Kakashi was about to go help his students when Zabuza stopped him by his sword, he made a clone & send it towards Tazuna & Naruto.
Naruto engaged with Zabuza's clone, while the real Zabuza prevented Kakashi from intervening.
In the dome, the mirrors had Haku's reflection in each of them. The both genins activated their dōjutsu with their back towards each other.
"Hinata." Hinata nodded understanding the message his teammate was trying to convey. She quickly made ice needles similar to Haku's which shocked haku & attacked every mirror. Distracted from the ice needles, Sasuke took the opportunity to for handsigns infuse chakra into a fireball.
A huge fire ball erupted around the dome, hinata used her defensive crystal wall to keep the fire from burning the two when it was circulating around to the back.
"It was an impressive fireball but it'll take much more than this to melt my ice mirrors" Haku's chuckle echoed.
He froze when he saw the genin smirk, he looked around to see the ice mirror started to form few cracks.
"What? How's this possible? It's impossible!" Haku yelled.
"You see, hinata didn't just used the ice needles she shrinked the crystallization of the needles, the fire ball unshrinked the ice needles as they melted & started disintegrating the mirror." Sasuke smirked.
"It's not over yet." Haku said & started attacking with his senbons on the genins. They could dodge a few but still got hurt, Hinata got more gashes than Sasuke, he realised that the senbons were poison coated, he started to infuse chakra & immunizing his body to counter the poison. As he was doing that Hinata used 'gentle fist: rotation' to block the incoming senbons, she used her byakugan to see the chakra infused points on the ice mirrors. As she tried to destroy the mirror by closing the cakra points, Sasuke realised that haku was about to send a huge hoard of needles attacking Hinata, he ran over to Hinata as he knew that there would be lower chance for Hinata to survive over all those poison than Sasuke as his body was still immunized to it. He pushes hinata on the ground & covered her as the senbon started to attack.
Hinata opened his eyes flinching in pain as a few senbons poked deep into her arms. She saw Sasuke covered in senbons around her back, arms, legs as he shielded Sasuke with one hand & his face with other. Hinata's eyes grew wide as he realised Sasuke took the attack that was meant for her "SASUKE!" She yelled as she hurried towards him as he was about to fall.
She caught him& saw him smiling while still being in pain not smirking or scowling but smilinhb. Naruto after hearing Hinata's Scream looked at Tazuna silently asking his
permission to go help his teammates, he formed 5 clones & left them to protect Tazuna. He sneaked into the dome & Sasuke multiple senbons stabbed into him as he was in Hinata's arms.
"Why would you do that" Hinata whispered in low voice shuddering.
"Because you're my teammate & I know youz Naruto or Sensei wouldn't have thought twice before doing this for our team." He said panting a bit, Hinata had tears in her eyes, she was using her healing capabilities to heal her dying teammate, she was giving it her all to heal but still his eyes started to close.
"No! No! No Sasuke no you can't die on me like that. You still have your dream your goal to know the truth Sasuke please don't! We're here me, Naruto, sensei we'll all help you we'll get stronger together, please hold on." Hinata cried.
Naruto analysed the whole situation as his anger flared up, he created clones & they all started punching the mirror bashfully as their knuckles bleeded every time his fist collided with the mirror. He started to lose control when he saw Hinata still trying to heal the lifeless body of his teammate without losing focus.
Kakashi was panicked as to what happened to his student, he pulled his protecter revealed his Sharingan & faces off Haku, they engaged in a battle.
Naruto growled as sinister orange chakra surrounded him, it was like his fox sheen' but way more powerful & instense his eyes soiree into red pupils & whiskers enhanced. He started growing claws, he yelled " you will regret this" he accumulated all the chakra & gave chakra boost which shattered the mirrors.
Haku was shocked & he walked away from Naruto.
"I had no intention to kill him but I had no choice. I couldn't let my master down." Haku said.
"I don't give a fuck bout your master." Naruto growled with his canine teeth showing.
He started attacking Haku, as Haku was dodging the uncontrollable Naruto he threw few poison senbons. Haku dodged most of his blows as the poison started to slow Naruto down, the evil chakra around him started to disappear & he slowly lost his consciousness.
Haku turned towards Hinata & Sasuke as she still tried to heal him.
"He's gone." Haku muttered.
Hinata raised her finger & send a crystal blade through his side without looking away from Sasuke.
"Shut up before I fucking kill you myself." Hinata yelled.
"I'm sorry for your loss but I had to do it, in order to protect my master & follow his orders." Haku said.
Hinata's glowing palm stopped. She look towards Haku realising evil killer intent, if looks could hurt Haku would've died 5 gruesome deaths. She got up she faced him.
"If you had to kill in order to keep your puppet master happy then I pity you, you're worse than him Atleast he's doing it for a goal & money but you, you're just a shit who wants to lick his master's feet just for appreciation." Hinata said sickly.
"Say whatever you want to, I don't mind but protecting him & following his orders are more important to me than what you or everyone thinks." Haku replied.
Zabuza was fighting Kakashi while trying to glance between the opponent & the genins as Kakashi did the same. He grew restless.
"What are you waiting for Haku? finish them." Zabuza yelled.
Haku grew hesitant, he didn't wanted to kill them. He still had to follow Zabuza's order so he got ready.
They faced each other, hinata activated her byakugan with a kunai in her hand, her crystal blades active & amber fighting stance ready.
She charged towards Haku as their weapons clashed, sending each other's weapons flying away. They engaged in taijutsu, she closed off his chakra points whenever she saw an opening, she was about to use tenketsu on Haku when he grabbed his wrist & threw her, she skidded & gained her posture. She did few handsigns as Haku was trying to adjust with his close chakra points.
She yelled "Ice style : 1000 secrets of heavenly death" an huge portal opened around Haku's height. He realised what she was about to do but he was too late, the portal already started attacking with ice blades, he tried his best to dodge but Hinata combined the attack with her byakugan so the needles would attack exactly where she positioned them to. Haku didn't expected that as he was still dodging the needles. He got few over 50 needles hit & was bleeding profoundly. The ice needles melted when the portal closed & the contact from water send a jolting burning pain to him as he Screamed.
Hinata got her kunai ready as she was about to slit his throat but was expecting him to counter it. Her eyes widened when he didn't fought back, she grew angered.
"Fight back! You coward! Fight back!" She screamed.
"I can't, please kill me. I can't protect my master I let him down, I have no right to live." He pleaded softly.
It changed Hinata's angered demeanour. She walked towards him slowly as she started to heal him.
"No one deserves to die, if you think you don't have the right to live because you let someone down then you're doing too much for them. I get it he saved you, gave you a reason to live for, fight for but you've saved his life on more than one occasion to repay him. If you think you've got no reason to live then stop searching around for others reasons & start living for yourself. Find a goal for yourself & accomplish it, help the others you find in your path." Hinata slowly whispered.
Naruto regained his consciousness he slowly walked over to Sasuke's body, he held his hand as he started tearing up about the lost of his teammate.
Kakashi saw the Sasuke's lifeless body laying in the corner & Naruto's body has burn patches on it. He lost his composure & activated his chidori, he charged towards the panting Zabuza. He had no time to counter it before his lightening filled fist contacted with his torso, he spat blood. He turned a little to see Haku's bleeding body as Hinata was healing him. He fell on his knees. Naruto stared cursing Sasuke for his reckless action, as he thought he was dead. He noticed that Hinata removed the senbons & his body had blood stains. As Naruto was tearing up he heard,
"Tch, dobe you're wetting my face with your tears." As a hand wiped his tears slowly. He raised his head to see Sasuke smiling weakly.
"Teme, you're alive!" Naruto chidded happily.
"You think I'd die without seeing Kakashi sensei's face?" He chuckled slowly & got up. Naruto hugged him, he froze but hugged him back. He almost felt Itachi's embrace in the hug, he was contend.
They got up as Naruto supported Sasuke's body.
"Where's Hinata?" Sasuke asked.
"She healed you while I broke down the mirror dome I don't even know how, but I got hit by his pesty needles & lost consciousness."
They walked over & saw Hinata healing Haku. They were shocked as to hinata even managed to defeat him but was also healing him. They were about to protest over it when they realised that Hinata understood Haku's situation & she felt for his struggles more than them.
Zabuza started to crawl towards Haku. As Haku saw Zabuza's body crawling towards them, he looked over at Hinata knowing that his condition was worse than him.
"Hinata, please do me a favour heal Zabuza-san. I promise that no harm will be caused to the bridge builder & we'll even leave this land just please heal him " Haku pleaded.
"No." Hinata said coldly with venom dripping from her voice. This scared the genin & their Sensei to see their sweet innocent caring kind team mate to be so cold & scary. They knew hinata hated unnecessary violence & killing but they also knew that she had to draw a line towards her kindness.
"No Haku, I don't deserve it. I was always selfish & used you for my own gain, I never once thanked you or appreciated you for saving my life so many times. My time has come but you please I beg you to live the life you want, embrace your kindness & goodness & use it to as they want. Don't ever be somebody's puppet, I now realise my mistake of not knowing your worth soon. Do what you like & live a worthy life you dream of." Zabuza finished as he coughed up more blood.
They both had tears in their eyes as Hinata was healing. Sasuke's admiration for the swordsman got best of him as he too didn't wanted Zabuza to die. He turned towards Hinata with a pleading look on his face.
"Hina, I know it's a lot to ask but please heal Zabuza san. I vouch for them that they'll leave the land as Haku promised. Just please heal him for me." Sasuke pleaded. Naruto & Kakashi were staring as the arrogant raven head who was pleading for someone else's life. Naruto backed Sasuke up.
"Hinata please do it." Naruto said Kakashi nodded & Sasuke send them a thankful look.
"Will y'all just stop already!" Hinata snapped which surprised everyone..
"Hinata..." Kakashi started but Hinata cut him off.
"I said no to heal Zabuza because he doesn't need to be healed. I saw the blow kakashi was about to hit Zabuza with, I knew the blow was fatal & he would've died from it. So I used my wind & water nature to use to humidity & the mist around that was already infused with my chakra when I created the mist. I infused my chakra around his torso, so it was already healing Zabuza before he got it because of that the jutsu wasn't much effective." Hinata explained without moving her eyes from healing Haku.
"Thank you, I don't deserve your kindness but you still did it. You never fail to surprise me. This world needs more shinobi like you." Zabuza finished.
"Thank you hinata." Haku said smiling with an unknown emotion in his eyes. As much as Sasuke & Naruto were grateful that no one died they also wanted to hurt Haku for the look he was giving to Hinata.
Gato & his men arrived to finish the bridge builder & Zabuza. He got his goons with him. As they saw Gato they gained their fighting stance, to overwhelm them Naruto created 25 clones & kakashi created 5 as a bluff. Hinata, Sasuke activated their visual prowess while hinata readied her huge crystal blades & surrounded them around the goons, Sasuke had his lightening bite while his snake mantle ready. They saw the villagers backing them up g was lead by Tazuna's daughter who was grateful for Naruto's clone to save her.
They got scared & ran off.

The Bridge builder completed the bridge & their mission was now finished. Kakashi & Sasuke asked Zabuza & Haku if they wanted to come to konohagakure & work as a leaf nin, leaving their old rogue corrupt life away. Hinata & Naruto too agreed on Kakashi's proposal knowing it's the best.
They reached at the village gates, the gatekeepers didn't allowed Zabuza inside because of his reputation as demon of the mist. After Kakashi reassured them they let him & went to hokage tower to report.
Once they reached there, the sandaime too was shocked when he saw 2 A rank criminal in his office. Kakashi bowed & explain the situation & reported the mission. Hiruzen was shocked when he came to know that the 3 genin were able to take down 2 strong opponents.
"Zabuza, demon of the mist. How do I know that you're not just a spy or won't betray us?" Hiruzen questioned.
"I had a good near death experience which opened my eyes, I'm here because the Hyuga heiress decided to save me, I owe her my life so does my apparentice here. I won't betray konoha because my loyalty will lie the same as the Hyuga heiress. I am indebted to these genins & kakashi-san, I am okay with being interrogated & question, I'll share my knowledge & everything I knew as a former criminal so will Haku here. If you were to allow it I'd be happy to be a konohagakure ninja instead of living an aloof corrupt life. I assure you our skills will provide to be assets to konoha." Zabuza bowed.
"Very well then, Zabuza Momochi you will be questioned for your knowledge for couple of days & Haku from Land of Snow too. If there's no obstacles, as per your skillset provided by Kakashi, you'll be promoted as jounin ranked ninja & Haku will be genin ranked he can be promoted further as per the progress he shows. I will analyse the suitable team & sensei for him but for the time being he'll be with team 7." Hiruzen finished.
"Thank you hokage sama." Haku & Zabuza bowed.
"From now you're to be declared as Zabuza Momochi, demon of konoha & Haku from Land of fire." They all smiled.
They thanked him again payed their respects & left the tower. Naruto screamed in everyone's ears to go to Ichiraku's. They all sighed & agreed Hinata giggled at her teammates tactics.
They all ate together & team 7 was showing Haku around the village while Kakashi took Zabuza to show him his jounin duties & to share info bout various things.
They heard someone yell Sasuke's name & turned to see Sakura running over to them. The moment she reached towards them she latched herself on Sasuke's side trying to hug him while he pushed her away.
"Ahh.. Sasuke-kun why would you push me away. Didn't you miss your girlfriend?" Sakura faked sadness.
"I pushed you because I don't like you, you're annoying. No I didn't missed you at all I actually forgot you existed, you're not my girlfriend." Sasuke said annoyed.
Sakura huffed at Sasuke, she turned towards Haku.
"Who are you?" She asked.
"He's Haku he's a team 7 member for now." Hinata answered.
"Ouu so we can switch teams? Like we're allowed to as per our choices?" Sakura asked no one knew if they could do that so they kept their mouth shut.
"Ahh hinata-chan, you're in team 7 right? You're also my good friend?" Sakura asked unsure of what's going on hinata nodded.
"So you can switch with me you know, I know you're good at tracking so you'll make the team 8 more better & also kiba from my team might has a little crush on you. He thought you'd be on same team so that's when he'll ask you out but now's the chance to go. As much as I dislike Naruto I'm willing to put up with him for you." Sakura blabbered & everyone was pissed.
"Sakura-chan if you want something tell her straight up without making it seem like you're doing it for others selflessly when you're doing it for yourself." Naruto gritted which surprised Sakura.
She turned towards the unbothered not listening Sasuke.
"Sasuke-kun, I have a great idea. I thought if we can switch teams then I should switch with hinata because if I'm in your team your team would obviously be stronger as I'm way more stronger & smarter than her I'm also prettier than her so your eyes wouldn't go sore by looking at her & you'll-.." Sakura was cut off by a very angry Sasuke.
"Shut up! & no you're not switching teams with Hinata she's our teammate. Her strengths compliments ours, we care about each other unlike your selfish self. She's more stronger than you'll ever be, she's saved our lives on multiple occasions & helped us selflessly everytime she could, our eyes & ears hurt from watching you & listening to you nag & whine all day & let's not even talk about who's prettier because I can assure you except Naruto
almost everyone will think Hinata is way PRETTIER THAN you. If anything you're an eyes sore." Sasuke finished & sakura was wide eyed & embarassed to be humiliated like that.
"Sasuke-kun you shouldn't be rude like that!" Hinata gave Sasuke a pointy look to which he just 'tch'.
"Actually you're a bit wrong there Sasuke teme..."Naruto started & sakura thought he'd defend her against Sasuke as he likes her.
"...I too think Hinata is prettier than Sakura-chan. I mean have you looked at her because I don't think any kunoichi of our generation is anywhere near her Beauty standards maybe a few but Sakura-chan is isn't one of them no offense Sakura-chan." Naruto said while Sasuke smirked they've been helping Naruto to stand up for himself against Sakura & it worked out, Hinata was blushing madly in the corner trying to act normal.
"I absolutely agree with whatever these two just said." Haku chidded in while Sakura was just standing there dumbfolded.
"Sasuke teme, let's go...-" Naruto started but was cut off by Sakura knocking his head downwards.
"Leave Sasuke-kun alone, Naruto. He's not anywhere around your league to talk to him, You're still a weak loser who failed acade-..-" Sakura too was cut off by Sasuke who held her wrists tightly as she started wincing in pain.
"Say one more word about Naruto then I'll hurt you in ways you can't imagine." He said slowly threatening her.
"He's way strong than you are, you're useless, annoying, ugly haired fangirl who's disgrace for a kunoichi. If anything, you're not anywhere around his league to talk to him. He wasn't even talking to you he was talking to me stop giving yourself so much importance when in all honesty you're a piece of shit" He finished glaring at her.
Soon Sakura had tears in her eyes from Sasuke's words & the tight grip which was hurting her. Hinata noticed it.
"Sasuke-kun that's enough you're hurting her." Hinata said in a stern voice but Sasuke didn't fazed.
"Sasuke-kun I said that's enough i know you feel bad when she said that about our teammate but you're hurting her." Hinata finished.
After seeing he wasn't gonna budge, she activated her byakugan & closed the chakra points of his arm holding sakura's wrist. His grip weekend & glared with his sharingan activated until he realised it was his teammate.
"Tch." He scowled. Sakura felt annoyed when she saw his eyes softened on the shy Hinata, she wanted him to look at her in that way. She griped Hinata's collar.
"Why would you hurt Sasuke-kun you witch?! It wasn't any of your business what he was doing. Just because you're his teammate doesn't mean you have the right to hurt my Sasuke-kun. You're trying to be all sweet & nice so he'll notice you but you're wrong. You're just weak stuttering mess of kunoichi, no wonder your clan disinherited you because you're the weakest heiress ever to be-..-" Haku had his senbon around her throat.
"One more word about Hinata, I swear I'll give you a painful death by tearing your limbs away slowly & gutting your insides till there bout to fall off then heal you then again gut you out. I'll pluck out your veins & feed them to Kakashi-san's summon dogs." Haku said realising extreme KI.
Sakura was scared just from the intensity of his threat showing her he was bluffing. She turned around to see Sasuke with his sharingan activated & his snake mantle with Naruto doing the same while both released their KI at Sakura for what she did to their teammate. She never saw Sasuke so interested or worried or caring bout anyone, he was angry at Sakura for what she said about Naruto but this was rage pure rage all because she tried to hurt his teammate. When she glanced at Naruto she was more scared as she saw his claws canine teeth & a bit sinister chakra, she never thought the deadlast who was hopelessly in love with her would be angry at her just because of someone like Hinata.
She grew angry & jealous because even she wanted someone to protect her & be jealous & possessive over her like they did to Hinata. Hinata was seriously pissed off, she released her KI which was much more worse than the boys. She knew how it felt to not be acknowledged by someone you admire or love, she knew sakura wasn't a bad person she just gets lost in her path because of her obsession with Sasuke. Hinata activated her byakugan gave the 3 a pointy glare while she crystallized Haku's senbon which was still near sakura's throat, they returned back to normal.
"I'm sorry for my teammates behaviour, it wasn't appropriate of them to threaten you but it was too your fault on belittling & disrespecting our teammate..." Hinata said slowly.
"... I'll look over it now but if you once again say one word about my teammates again then I'll do something much much worse than what they were planning onto." Hinata said sharply while her byakugan activated & KI released.
Sakura was already shitless scared from the changing demeanour of the shy sweet kind Hyuga to this. She looked around to see the rest of the team 7 was just as scared as her from the sheer ferocity radiating from the Hyuga girl.
Before she could process what happened she saw her sensei & Kakashi separating the duo away from each other.
"Good grief what's going on here?" Kakashi asked while pulling hinata away himself scared as to what caused his little sweet baby genin to be so deadly.
Zabuza walked in behind kakashi & stood with a green jounin flak vest & his sword hanging off his back.
"Sensei, Sakura here was latching herself onto me & belittling, disrespecting towards Naruto & wanted to switch with Hinata because a guy named kiba likes her & she thinks she's better than Hinata, prettier, stronger. *he said while laughing in a evil way in between* When I snapped at her in anger & held her too tightly which was my fault I admit, Hinata tried to stop me from hurting her. When I didn't listen she closed up my chakra points nothing too extreme, instead of thanking hinata. She started calling her names such as weak, unworthy & something about disinherited heiress while grabbing her collar in a way we 3 didn't liked. So we were about to demonstrate the vast threats Haku & myself created just for Sakura, but Hinata being Hinata stopped us from messing more further & even apologised to her for our behaviour. Although she did gave a good threat herself too, I was happy & proud that I was at the receiving end." Sasuke said smirking at the end knowing how much their sensei & Zabuza cared & adored for the their sweet baby genin.
Zabuza glared at the pink hair kunoichi for hurting the precious bluenette while Kurenai was shocked to see how much team 7 cared about their little genin. Kakashi on the other started laughing as others looked at him as he grew another head.
"What?" Kurenai asked.
"Oh my Sakura just called Hinata weak & less prettier than her oh my what a joke. Thank you Sakura I had a good laugh after a long time." He started laughing again. Team 7 boys just smirked at the situation knowing that their sensei was messing with her for trying to hurt his sweet baby genin.
"What's so funny about that?" Kurenai asked. Kakashi was about to explain when Zabuza beat her to it.
"Well you see Hinata's anything but weak dose found it quite humorous when someone called her weak after she took down 2 A rank ninja & ask foe beauty standards you can see it for yourself." Zabuza chuckling evily. Kurenai agreed with Zabuza for once. The smooth porcelain pale white skin with a waterfall flowing midnight blue hair, white eyes with a hint of lilac & her body was developing at a good pace when she noticed the curves.
"She what!?" Sakura & Kurenai was shocked.
The two jounin suddenly went into their serious state as if they weren't messing around just few seconds back.
"Yes & Kurenai I'd ask you to keep your pinkette in line & advise her not to give any harm to Hinata or I promise she'll regret it. Also I need to pay that kiba boy a visit myself regarding his feelings & his precious life I hope. Zabuza here is very fond of team 7 he'll do worse than me if Hinata's hurt." He said with a stoic face.
Kurenai was shocked to see 2 jounins 3 genins were all so worked up & angry for a genin. She could see their bond & Teamwork with such intensity making her realise that her own team didn't had a fraction of their teamwork.
Kakashi smiled & they all left for dango. Sakura went towards the training ground to meet her teammates as instructed by her Sensei, on the way there she was angry, annoyed, jealous of Hinata. She had teammates who cared about her neck even Sasuke cared about her, she wondered if only she had been in team 7 she'd be in her place getting pampered by their sensei & teammates.
She reached the ground & saw kiba & shino.
"Hey! You're late. What took you so long?" Kiba shouted.
She was about to knock kiba down but remembered something that may be everyone likes Hinata more because she's quite & shy & nice. If she was those things then Sasuke would like her too & maybe her teammates would be protective over her like Hinata's. She made a quivering sad face & turned towards her teammates.
"Sasuke-kun called me weak, ugly, useless, annoying while hinata & the other boy tried to hurt me. While 2 jounins threatened me. Good thing Kurenai sensei came in before I got too hurt." She said slowly faking tears.
"Okay I get what & why Sasuke said that as it's true but why would Hinata try to hurt you? Or the jounins threatened you?" Kiba said.
"Hinata may or may not have tried to hurt her but I'm guessing it's sakura's fault. Why? because I know hinata & she'd never do anything to hurt someone or even try to. As kiba said what Sasuke said was true you are weak & useless but that's not important here. You said the jounins threatened you? Jounins never threatened anyone without any reason. So I'm presently sure it's your fault." Shino finished.
"What? Why don't you believe me? I'm your teammates but instead you'll believe her over me? & Stop saying what Sasuke said is true I'm not weak & useless-.." their sensei jumped in & shut her off.
"I don't know what chaos you're making instead of training but Sakura, I'm warning you do not cause unnecessary fights with hinata or team 7 for that matter & you should go apologise to Hinata for trying to hurt her & Naruto too. Their sensei adores his team especially Hinata, she's like a niece to him & the demon of mist Zabuza & haku are indebted to her as she saved their lives & you already know Sasuke & Naruto are very protective of her. I once heard they knocked their sensei down for punching hinata too hard in their training. So it's better if you try not to mess with her & pick fights with her, she's very strong she'll knock you down in minutes. So stop thinking that you'll be able to switch teams you'll just be a burden on them." Kurenai warned.
"Pfftt I knew you were lying bout hinata hurting you & all that bull, you wanted to switch team with them & you expect us to believe you trust you as a teammate when you've just lied to us." Kiba growled.
"I agree you shouldn't have lied Sakura." Shino nodded.
Sakura started crying while their sensei was somewhat trying to console her.

Asuma, Kurenai concocted a plan for their teams to practice & hone their teamwork by pitting them against other teams, Gai frantically agreed on it calling upon the 'youthful power of teamwork'.
They had a hard time convincing Kakashi to join them, Kurenai knew how much his team & their respect means to him so she explained Asuma to instigate Kakashi into agreeing. That pissed off Kakashi he made his bet against the 3 jounin sensei that his 4 man team including Haku vs Team 8, 9, 10.
The sensei's knew his team was strong but taking on 9 high rank genin by 4 was a bit of stretch. They all agreed & informed their students to meet near the beach.
The next day the genins reached beach having their swimsuit under their clothes thinking it was just a fun outing until their sensei's drop the bomb on them. Luckily few carried their small ninja gear with the them & their sensei provided them their own who didn't had it. Their task was to obtain the flag from enemy's territory while keep their own safe. (Like captured the flag)
All the genins were excited & pumped up, team 7 smirked & Naruto proposed to do the union sign between the two teams. After they were done, they all got in the position as team 7 had red flag the other teams had white.
Sakura, Ino, Choji were suppose to defend their flags while Neji, Lee, Kiba were suppose to capture the opponent's flag & TenTen, Shikamaru, Shino were on the side lines to engage in battle or help in defending or attacking.
Naruto created his shadow clones & few of them had their fox sheen' active. Sasuke & Hinata had their kekkai genkai activated, he had his sword, his 'snake mantle' ready & she had her ice blades ready, she created a dome of spiky crystals around the flag. Haku had his senbons & ice needles ready.
It looked like that they weren't going on offensive attack while haku stayed close to the flag, Naruto & his clones where engage in battle with the side lines offensive line. Hinata & Sasuke stayed near Naruto defending against their attacks. No one from them seemed on offensive line.
Shikamaru noticed it & was suspicious about it, they attacks were mostly close combat. He analysed the situation correctly when he understood that Hinata & Sasuke were Naruto's clone's transformation he wasn't sure about real Naruto.
Hinata & Sasuke sneaked up behind the Sakura, Ino, Choji. Sasuke used 'lightning style: sparked snake bite' on ino who went thrown off to the boulder near by. Choji was about to attack Sasuke with his clan based jutsu 'Spiked human bullet tank' Hinata send her own barrels of crystal blades to stop the rolling boulder that Choji became. Shino saw the commotion & send his bugs to attack Hinata, Sasuke used his 'fire style : great fire ball jutsu' scorching his bugs & engaged in taijutsu with him knowing it was his weak point, during the fight Sasuke put a genjutsu on shino making him think they were still fighting at a moderate pace.
Neji, Lee tried to attack Haku & get the flag while kiba used fang over fang with akhamaru on Naruto & his clones. Shikamaru was using his shadow bind jutsu with a kunai & attacking Naruto's clones while tenten did the same with her weapons.
Lee could somewhat barely keep up with Haku's speed & engaged with him smashing Haku's ice needles & blocking his senbons with nunchucks. Meanwhile neji was figuring out a way to destroy the dome to get the flag, he used vaccum palm & other jutsu but they all just formed a small crack on it.
Hinata knee her crystal blades wouldn't last much so she used ' earth style : rock suction' jutsu on him it wasn't her favourable chakra nature & it took a bit toll on her knowing his moving boulder form wouldn't be stopped by the jutsu she did that to stall time to crystallize the whole expanded Choji boulder. Sasuke was battling tenten as she threw multiple kunai, shurikens & blades at him while he blocked them with his own sword.
Soon shikamaru used his 'shadow possession jutsu' on Sasuke stopping him at once on his place. Tenten was about to attack him with hurdles or kunais & shuriken with explosive tags when Hinata used 'Wind Style : great wind scythe' jutsu, sending off TenTen's weapons into another direction while vibrating the ground a bit which distracted shikamaru's shadow jutsu.
Sasuke engaged with the two while Hinata charged towards Sakura who was trying to protect their flag while holding a kunai.
"I really don't want to hurt you Sakura-chan." Hinata pleaded.
"Huh as if someone like you c-could actually hurt me." She said trying to sound brave but her stutter gave away her fear.
"You leave me no choice. Don't blame me later." Hinata stated.
Hinata took her Hyuga stance while Sakura charged with a punch towards her which she swiftly blocked & kneed in her stomach with very less force not wanting to hurt her too much. Sakura tried to kick her but hinata was just blocking & not attacking when she did attack she did with barely any force it frustrated Sakura. She started giving sloppy punches & kicks while hinata blocked & dodged them all.
"Why aren't you giving your everything? Why are you holding back?! You little bitch!" Sakura yelled this pissed off Hinata. She kicked her in the stomach with more force but not even halfway close to her all.
She used '8 trigrams : 64 palms' on her shutting off all 64 points. Hinata thought she'd give up by now.
"You little bitch you think you're so better than others just because you're on Sasuke-kun's team. You're wrong! You're weak Sasuke & Naruto just stay by you because they don't want to hurt your fragile little heart. He hates you, Naruto hates you, your sensei hates you, your clan, your family, your parents everyone hates you. You should thank kami that your mom died before seeing what failure you are, she died hating you." Sakura spat.
"That's enough sakura- " Shikamaru was cut off, tenten too felt that was very much out of line.
Sasuke heard this & was about to give sakura a piece of mind before Hinata chuckled in a evil-ish way it send shivers down everyone's spine.
" You think everyone hates me huh? Well guess what I didn't came here to be everyone's fucking favourite girl. I don't care if they hate, if they hate me so much they'll come fight me, kill me. As for the part about me being weak, I'll show you what a weak person can do when they're pissed off enough." Hinata smirked.
Shikamaru was about to intervene but Sasuke stopped him.
"Don't interfere or you'll too end up getting hurt or worse killed. One thing I've learned with my time with them, never piss Hinata off." Sasuke warned.
The sensei & Zabuza who joined them later were watching from afar. Kakashi used sensitive hearing jutsu for everyone to hear what they're saying when he & Zabuza heard what Sakura said Kakashi clenched his fist as it started to bleed while Zabuza was about to go finish off Sakura Gai knocked him out. Kakashi gave the coldest glare he had which made Kurenai & Asuma flinch while Kurenai gave an apologetic look on behalf of her student's stupidity.
Hinata took slow steps towards her & shikamaru without heeding to Sasuke's warning used shadow possession justu on her. She stopped & saw that Shikamaru was the culprit behind the crime if stopping her, she smirked she raised her index finger as multiple ice needles formed to attack him & TenTen. Sasuke knew her her needles with leave them almost dead. When he helped the duo into deflecting the needle which loosened shikamaru's shadow.
"Ahh now the obstacles are dealt with its time for us to get back to what we were doing." Hinata smirked & releasing intense killer intent as it almost dropped sakura to her knees.
She raised her ice needles infusing them with her wind nature as she yelled 'wind style : heavenly ice creations' as hundreds of ice shards attack sakura while prickling & piercing into her skin. She screamed in agony as they started melting on her wound.
"Stop! Stop it hurts just stop!" She screamed.
Sasuke ram up to hinata pulled her back turned her away from it & hugged her while her face was hurried in his chest. She realised what she did & started sobbing she stopped her ice shards & turned them into piercing herself as they melted on her wound. Sasuke saw tried to block the shards with his sword while holding Hinata. He knew that she was inflicting pain upon herself for hurting someone.
Kakashi saw this & within a second he ran up to the genin, his heart broke as he saw hinata sobbing in Sasuke's chest. The teamwork training was long forgotten by everyone Zabuza woke up & the rest of jounin joined them.
Even if Sakura was hurt that didn't stop team 7 & Zabuza's hated glares from piercing her. Hinata stopped crying & muttered a thank you to Sasuke for helping her. She walked towards Sakura slowly, Kurenai was about to stop her thinking she was gonna her more when Kakashi stopped her.
She slowly sat near her with her palm glowing blue-ish purple hue as they saw her wound were healing slowly. She raised her hand, undid choji's crystallization & closed her fist which destroyed the spiky dome covering their flag, she crystallized the flag itself & levitated it towards herself as she got the flag she undo the crystallization & handed Sakura their flag after healing her & muttering a sorry.
She walked over to Sasuke, Haku & Naruto healed their few scratches except the haku who didn't had a scratch. She moved to heal tenten as her wind sycthe left her with multiple wounds.
She walked back " you all won." she said softly & was about to faint as her own injuries & low chakra tool it's toll on her. Sasuke caught her before she could fall he picked her bridal style as he was about to turn all the genins except team 7 fell on their knees paralysed with their eyes wide trying to contemplate what happened.
"What's wrong with them? What happened to them?" Gai asked.
Sasuke sighed " during the unison sign I poisoned all of them but touching their fingers & they're now paralysed & having pain like their body is under a boulder, they'll be like that for 2 days then eventually die, I'm immune to the poison myself & my teammates & sensei already have the antidote they'll give you the antidote to give them."
The jounin were shocked from his toxicology knowledge & skills. Kiba, Lee, Neji, Shino were severely hurt from from haku & Naruto's clones. Haku & Naruto helped them up while Kakashi removed few ryo bills from his wallet handed Asuma & Kurenai the money & stormed off glaring at Sakura.
Sasuke bought Hinata at his home as he tried to bandage her injuries & apply ointments on he blindfolded his eyes carefully removing her top slowly & bandaged it. He covered her with a blanket after putting her top back on.
He made food of both of them, Hinata woke up as he came in with plates in his hands.
She felt something under her clothes, she realised it was bandages & was confuse as to who did when she realised it was Sasuke himself. She started blushing thinking about it with a bit of unease.
"Don't worry I had blindfold on my eyes the whole time I bandaged you, it wasn't the best of my work but a blind could do that much onli." She nodded.
"It's okay I had my bathing suit on under the clothes." He did an 'ouuu' face.
They ate food after Hinata thanked him, Sasuke gave her towel & his tshirt & shorts to shower. She did as he said, she tried to heal herself as much as she could & took a warm shower the wounds weren't completely healed so it burned a bit as water touched it.
She got out wore her bathing suit & shorts she called out for Sasuke to apply the ointment on her while covering most of her body with the t-shirt. He came in & saw Hinata in her bikini bathing top with a t-shirt trying to cover most of her front part.
"Will you apply the ointment please? Don't worry I have my bathing suit on." Sasuke nodded as he saw her curves arched back he almost had blood prickling done the nose which he stopped thankfully on time.
He did as she told while touching her soft pale skin his cheeks were getting faint red. She thanked him & he left the room.
She got her tshirt, the shorts were too big & falling off of her, she sighed & removed it while the t-shirt reached above her knees.
She came out handed Sasuke the shorts "They're too loose they keep getting off." He nodded.
They both sat on his couch with tea cups in their hands. Hinata's mind ran back to what Sakura said, she was driving herself crazy thinking more about it & contemplating weather what she saud was true or not.
"Don't." Hinata raised a brow at Sasuke.
"Don't for a second think what Sakura said was true. Your not weak, if anything you're one of the strongest kunoichi of our generation. We don't you hina we can never hate something so pure & amazing, people adore you look up to you. I'm very sure your mom didn't hated you she never had, she loves you even now from above she'd be proud to see the young kunoichi you are. If you were ever in danger, our whole team would willingly die to ensure
your safety. Zabuza, Kakashi are proud of you they look at you like you're their long lost niece they love you. Naruto & Haku & myself we're inspired by you, we genuinely respect you, you've safed our ass multiple times you're the most amazing person I've met in my whole life. You have me, you have sensei & Zabuza & Naruto & Haku. You have us what others say shouldn't matter to you, don't let it get to you. You didn't do anything wrong she deserved what she got." Sasuke finished.
Hinata was sobbing by now in his chest while muttering thank you. She finally calmed down. When the door bell rang, Sasuke went to check it, she saw Kakashi, Naruto, Haku, Zabuza coming in with DVDs snacks ice cream & her favourite cinnamon rolls in there hands.
She smiled softly & hugged them all, later they all sat & watched movies with blankets all around. Everyone stuffing there faces with snacks as Hinata gobbled down half a box of cinnamon roll feeling a little dizzy after the sugar hitting her. She decided to eat the rest of the medium box & another large box tomorrow.
They all dozed off on the couch

As few weeks passed Team 7 - a four man cell was getting close to each other. They trained & sparred together when they didn't had any missions. Hinata's father invited her team to dinner it was a pleasant dinner, Kakashi & Hiashi talked among themselves while Neji & Sasuke were having a prodigy glare off as Haku was surprisingly friendly & calm with Hanabi, Hinata & Naruto conversed a bit while watching everyone's tactics.
Hiashi offered the team 7 genins the common Hyuga training ground in the compound, so they can train there whenever they'd like. He also asked the Hyuga members to participate in friendly spar & duels or train with them. The genins were grateful for his kindness. The Hyuga clan except the elders didn't mind having descendants of Yuki, Uchiha, Uzumaki displaying practicing their imaculate skills with a little bickering every few times so. Zabuza & Haku were cleared off by their interogation & were proudly declared as leaf shinobi.
Hiashi trained Hinata early at dawn in the woods secretly away from the elders. They opposed Hinata using ninjutsu & blamed her for corrupting the gentle fist legacy. They were growing more & more nosy by minute, they started degrading her & her skills in clan meetings.

After a few weeks, team 7 got another C rank mission to escort daimyo's grand nephew & niece to Kumogakure. Kakashi had another mission as to why he didn't joined in leaving it in the hands of the genins. They reached the gate where Zabuza & Iruka sent them off to pick the client. Iruka was calming the now demon of konoha that they can handle a mere C rank mission & his precious genins will be back safe. During their few months together he got
attached immensely with the rest of team 7, he trained Sasuke for improving his kenjutsu & helped Naruto at dodging & coordination between his clones. He helped hinata in mist & water based jutsu while haku taught her more about ice style.
They went along the route to pick the clients, as they reached their destination they saw a boy a little older than them & a girl around their age if not younger. He had short dark untamed hair, blue eyes a simple blue kimono shirt with black pants & a bagpack. The girl had light blonde hair, pastel eyes & tanned skin, an open kimono which reached her knees & wore grey tights under them.
"You must be the ninja that are suppose to escort us." The girl said while eyeing Sasuke.
"Yes, we're the ones who are gonna protect you-ttebayo." Naruto yelled proudly.
"It would be a miracle if you're able to protect yourself first." The girl snorted.
Naruto was about to pass a snide comment but he was cut of by the boy next to him.
"Shion, you shouldn't be talking to the one's who're helping & protecting us in such an obscene manner. I'm sure they're a very capable lot, don't judge a book by cover." Shion huffed at this.
"Don't mind my sister, I'm Ayui this is Shion, we're the ones you're suppose to escort safely." He turned to the genins.
"It's okay, I'm Sasuke, Hinata, Haku & this dob- i mean Naruto. Don't worry we'll safely escort you to your destination." Sasuke replied Naruto was glaring at him for the 'accidental' name mix up while he just smirked.
They started their journey on foot at civilian pace. Shion was busy trying to get Sasuke's attention but he just didn't cared.
"You're from the Hyuga clan, aren't you?" Ayui said to Hinata. She nodded & gave him a small smile.
"It must be good to be a ninja & do cool adventure & trainings while learning new things." Ayui said with a smile.
"It is, I'm sure you d-don't miss out on the training & other s-stuff." Hinata stated.
"I'm sorry?" Ayui asked.
"Well, seeing your posture & movements you're trained, you're miserably trying to mask your chakra & failing which means you're not really skilled & considering you're from daimyo's family, you aren't allowed to be a ninja. So I'm guessing you train secretly by the looks of your muscles & knuckles I'm thinking you're getting help from a chunin level ninja." Hinata smiled softly.
"Wow, you really know what you do huh? That's amazing how you got all that from just few minutes." He said smiling brightly which the boys did not like. They glared at him trying not release KI in front of the Hyuga heiress. He was a little taken aback to see 3 genins glaring at him as if they were out for blood. He smirked after gaining his posture.
Shion & Naruto were constantly bickering on the rest of the walk while Sasuke & Haku talked about the evaluation of their skills & stuff. Hinata was quietly walking singing a song in her head taking in nature. Ayui just watched Hinata mesmerized at her beauty.
Hinata sensed chakra signatures as did Haku. He stopped the group telling them to rest up for few minutes before continuing. A sudden barrage of shuriken & kunai came towards Haku who was staying a bit afar from the group. He dodged them all only to have another ones coming from two side. He dodged few but got stabbed by others, he dispersed into log with a puff of smoke.
Naruto created clones & stood in defensive manner while Hinata & Sasuke saw the position of the enemy & their spread out. He quickly removed his sword from his sheath & charged towards the one running to attack them. Hinata activated her byakugan & she made ice needles & attacked the ones in hiding on trees & bushes. Haku substituted near few more bandits. A few came from behind & attack Naruto & the duo, Naruto swiftly kicked & knocked them all out.
"Sasuke-kun, d-don't kill them please." Sasuke grunted & nodded.
They were done with all the bandits, it seemed like they looted the ones on the journey then kill them. The genins gathered their bodies, the ones Sasuke attacked seemed almost dead as Hinata noticed.
"Don't worry Hina they're not dead I just poisoned them so they'll be knocked out for 3 days." Hinata sighed in relief & smiled at Sasuke.
Ayui didn't miss the exchange of smiles but didn't said anything. Shion was suddenly feeling bad for what she said to Naruto. They continued walking ahead
"Naruto, etto I'm really sorry for what I said back then. I shouldn't have said anything about your skills when I knew nothing about you. Please will you forgive me?" Naruto was shocked to see the girl who bickered so much with him actually apologized.
"Heki heki, it's okay you didn't knew & I know my behavior doesn't really shows that I'm a shinobi. It's not your fault." Naruto reassured smiling softly.
After the apology exchange their journey was a bit peaceful as there was no chaos between the client & Naruto. They talked while walking ahead while the rest followed. Hinata noticed the affectionate look in both of their eyes towards each other, she couldn't help but feel sad. Haku & Sasuke noticed it, Sasuke tch at Naruto for hurting his friend.
Haku wrapped an arm around Hinata's shoulder while giving her soft smile.
"He's a dense idiot." Hinata giggled at that. Sasuke was happy that she was sad & gloomy over Naruto anymore.
Ayui glared at haku & his arm on Hinata while Sasuke glared at him for glaring at his friends. Sasuke being an uchiha & with his famous Uchiha glare won as Ayui looked away.
They decided to camp near the river, as they settled their bags, the two dōujutsu user removed scrolls which contained everyone's tents & few cooking utensils. They were thankful for this technique as they all didn't have to carry everything.
Shion & Hinata decided to share the smaller one while the boys shared a bigger one.
"I'll go collect some firewoods, Hinata wanna give me a hand?" Sasuke asked. Hinata nodded & got up & followed him. As Ayui was about to follow Hinata & Sasuke, Haku dragged him telling him they're going to fishing.
"I guess I'll set up the tents then." Naruto muttered to no one in particular.
"I'll help you." Shion offered.
Soon they started but stopped as they were arguing about which side was the correct one.
"I don't care what you say, I'm a ninja I know how it's done." Naruto yelled. Haku & Ayui came from gathering more than a dozen of fishes with Haku's senbon, speed & accuracy while Ayui stood with a basket to collect all the fishes.
"Shut up, if you're an actual ninja you would atleast know which one is correct." Shion retorted while pulling the half done tent.
By sending the chaos Sasuke & Hinata reached at the camp only to see the two bickering...again.
With all the pulling, pushing, yelled & throwing insults the half stood up rolled over the duo & rolling then over only to end up with Shion on top of Naruto as their lips touched accidentally. They froze while Hinata's heart shattered at the sight.
They quickly untangled the tent & got up both blushing fiercely looking away. Hinata was on the verge of crying but didn't as she didn't wanted to show her negative emotions in front of everyone. Her chest hurt, her heart was hurt, she felt a pain in her chest while a battered feeling in her stomach. Choosing to ignore them & their little 'accident' she went towards the fish Haku & Ayui caught & started preparing them.
Sasuke & Haku shared a look knowing Hinata's feeling towards the dense blonde they nodded at each other having a silent conversation. Naruto & Shion couldn't help but enjoyed the accidental kiss they blushed more thinking about it.
Sasuke went to help Hinata while Haku helped out up the now destroyed tent.
They all were finish with the chores & were eating the fish Hinata prepared with some onigiri she stored in the scrolls.
"Hinata-chan, I like mission not for them but as a chance to taste the food you cook. It's so amazing..." Naruto stated while being in his little heaven happy & content with the food, everyone nodded & hummed agreeing with him as the food was actually delicious.
"...You'd make a great wife-ttebayo." If hinata wasn't already sad from the previous incident she would've blushed at his comment. She just gave a small fake smile muttering a thanks & looking away.
Haku just glared at Naruto for hurting Hinata. Sasuke looked at Hinata with sad eyes as he felt like punching his teammate, somewhat dense best friend.
They finished eating & everyone went to sleep, hinata couldn't sleep after everything she couldn't help but feel envious of shion. She just met him & she already kissed him even though it wasn't an accident she couldn't deny that shion was perfect, she was smart, confident, pretty unlike her shy stuttering mess.
She walked out of her tent to get some air just to noticed that someone's familiar chakra signature near the river. She walked over to see Sasuke lying by himself on a rock while his eyes closed.
She sat next to him, she knew that he knew that it was her. Sasuke got up & scooted closer next to Hinata.
"Can't sleep?" Hinata asked softly while Sasuke nodded. They sat in silence staring at the beautiful reflection of the moon & stars on the river which practically glowed.
" You know you shouldn't beat yourself up for that baka." Hinata sighed turning towards him.
"I know it's just- it hurts you know..." Hinata said while holding her tears back. Sasuke leaned in & whispered "Let it out."
She did let it out she started sobbing quietly " why, why? Why is it e-everyone but me. I work & train so hard everyday for him to a-acknowledge me but he just doesn't, it's been more than a year-r we've been teammates & friends while another girl just swoops in t-taking all his attention within a day. While I can't even talk to him without s-stuttering, now that I think my clan was right I am pathetic. I'm here crying a-about him to you & you have to listen to my stupid r-rants." She said between her sobs.
"He's stupid Hina, he's blind for not seeing your feelings towards him but he's still our friend I know he can be dense idiot. He still cares about you as a friend as we all do & he loves you for that. Letting things out & crying doesn't make you pathetic & weak hina, also your stuttering is cute I wouldn't change it for the world. You're my best friend Hina, Team 7 is the next closest thing I have to family of course you can come vent out to me, rant to me, cry to me & I'll do the same..." Sasuke continued.
"...my mom once said this to me 'When you love someone you want them to acknowledge you but even if trying your best they don't notice you then they don't deserve you & your love; you should move on, because there's someone better who's waiting for you, waiting for you to see their feelings, who appreciates you, supports you, motivates you, protects you, who smiles with you when you're happy & hug you when you're sad." He said.
Hinata gave a small smile, buried her face in his chest & cried softly. "Thank y-you Sasuke-kun, I r-really appreciate you b-being there for me everytime." He nodded giving a small smile.
Both of them fell asleep on the rock under the huge trees, the next morning Ayui, Naruto woke up. Naruto decided to prepare the tents off while ordered Ayui to get the visual prowess duo. When he found them, they were both lying under the shed of the tree on a rock while Sasuke's face buried in the crook of Hinata's neck & her face next to him. His arms were around her waist while hers were around his neck, their legs were intertwined.
If someone didn't saw or knew the cold arrogant Uchiha, they night mistake him into a soft boy simp. They could've easily be seen as dating each other, which hurt Ayui. He liked Hinata; she was smart, pretty, skilled, strong, great cook. She was just perfect in her own way for him, but he realised he wasn't for him. He accepted his fate & decided to stop chasing after Hinata but that didn't mean he wouldn't flirt or anything. Might as well make something out of it by making the Uchiha jealous. He smirked & walked towards them, shaking both of them awake.
As he touched them, the two of them pinned him down with a kunai near his throat. He gulped.
"Who sneaks up like that you fool, I could've killed you!" Sasuke yelled at the client.
"Sorry I was just waking you up as Naruto asked me to." They loosened their grip over him as he got up.
"Good morning Ayui-kun, Sasuke-kun." Hinata chirpped.
"Morninggggg Hinata-chan." Ayui replied getting closer to her side, before he could Sasuke tripped him by putting his leg in front of him. As he fell face flat, Sasuke laughed his ass off while Hinata gave him a scolding look.
She used her special handmade ointment for few bruises which made Sasuke regret tripping him as Ayui have a small smirk while Hinata was tending to him. As they walked back, Sasuke was walking behind the other two slower. Hinata matched her pace with him & let Ayui get out of the sight. As he did, she hugged Sasuke tightly, he stiffened but wrapped his arms around her.
"Thank you for being there for me." She whispered softly while he took in her scent & hummed in reply.

They were halfway through their journey, as they were walking Haku & Sasuke noticed the ambush that was laid ahead they gave each other a look but they didn't act on it. Hinata was busy talking with Shion while Naruto argued with Ayui.
As Ayui took a step a twig snapped & hoarded of poisonous kunai started attacking the group, Hinata made a crystallized dome to protect the client duo while they blocked other kunai to give her time to secure them. Haku threw his senbons in the direction where the kunai came from, a few missed while a few screams pain were heard, Hinata & Sasuke activated their dōujutsu & scanned the area.
"There's 35 of them, by the chakra nature all of them are high chunin & above." Hinata said.
Naruto & Sasuke were excited before to kick some ass but now when they knew they were out manned the excitement turned into worry. Haku & Hinata kept their composure even though Hinata was a bit scared from inside she tried not to show it remembering her clansmen dissapointing glares.
Sasuke & Naruto activated their chakra cloaks as the latter made 25 clones. Haku smirked Knowing the action & adrenaline that awaits them, Hinata sighed knowing she'll have to fight & maybe she'd hurt or kill someone because of it.
They got into their fighting stances as another group of ninja with their faces covered came to attack them. Naruto's clones engaged with few but the rest were dispersed soon, Sasuke summoned his sword & used his specially made weapons his cloaked kept the kunai & shurikens off while Naruto's cloak didn't do that very effectively. Soon all of Naruto's clones were destroyed as he was about to make few more another ninja knocked him out from behind.
"Sasuke cover Naruto." Sasuke kicked the ninja & stabbed him with a poisonous kunai & sprinted to Naruto's side as few were about to attack him. The ninja besides being chunin & jounin level had problem keeping up with Haku's speed as he swiftly used his senbons to paralyse the ninjas in a death like state. Hinata used gentle fist on few while coordinating her crystallized blades with her byakugan on others.
Sasuke was slowly getting overwhelmed by the number of ninjas he was engaged with, Hinata saw another group coming towards to attack them & she cursed inwardly. She did handsigns & yelled 'ice style : 1000 secrets of heavenly death' a portal again open & hoarded of needles attacked the ninjas a few got hurt while others managed to Dodge it quickly. Soon they were getting overwhelmed by the number of ninjas coming as they all were low on chakra, Naruto regained his consciousness & made more clones & engaged but the ninjas swiftly defeated all of them. He used 'wind style: great breakthrough' on them which he learned from the scrolls Kakashi gave them. He got few ninjas out with it. Sasuke, Haku, Hinata were all beaten & battered up while only Naruto was able to fend off most of the ninjas.
Haku was stabbed with kunai as hinata was healing him Sasuke covered the duo while helping Naruto fight the ninjas. Soon another sword user slashed Sasuke's back as he fell on the ground. Naruto saw this & his anger went berserk he lost his composure & let the nine tails take over. He started attacking the ninjas they got scared from the sudden Sinister chakra flare up, a duo came behind Naruto as he was rampaging & killing the ninjas. Both of the ninja did handsigns & touched his back sealing the kyubi's chakra back, as he fainted from the chakra burns.
The rest were still fighting the ninjas as last group of ninjas came through to attack them, Hinata was scared her teammates knew they nodded at her softly assuring her. She gave them a small smile & took her stance again she created mist & used her chakra in the mist to heal Sasuke's back while fighting herself, Sasuke felt the pain easing as he knew he had hinata to thank for.Sasuke & Hinata were beaten up as for haku his speed, his knowledge & precision in human body helped him lot to fight others.
Soon they saw 2 more ninja coming but instead of attacking a the genins they attacked the enemies, one looked around their age but had a mask on his face while the other was more mature & muscly who too had a mask. The big guy swiftly managed to fight most of the ninjas while the smaller guy handled the remaining one, even though they were of the same age but his skills were just as good as theirs. He had a similar chakra form like Sasuke & Naruto's but it was bright yellow & was in a lion shaped.
The duo managed to dispose all the ninjas, as they were walking towards the beaten up genins. Hinata activated her byakugan to scan the surrounding & deactivated it when she thought it was safe. Haku took his fighting stance against the duo & stood in front of his teammates.
"Who are you!?" Haku asked.
"Don't worry we're not here to hurt you I assure you we mean you no harm." The big guy said calmly Hinata freed their clients from the crystallized dome.
"Hino.." the smaller guy whispered.
Hinata's ear perked up at the word, she stared at the boy standing in front of her, the guy slowly removed his mask & faced her. The moment she saw those pastel blue eyes & a beauty mark below the right eye, she stood up ran to the boy. Her teammates were contemplating her actions, as she slapped the boy hard across the face. The genins has wide eyes at her actions, she soon hugged the guy & started sobbing quietly in his arms as he held her.
"It's okay hino,. I'm here." The boy said slowly.
Hinata broke the embrace & punched him in the stomach hard while haku & Sasuke flinched at that.
"Don't give me that bull, I thought you died. I mourned for you, I missed you I needed you but after all this time when I thought you were dead & I came to peace at it then you just show up out of the blue & have the audacity to reassure me." Hinata yelled while tears flowed down her cheeks.
Sasuke was angered to see Hinata in the arms of another guy, he was ready to kill when Haku stopped him.
"How do you know Hinata?" Haku asked to the boy while the bigger guy removed his mask.
"She is my fiancee." The boy answered.
"What the hell?" Sasuke yelled.
"Well ex fiancee." Sasuke was relieved but still was at unease.
"Don't bombard them like that you idiot." Hinata punched him again which was unlike her, she walked over to help Naruto as he gained his consciousness she introduced them all "Sasuke, Haku, Naruto this is Daichi Ryu from the Ryu clan. Dai this is my teammates Sasuke Uchiha, Haku Yuki & Naruto Uzumaki." Hinata finished.
"The big guy there is I'm guessing Yugo." Yugo nodded & chuckled.
"Hello I'm Yugo Kagami" Yugo introduced himself.
"Yugo...Yugo Kagami as in the legendary younin?" Haku asked.
"Oh so you've heard of me that good I guess." He said laughing lightly.
"Younin who?" Naruto asked as Haku facepalmed.
"Yugo is a legendary younin also known as the 4th sanin. He was the only one who could give a fair fight to the legendary sanin." Haku explained as Naruto nodded.
Ayui & shion stared at the younin in awe but soon snapped back as Ayui hurriedly searched his bagpack. He removed a scroll & walked towards Daichi.
"You're Daichi Ryu?" Daichi nodded as Ayui handed him the scroll bowing respectfully.
"Your parents Aiko Ryu & Misuki Ryu gave this scroll to my grandfather to deliver it to you when you'd be 12 years old, we wanted to give you this on your birthday but we had ninjas chasing for the scroll because they thought the scroll contained Information & secrets of Ryu clan. Your parents were the last of Ryu clan & they died protecting our village they're considered as heros." Ayui explained.
"What's in that scroll is that why we had so many ninjas chasing after us?" Sasuke asked.
" This scroll contains Misuki & Aiko's chakra which would activate Daichi's kekkai genkkai Kanjōgan. Kanjōgan is dōujutsu like byakugan & sharingan." Yugo explained.
"What does Kanjōgan does? " Naruto asked.
"Kanjōgan like any other dōujutsu holds multiple advantages like Kanjōgan can make you feel things, like pain, death, poison, nature. It can be used accordingly by the user for hypnosis too, it also enhances fire based jutsu & helps in pheonix summoning. If the user is trained & strong enough they can also summon the great devil dragon but that's very rare." Yugo explained while everyone nodded.
"What was that crap about Hinata's engagement!?" Sasuke asked.
"What? Hinata-chan is engaged? With who? When?" Naruto asked panicked thinking he was left behind at something.
"When Hinata was born she was betrothed to me as I was the heir of Ryu clan & she was the heiress of Hyuga. We were very close when we were kids, but after my parents death. Many were behind me as I was the last Ryu alive, so Yugo-san here faked my death everyone except the hokage thought I was dead so we left the village & he trained me into the ninja I am today." Daichi explained.
"I know you Sasuke I saw you few times during the grand clans meeting." Sasuke nodded trying to remember him.
"After his so called death, I lost my only friend & grieved for him later my father cancelled the relations with Ryu clan." Hinata explained.
"Ne Hinata-chan are engaged now or not with anyone!?" Naruto asked confused.
"Hinata was later engaged with Itachi Uchiha as he was a genius prodigy & heir of the Uchiha clan. But after he went rogue the engagement was called off." Yugo said while Sasuke gritted at the thought of Hinata bring married to his traitor brother.
"Funny how all my fiance fake death or leave the village & go rogue at the idea if marrying me." Hinata laughed softly while daichi felt guilty for that.
"Okay that was dark." Haku commented while others laughed.
"Sasuke, Hinata, Naruto, Haku our journey was to deliver this scroll safely to Daichi it's completed so we can head back to konoha" ayui said while others nodded.
"Me & Daichi will too come to konoha & declare him alive & as a konoha citizen." Others nodded while Sasuke scowled. They cleaned up & left for their journey to konoha.
