

"Something is happening in this city, and everyone wants to pretend like it isn't, but it is, and I think something should be done about it," Eddie tells Captain Singh at the prescient in his office.

"My boyfriend has decided we need to eat healthy at home, so work is the only place I can eat what I like," Singh says, ignoring Eddie while holding a Sloppy Joe. "I'm sorry, were you saying something, detective?"

"The Blur, the Flash, man in the red suit, whatever he's called, he was spotted at the bank this morning," Eddie explains his suspicions.

"You mean the bank that was robbed of half a million dollars, where a dozen people tried to murder each other, where Spider-Man showed up to stop the man responsible. Yet you think our attention should be focusing on chasing Santa Claus." Singh clarifies what he's saying.

As of right now, their lead suspect in the stolen money is the Spot, considering that he was the only one spotted sneaking in the vault. But it seems Eddie didn't believe it was him, rather it was the Flash? Witnesses did confirm that Spider-Man was shoved into the black hole and didn't have time to grab any cash, so he was out of the question.

"I can't explain how he gets to and from crime scenes so fast," Eddie states to Singh. "We need to figure out who this guy is and what he wants."

"Why doesn't Spider-Man get the same treatment then? I mean, some cops here don't like him. Maybe we should learn who he is and what he wants." Singh shrugged, remembering all Spider-Man has done for them. "After all, all he did was save Joe's life from Max Dillon, us all from that Green Goblin, need I go on?" That seemed to quiet Eddie down a bit as he took a bite. "You should ask your girlfriend. She writes FanFiction about him all the time."

Eddie turns to his partner who hasn't spoken once. "Joe, help me out here."

"Sorry, partner. Spider-Man saved me and Iris from Electro, so he gets a pass in my book. And I stopped believing in Santa when I was around eight." Joe explains to Eddie, not wanting to get either Peter or Barry into trouble.

Outside the office, Barry is listening to every word as Iris approaches him. "Hey, what's going on in there?"

"I think Eddie's trying to convince the captain that the Flash and possibly Spider-Man are public menaces," Barry replies to her and sees her rage emerge.

"Excuse me?" Iris asks and looks at Eddie leaving the office. "So, after weeks of trying to convince you that the Flash is real, now you do believe in him, you're trying to have him arrested? What the hell?"

"Thanks, Barry," Eddie tells Barry, knowing he didn't want to tell her.

"Sorry." Barry apologizes, not really realizing what he was saying.

"No worries," Eddie tells him and looks to Iris. "The captain shot me down. Look, I'm not feeling like lunch. I'll see you later."

With that, Eddie walked off, leaving an apologetic look on Barry and an infuriated Iris.

"He's just jealous." Iris scoffed as she looked at Barry.

"Of the Flash?" Barry asked, a little creeped out by the statement. Did Eddie think Barry (Flash) had some crush on Iris? Or (the more plausible) did he think Iris was developing a crush on the Flash (Barry)? If so, that would be odd. They grew up together, they're basically brother and sister. "Should he be?"

"No." Iris immediately shot that statement down. Earning a sigh of relief from Barry. "I'll see you later."

And with that, she left Barry with the disturbing thought of her having a crush on him.

"Barry, you should get to STAR Labs. Fill them in." Joe states to him, breaking Barry out of his thoughts.

"Yeah, I will." Barry agreed when he felt hungry. "After I eat."

With that, he sped into the captain's office and, seeing he didn't need the calories, he took his food. Leaving no trace that he was even there, Singh was none the wiser.

At STAR Labs, Peter was filling them in on what happened between him and the Spot when Barry came in. When Barry filled them in on what happened, they saw that Spot was either the opening act or the distraction. Or he was just at the wrong place and the wrong time.

"Anger, hate, aggression," Wells says as he rolls around the room.

"A Jedi craves not these things," Cisco says in Yoda's voice and didn't even get a reaction out of anyone. "Come on, am I the only one feeling that quote? Come on show of hands." Peter and Bobby immediately raised their hands, getting a look of approval from Cisco. "I knew I liked you two."

"Everyone in that bank went savage for about five minutes, and then they went back to normal," Barry states to them with a shrug.

"Anger can be a powerful emotion," Wells explains to Barry. "If this metahuman can engender irrational feelings of anger in his victims, he could do a lot of damage."

"Detective West helped me get a copy of the cat scans the hospital did on everyone at the bank," Caitlin says as she brings in a flash drive and puts it into the computers.

"Look at this, it seems the emotional centers of the brains are still showing signs of being overwhelmed," Wells states looking at the scans.

"Particularly the area that controls executive function," Caitlin said and saw the look of confusion on Bobby and Peter's faces. Peter was more scientific than biological. "That's the part of the brain that stops people from doing whatever random and potentially destructive things pop into their heads."

"Ha. Hasn't stopped him before." Bobby jokes as he looked at his friend.

Peter rolled his eyes and looked at them. "How do we think the meta does it to them?"

"That's the half of a million-dollar question," Caitlin says as an alert comes from Barry's phone.

Barry looks and sees that it's a message from Iris: 'Jitters later?'

"If you guys figure it out, give me a call, okay?" Barry says and starts leaving but Caitlin stops him.

"Is the Flash off to another rooftop rendezvous with Iris?" Caitlin asks, feeling a little threatened by Iris. But that was quickly squashed when she remembered Barry and Iris are nothing more than friends. She didn't even know she was the jealous type.

"No," Barry said, feeling she might feel threatened. But then he decided to just tell the truth. "Yeah, but she probably just wants to ask me-Flash about metahuman stuff for her blog," Barry says and starts moving towards his suit.

"What some advice?" Caitlin asked him, feeling he should hear what she has to say.

Barry stopped and quickly turned around. "I could definitely use it right about now."

"Don't get involved." Caitlin offered, talking to him as his friend, not as his girlfriend. "As the Flash or you. You don't want to be the one to blame for your breakup."

Barry took the advice and understood what she was saying. "Yeah, I understand. Don't worry. I'll be in and out."

With that, he sped off to have his talk with Iris. Caitlin sighed as she watched the gust of wind he left behind. While she stared off, Peter and Bobby faced one another, wondering if something did happen between Barry and Caitlin.

A while later, the police got a ping of where the metahuman was and sees it was a storage unit. The police were already on the way, and Peter was making his way over as they already arrived.

"He always paid in cash. Never seemed like trouble." The owner of the unit explains as they made their way inside.

"He's on the third floor, we're moving in now," Joe explains and they do so.

Once they reach the floor, they see the man with the bills in a bag.

"Freeze! Hold it right there!" The officers tell him.

"Is there a problem, gentlemen?" The metahuman asks them and does as they say.

"Certo, cuff him," Joe tells one of the officers.

One of them did just that as they walked over to the metahuman.

"Turn around," Joe tells him and he takes off his sunglasses while doing so and the cop freezes in his tracks.

Peter arrived at the scene as his senses start warning him of something. He started to wonder what it was but doesn't know what was wrong.

"Certo, what are you waiting for? Cuff him." Joe says and Certo turns around in anger and raises the gun.

"You don't tell me what to do!" Certo tells him and gets ready to shoot.

"Get down!" Joe yells.

All the cops do exactly that and Peter tries to stop him by shooting a web at his gun. But it doesn't help as he's already shot at them and pierced his net. At that moment, Barry comes in and stops the metahuman and grabs Joe before he could get hit. Certo gets ready to shoot again when an arrow comes flying in and tales him down.

Peter quickly looks to where the arrow came from and sees it came from the Arrow. Peter has only heard and seen him through stories on the news but has never seen him up close or even clearly.

"Nice masks," Oliver tells them.

Before they could respond, he ran up a pipe which he then made his way onto the roof and escaped.

"Okay, that just happened," Peter states to himself. But then he noticed the smile on Barry's face and started to see that he knew the Arrow.

Far from the city, Felicity and John Diggle were at an abandoned train yard. The two of them were wearing while waiting for Oliver to come back after checking with Barry.

"It's good to know Big Belly Burger is always Big Belly Burger doesn't matter which city you are in." Felicity smiled as she took a bite.

"You mean, greasy and full of salt?" Diggle asked as he was munching on some fries.

"I thought those were the secret ingredients." She looked up into the distance and saw Oliver's motorcycle. "Oliver's back.

Before she could warn Diggle, a flash of lightning came past and stopped next to them. Barry unmasked himself to them with a smile. Felicity was accustomed to him popping out of nowhere, but Diggle, well...he just spilled his fries everywhere.

"Just so we're clear, I gave Oliver a half-hour head start," Barry informed them, taking a moment back to explain to Peter how he knows the Arrow. "Hey, Felicity. Hi, Dig."

"You're…fast." Diggle managed to blurt out.

"Did you guys not tell him about me?" Barry was surprised to hear.

"Well, seeing is believing... or in this case drooling." Felicity laughed at Dig's shocked face.

Oliver then came to a stop as he approached them where Barry approached him. "Hey, thanks for showing up, but we had it handled."

"Uh-hu," Oliver said, with no emotion on his face as he kept walking.

"Really. I was looking for my moment to make my move." Barry defended.

"What move? The one to the morgue?" Oliver asked as the four finally stood face to face.

"Wait, so what are you guys doing in Central City?" Barry suddenly realized they shouldn't be here and wondered why they were.

"Working a case. Suspicious homicide in the styling where the murder weapon is a boomerang," Felicity said as she took out the boomerang from her bag.

"Cool," Barry said as he took the boomerang and looked it over. "I mean, awful."

"I found traces of iron oxide on it," Felicity explains why they're here. "I know it's a long shot, but Central City has the highest concentration of iron oxide in the country."

"Did you know Australian aboriginals use boomerangs to hunt?" Barry told the three of them. "Mainly on kangaroo, which is a surprisingly low-fat source of prot-" He then saw their faces and decided to stop talking. "Sorry."

"We were following up a lead when we heard the SWAT raid over the radio, and I thought that I would come by...watch you make your move. And see you and your brother in action."

That was surprising to Barry as he looked at Felicity. "You told them my brother was Spider-Man?"

"We never really said I was supposed to not tell them." Felicity quickly tried to defend herself.

"I had a cousin who got hit by lightning," Diggle told Barry. "He just developed a stutter."

"Well, my team and I are after a metahuman who makes people angry," Barry tells them.

"Cool," Felicity commented. "I mean, awful."

"Since you guys are here, why don't we team up?" Barry asks them. "I'll help you find your boomerang guy; you can help me find my super rage-a-holic."

"We'd love to." Felicity easily agreed.

"No, we'll handle our business and head home." Oliver denied his request.

"The fastest way to find out everything we need to know about the boomerang is to sic STAR Labs on it." Felicity defended.

"There are enough people who know my secret already," Oliver stated, not ready to have other people know who he is.

"That's fine. I can go. They already know who I am." Felicity interjected and started to walk off to the motorcycle. "You can drop me off, and I will meet up with you later."

But before she could approach the motorcycle, Barry sped over and immediately picked her up. "Let me give you a lift!"

He then picks Felicity up and Barry speeds the two of them off, leaving Oliver and Diggle behind.

"Man, that's not freaking you out?" Dig finally managed to utter a few words.

Back in STAR Labs, Peter and Bobby were talking about his encounter with the Arrow and Barry's need to leave. Not to mention the conversation about how Barry actually met the Arrow before.

"Your brother knows the Arrow?" Bobby asks in surprise.

"It would seem that way. I mean, it's not like I know the guy." Peter shrugged as they kept walking through the halls. "Speaking of which, you see anything going on between Caitlin and Barry?"

"Yeah, there was definitely something going on between them," Bobby confirmed he saw something going on. "Caitlin almost looked...jealous when Barry talked about Iris. I've never seen her like that."

"And how willing Barry was ready to listen to her." Peter agreed.

When Barry reached STAR labs and put Felicity down, Cisco and Caitlin walked into the room. Before they could say anything, Felicity saw that her blouse was burning, and Barry was trying to put it out.

The result was that she had to take it off, remaining in her bra in the middle of the Cortex hugging her bag to cover herself. Peter quickly looked away, followed by Bobby.

"We picked a bad time," Bobby commented.

"Yep," Peter confirmed with a sigh.

"Good thing I decided not to go braless," Felicity said and looked at their friends.

"You guys remember Felicity, right?" Barry asks and Caitlin quickly grabs a STAR Labs sweater and hands it to Felicity.

"I'll always remember this," Cisco says, strangely.

"That's weird, man," Peter commented.

"Hi, Felicity, it's good to see you. What brings you back to Central City?" Caitlin asks her as she puts the sweater on.

"I'm here... because of this," Felicity says as she pulls out a package with a boomerang.

"Awesome!" Cisco says as he takes it to look it over. "What are the wings made of?"

"Not sure. I'm thinking some sort of composite or high-density plastic..." Felicity theorized.

"Reinforced with carbon fiber." Cisco finishes her thought as they started to walk to the labs. "Oh, that's weird. It feels like it's...vibrating. Oh, I wanna run some tests, and I wanna do it now!"

And just like that, Cisco and Felicity left the room leaving Barry, Caitlin, Peter, and Bobby in the room. The two of them were still looking the other way, trying not to look again.

"You know she's gone, right?" Barry informed them.

Peter and Bobby looked to see that he was right and sighed in relief. "Okay, good."

"You guys come up with anything new on our meta?" Barry asks Caitlin.

"The Officer who was affected tonight says he saw a flash of red before losing control," Caitlin tells him as she walked over to the computer. "I suspect the meta is inducing rage via the ocular nerve." She finishes and remembers something. "Oh, Dr. Wells wants to see you."

"Uh oh," Peter said with a grin. "Someone's being called into the principal office."

"Shut up." Barry scoffed as he walked off to find them.

As Barry walked off to find them, Peter got a call from MJ and looked at the other family. "It's MJ. I gotta take this."

And he then walked off, leaving Bobby and Caitlin alone. He sighed as he watched his friend talk to his girlfriend. After everything that he went through with Liz, it made him wonder if it was possible for him to find love. Then it made him worry about his friend and what would happen if Mary Jane ever learned the truth.

Would MJ accept that he's Spider-Man, or would she reject him as Liz did to him?

"Hard to watch, huh?" Caitlin asked her cousin as she saw he was watching Peter.

"Yeah, a little." Bobby had to admit. Even though he thought of Peter as a brother, it hurt to watch he had a healthy relationship with someone. "I'm just worried how she'll react to him having powers."

"Like Liz?" Caitlin asked him, understanding why he was worried.

"I just don't want him to get hurt," Bobby said as he watched Peter laugh on the phone. "He's the only guy who really accepted me since I got powers."

Caitlin was happy to hear the connection that Peter and Bobby have for one another. But just then, Peter sensed something and looked to the labs.

"Bobby!" Peter cried, muting his phone so MJ didn't hear. "Get down!"

They all then ran and ducked, just when a boomerang came flying inside the room. The boomerang comes flying into the room and flies into some stuff and slams into the wall. Felicity and Cisco come out of the labs, looking at the boomerang.

"That's my bad. That's on me." Cisco states to them all.

The next day at Jitters, Barry goes in and sees them waiting for him with Felicity. He walked over with a friendly smile as he leaned on the table.

"Hey." Barry greeted them.

"The bad guy you're after, the one who robbed the bank, his name is Roy G. Bivolo," Oliver tells Barry and he goes nervous.

"How did you find that out?" Barry asks and Oliver looks away quickly. That only got Barry more nervous as he now had to ask. "He's still alive, right?" Oliver then gave him an annoyed look. "I'm just asking." Then he remembered the talk they had just last night. "I thought you didn't want to help."

"I didn't. Then I kinda got talked into it." Oliver admitted as he eyed Felicity, who only put the cup of coffee up to her lips. "But if we're gonna do this, then there are gonna be rules."

"What kind of rules?" Barry was afraid to know.

"You and Spider-Man meet me at the train station just outside the city." Oliver told him. "And what I say, you do."

"Okay." Barry shrugged and held a hand for him to take. "Partners?"

Oliver then nodded and shook his hand. "Partners."

The Watcher rolled his eyes and knew how this was gonna end. "Not gonna lie. I'm gonna enjoy this."
