Hyperdimension Neptunia belongs to Compile Heart, Idea Factory, Sega and whomever else worked on it.

This is something I wrote awhile ago and, well, what the hell, have at it.

Looking across the table, Purple Heart let out a soft sigh as she saw the other CPUs and their Oracles at this meeting. The four of them were in Planeptune this time, and just like the previous three meetings, this one seemed to be going nowhere. All four of them were in their transformed states, even though such a thing was tiring for long periods of time, none of them wanted to be in their human forms in case a fight broke out.

"And what about the disputed territories?" Black Heart asked, looking at White Heart. "I, personally, think that since I control them right now that they should stay under Lastation's control."

"Now hold on, Black Heart." Purple Heart spoke up. "A good chunk of that land was originally Planeptune's. Do you really think that the citizens would be happy with you controlling so much of this country?"

Black Heart gave her a smirk. "Well, at least they'd be under the protection of a worthwhile goddess then, wouldn't they?"

Purple Heart's eye twitched. The last major loss of territory had happened when she had been busy with both White and Green Heart at the same time. By the time she had dealt with them Black Heart had taken a good chunk of land for herself and declared the area annexed.

"Now Black Heart, that's not completely fair to Purple Heart," Green Heart spoke up. "After all, you were so insecure about your position that you waited until she was fighting against both White Heart and myself." A small grin came to her face as Black Heart glared at her for that comment. "And need I remind you that I control your Southern factories? Surely you would want them back, wouldn't you? Or would you like to be forced to build even more factories, train up more workers and be left even further in the dust technologically speaking than you are now?"

"Feh, you can do what you want with it, after all, my country's still in good shape." White Heart grinned at the other three.

"True," Purple Heart nodded at her. "But I'm sure that your citizens would like to be able to travel freely to other countries. After all, there are plenty of your citizens that work in Lastation and Planeptune."

"All of which are under heavy surveillance, no doubt." White Heart scowled, imagining what kind of oppression that Purple and Black Heart were doing to her citizens that just needed work.

The conversation went on like that for some time before White Heart stood up from the table. "I highly doubt any of us are going to get anything done. Don't call me unless any of you are willing to make some compromises."

Seeing Black Heart and Green Heart also stand up, Purple Heart frowned, she hated this war, she hated the fighting and everything that came with it. And she knew that if the other CPUs left the table that it would never end. As much as she hated to do what she was going to do next, it was the only card she had left to play. "Black Heart, White Heart, are you two sure you really want to walk away? After all, you two have an extra reason or two to want the war to end, don't you?" Seeing both of the Goddesses spin and stare at her with wide eyes, she knew she hit the mark.

"Ah, you're talking about their little sisters, huh?" Green Heart smirked and sat back down. "Oh, don't look so surprised you two, even if you hid it well, my spies already know about your little sisters, same with yours, Purple Heart."

The purple CPU wasn't surprised that Green Heart knew about her younger sister. Even if she kept Nepgear cooped up in the Basilicom as much as she could, staff members talked and information leaked out into the public all the time. "I see that you're well-informed, Green Heart." She looked at Black Heart, who was sitting back down, obviously spooked that information on her younger sister was known by the other nations. "Tell me something Black Heart, if the war continues on, could you stand the thought of your sister on the front lines, fighting? Imagine if she went up against White Heart or myself."

"As if that would happen." Black Heart scoffed at her. "There haven't been any major moves by any of us in months."

"Ever since our sisters were born." White Heart added as she looked troubled.

"Indeed. Now imagine, Black Heart, you're engaged in battle with Green Heart and White Heart and I'm facing your sister..." Purple Heart gave the black-clad Goddess a neutral look. "Now imagine that I injure her badly and she's forced to lay on the battlefield, alone, helpless and slowly dying. Perhaps she's calling for you and you never show up before..."

"YOU WOULDN'T DARE!" Black Heart yelled as she slammed her hands on the table and stood up, looking like she wanted to lunge across the table and kill Purple Heart. "You leave my sister alone or I swear I'll..."

"It's war, anything can happen." Purple Heart calmly replied, though deep down she hated what she was doing. "I can tell you this, the mere thought of my sister being like that actually terrifies me. But I suppose your name isn't just for your outfit, now is it? Since you don't..."

"SHUT UP!" Black Heart yelled, glaring daggers at Purple Heart. "You think that I want that?! You think that I want to see my sister on the front lines? You think I want to see her fighting any of you?"

"If I may..." Green Heart spoke up calmly. "As the one with the least to lose in this, I grow tired of the Console Wars. I would much rather be able to sleep and not have to worry about an attack from an enemy nation. I'd much rather build my nation and improve it and I'd much rather have free time than worry about the war. And I'm sure that the three of you would rather spend time with your sisters and let them have fun rather than worrying if one of us would send an assassin in to kill them."

"Fuck it." White Heart growled. "This whole damn war is fucking pointless. What's the point of fighting anyway?"

Purple Heart smiled and looked at Black Heart, who was still glaring at her and growling. "Black Heart... No, Noire." She said softly, causing the other Goddess to blink in shock as she used her real name. "I apologize for what I said, but I wanted you to realize that it could happen. And if not against me, what about the others? So, please, can we end this war already?"

Black Heart sighed and sat down. "Fine." She looked at Green Heart and then at White Heart before turning back to Purple Heart. "I've changed my mind." The other Goddesses gave her a confused look. "The disputed territories can go back to their original countries then."

"Thank you." Purple Heart smiled at her.

It would take some time before the four CPUs could relax around each other enough to be friends. Sadly, by the time they were starting to learn to relax around each other, the Gamindustri Graveyard would make its appearance.

But that's a story for another time.

I wrote this a LOOOOOONG time ago, as part of an unfinished fic, which was a horrible first attempt into Neptunia, but I liked this enough that I decided to put it as a one-shot.
