Observing my target as I took notes on him interacting with his comrades , looking for a teammate to help him on his next mission which I'll be going on.
Flashback
Third P.O.V
"Recently Uzumaki Naruto has returned from his training trip with Jiraiya the Sannin and will need a teammate to go on his next mission , as information about Orochimaru Subordinate Kabuto came to light " Danzo explained to the 2 young men kneeling Infront of him.
One was wearing a short black-and-grey jacket with red straps a high-collared midriff shirt, black pants, shinobi sandals and gloves with his index and thumb fingers exposed, while also carrying a tip-less on his back, his name was Sai.
The other young man was wearing a skin tight short sleeve mock neck top with a short black and grey jacket with red straps, black pants with bandages at his ankles , shinobi sandals , and forearm braces with a chakra sabre strapped to the middle of his back his name was Yami.
"Yami, you will be going on this mission to accompany Team Kakashi to retrieve Sasuke Uchiha , I already made arrangements for to be placed on Team Kakashi , if Yami is not available for Team Kakashi ...Sai you ,will fill in his spot.For now you will continue going on the missions I've assigned you "

First person P.O.V
After observing my target failing to get help from his comrades , I put my notes away and disappeared into the crowd and returned to my recently rented apartment where I planned out my actions for the mission.
Third P.O.V
"ABSOLUTELY NOT" Exclaimed the Hokage to the advisers sitting Infront of her dressed in her usual grass-green haori with the kanji for "gamble" (賭, kake ) on the back, inside a red circle. Underneath she wears a grey, kimono-style blouse with no sleeves, held closed by a broad, dark bluish-grey obi that matches her pants. Her blouse is closed quite low, revealing her sizeable cleavage. She wears open-toed, strappy black sandals with high heels. She has red nail polish on both her fingernails and toenails and uses a soft pink lipstick with the Strength of a Hundred Seal - taking the appearance of a violet diamond shape.This is Tsunade senju .
"Tsunade ... Naruto is no mere ordinary child , he's a Jinchuriki" Homura Mitakado tried to explain as he is depicted with grey hair, a beard, glasses as well as a constant frown that he's always worn, even in his youth. He also has a strong jaw-line a facial structure he has retained even in his old age. As a member of the Konoha Council, he wears similar garbs to those that Hiruzen would when acting in his capacity as Hokage.
"Normally we would never even send him outside the village... and keep him under surveillance at all times , so we already offering a compromise " he continued to explain.
"I'm in favour of using the four man cell , but you cannot impose anymore restrictions on naruto! " Replied the Hokage
"So long as Naruto remains in one place all of konoha is in danger , sooner or later the Akatsuki will come for him"
"...And it wiil be the Sand all over again, however... a moving target is harder to hit, which is why we must keep Naruto in the field as long and as often as possible " Said Tsunade
"Naruto does have talent, someday he will he a great asset to the village " she continued
"Someday...is that your argument Tsunade, and you have the nerve to call yourself Hokage?" He questioned her
And that angered her as she uncrossed her legs and stomped on the ground displaying her power.
"LOOK I'M TRYING TO COMPROMISE HERE TOO" Tsunade exclaimed
"Comprise ... will not spare the citizens of Konoha, once the Akatsuki have extracted the Nine Tails from Naruto "
"Tell me Lady Hokage what guarantees can you give ... that such a tragedy will not come to pass ?!" He questioned her
Remaining quiet she thought back on how he helped her overcome her fears with his resolve to never give up finally answering.
"Naruto ... will not fail I believe in him" She replied confident in her decision.
"And if you're mistaken ... what then " Koharu Utatane questioned as she is depicted with hair that is pulled back in a twin bun locked by a traditional Japanese hair pin with three pearls dangling off the side . She also wears three bead earrings. As a member of the Konoha Council, Koharu wears a simple long kimono, closed by an obi, a jacket, and a sash over it.
"If Konoha and subsequently the Land of Fire, are endangered because of me , then I swear as the the Fifth Hokage to protect them all with my might ...and my very own life"
"As you wish then ...a compromise.." Homura said in a defeated tone
"To honour your faith in him, Naruto shall be allowed to remain in active duty ...however ...we shall selet the additional shinobi ..who are to join Team Kakashi"
Tsunade thought it over and finally accepted the compromise seeing as it's the only way to meet half ground.
"Done" Tsunade accepted.
"Danzo ..enter!" Koharu exclaimed.
"...Danzo.." Tsunade confused muttered and looked over to the door.
"Hello princess, been a long time" Danzo said walking into the room after opening the door.
" If you're here ...then that must mean one of the new team members.." Said Tsunade finally figuring out why Danzo was there.
Hokage office
"..And so that's why I need you to fill in for your predecessor" Tsunade ordered the Anbu standing infront of her after telling him about the meeting which happened a day before.
"Captain Kakashi ...? those are huge shoes to fill ...I am greatly honored" The Anbu member replied
"Understand this will not be a Black-ops mission ...but a regular mission , therefore you must remove your mask ...and be assigned a code name ...while on this mission you will call yourself Yamato" she continued
After removing his mask he said "Understood"
"There's one other thing...a new face from The Foundation the Black-ops training division..is also assigned to Team Kakashi , you must ...
"yes?"
...Keep a close eye on him"
"...And the reason for this?"
"Danzo selected this new comer ...and Danzo...is not only a member os the Hawk Faction that once opposed the Third Hokage...
..But also the founder of a separate detail within the Black-ops, a training division known as Root Foundation
surely you've heard of him..
...Though the foundation has since been dissolved and Danzo Removed ...I can't help but be suspicious of his motives"
The Hokage finish his objective for the mission
"No disrespect Milady but might you're be overreacting" Yamato finally spoke
"Perhaps but no matter ...go join your new cell" she replied
"Yes ma'am!"
The meeting place
"So...um starting today .. I'll be filling in for Kakashi.." Yamato said to the 2 memebers of Team Kakashi standing between the columns of a building as he is seen wearing the standard version of the Jonin uniform.
The 2 figures standing in front of him wearing a black and orange jumpsuit and black shinobi sandals named Uzumaki Naruto with the other one wearing consists of a red top accompanying this are black gloves, low-heel, knee-high
boots, black shorts underneath a short pink apron skirt, and grey elbow protectors named Haruno Sakura.
"So... uh why don't you introduced yourself" He turns back to look into the shadows of the building
As a silhouette is seen walking forward to the light with both team members shock by not having sensed him since arriving.
"Name's Yami...
..and I'll be your teammate for the foreseeable future "
