Calagya, Eostia

(Before the Battle of Sevarak)

Calagya (A/N: Think the City of Theed from Star Wars: Episode I – Phantom Menace), formerly known Serpentholm, is a fortress city-state like other Alliance seven city-states of Eostia and stronghold of Naruko Oja, the Captain-General of Golden Fox Company and current Eighth Shield Princess and her adoptive mother Kiyone. Many years after the Battle of Serpentholm, the palace was demolished from old one into a new one, she used the wealth of fallen Daimyo Taro Oja which he double tax the people of his domain, she build houses, orphanages, schools and a Church of Celestine, the people are happy of Naruko's rule since she's the adoptive daughter of Kenji Oja and they really missed him so much when he was exile after he was accused of crime he didn't commit which they build a shrine for him and a monumental statue on the plaza. Naruko promise to the people that she'll treat them respect them equally unlike other aristocrat rulers who were arrogant of their wealth and human superiority which she find annoying. Calagya is bustling of people, where no slavery allowed in the city which Naruko decree, humans and demi-humans co-exists in the city, chidren were running on the streets for fun, merchants from other city-states and kingdoms selling their products, vendors shouting to the travelers of their merchandises. Calagya has three walls. Why? Hundred of thousands people fleeing from the conflict where they settle on the newly city-state and be protected by the good ruler Naruko which is why it was heavily fortified and safely secured from any attacks.

Palace of Fox Den, inside the Chamber of the Painted Table where Naruko looking the table that dominates the room, carved in the shape of Eostia and engraved with its major cities and landmarks. She looks to the wooden dog and downward marker represents Black Dogs on the northern land of Garan while eight pointed star markers represents the Shield Alliance. She hears the door open as Kiyone went inside calmly.

"What's our next move, Naruko dear?" Kiyone asks her as Naruko raise her head looking her mother with smirk on her face.

"Volt is a fool, HA, what a laugh declaring himself King of the 'Sex Empire', a 'Nation of Pleasure of Servitude' where wicked men become masters while the women become their playthings. Che, anyone that supports and collaborating the Black Dogs will be received DEATH!" Kiyone smirks as well of Naruko's plans to eradicate Volt and his associates.
