Hyperdimension Neptunia belongs to Compile Heart, Idea Factory, Sega and whomever else worked on it.
Where did this come from? I dunno.
Neptune yawned as she stumbled out of her room, rubbing her eyes while wearing a large t-shirt and fuzzy slippers. "Morning..." She muttered and shuffled her way to the kitchen to find her morning pudding.
When she got to the kitchen, she saw the fridge was open slightly and some small feet were between the door and the fridge. "...P-Ko, is that you?" The person that was in the fridge suddenly jumped, if the sudden clanking of jars was any indication to go by. "What are you doing here?" Neptune asked as she grabbed the door and swung it wide open.
Who she saw wasn't Peashy, in fact, who she saw wasn't anyone she anticipated at all.
"Um, uh, hello?" The small girl, who was even shorter than Neptune, smiled nervously. The girl was wearing a black dress and had long, lilac-colored hair and similarly colored eyes, her hair was long enough to reach her shoulders and she had a flower-shaped hair pin in her hair. "My name is Nepgear, I... Um... I don't know how I got here."

Ten minutes later...
After calling an emergency meeting, Neptune smiled at Histoire, her Nepgear and the small Nepgear. "Well, it seems there's two Nep Jr.s now."
"What the goodness?" Nepgear's eyes went white and blank. "She's so tiny!"
"I'm only four." The girl pouted and Histoire gave her a curious look. "Um..?"
"You say you're only four years old?" Histoire asked and the girl nodded. "So you're human?"
"Uh..." The girl nodded slowly. "Uh huh. Why?"
Nepgear scratched her head as she looked at her tiny self. "Well, I'm the CPU Candidate of Planeptune, so it's unusual for us to find a human version of ourselves."
"So, how did you get here?" Neptune asked and smiled at the small Nepgear.
"I was playing in the woods with mommy and she was telling me about my big sister and how she disappeared before I was born." The girl blushed softly and smiled while poking her fingers together. "I chased after a kitty and fell down through some bright light and then I wanted to find my mommy and..." She teared up and sniffled. "Mommy wasn't anywhere near me! WAAAAHHH!" She threw her head back and started to wail in despair.
Neptune was quick to hug the small girl and gave her Nepgear a look. "Hey, Nep Jr., would you give Big Me a call? I think she has a little sister here." She rubbed the small Nepgear's back while Nepgear cried into her chest, sobbing loudly.
Nepgear nodded and ran off to get her phone to make a call.
"Well..." Histoire blinked as she thought about it. "At least we know where your other self comes from, huh?"
Neptune nodded as she comforted the small Nepgear. "There, there, we'll get you home, okay?" She smiled when Nepgear looked up at her, tears in her eyes. "We'll get you home really fast, okay?"
The tiny Nepgear nodded, sniffling. "Uh huh... Thank you." She blinked as she heard a thump and shrunk as two people walked in that she didn't recognize.
The brunette who was only slightly taller than Neptune and was wearing a large blue coat waved at them. "Hey, Nep." She smiled and blinked in confusion. "...Gear? What happened to you?"
The other girl, this one had black hair and was wearing a black dress, stared in shock. "Jeez! Did you do some sort of crazy experiment that ended with you turning really tiny or something?"
At that moment, the bigger Nepgear walked in from another room. "Okay, thanks, get back here quick." Nepgear smiled and turned the phone off. "Okay, so I called... Oh, hey Uni, IF."
"There's two Nepgears..?" Uni asked, a shocked expression on her face. "...And one of them's younger than Rom and Ram?"
"Pretty cute kid though." IF admitted as she walked over and smiled at the small Nepgear, who was gripping Neptune's parka coat tight. "Hi there. My name's IF, I'm like a gust of wind blowing through Gamindustri."
The small Nepgear blinked in confusion. "...You break wind?"
IF's face turned red as Neptune put her hand over her mouth to stifle a laugh. "Not that funny, Nep!"
"Yes it is." Neptune snickered while her friend's face was bright red. Before IF could respond, a portal opened up and a taller, bustier version of Neptune walked out through it. "Hey, big Me!"
The bigger Neptune smiled and gave a two finger salute. "Hi ho! So what's the big reason that..." She trailed off as she saw the small girl gripping her smaller self's parka tightly and was staring at her in shock. "Oh wow! Is that a tiny Nepgear? She's so cute!" Her eyes sparkled in delight as she looked at the girl.
"...Mama?" The small Nepgear asked in confusion.
"HUH!?" Everyone yelled in confusion.
The bigger Neptune's eyes were white and blank as she shuffled back and forth. "B...But I'm still a virgin! I've never even kissed anyone. Sure, I've groped miss busty's boobs and had baths with Nepgear and Uzume and even held Uzume's hand a couple of times, but I didn't think that's where babies come from!"
Histoire sighed as she saw chaos unfolding. She put her fingers to her mouth and blew really hard, creating a loud whistling sound that caused everyone to put their hands over their ears. "Now, before we all get crazy," she said as she pulled her fingers away from her lips, "this Nepgear says that she was separated from her mother and from the looks of things, Neptune, you look pretty close to what her mother looks like." The smaller Nepgear nodded, sniffling.
"Well..." Neptune suddenly grinned and clapped her hands. "We've had Big Me," she pointed at the bigger Neptune, "and Tiny Me," she pointed at herself, "now we have Big Nepgear and Tiny Nepgear!"
"Urgh," IF rubbed her head. "Figures that's what Nep would focus on. How are we going to find her mother?"
"Oh, that's simple." Neptune smiled as she was bathed in light and transformed. "I'll take her to where the portal in Virtua Forest is so she can find her mother again."
"HUH?!" Tiny Nepgear gasped in surprise. "Now you look like mommy!" She looked at Purple Heart's breasts. "But your boobies are bigger!"
Neptune laughed while Nepgear chuckled nervously and IF and Uni both sighed in dismay.
"She's Nepgear alright." They muttered, knowing that Nepgear liked to focus on things like the size of a girl's boobs. Uni gave the bigger Nepgear an annoyed look, remembering how Nepgear had been the one to spoil to everyone that her breasts got smaller when she went HDD. 'I get smaller everywhere else too, but she focuses on my boobs!'
"So, how about we go to the portal?" Purple Heart asked as she scooped up the tiny Nepgear. "Big Me, you want to come with? I think that she might be your little sister?"
"Sure." Neptune smiled.
"Hey, I'm coming with." Nepgear said as she transformed and grabbed Neptune. "I kind of want to meet with someone who can be our mother." She blushed softly at the amused look at Purple Heart had on her face.
The tiny Nepgear looked at her other self in confusion. "...Your boobies didn't get bigger."
Purple Sister face-faulted while Uni laughed at her.
"Sucks to be on the receiving end, doesn't it?" Uni taunted as both Purple Heart and Neptune laughed.

Five minutes later...
"So this is where you were and..." Purple Heart trailed off as a woman wearing a purple and black dress and boots with lilac-colored eyes and long, light-purple hair. The woman had a look of desperation came out from behind a tree.
"Nepgear?! Nepgear?!" The woman cried out.
"Mommy!" The tiny Nepgear cheered and the woman gasped in surprise as Purple Heart put the girl down, who ran with her arms outstretched to the woman, who scooped her up and sobbed as she hugged the girl.
"Oh thank the CPUs you're okay!" The woman cried and looked at the group, blinking as she realized that there were CPUs there. "You're..."
"Purple Heart..." The CPU smiled as she released her transformation. "Or perhaps you want to call me..."
"NEPTUNE?!" The woman gasped in surprise, her eyes watering up. "But... You disappeared five years ago..."
"Not me." Neptune smiled and stepped aside as Purple Sister pushed the larger Neptune forward. "But maybe this is your Neptune?"
"Ah..." The larger Neptune smiled nervously. "Hi, mom."
Neptune just smiled as the larger Neptune got tackled to the ground with the woman yelling in happiness, threatening to ground her bigger self and demanding to know why she wasn't there when her little sister was born among other things. "Welp, Nep Jr., I think we did a good thing."
Purple Sister nodded and looked at her tiny self before her eyes went white and blank. "ACK! I, me, other me, she's gone!"
"Huh?!" Everyone stopped what they were doing and looked around for tiny Nepgear.
"HELP!" Everyone stopped and looked up as they saw tiny Nepgear clinging to a tree branch. "I saw a bird, it was pretty, I'm stuck!"
"I'll get you down." Purple Sister laughed nervously and flew up to help get her tiny self out of the tree. "You need to be careful."
"Yeah, you don't want to fall off of a cliff when trying to catch a sky fish. Those falls hurt." The larger Neptune said, nodding.
"So..." Neptune smiled as a brilliant idea came to her. "How about we take Nep-mom back to the Basilicom so she can meet Histy, Iffy and Compa and everyone else?"
"Why not?" The larger Neptune asked and nodded. "Come on, mom, you need to meet my friends."
Nep-Mom looked at them before nodding her head. "Yes, I want to know what my oldest daughter's been up to," she then smirked in a way that had everyone gulping nervously, "so I know EXACTLY what kind of punishment to meter out."
"YEEK!" The bigger Neptune yelped and ducked behind her smaller self. "Protect me, Tiny Me!"
"Sorry, Big Me," Neptune shook her head, "there are times you just have to face the music and accept whatever punishment comes your way."
"Traitor!" The larger Neptune protested while both Nepgears giggled and the group went through the portal to Hyper Dimension.
Sadly, for both Neptunes, Nep-Mom and Histoire ended up getting along really well and had no problem discussing the various punishments that could be metered out to any of the Nep family.
But that's a story for another time.
But hey, Tiny Nepgear. That's literally all I had in my head was a tiny version of Nepgear.
