Alexi got back to her brother's house later than she planned. She stopped at the liquor store then got cigarettes. She went to her room and changed into a tank top and sweatpants. She sat on the porch and smoked. She was out there for a while drinking and watching cars go by. her phone had gone off a while. ago. she looked at it as she hit the cigarette. she had missed a call from her brother and a text from chaos. she didn't bother reading it. she sighed and slouched in her chair. She felt so miserable. it wasn't going away. Even when she felt a little happy it was still there. it was like it was just waiting for the moments she was alone with her thoughts. "Are you ignoring me now ma?" She looked up and saw chaos at the end of the walkway. "sorry." she muttered and then looked away. Her childhood friend came up the sidewalk and sat beside her. she looked over at him. He was in a black shirt and jeans with his chain out and Timberlands.

Alexi sighed as she stubbed out her cigarette and stood. "I'm going in." she stated she walked around him. He stood and followed her in. She washed her hands in the kitchen sink. "where's your head at? You're being weird. she looked over at chaos frowning. I'm just mad. too in my head." He nodded watching her. come out with me then. distract yourself." Alexi mentally weighed her options. It was either stay in the house being miserable or she could go out and possibly have a decent time. Finally the green eyed brunette nodded. Yeah. lemme change.

A LITTLE WHILE LATER

she watched chaos as he talked to the other byz lattz. Thoughts of "I should have just stayed home" circled in her mind. She didn't know any of these people nor did she want to talk to any of them. Sides, the women here gave her dirty looks. Feeling overheated she pulled her hair up then went out to the porch. She sat down on the chair and closed her eyes. The slight breeze felt good. It was nice and quiet out here. "hey did you come here with chaos?" Alexi opened her big jade green eyes and looked over to who had spoken. a pretty little brunette stood at her side. Alexi nodded. "yeah? Why?" she said with a little more attitude than she intended. The pretty brunette looked uncomfortable as she shifted her weight from foot to foot. "Let's start over. I'm Alexi. What's your name?" The pretty brunette smiled. "I'm Aleina." Aliena said Alexi nodded with a slight smile. okay how can I help you?" she asked as she sat up more. she noticed the women's friends in the far corner of the porch watching; talking amongst themselves.

"Are you and Chaos together?'' Alexi grimaced as she shook her head. "God no no no no we're not together. Just friends." Aleina nodded her head and shifted her weight from foot to foot. ALexi watched her for a moment then nodded in understanding. "You want me to introduce you to him?" The green eyed beauty offered. Aleina nodded with a big smile. "Would you mind?" Alexi shook her head as she stood up. "Nah not at all.

The green eyed woman led Aleina to where Chaos was in the house. Her childhood friend nodded to her when she got up to him. "This girl wants to meet you." she said in his ear. He looked over her shoulder to alenia. then looked back to Alexi. she smiled and nodded as she stepped back and to the side letting Alenia step forward. "Aleina this is chaos." alexi said before she moved so the pair could talk. Chaos grinned at her then started talking to Aleina. Alexi rolled her eyes then went to the kitchen. She grabbed water and walked out to the back porch. She sat in the swing and sipped her water. She enjoyed the silence as she gently rocked back and forth in the swing. "hey lex." Benzo called to her . she nodded and did a little wave as he sauntered up the steps. She could smell the alcohol from where she sat. He came up and flopped down beside her. He set his arm on the back of the swing and spread out. "So about what Luis said." the tall man said as he looked at her. She looked up at him with a slight frown not really in the mood to have this conversation. "Look, I'm not really in the mood to have this conversation." she said quietly. The man frowned and looked away. "Right well your body coutn is too high for me to even think about fucking you." her head whipped to the side to look at him.

"First of all Dom youre beeing really fuckign rude. I've only been with three people. she snapped. Then she shook her head. as she stood there was no point getting worked up. he was drunk and just generally stupid at this point. "Think what you want, I don't care. she stated and walked away. "Lex, no wait. I didn't mean it like that.`` Benz said grabbing her she jerked away. "I'm just going home. Leave me alone, she said in a defeated tone.

"no stay.'' He pulled her to him. she grimaced as she pulled away from him. "I'm not in the mood to be around you or here, alright? Leave me alone, I'm going home." Benzo rubbed his face in frustration. "Let me take you home.'' He offered. She scoffed, pulling her back to look at him more. "So what? you can fuck me? then tell the rest of your friends about it? I'm not..." she shook her head. "I'm not. like that. I don't do that type of shit." she shook her head again, feeling more hurt now. "Just. leave me alone." she sniffed then walked to the front of the house.

Alexi finally got home. She had to walk. The walk did nothing to cure her feelings. If anything she felt worse about herself. As soon as she got home she immediately went to the shower and cried. she felt betrayed and used. Mixed up about herself she was still processing the evening she went through with Happy. She sat in the bottom of the shower and sobbed. When she finally got out she moisturized and lotioned. her phone went off. she saw a couple missed calls from a number she didn't know.

Lexi walked into her class a little late and took a seat in the back. a couple seats down from her were a group of guys. They were talking and laughing quietly amongst themselves. she stretched and slouched before getting her course material out. They were a couple weeks into the fall semester. The professor had mentioned something in his last class about group projects and assigning study partners for the rest of the semester. she hoped to god he was just using it as a scare tactic. She hated working in groups or studying with other people. no one carried their own weight when it came to group projects.

"Alright, last class I said I was considering grouping you together for upcoming projects. I've decided not to do that.'' Alexi relaxed, happy she wouldn't have to be working with anyone. "you will, however, have partners. When I'm done pairing you, you'll get into your groups and meet. start studying for the test on friday." she rolled her eyes and huffed. The professor started pairing students up. it seemed as though she wasn't the only one unhappy with his decision.

"Ibrahim Davis and alexi trager you'll be working together the rest of the semester" she sat up and frowned at the professor. how was she supposed to know who the hell that was? She slid down in her seat and looked up at the ceiling. she sighed then looked around scanning the room. Most of the people were getting into their pairs. "I want to say if you don't work with your study partner I won't accept either of your work until it happens." Alexi scoffed and shook her head.

"hey you alexi? a deep voice asked from her left. she looked to her left at the guys down a couple seats from her. They were watching her. The guy who spoke was sitting closest. she nodded to him. "yeah, you ibrahim?" the guy smiled and nodded. "cool." she said. They stood gathering their belongings at the same time and moved two seats closer to each other. She got a good look at Ibrahim and couldn't help but stare at him, while he was getting his things together. He was foine and thick as hell. He had dark chocolate colored skin tone and was just a bit taller than opie or anyone she knew. his dreads hung a little past his shoulders. the top half pulled back into a ponytail. He was a thick man. He could've been a linebacker just for his size and height.

she looked away before he or anyone else noticed her staring. She looked around the class and saw people were still pairing up and moving around the classroom. out of the corner of her eye she caught Ibrahim checking her out. She pretended she didn't notice and sat down. "alright so." she looked over to her new study partner. His mouth fell open slightly as his eyes moved over her face. He had big honey amber eyes and long thick eyelashes that curled up almost touching his eyebrows. He had a broad nose. with both nostrils pierced. The left one had a hoop, the other a stud. When he smiled (he had a killer smile) she saw his dimples. She had the biggest weakness for dimples. "so?" she asked. He grinned and shook his head. "so I think this shit is stupid." she chuckled and nodded in agreement. "lo se pero I don't want this tonto to not give me credit for my work." he grinned and nodded. "So what works for you for studying?" she sighed and looked at her schedule. "My classes end by two but I also work till seven." he nodded and looked at his schedule. I've got practice around then uhm. What about 12? Do you have any breaks?" she nodded her head. "I have a half hour before my 100 class.'' he nodded,'' meet today or tomorrow.

They spent the rest of class going over and comparing notes. She helped him with his notes he had a few things through the lesson.

She got home and saw her brother on the front porch with his arms crossed over his chest and he was frowning. "You need to apologize to benz." Antonio instructed. she snorted then laughed. "yeah okay. I'll do that." she quipped as she walked past him. "I'm serious lex." she rolled her eyes. as she stopped to look at him. "seriously? hes fucking rude to me and I have to apologize?" she rolled her eyes she turned around and started back down the walk. Where are you going?" Her brother snapped at her. "I don't have time, I've got appointments."

Alexi got home and walked up to the house checking out her nails. she was on the phone with Noa

"girl why am I hearing about you fucking everyone? noa jokingly asked. Alexi snorted and rolled her eyes in disbelief. you'd think chaos would keep his fucking mouth shut. she grumbled. She looked up and saw chaos and benzo on the porch with her brother and cousin. girl you blew his mind there was no way he could keep it quiet. she rolled her eyes more and glared at chaos. He had the decency to look away ashamed. she turned around and walked back to her jeep.. it's just so funny to me all I hear guys complain about is us gossiping but yet here we are a couple weeks later and I'm still hearing shit. she grumbled

weeks? I thought this just happened? noa asked astonished. Alexi shook her head as she got the back of her jeep opened. "yeah no. two months ago." noa whistled. "like find some new shit to talk about. then benz out here shaming me. I don't roll like like that I don't fuck homies left overs sides your body count. too high for me".. alexi huffed.

"no he fucking did not." Noa gasped. "he fucking did. I've fucked three dudes that's it." she huffed. "Why did he say that in the first place?" noa asked. chaos and I were talking after we fucked and I said I'd let benz hit. chaos brought it up to him for whatever reason." Alexi grumbled. same though." noa cut in. "it's the tats." Alexi shook her head. "It's the build for me.. '' alexi added. but fuck that he's too arrogant. my body is a temple ass." she huffed, making noa laugh some more. "girl you just got out of a long term relationship you're allowed fuck around. plus look at the bodies they go through."

"Thank you! Alexi shouted. not for nothing I didn't even approach him or bring it up. He did.. but anyways. chaos tells him and he brings it up one day." noa chuckled. "chaos really can't keep his mouth shut." noa cut in. right? now I understand why he's always complaining about fucking drama. out here fucking everyone then talking about it. sneaky link who?" Alexi snapped. Noa laughed loudly. alexi grabbed her helmet out of the back of the jeep then shut the trunk

"Hey, can we talk?" Alexi looked up to see Benzo beside her. "I don't have time for this, I have to study for a test." she said, looking away. Benzo sucked on his teeth as he glared at her. she had popped her hip out. Benzo shook his head. "nah none of that attitude..I wanna talk." she scoffed and looked him up and down in disbelief. "I said cut the attitude out.'' He growled, stepping forward a little bit. "Who are you talking to cause I know it isn't me." she snapped back. "girl I'll let you go." noa said quietly then hung up the phone. "like you really got some nerve thinking you deserve any of my fucking time. I have studying to do." she hissed. "Are you done?" he asked. she snorted and rolled her eyes. "get in the jeep and we'll talk. " she scoffed and looked around her. "the fuck we will! I'm not talking to you! over drunk being rude as fuck. fuck you." she snarled.

He grabbed her and threw her into the jeep. Then got in. "you stupid fuck." she punched the hell out of him as soon As he got in. she kept wailing on him. "stop I fucking had to." he kept pushing her away as he turned the jeep on and put it in gear. She got out of the jeep slamming the door. she looked to the front porch in disbelief and rage. "Luis get your fucking bro I'm going to fucking shoot him." she growled at chaos. as she walked toward him. She was picked up from behind and toted back to the jeep then thrown in Chaos hopped in this time along with her brother. she started hitting and kicking anything she touched. Jesus christ. chaos she hit hard as she could a couple times til tonio wrapped his her. She was restrained as Benzo drove. After a couple minutes he parked and the men looked at her.

"You need to stay calm." chaos said carefully. she looked at him in dismay. "I'm going to kill you." she said in the same quiet voice. He inclined his head and got out of her jeep. She stayed in the backseat as her brother got out. her hands were balled into fists. slowly Benzo turned to look at her. "Look, you can't talk to me like that out in the street. there's too many people watching. they see you doing it and then they'll do it. and I had to do something. I'm fucking sorry lex but you gotta know your place." benzo said quietly. my fucking place? MY FUCKING PLACE. she thought. "Take me home now." she breathed. not looking at him. He groaned and shook his head. "Lex, come on." She looked out the window. "take me home." she repeated. "Lex, look at me. she stared out the window. "What do you want? like you really think after all this there was any fucking chance anything would even happen? after all this. you've lost your Goddamn mind. I don't even. I'm never going to be near you again." She opened her door and got out. started walking quickly away from the jeep. She was near where chaos and fiasco lived. She started walking faster.

Benzo grabbed her from behind and she turned. She started hitting him as hard as she could but nothing was stopping him. It was like she wasn't doing anything. He grabbed her hands then her wrists as she struggled to get away.. he held her wrists tighter and pulled her against him. "Get in the house.'' he said in her ear. she tried to push away from him but he had her hands in a firm grip. she glared malevolently at him not moving. "Lex." he growled in a warning tone. He took a step back tugging on her slightly and she dropped to the ground. She started kicking him. He threw her over his shoulder and carried her into the house. Once inside he dropped her on the couch.

she stared out the window with her arms wrapped around herself. trying not to cry. "lex." she stared past benzo. "why are you so fucking difficult?" he asked in frustration. She looked away. He stepped closer and she took a step back. He groaned in frustration and walked away. He turned back around to see the pretty green eyed woman sniff and wipe away a tear. "Do you know what talking to you is like lex? you got this fucking attitude that I can't fucking stand. you can be fucking cool but-"

"So don't talk to me!" she shouted at him. He shook his head as he walked in a circle. "Why can't you just be...nice?" She snorted and then laughed. "Nice? you want me to be nice? nah see I was nice that shit got me stabbed and fucking shot. I'm not going to be nice anymore. and I've got an attitude?". She looked him up and down. "you've got an attitude, mano. mean mugging every fucking person that walks in your path." she snapped and shook her head. They were quiet for a while. she kept shaking her head. "Can I just go home? I'm tired. I don't want to deal with this anymore. she said in a defeated tone. He rubbed his face and sighed. then came over to her. she stared up at him frowning then kissed her. The kiss was surprisingly gentle. He held her face. she pulled back shaking her head. "no no no you can't do that! I have standard and they start with not fucking around with peoiple who have been fuckign rude to me!" she shouted and shoved him. He didn't move, making her angrier. she stormed past him not knowing n where she was going. She was in a bedroom. she continued in, slamming the door behind her. She marched across the room and sat against the wall. she shook her head in disbeliefe fucking asshole.

Who did he think he was? she pulled her knees to her chest and sat there brooding. i need to know my fucking place she grumbled then snorted. after a while. A LONG WHILE she could sort of see where he was coming from. if she had talked to Happy Jax or even her dad like that in public she could've been put through a wall. Was it right? absolutely not. Was benzo in the wrong? abso-fucking-lutely but she knew better. if she had done that to Hap, her dad would have called chewing her ass out. shit, even Gemma would have chewed her ass out. probably the whole club for weeks after it had happened. This was a piece of why she hated being part and being associated with clubs and street crews. but respect was a big part of their world and culture. she sighed and bumped her head back against the wall in frustration. She hated this shit. She knew eventually she would have to apologize.

Alexi sat there for a few more moments. She still had to study and the longer she waited the longer it would take to get home and do that. Groaning, she stood and slowly made her way to the door. she opened it and peered out. Benzo was on the couch. quietly she left the room and walked closer to him. She cleared her throat. "I shouldn't have snapped at you in public. She said with her arms crossed over her chest. the man turned and looked at her in surprise. "I definitely should've waited. However, you are still in the wrong." Benzo snorted and rolled his eyes as he smirked a little bit. "It's your turn." She nodded to him. He raised his eyebrows, still smirking. After a moment he turned to her fully. "I didn't mean what I said at the party, it came out wrong." Alexi squinted at him and pursed her lips as her hands fell to her hips. "AND?" She added. "and? what and? I apologized." he stated and then sipped his beer. "So you're not sorry for kidnapping me? or manhandling me? throwing me around? for kissing me and being a fucking weirdo?" The man couldn't help but grin as he rubbed his chin. "Nah I'm not." He said and turned around. she glared at the back of his head for a while. "Fine." she said and went for the front door. "Where are you going?" She rolled her eyes and turned. she glared at the man. "Home. I have to study." he held up her keys and shook them... like an asshole. she popped her hip out and held out her hand looking from her hand to the man and back again. They did this for a minute or two before she rolled her eyes and went out the door. she was too fucking old to be playing stupid games with a stupid man. she rolled her eyes and walked quickly away.

she made it around the block before she heard him. "Get your ass in the car. " She looked over and saw him in her jeep. She stopped and looked around for anyone. "Don't you fucking start." he growled. she bit back her smile as she walked to the jeep. "I'm going to fucking beat your ass. he growled. "Guess you should have apologized for everything." he growled in response. "It's frustrating females like you." she tuned him out and looked out her window. They got to her brother's house and she hopped out. Benzo shut the door to his side, still grumbling. She walked around the jeep feeling pretty good about herself. it was the small victories that you have to celebrate. she passed him and was pulled back she looked up to him offended. excuse you she hissed. he looked around them she looked round as well wondering what he was looking for she looked back up to him and he kissed her. she was too stunned to move at first. He was a really good kisser. she was shocked how good it was. Benzo grinned. "hahaha see mami." he laughed. she rolled her eyes. They kissed again and Alexi held his face, his hands slid up her back.
