Gifnora Forest, west to the imperial capital.
The Chainsword fell from an inclined angle eviscerating the neck of the xeno beast. The animal's body collapsed as its neck released liters of blood.
He keep accelerating the chainsword. Another primate beast was pouncing on him, a stone club in hand. Yet there was another one trying to flank him with a raised stone ax. A single hit with those primitive weapons would have crushed the head of any normal man with outmost ease. However, what faced him was not a mere mortal.
The sharp rock smashed into his forearm. The rock was instantly pulverized into a thousand pieces. The primate could only see with terror and amazement it had not made a single scratch on the ceramite of that warrior's arm.
For in just a nanosecond the warrior had measured the capabilities of both beasts and had come to a conclusion. Those weapons were incapable of damaging him.
And that's how it began to move.
It was like a blur, his movements impossible to follow in the eyes of any ordinary man. Even for the beast this was already too fast. A spear formed with his fingers pierced the primate's chest, destroying its rib cage and internal organs. The beast's brain had even been slow to realize that it was dead as it tried to respond with its claws.
The chainsword was still roaring.
The Astartes roared with it. The blades bit into the xeno's flesh and devoured, even if the machine spirit didn't want to be satiated. In one movement the beast was split from the middle in two. All this before the previous one had hit the ground.
The sergeant removed his helmet and contemplated his work. The fetishes on his chest sounded as he hit his armor. The skeleton on one of his shoulder pads was stained with blood.
"Excellent hunt, Assault Leader." A voice spoke behind him. "With these last we have finished off this herd."
The officer did not answer. He simply reached out his hand and ripped a piece of meat from one of the fallen xeno beasts. He put it in his mouth and chew on the raw meat of its defeated prey. I let the Omophagea do the rest; the genetically modified organ decomposed the cells at the genetic level. Memories began to flow into his brain. Memories of battles against other beasts, memories of the common acts of an animal. He watched as a group of mortals were dismembered and devoured in front of his eyes. He observed mortal hunters trying to subdue the beast of these memories, they had never succeeded.
"What have you seen, Brother Oku?" Another different voice spoke to him. It was another sergeant. Around his belt were the trophies he had earned. Jaws of the dangerous beasts that infested this forest.
"Nothing relevant, Brother Kuro." Oku replied to his battle brother. "They are just beasts."
"But they have given us good hunting, Brother."
"Yes, but it is still short-lived. When will we attack Wakoku? I know there will be good prey there, I can hardly wait." Oku grabbed his knife, the monofilament began to cut the meat of the beast, and more fangs would be added to his panoply.
Brother Kuro folded the blade of his power scythe and magnetically fastened it to his back. "It will be soon. Harvester Prime has announced we should deal with the rebels first."
"The revolutionary army. How could mere mortals cause delay?" The other Astartes, Mukaro, finally spoke.
"They want to crush the rebels before attacking." Kuro replied. "They could be a nuisance."
"Apparently by a certain group called Night Raid. Assassins, they have been killing officers and nobles in recent months. Captain Ogre was killed last night." Mokuro replied. "For that reason the Harvester has entrusted us with the task of hunting down members of the revolutionary army."
"It will be a good exercise since you are impatient for a challenge, Oku ."
"Yes ... I can hardly wait to start planting the bait and the trap..."

Imperial capital. Midnight.
This time he had made it.
How long had he not seen the night sky? Little did he remember? Life inside the prison was dark and fetid. Filled with vermin and wretched souls, all waiting their turn to be beheaded by his hand.
Decapitate, such executions brought him ecstasy. Every time he did, he couldn't help but feel a great burst of pleasure from performing such murders. The face of the victim after seeing his body was a delight.
However, such a death had driven him mad. And in his madness he had grown fat killing any innocent soul that crossed his path.
However, the empire had not been able, or rather- cared, to discuss the matter and for that reason had spent a week with no one to stop him. Sleeping in the day, beheading at night, it had become his routine.
For that reason Iturbid felt that he should take matters into his own hands and had ordered an elimination force to go in pursuit of that homicidal psychopath.
For that reason Zanku had been using his Teigu to observe the four men following him. All carrying those strange weapons with tubes attached to their backs. All dressed in blue and dark armor, more armed than any soldier in the empire. Were they a new unit? They moved skillfully, almost noiselessly. They were flanking him, encircling him in a knot that would soon close on him.
He had been running. Using his clairvoyance to pass between buildings and outwit his pursuers. He liked this cat and mouse game, and he couldn't wait to become the cat. He turned a corner, he had already seen his prey, and soon it would be a new death to score.
The man had been slow to react; stunned after seeing how he had managed to reach it. However, in moments he recovered. Years of hellish training hit him, accelerating his muscles to avoid the blade that had gone for his neck. However, Zanku did not stop there. He charged with both swords in his arms without giving his opponent time to fire.
That Scion knew he couldn't waste time trying to shoot an enemy who was on top of him with blades about to slice through him. He unsheathed his energy sword, did not have time to activate it and blocked the blades with his blade itself.
"You know how to react! Yes, your head will be an even more satisfying prize!" Zanku yelled as he threw himself and stabbed him, the Scion no longer had space, he was cornered.
However, a sound stopped him, along with a strong smell of burning flesh. It was when he realized that his left arm was missing.
The pain took time to reach him; adrenaline flowing at full power. If he was going to die he would at least bring the man in front of him to hell. He would go forward blade raised to kill.
However, a smell of ozone was felt in the air. Just like the crackle of a disruptive energy field. The sword was not very large, a blade just over two feet. But was absolutely lethal. And he discovered it the moment his remaining blade was split in two, melted after having its particles disintegrated. The sword had taken away his remaining hand as well, and had continued until it reached his torso. There was nothing that could stop it, it cut it in two like it was paper. Burned.
The last thing Zenku saw was the barrel of a hellgun in front of his face.
"Nice shot." He mentioned the Scion that had given him the coup de grace. "Regroup. We must report the murderer has been neutralized. "He called his team using his Vox, they did not take long to appear from the shadows, as if it were natural for them to mix into the darkness.
Four figures approached him, one of them carrying a long-las rifle which was still emitting smoke from the barrel.
"Fracking insane. And to think that this mockery of empire would let such an animal loose."
"I'm not surprised. Crime is rampant in this city. Nobles who should protect their servants only use them to satiate their perversions." Said his subordinate, Phitus , the youngest in the company. Just graduated from Schola Progenia .
"There's a lot more crime in one section of a hive city than in this entire country, rookie." Retorted Bukk , who checked his shotgun Mitralock . "The only difference with this place is that everything is turned upside down."
"This country is about to collapse, rookie. It's what this old man means. " Joked Jenkin , a tall guy.
"Whatever… is better for us. With a state ruined people will see us as a new authority and will be easier to attach them to the Imperium." Tade, the sniper spoke. "But I will feel bad for them. Some might want to rebel... by the way, Lieutenant. Do you think we can go back to the red light district again? That woman was pretty good to us, I wonder if we'll meet her again. "
"I gave him an Aquila for a necklace. I think we could locate her."
"Hey? She? That was a good night. I want to see her again… " Phitus the youngest of the five said.
"Easy, Newbie. The last time you were at it you got too carried away and almost fell off." Bukk said. The others laughed at the memory of such a scene. "By the way, Lieutenant. You do not think you paid him too much to that woman? All that gold could get her in trouble. "
"I did it because she needs the money ..."
"Oh? Now Lieutenant Dann works for charity?"
"Shut up, Jenkin. Look… she had the smell of a mother… you understand me. She was even lactating."
"And it was very sweet indeed."
"Phitus, try to focus… Anyway, we got those coins from that hive world. There's not much I want to buy with the ones I have so I figured I'd better give it to her."
"Do you think we can take her to the camp?" Phitus asked referring to the thousands of people who followed the imperial guard armies. Men and women, who had either lost everything, were eager for adventure or were families who decided to follow their own. And the Theta Company was no different. Hundreds of servants were there to tend to their weapons, rearm them, repair equipment or armor, feed them and some even to be recruited.
"If she is still alive ..." said Tade.
"What do you mean, Sergeant?"
"Look, sir… They might as well have taken the money from her, she might as well be dead. Traders have been bothering trying to buy our weapons from us, the last one they found out was executed yesterday. If they saw us with her, some bastard might think she got something from us. And it's even worse when she has that Aquila hanging from her neck that you gave her, Lieutenant."
Dann has remained silent for a moment. Thinking about the mistake he had made. This city was rotten with the worst the human race could offer.
"We will deliver the report to the captain and then we will return to the red light district." He said in a concerned way.
"It's pass midnight. By the time we get back to Macharius base it would be dawn." Replied Tade .
The lieutenant sighed. "Okay… we'll go to the red light district. But only to look and search for it. We will only use one hour. "

Night Raid. Mountai base.
For Lina-Rho 47-25, associating with ordinary non-technologically augmented humans was very rare. Her homeworld, Ryza, had conceived her in a vitae womb. Her parents, long ago sterile, had shared their DNA they had stored and cloned for a time like this. Within a few months, thanks to the blessings of the Omnissiah, five children had been born. However, in a forge world with billions of souls overpopulation was not a critical issue. After all, new hands were always welcome to serve.
No, the reason five were born is because only one in five children could survive amid the radioactive waste, acid rain, and toxic air on planet Ryza. A world so drowned in contamination that only those with the necessary genetic capabilities, or with the right implants, could survive.
As such a daughter dedicated to the Omnissiah her parents had already programmed her from her conception. She shall work for the ordinary priesthood of Legio Cibernetica. Masters among the automatons, and war machines of great power. And just as her blood had told her she had been raised among the Cybernetica Datasmiths.
She sprinkled unguents on Regulus-112, one of her servo-skulls. It had belonged to her fellow disciple, died at the hands of an ork, but his consciousness still lived within the skull that flew around her.
A binary chant told the servo-skull it was ready, asking if there was a fault. The skull returned the song in the same machine code that only Lina could understand at.
The door of her room was knocked. A voice following. She recognized the voice belong to that woman named Leone, the one who had made the deal with her master.
"Personnel confirmation… Leone. Conjecture: What do you need?"
The door opened and the blonde peeked through the opening. Instantly she wanted to close it again. The smell of grease and metal made her face winced. Too many lubricants. The room had been redesigned and modified. For that reason there were numerous objects unknown to her. Screens on a wall and a table with different tools being moved with mechanical arms. The light was dim, she could barely see anything in her human form. But she noticed the terrifying skull floating at the side of the newest member of Night Raid. She still hadn't gotten used to it, and maybe she never would.
"Breakfast is ready. If you're hungry?"
Clarification: My stomach has been improved to consume sources of nutrients. Nutrient reinjection cycle is coming to an end. Affirmation: Yes, I'll be there in a minute."
Leone said goodbye and Lina heard her footsteps leaving her room. This past week with this group had provided her with interesting information on Night Raid and the revolutionary army. A force sought to dethrone the emperor and start a free nation where everyone was equal. For her that was just an utopian dream. In logic they would simply be exchanging one form of government for another, in the long run they would continue to kill each other.
However they had entrusted her to help them and as long as it was ordered by her master she would obey.
On her way she considered her situation. She had collected data from at least half the Night Raid members and studied each of them.
The leader, Najenda, was clearly crippled. Her body had not healed from the wounds inflicted since her betrayal to her empire. Lina let the logic flow by itself for a moment as she remembered those words. Was it possible for Najenda to betray again? She considered keeping this information, her judgment would come when the rest of the Imperium were here.
Bullat, a robust and powerful man despite not being genetically augmented. His armor gave more power that was similar or even more powerful than a space marine Principia. She wondered how many bolter rounds would be enough to knock him down. She reckoned at least two Astartes shooting him from different angles would be the best option to take him down.
Akame was a danger she had considered in studying thoroughly. She was quick, as or even faster than an Eldar Banshee. Her skill with a sword made her a fearsome opponent at close range. For not mention that 'Teigu' she always carried had a very powerful poison that would kill with just at slightest scratch. The same method with Bullat wouldn't work on her, although as long as she didn't touch the flesh she wouldn't be lethal. However, she still had to develop a special contingency in her case, especially if that sword could be corrupted with the power of chaos.
Mine was the weakest one, but in contrast that danger raised the power in her rifle exponentially. However, a good ambush would be effective against her. Even so she wanted to study that weapon, it tempted her to steal it and understand its secrets. But it was difficult, the girl would not leave her rifle. And he still didn't trust her.
She reached the dining room and observed how the one who was currently in the kitchen was Tatsumi who was still struggling with the ingredients he had to prepare while his companions hurried him. She would find such a comical situation if she still maintained the emotions she had ripped apart in the name of Omnissiah.
"Ah, Lina! Wait a minute please I'll have yours ready right away!" Tatsumi told her as he had attend the stove before it burned. Lina-Rho didn't say anything and just watched. The last time had been her turn to cook, she had pulverized all ingredients and created nutrient bars. The problem is that in the end these tasted so bland and were so dry that it had been almost impossible to eat them. Only Akame had devoured her ration without complaint and had taken with her the ones from those who did not finish, she said they would be useful in missions.
"How are you feeling, Lina?" Leone asked who was still waiting. "Any problem so far?"
"Answer: No, there have been no problems with my stay. I have managed to adapt to this pace and have collected useful data. The tech-priestess said in her monotonous voice.
"You were a great help with Ogre!" Tatsumi praised her by bringing her a couple of pieces of meat from a beast they had hunted yesterday. "I still don't understand how you did it without even leaving the base."
"Explanation: I sent Regulus, one of the servo-skulls that have been entrusted to me. I tasked him for assassinating this target using its built-in galvanic rifle. The galvanic rifle burns all of the target's potential energy into a blast of electricity, for a target like Captain Ogre this was lethal."
"I don't understand half of what you said but I still think you were amazing." He praised her again, she was impassive. She wouldn't remember the emotion of being praised by someone. Only, perhaps, the words of her mentor and master could bring her something remotely familiar.
"Ha! Yours was just luck! I could have shot him down from hundreds of meters away." Mine claimed this time. That young woman who constantly treated her as some kind of rival. Not that she cared, anger had long since been drained from her system.
"Claim: While this is possible, finding the target in an urban area would have been impossible without you being discovered."
For some reason unknown to her, Mine had blushed, her face flaring even more anger, as if she was feeling embarrassed. In the end she just ate while grunting under her breath.
[-]
It was almost noon now. After four hours locked in her room performing the necessary rituals to appease the machine spirits, she had finally been forcibly removed to train with the others. In the end she had agreed for the reason that she would be able to gather information from the missing Night Raid members.
Tatsumi and Bullet were already at it. Full of sweat thanks to the intense training, Tatsumi could barely stay on his feet, he still lacked to reach the level of his mentor, but his ability to keep going was something remarkable. She measured, and compiled compare movements in their training to analyze later.
"Today you will train with Sheele." Leone who was accompanying her told her. Suddenly she turned to look at her. "... You ... Can you fight hand to hand?"
"Answer: I have not been blessed to wield the Axe of the Omnissiah. But I have knowledge in the handling of close combat weapons. For example, this Arc Maul." She pulled out from among her clothes a staff one meter long of strange shape. The final part of this bristled with arcs of electricity scratching the skin and creating static in the air." Statement: Hitting an opponent with this could be fatal, although I can lower its power to just knock her out."
"Well… it's not a fight to the death after all… You've advanced pretty fast and you've proven yourself to be a capable and valuable member of the team. But Najenda still thinks you need some help in melee. So Scheele will help you today."
The young woman with purple hair and glasses greeted them. In her hands was a giant scissors, her smile was warm and welcome. Greeting with such sweetness that it seemed like honey. For Lina it was relative. Long ago she had abandoned her emotions. But even for her, it was lukewarm.
Sheele adjusted her glasses and dismissed Leone. The latter wishing them both a good day.
"Have you fought in close combat before?" She asked politely.
"Answer: I have basic combat protocols for personal defense. My priority is the deployment and control of automata."
"I see." Scheele said smiling. "Well, I think starting to use my relic might be too much for you..."
"Don't." Lina retorted. "Clarification: Studying your relic is also one of my tasks. I have noticed that it has a monomolecular edge. Its composition of a material similar to Adamantium has caught my attention. I would like to check its toughness. "
Lina activated the arc maul. Tongues of electricity furrowed her hand, menacing. It was then that she realized the drastic change Sheele had conceived.
Her breathing changed, was more deeply, inhaling more oxygen. Her posture was no longer relaxed, at first glance it seemed not to have changed but for someone with heightened senses like her it was more than remarkable. Her heart rate had also changed, pumping more blood to her limbs. Lina was amazed to see how Sheele had changed so drastically at one point .
Sheele moved first. It was a quick move going for her flank. Masterfully she paced toward her, the huge blade ready to cut in half. For many non-augmented humans this would be a very difficult attack to see.
However, Lina was able to measure and calculate the trajectory in less than a nanosecond to react accordingly. A jet of arcing energy erupted, bathing them both. Scheele ignored the slight electrical tension and spun again to attack from the opposite angle. Lina compared again and moved her arc maul, another cascade of electricity bathed them both.
Scheele was making room between her and the techno-priestess. Further in her step she had raised a cloud of dust to temporarily blind her opponent. A second later an open Extase was on the way of the machine god adept in a vertical cut.
It would have been a lethal wound, if not for the fact that dust had been totally useless to the sensors in the cybernetic eyes on Lina's head. However, the attack was still dangerous and she had no choice but to raise her arc maul at full power and strike the side of the blade. The electricity ran through Extase and reached Scheele who was expelled by the high voltage received.
However she recovered. Ignoring the pain, she charged at Lina again with the open scissors. Yet this time there was something different. A flash of intense light escaped Extase's edge. A blinding light so powerful and sudden that Lina-Rho hadn't had time to activate her lumen filters. For a fraction of a second she was blind but it had not been enough for her opponent to close the gap. With no other choice Lina moved her mechadendrites to the front, measuring Sheele's speed she made one last calculation waiting for the metallic tentacles to go through her.
By the time she regained her vision the blades were a few millimeters from her body. Scheele had stopped. Moments later she lowered the Relic.
"You kept up well even if you don't have a Teigu." She told after putting away her Relic.
"Affirmation: Your movements... Their pattern changed drastically." She would keep that information to herself. It would be something useful. She had been able to follow the movement of Sheele she may be faster than her. But the reaction time of her servos was more than enough to respond accordingly at such speed.
"I'll take that as a compliment..." She said before turning to go back inside. Not without first tripping over her own feet. Her glasses fell a couple of meters away, Lina stretched a Mechadendrite to pick up the glasses. She handed them to Sheele. This was a strange behavior, why would Sheele switch between such states? Was there something psychological or biological about this? She wasn't a Biologis to research that, but she had gotten curious. Hadn't the process withdrawn her emotions? Sometimes like now she might feel phantom glimpses of emotions that were once there.
"Question: Why are you doing that?"
Scheele looked at him confused by that question.
"Reformulation: Why do you act that way? After this duel, I have seen you are able to react quickly and clearly to dangerous situations. However, I have observed your clumsiness and little dexterity. Are you pretending? Is it the side effect of any drug? Does that relic have something to do with it? "
Scheele was babbling trying to explain something by shaking her hands. After a moment she calmed down. She put her glasses on her lap as she sat on her knees.
"Actually… I've never been very good at chores; in fact, I was always clumsy at everything. But one day I discovered something I was good at... Killing. I don't know what it was or is, but I feel some kind of switch flipping every time I have to kill someone… I don't know if I'm right of my head… " Sheele said wistfully.
Lina held up a little mechadendrite to level with Sheele's eyes . She was a little scared after seeing the metal tentacle so close to her face, she saw with astonishment a light that came out of it and passed through her face.
"Study: I do not detect abnormal brain patterns, the cortex and shape of your brain is that of a standard human. Conclusion: Your cognitive abilities are very similar to those of an average human. But even they deserve an investigation more thoroughly. "
Sheele was puzzled by such words. But she smiled after a few seconds.
"Thanks, I guess."
"Question: Why are you thanking me?"
Scheele stood silently trying to understand her question. She just kept smiling.

Imperial Capital City. Midnight.
It had been another mission accomplished; three figures ran among the trees on one of the recreation parks within the capital. Sheele, Mine and Lina running back to regroup with their companions and then escape.
"That Tybil guy was pretty careful. We could have been in trouble." Mine complained as she carried her rifle Pumpkin in one hand with a machine gun setting.
"But we finished the job in one piece. So everything is fine. Thanks to Lina we didn't have to deal with so many guards." Sheele commented as she was in the front.
Behind them was Lina who didn't say anything, she just seemed to be looking at the floating skull that was next to her.
"Geez… I still can't get used to that thing. It gives me chills."
It was then that, in a burst of reflexes, the three of them had moved just in time to escape what had fallen right where they had been just now. The ground made of rock split and a small dust cloud rose. After a few seconds a figure was there.
A young woman with brown hair and medium armor. Mine recognized her immediately. A member of the military police.
"An enemy!? What's wrong with her? I have not seen her." Mine exclaimed as she prepared her relic to attack.
"The imperial police do not usually hide... This one is different." Sheele said upon measuring her enemy.
The brown-haired girl took out a sheet of paper, paused a moment looking at it and slowly began to laugh in a convulsive giggle until it turned into a maniacal laugh. "I knew ambushing them here would be worth it… Finally! We finally meet, Night Raid!"
Beside her was a strange creature similar to a small bipedal canis. Lina watched and considered the situation. The protocols were in place, she sent a single signal with an encrypted message. This was a good moment to act.
"I am Seryu Ubiquitous, of the Imperial Police… Servants of Evil! Tremble in the face of absolute justice and repent!" She exclaimed with a maniacal and twisted smile.
"Now that you know who we are, your only options are to come with us or die." Mine said clutching her weapon.
Yet, Seryu raised her hand. "Wanted dead or alive." She started and then pointed at Sheele . "In that case I will be your executor! My father died in the line of duty fighting evil men like you. And you are the ones who assassinated my mentor, Captain Ogre! "
Her eyes were red as blood. Her anger and hatred reflected on her face. Her gaze full of resentment in front of those responsible for the pain she now felt. "I'll make you pay!" She said, fueled by the thirst for revenge running through her veins.
For the others, this was a clear sign that a fight was inevitable. Mine prepared her Teigu "You yearn for fight so badly?" She said, and pulled the trigger unleashing an energy firestorm straight at her enemy.
Meanwhile Seryu was standing there, arms crossed . For she knew they would not touch her, because in an instant her faithful companion had interposed to stop the bolts. One would think that such a small animal would do little against such an attack. Mine did not hesitate and released a substantial discharge on the auburn young raising a cloud of black smoke hidding the body of this new enemy. Lina saw this, a mistake. A smokescreen could give an enemy room to try something. She knew something had blocked the attack and not mistaken they saw a beast twice the height of a grown man had appeared like a wall in front of the officer in front of them. Its belly full of wounds, flesh and skin charred from the energy blasts it had blocked with its huge body. Lina looked at it with interest, was this another relic? It was like a monster hungry and ready to tear anyone apart.
"That is a relic." Sheele warned them.
"It seems so. A living relic at all." Mine changed Pumpkin's cannon for its heavy version knowing that automatic fire would be of no use.
Lina raised her mechadendrites, galvanic rifles, and Lasguns ready to fire. From her belt unleashed a transonic sword, one with an impossible edge.
Seryu raised her hands and in these a pair of tonfas with automatic rifles that fired a burst of bullets towards her adversaries. Sheele and Mine dodged them, but Lina stayed in her place, she wanted to investigate the relic, and being close would be the best option. A repulsor field activated and bullets were repelled as an invisible wall. Her galvanic rifles fired and a wave of magnetically accelerated fire struck the beast who had stepped in to protect her master. But the beast was unrelenting, it wouldn't fall for this.
Meanwhile, Seryu had realized that firing from that distance you will not be very effective. She turned to the living relic and ordered it to hunt. The beast roared with a row of razor-sharp teeth. It lunged, going after Sheele with her fangs wide open. However, Sheele was calm, she wielded Extase and with a cut she teared apart the jaws of the monster that was planning to eat her. The beast, Coro, rolled on the ground until it hit a pole.
"I'm sorry..." Sheele muttered after wiping the blood off her blade with a shake. Now walking towards Seryu , completely focused on killing her .
However, as he approached, her opponent did not appear to be nervous or concerned. With her arms crossed she simply smiled at the same time that a low growl was behind Sheele. When she turned around she encountered the beast whose wounds healed in seconds.
A concentrated blast of energy came from behind the biological relic burning its back, yet it had not been able to pierce the creature. But made it move back to its owner.
"Did you forget, Sheele?" Mine said, her rifle smoking from the tremendous blast of energy. "Living relics have a core within their bodies. As long as it remains intact it will only continue to regenerate. And even Akame's Murasame won't work on an opponent without heart."
Lina knew about that quality, but was interested in seeing it in person. Especially how it worked biologically. She was eager to learn more about the beast, so she decided to test its regenerative factor.
She brought her hand to under her clothes, from among them she took out a gun of blue glitter. With a binary chant she spoke to the machine spirit of the plasma pistol, it activated corresponding with its ionizing purr. Lina pointed the weapon directly at Seryu, being the owner of the creature, it did not hesitate to put her massive body first.
Lina aimed her plasma gun and shot. A magnetically accelerated plasma bubble escaped like a railgun. The hypersonic discharge hitting the biological Teigu square. It fell down from the heat and pain. Lina noted with cold interest as the still headless beast squirmed from side to side. But after a few seconds the beast began to recover, its head growing again.
Interesting, she would have liked to try her fusion rifle, but the living relic rose to its feet with a roar. This time it would surely be filled with rage, marking her to crush her.
"Coro. Arms." Commanded by its owner two huge arms with muscles as massive as rocks emerged from the creature. Mine complained at seeing the grotesque change.
"Pulverize." Its mistress commanded again, the beast roared and launched into a storm of thunderous blows.
"Mine, behind me!" Shouted Sheele as she raised Extase to block the hurricane of blows that were coming for her. Each fist had tremendous force, each one nearly knocking her off balance.
But something appeared, an invisible wall rose in front of them. Lina's repulsor field appeared between them and the beast's fists. "Go get her!" Lina yelled at them.
A beep went up, and with that Mine knew that the Imperial police had called for reinforcements. A situation like this meant she was in danger, and the more at risk she was the more powerful her Relic would be. She jumped up using one of Lina's mechandrite for support and soared above the living Teigu . She pulled the trigger and a fresh burst of energy split the beast's head, stopping its blows. Yet was of little use, because seconds later the wound was gone.
Seryu laughed. "The imperial relics are more resilient than you think."
But on her flank the dust parted, she saw Sheele running towards her, blade in hand. Lina lunged too, her transonic sword vibrating, its machine spirit hungry for meat to be sliced.
Sheele was faster, reached first. "Help Mine!" She ordered to the adept of the god machine. One of them would suffice. Lina changed her target parameters and moved to support the pinkette girl, who tried to keep the living relic at bay.
A flash appeared and Sheele launched a string of thrusts and slashes with Extas. However, Seryu was able to contain them all. Coro went after its mistress, it had to protect her. But the impossible edge of Lina's transonic sword bit one of its legs, separating it as if it were just water. Lina then received a punch from the beast, she had no time to raise her repulsor field. The blow struck her squarely, damaging multiple systems within her body. She flew out until she crashed into a concrete wall. She could only hear Mine screaming in agony.
[-]
Seryu had moved into the forest but was soon cornered. The assassin had her against the ropes by possessing a combat relic and only her with her tonfas to defend herself. Cuts and thrusts fell on her who could barely deflect the attacks.
However, she failed to notice in time how a small rock had made her lose her balance completely. She lost her gun and Sheele was quick to capitalize on this situation.
One cut was all it took to rip her arms off. Seryu had sacrificed her arms to avoid a fatal blow.
Sheele would have gone for the knockout, but stopped at the hearing a strange whistling increasingly doing more and more, she would not know where it was coming, but was sure was reaching fast.
It was when she looked up into the sky that she realized. A strange flying vehicle was approaching in a hurry and would soon pass overhead. It was square, rough, and sturdy. But it was so fast that she was sure very few beasts could reach that speed. It was flying over thirty meters high, its weapons looking huge and menacing.
She noticed one of its doors open and something fall. It didn't take long for her to realize that figure would fall close to her. Sheele jumped back just before something heavy landed right where she had been.
When the dust was removed she saw the being that had appeared, had fallen from more than thirty meters high and had no scratches. He was tall, terribly tall. He towered three heads above her, and his armor looked so thick that she doubted he could move fast enough to keep up with her. In his hands was a scythe with a crackling energy field that let out tiny blue arcs of electricity. His armor was painted a deep dark gray with his massive shoulder pads black as night. Fetishes and bones hung from his armor, as well as various ornamentation and a huge Aquila with a golden skull in the middle of his breastplate.
"Sheele... Night Raid..." He spoke, in a sepulchral voice and with a calm that seemed to enter his skin. "For the crime of treason and murder of officials of this nation who have decided to be part of the Imperium of humanity. We have found you and your group guilty of heresy. Your termination will be immediate."
The Astartes moved, and Sheele could hardly believe how something so big and heavy and armed could move with such astonishing speed. It was like just seeing a blur in front of her and in just one heartbeat the space marine was on her with his scythe ready to hit her.
Without hesitation she raised Extase, and felt the huge blade of the scythe hit her like a battering ram. The edge of Extase had allowed her to block the blade of the scythe but such was the impact that it sent her flying up to ten meters colliding with the trunk of a tree. Her arms ached, numb from trying to absorb the blow.
The earth shook and again the giant had appeared in front of her, his scythe ready to strike again. She shifted and managed to crouch as the trees behind her were split in two, their trunks severed in hald by the crackling field that enveloped the blade.
She ran, she had to regroup with Mine and Lina. Seryu was unarmed and was no longer an immediate danger.
Seryu was stunned. She did not know who this being was, this giant. And she was more than sure that when asked for reinforcements only members of the military police would appear. Then she saw the symbols on his armor, they were unknown to her, that meant that this giant was part of the new allies of the empire. She had watched, amazed and almost unable to believe the skill and speed that the giant had for its size, much more faster than a human, she was sure that there were very few able to match such might.
Seryu wasted no time and screamed. "Coro! Berserker!"
The beast, living relic, it hear those words. Keywords to unleash the ultimate countermeasure in the event of imminent danger. A trump card that had been programmed into during its creation.
First it was its skin, it changed to a red color like blood, the flesh muttered into masses of muscle like steel surrounding its body. It had grown twice in size, and now its teeth formed a chilling field of pearly blades.
Now the pink haired woman no longer posed a danger to it. With a speed she could not follow she found herself between the claws of the creature who lifted her to break her bones. Mine screamed in agony feeling the bones in her arm being pulverized. Lina only limited to observe, enchanted by the sudden change in the Relic.
Sheele wanted to go, wanted to go to her aid. But the Astartes would not allow it. The moment she had tried to escape a thick tree in front of her had been pulverized by an explosion. As the splinters rained down she could see the giant aiming a heavy-looking pistol, the barrel smoking after firing. She knew that the moment she turned around to run to her companion's aid, that gun would fire at her with a lethal result.
She had no choice, he had to do this and quickly. So she wouldn't hesitate to activate Extase's ability.
A massive cascade of light escaped from the blades. A blinding flash that would make near impossible for anyone to see her attacks. And so she planned, she did not hesitate to launch the attack in a flurry of cuts.
Yet the Astartes could see her. His helm had been adapted, a filter that would render useless any flash attempt to disorient him had been activated. His auto senses told him when the blade was coming and in less than a fraction of a second he had raised his scythe, blocking every thrust. Sheele had put all of her strength into that attack, but to the Carcharodon it was no different than a hailstorm shower striking on his armor. Slash after slash, thrust after thrust, the Astartes could move so smoothly, dodging attacks or blocking them with his scythe. Sheele could barely understand how he could move with such heavy armor covering him.
It was a moment, a single, miniscule mistake on her part that the Carcharodon took advantage of to move to the side and approach her, the scythe blade had moved the blade of Extase down, too late to defend herself.
She felt a huge hammer hit her face. A punch from an Astartes on a hook which had only taken a millisecond to connect.
Sheele was thrown like a stringless puppet, a chilling sound of something breaking was heard. For an instant she thought that Leone had hit her with all her might. She fell to the ground, almost lost consciousness, but her concern for her partner allowed her to continue moving... barely. She coughed up blood, it was hard to breathe, her left eye had burst and only blood was leaking from where it had once been. She touched her face and felt the bones in half of her face split into pieces. For some reason the pain wasn't unbearable yet, was it the adrenaline still rushing? She didn't know, but it was clear that this giant was a threat she feared could reach Night Raid.
She had been thrown so far that it had returned to the plaza. And there was Mine, screaming in pain from the beast's claws. She turned, and saw the giant still wasn't following her. Such an opportunity to save her had been given by lady fortune.

Lina would have liked to study this living relic closely. Know if its existence did not accompany heresy. She ignored Mine's screams as she tried to decide whether to protect Mine or the beast. Her internal cogitators fought for logic. The creature was at its limit, vast amounts of energy being released ineffectively to deliver full power in speed and strength. Attacking now could damage the spoken core and it was the last thing she wanted.
However a new push in logic was the fact that the beast was about to devour Mine along with her relic.
She couldn't refuse to miss two potential wonders of the dark age of technology. Thus she choose to save one. The least likely to be tainted with heresy.
From between his robes he took out a fusion rifle, he had wished not to use it in this way, but there was no choice. She prayed the binary activation chant and the machine spirit harmonized with its eager to destroy. She allowed it and a ray of heat like the core of the sun bathed the monster.
In an instant its head had been vaporized.
But its arm didn't let go of Mine. It was clinging tightly to her. She saw its chest move, still breathing, standing and still unbeatable.
It was then that, in a quick movement, the arm of the living Teigu was severed in half as it fell to the ground, finally allowing its captive to escape.
Mine shook off the claw. She had no strength left, but was filled with joy at seeing her companion had returned.
"Sheele!" She cried with a smile. However, Mine realized the state she was in. Her bleeding disfigured face and her missing eye. Yet there was her typical carefree smile.
"Just in time..." She said still smiling.
And it was at that moment that both their smiles fell apart.
A blade had appeared on Sheele's chest. One that had come from behind, with such speed it had penetrated her breast. A direct hit to her spine.
Mine watched in utter terror and horror as an armored giant, who had not been there a moment ago, was now swinging a man-sized scythe at a horizontal angle.
Sheele had tried to move, she knew what was coming, she knew death was behind her. Yet her body could not respond to her.
The scythe's crackling bluish blade snapped Sheele in two. The disruption power field destroying her flesh and bones at molecular level. It was like cutting air, there was no resistance.
Mine yelled her friend's name. Her torso fell to the ground at the feet of the one who had dissected her.
Mine raised, her injuries barely letting her walk. She clenched her rifle furiously as she began to walk toward the Astartes.
But to her amazement, she heard the familiar voice of her friend on the ground, it was weak, barely perceptible. "Es… cape..." She managed to hear and looked down to see her friend who seemed to be still alive.
A blinding light was unleashed. It bathed Extase, still in hands of Sheele. "Mine … I'm sorry. In the end… I couldn't be that useful." She thought for herself. Even if Extase's light was useless and knowing it was a vain attempt. She wanted to try. "Ah ... Night Raid ... The place where I belonged ..." She remembered those moments of joy that she lived and shared with whom she had once considered brothers, an Akame protecting her food, a Mine taking her to try on clothes, a cake in her name. . . "I loved you all ... It was so much fun ..."
She smiled once more to thinking about that young man who had come to her at his weakest moment. "I'm sorry ... Tatsumi ... I will never be able to hug you again ..."
But the flame of that life came to an abrupt end doused with the horrifying sound of flesh and bone crushing under the heavy power armor. Splinters of bone and brain flew in all directions, along with the blood that reached Mine's face who had seen how the giant had raised his foot to crush the head of Sheele whose body moved due to the spasms of the nerves that no longer they had a brain to command them.
Anger invaded her body, fueled by fury at seeing how her best friend had died in such a horrible way. A silent outburst demanding retribution.
She looked at the giant, he was cleaning his huge combat knife. The bright red retinas of his helmet settled on the short girl approaching him.
"How dare you..." she uttered poison in her mouth. "How dare you do that to Sheele." She walked. The weight of her rifle behind her, barely able to carry it on her broken arm, the barrel dragged in the cold concrete. The pain in her arm announced that she couldn't lift the gun. But still, she wouldn't let the retribution slip away.
"This broken arm is not going to stop me!" She boasted still with her rage screaming at the top of her lungs. To an Astartes who seemed little more than indifferent to an enemy wounded and unable to continue fighting.
However, her cry of fury was abruptly silenced.
For now a blade was coming out of her chest.
Vibrating, the familiar blade resonated with her body. Echoing in her organs. Blood escaped from her body, her heart torn in two by the blade that now pierced her.
She turned to see the traitor who had done this to her. Her eyes full of bitterness and torment.
Behind her was Lina-Rho.
"Why…?" Mine said unable to believe or understand what was happening.
The light-filled visor that covered his eyes was not there anymore.
Her face, as ever, unable to show any emotion.
The sword withdrew from her rib cage. She fell to her knees and stood there for a moment. The transonic blade moved again and beheaded her on the spot. Mine's corpse fell at Lina's feet.
The Astartes collected both relics. He observed them carefully, studying each part of them. Then he spoke.
"You have served well, Lina-Rho. Your report was quite helpful. If it weren't for this one, that light could have caused problems for me." He said with his deep voice.
"Affirmation: I serve my master, Magos Arch and the Omnissiah. This situation was the most appropriate to act."
"You will send my regards to your master. And although we are rivals in this case, the factors could not be more convenient."
"Reminder: The agreement expresses that one of those relics will belong to the Adeptus Mechanicus and Magos Arch declared Pumpkin would be for the service of the machine god."
The Void Brother Sergeant nodded. He would have liked to take both to prove his worth against the prime harvester. But a dispute with the adepts of Mars was not the best option at this time.
The Stormraven descended behind him. Two other Astartes descended from this, their weapons attached to their armor, they were no longer needed at that immediate moment. One of them was a Techmarine, in his distinctive crimson armor. Someone with links and loyalties to the Omnissiah. Educated in the care of machines. He reached over one of his mechadendrites and took the pumpkin rifle. "I'll make sure to honor that part of the deal." This said. "Your reports have been very useful this time."
"Affirmation: My thanks. Now I must withdraw before the imperial police arrive." She retired. Not without first grabbing Sheele's shattered glasses and one of Mine's hair bands. She moved toward the trees, and disappeared from sight.
"Was the hunt fruitful, Assault Leader?" Mentioned the other Astartes.
"You did not have a chance to measure your strength against these rebels, Brother Oku." Said the Astartes with the scythe.
"I would have done a better job than yours, Kuro." Boasted the Astartes. "You played too much with these rebels. They would have been more useful as slaves to the chapter."
"I don't doubt that." Brother Kuro responded to his void brother's words. "But we couldn't get Astartes out of them. In the end they would only end up as simple slaves, perhaps they could rise to artificers but nothing more."
Oku didn't reply and approached the living relic. His head had regenerated plus its size had decreased considerably. This one was exhausted, barely able to move. But its alert went off when it saw the Astartes approach it. A deep growl began to be heard, but for a Carcharodon this was nothing to fear. The beast was defeated, tired.
The systems in his helmet picked up movement. When he turned around, he saw the young woman who had faced the rebels first. She had lost her arms for the battle had been fought. There was apprehension on her face, a mixture of fear and amazement as she saw the demigods talking to each other over the corpses of two of the Night Raid members. Coro was already putting an arm to its mouth to feed.
She was also frustrated. Her revenge had been denied. She had been too weak to collect it.
She had heard the rumors. But absolutely none of that was the same as being close to one, much less three of them.
Astartes.
The highest ranking officers rumored about giant demigods. Beings that only existed in legends. Among them all, those whose armor was painted gray and black were said to be the most brutal. Several times they had offered to eliminate rebels or hunt danger beasts. It was also said that they sometimes took imperial citizens to their huge ships. Nobody knew for what, but there were whispers saying they were looking for new recruits.
More footsteps were heard, boots running across the plaza. In no time dozens of Imperial polices arrived. All armed for combat, some with blades, others with maces, and others with pistols. They all surrounded the Astartes, ordering them to surrender in the name of the empire.
If she had arms she would have hit the girl who had ordered them to surrender. It was more than obvious that if an officer annoyed these warriors severe punishment would come.
The Carcharodon in the red armor began to laugh. As if he took it as a joke. However, with the other two that was not the case.
It was then that Seryu regretted her office. For one of the young men had approached them, a rifle in hand, he was pointing them having to look up. He ordered them to surrender for the emperor.
Obviously the Astartes would not listen, he turned around, heading to his ship in which they had arrived.
However, a gunshot was heard, and Seryu knew that these members of the imperial police had choose death.
The shot hadn't even hit the Astartes. With an unable to follow movement of his hand, he simply struck the bullet with the side of his gauntlet.
"We were advised not to make a fuss, Brother Oku." The Techmarine said.
Brother Oku took up a small rock, a little bigger than a thumb. With a swift movement he swung his hand and flung it out. The rock flew and precisely pierced the skull of the member of the military police who barely had time to notice the projectile that had gone towards him.
A young girl called out the name of the boy who had died. She raised her rifle while sending all sorts of insults and slanders to the Carcharodon.
However, before she could pull the trigger the Astartes had moved like a bolt, in less than a heartbeat he had appeared right in front of her. This left the young woman paralyzed, unable to move at the impression of a being that from one moment to another had moved more than ten meters at a fraction of a second.
The Astartes lifted her by the neck. His heavy armored hand made no effort to lift her. She was terrified to see the giant staring into her eyes. She knew now that to the giant she was nothing more than a nuisance, a servant who had dared to raise her hand against her superior. And now the punishment would come.
With a crack the Astartes's hand broke her neck, as easy as breaking a dry stick. Oku threw her corpse to the ground at the feet of another. He looked at him as if waiting for a new brave man to challenge him.
"Stop!" But that did not happen, someone had taken the lead, yelling at the members of her own lineage to stop at once.
The Imperial policemen recognized the young woman who had yelled at them. She had no arms but there was no doubt that she was one of the now-deceased Captain Ogre's protégés.
"You have dared to attack valuable allies of the empire and the prime minister! Stop now or I'll make sure to execute each one of you in the name of the emperor!"
They obeyed and withdrew. Not without first taking the corpses that had been there. She approached the Astartes and knelt with her face looking at the ground.
"My most sincere apologies in the name of the imperial police!" She exclaimed. "I'm sorry you had to go through such an insult in the line of duty! Even if it is not enough, I beg you to take my life as proof of my shame!"
One of the Astartes, Oku, approached with his sword drawn. The roaring energy field was glowing. He would take the life of this young woman, for such an insult had to be paid.
However, a crimson gauntlet stopped him. It was the Techmarine, his augmetic glasses staring at him.
"Brother Azun. What is the matter, why do you stop me? "
Azun gestured towards the young woman. "Can't you value such an act of honor, Brother Oku? Giving her life for her organization is a great honor, similar to ours in offering everything for our chapter."
"A chapter of Astartes is not the same as one of mere mortals." Oku growled shaking his hand off his shoulder.
"Must I remind you of the Prime Harvester's words?" The Techmarine warned.
The carcharodon was quiet for a moment, then cut one of the lampposts with his power sword and turned to return to the ship.
Azun turned to Seryu, still kneeling, staring at the ground. The strange living construct had approached to lick her wounds.
"Raise your head." The Techmarine said, his voice amplified by his helmet sounded like thunder. She obeyed him. There was certainly fear in her eyes seeing the red giant in front of her.
"Your name."
"Second Lieutenant Seryu Obiquitous! Imperial Police, Your Excellency!"
"How did you lose your arms?"
"In battle against members of the Night Raid, Your Excellency."
"I see. Come up with us then, Seryu. Let me introduce you to a certain man who has taken notice of your abilities. Maybe I should check those arms first." Azun voiced pointing to the Stormraven.

The rain was falling when the news was given.
Under the constant hiss of raindrops, Lina-Rho had reunited with the remaining members of Night Raid. All incredulous, one of the early stages of grief, denial. Even if they were assassins trained to take lives, they were not exempt from the reality of death.
Some had assimilated and understood it quickly, for others however, it had not been easy at all.
It was Tatsumi who approached Lina, and taking her by the shoulders he asked her. "Who was?" He shook her. "Who did it!?" He was looking for answers. "Lina!"
"Wait, Tatsumi." It was Najenda who intervened with her subordinate. "What are you trying to do?"
He turned to see her, anger on his face. "It is not obvious!? I'm going to avenge them!"
"Wait. If you go with a plan you will only join them."
"What are you talking about! Our comrades were killed, you expect that-"
"Affirmation: It is impossible for you." Lina-Rho said in her always monotonous voice. Tatsumi turned around, fury in his eyes.
"What are you talking about?"
"Explanation: You cannot kill a member of the Adeptus Astartes. Genetically modified soldiers, warriors created by and for war. Each one is as strong as Bullat even if he carries Incursio. They are equipped with the best weapons the Imperium has to offer and their abilities are to be feared. And there are more than three hundred of them there. You, Tatsumi, who does not even carry a Relic, would be annihilated by them."
Tatsumi could only stare at the ground with anger and bitterness knowing that he would not be able to vent his fury at the death of his friends.
"Stand up, Tatsumi!" This time it was Bullat who raised his voice, making him jump in surprise. "Didn't we mention how any of us could be executed at any time? You knew this when you joined our ranks!"
Tatsumi could only curse silently, blaming his own weakness. He could not realize that his partner was as desperate as he was. The only one who had noticed was Akame, she looked sadly as his fist was pressed to the point that drops of blood began to fall.
Najenda would have to step now. Moral was vital, for every warrior's willpower a moral boost was necessary. As a general this was a fact, pain and suffering can be overcome with the right words. "Sheele and Mine… Their deaths were not in vain. The empire must now understand that you need a relic to fight another relic. Just as they need those Astartes to fight us! We can expect more Relics and more of those super humans coming for us. But that gives us much greater opportunities to collect and dispose of them! They are only three hundred, they cannot be everywhere!"
She turned to the younger male of the group. "Tatsumi, now we fight at the precipice of death."
They all withdrew to return to the interior of the base. The rain only carried a more melancholic weight to this moment. All except a certain Techpriestess who stood watching from a distance, and though only she could see it, she sent a binary chant of glory to the Omnissiah upon seeing Regulus-II leading Pumpkin toward the snowy mountains.
[X]
More than midnight, after the gray clouds had withdrawn, Tatsumi had returned to that hill where he had buried his two friends. Friends who had suffered a cruel and horrible death.
Where the tombs of his former friends, the boy and girl he had grown with, had also been placed.
His feet were heavy, he almost didn't want to come here, but he had to. He owed much to both of them and the dream had not allowed him to rest. So now being here might help, at least if a little.
A slight surprise to meet Lina by the graves of Mine and Sheele. That flying mechanical skull serving as an ominous memory of death that had visited them today taking a couple of them. She was placing Sheele's glasses and Mine's headband on their respective graves.
"Lina." Said the young man. He didn't bother to ask her what she was doing here. Well the answer would be simple, she had seen her comrades die after all. It filled him with regret to think of how he would feel in her place.
Lina applied some kind of oil on Regulus and it emitted a binary chant, he wasn't sure. But he could almost swear she was thanking him.
He left a couple of bouquets on the new graves that had been made in that place. It was quiet, with a beautiful view, a good place as a last resting place.
"Lina… You … What do you think about death? I mean ... do you have some kind of religion or idea of where you go when you die? "
Lina observed him before answering, despite finding answers in just a picosecond it is as if she had taken his time formulating and rephrasing an answer.
"Answer: …Life is direct motion. The spirit is the spark of life. The soul is the consciousness of meaning. The soul can only be given by the Omnissiah. And when this soul is claimed again this will take the knowledge with him."
"I ... I see ..." Tatsumi replied without knowing what else to say. "You know ... I can't stop thinking that ... if I had been there maybe the result would have been different..."
"Claim: We faced a user of 'Teigu' capable of keeping both of them held. When the Astartes entered it was probably because they had already located and observed us. As far as three of them were, plus a heavily armed Stormraven. Even if you had been there the result would be a similar one. If they had wanted to, they would have destroyed us without risking going down."
"Why would they do something like that?" Tatsumi asked in dismay.
"Answer: Because they were looking for a challenge. They are space marines from the Carcharodons chapter. Hunting and combat are their strengths, their aggressiveness in hand-to-hand combat is recognized."
"I... I don't understand ... If they are the guardians of humanity that you described, why act like that?"
"Answer... Because they were created that way."
"You say it too calmly. Sometimes I wonder if you have emotions... I mean, from the voice... "
Lina-Rho turned to Tatsumi who stared at her for an answer.
"Affirmation: Indeed. I have purged my mind of emotions and now only logic rules over my decisions."
"Why would you choose that? What good can there be in taking away your ability to feel?"
"Answer: Organic is weak. Only through logic can one understand the search for knowledge."
"But by losing your emotions you are taking away your knowledge of what human beings are."
"Question: Why do you think emotions are so benign? It just makes you irrational."
"No ... It makes me human ..."
Lina, without wanting to continue in this debate, stood up. She called in a binary chant to her servo-skull and walked away without saying anything more. Without being able to fully answer the young man's questions. Such time should seek advice from her master ...

Surely is been a while.
I got my PC out of service for almost a month. But fortunately managed to recover it and save the script. I almost got a heart attack.
This chapter may not be the best written since I tried writing it in Spanish first to then translate it. It wasn't easy since words can mix, so I think I will stick to just English instead of my birth language.
I'm also looking for some Beta or co-author to get some help. I wanna improve the writing of this story. So if you are interested sent me a message to my inbox.
I know I ended killing Mine, she isn't a bad person but I felt some hollow for her dead, I mean it is pretty obvious Techpriests can do anything to get new technology supposedly made by human hands. Also how Carcharodons like to hunt relics and tech to sell it to mars they would have ripped both anyway.
I'm not being biased with AGK at all. I liked the series and it felt sad to see them die in such horrible ways. But still I don't think Sheele can take on an Astartes so easily. Akame, Bullat/Tatsumi even Leone certainly can. But Sheele didn't had enough. Oh well…
See you next chapter or maybe a next chapter in another of my stories.
