Juniper Lee: Way to go, Lila!
Jody: Great job!
Ophelia: (smiles) You rock.
Lila got up on stage, and waved to the audience as she was handed her diploma, then she went to join up with her friends...
Roger: How does it feel to be an official high schooler, Lila?
Lila: It feels... interesting. (whispers to Juniper) Juniper Lee, can I speak to you in private?
Juniper: Oh, sure. (whispers to the gang) Could we have a few minutes alone please?
Jody: Of course.
Jody, Ophelia, and Roger then went off in another direction. Lila then turned to Juniper with a sad look...
Lila: Juniper, I'm happy to be graduating middle school with you and everyone else, it's just... (with a sad face) Because I've been so busy with my schoolwork, not to mention helping you protect Echo Creek, I haven't had much time lately to visit Sweetie and the royal family in Barkingburg...
Juniper: (moves closer to the sasquatch) Look what I've got! (holds out a laptop)
Lila: (slyly) Did you know what I was going to say?
Juniper: Not exactly, but I thought that you might want to talk to Sweetie and the royal family about your graduation on Skype.
Lila: (happily) Juniper, thanks a lot! I wonder how they've been doing since we last talked...
Meanwhile, in the kingdom of Barkingburg, Sweetie and Princess Camoihe were sitting on the royal throne together, planning some important tasks, when the Earl of Barkingburg rushed in...
Earl of Barkingburg: Your royal highness, and pup, there's a call coming in from Echo Creek!
Princess Camoihe: (smirking) I wonder why someone from Echo Creek is calling us right now?
Sweetie: (slyly) Why, I don't know princess, why don't we just see who it is anyway?
Knowing who was calling them, the two princesses instructed the Earl to contact the caller by TV monitor. After getting a signal, Lila, using Juniper's laptop, appeared on screen...
Lila: (happily) Princess Camoihe, Sweetie, how are you doing?
Camoihe: (excited) Why, Lila, long time no see!
Lila: Well, it has been a while.
Sweetie: What's been going on since we had last talked?
Lila: I just graduated from middle school with my friends.
Camoihe: Wow, congratulations!
Lila: I'm sorry for not visiting more often, but I've just been so busy with other stuff in Echo Creek, like helping Juniper fight other types of danger that roam around town.
Sweetie: (chuckles) Yeah, we've been pretty busy in Barkingburg as well.
Lila: I'll try to visit you sometime this summer.
Camoihe: Don't worry too much about it. Just keep doing good things where you are now.
Lila: I also have to find out about my parents, and if there are any clues to where they are.
Earl: I'm sure we'll find some messages about them, Lila.
