Welcome back! Last time we saw how pissed off Saturn could get, learned more about Ric and Shastacan's relationship and some other details and shenanigans, this time shit hits the fan…again.
The camera opens on a dark forest, the night sky having a blood moon shine. Saturn stood in front of a dilapidated butterfly castle, vines and cobwebs surrounding it.
"...Alright, this is how horror movies start" Saturn sighed "Fuck it, this is porbably a dream" he muttered, walking towards the castle and swinging the door open, walking through the halls to a tapestry room, Solaria's, Eclipsa's and Jushtin's missing, a new tapestry in the middle showing Saturn with a gold flintlock like gun that had a lightsaber blade bayonet, donned in one hand and held to the ground, a championship belt in the other, held in the air, Saturn's head hung low as fireworks went off in a carnival like area.
"What the fuck?" Saturn asked
"Well it seems you're here early" a voice said, it was a gruff older voice with a british accent, Saturn turned around to find a man with long black hair, white face paint with black stars around the eyes, a black leather jacket with spikes, black leather pants and black leather boots with spikes
"Y-YOU'RE GENE SIMMONS!" Saturn said
"Please, Call me Dux" He replied "I have stood here in Shangri-la as the caretaker of the shadow butterfly grounds…"
"Shangri-la…I'm dead" Saturn said
"Momentarily" Dux replied "I stay here, inside the butterfly wand in secret, hiding from the queens of Mewni, waiting to guide the Crimson Moth and being the groundskeeper"
"Well, I'm here." Saturn said
"Yes, But I was to guide in combat…however it seems you need something different…a guide in magic, or rather 8" Dux replied
"...8?" Saturn asked
"The past queens of Mewni" Dux replied "They're in the dining room"
"...Fuck" Saturn sighed "Alright, Lead the way"
Dux leading Saturn to a dining room where 8 mewman women sat, first was a short woman with ginger hair, hourglasses on her cheeks and wearing an orange dress, next to her was a woman who looked like moon with slightly darker skin and butterfly cheek marks, across from them was a young woman who looked like star, with her hair in a bun and bunny cheekmarks, wearing a frilly dress, across from them sat an older festivia in a purple toga like dress. A hunched over goth with long black hair covering her one eye, a woman who looked like she came out of the roaring twenties, a red haired woman with glasses in a green robe and a pink haired woman with one eye covered, using a fan to hide her face, they ate corn and spoke to each other
"Whaddup?" Saturn asked, everyone freezing in place
"Can I have an autograph?" The pink haired woman asked, causing the queens to all look at her in confusion, she handed Saturn a pad of paper and a pen
"You're full of secrets, aren't you" Saturn said, grabbing the pad "Alright, I know the last name's butterfly, that's obvious, but what's the first"
"C-celena" She replied, Saturn writing an autograph
"Normally that's 20 dollars, alright, you got room for one more?" Saturn asked, sitting down
"Who are you…what are you?" the woman with the bun asked
"..." Saturn sighed "I am- fuck, how much do you know about the usurping shit?"
"...That's a sore subject" the woman with hourglasses on her cheeks said
"I'm an alternate Meteora, from another timeline, who is married to a unicorn and I adopted an alternate Festivia…yes I know that sounds crazy" He said
"He's the Crimson Moth. The reincarnation of Soupina" Dux explained "He has the magical ability, but doesn't know how to harness it."
"The crim-" The woman in a green robe dropped a rubix cube like device
"What kind of Butterfly doesn't know how to use magic?!" The woman in the bun asked
"Cresenta, settle down" The Festivia said
"Thank you, Festivia" Saturn said, sitting down, "So, would you be willing to help me out?"
"If it's what's best for Mewni. Our magic feed got cut off after Star destroyed the magic to stop Mina" the hourglass cheeked woman said
"Skywynne…There's no more Mewni, it merged with Earth and Equestria" Saturn explained "I rebooted the magic by going super saiyan butterfly"
"Dipping down" Dux explained
"And stopped the dimensions from destroying each other, now I gotta deal with a Zombie Western Undertaker who wants to eat my soul" Saturn said
"We're in" Festivia nodded
"Mom!" Cresenta said in protest
"He's family!" Festivia said
"Again, Thank you, Festivia." Saturn said "How long will I be here?"
"About 2 days out there but it runs like the neverzone in here, so I have no clue" Dux explained
"...Is there a way to tell my family I'm ok?" Saturn asked
"Well, since this is a sort of dream realm, a hypnokinetic could enter here with a passenger, the only one who can travel dreams that I know is Glossaryck" Dux explained "And I don't care for my father very much"
"...Princess Luna Alicornia!" Saturn said in realization
"Who-what?" Dux asked
"Princess Luna…Just, trust me on this" Saturn replied "You gals take the lead, let me know what's going on!"
The camera cut to Glim carrying an unconscious saturn who slumped over her back over to their bed, Festivia opening the door as she carefully floated Saturn onto the bed
"Is dad ok?!" Festivia asked
"Your father strained himself" Eclipsa said
"Well he killed two members of the Magical High Commission!" Hekapoo said
"Good" Glim replied "You people- you aren't even people, you're the real monsters"
"Excuse me? I'm not going to take this from an Emo Horse" Hekapoo shouted "Marco, back me up here"
"Yeah, ask a 15 year old to back you up after you tortured him" Glim said
"Hekapoo, I think it's best if you leave" Marco replied
"And let the deranged monster and the goth rhino raise my niece?" Hekapoo asked
"She's my daughter" Glim said, pulling Festivia closer to her with a hoof, Festivia clinging onto her "Mine and Saturn's Corn Cob, our kiddo. We watched her first steps, we brought her to school, Saturn is trying to stop the UNDERTAKER."
"Yeah, and I still don't know who that is" Hekapoo answered "I saw Jushtin who thinks he's some guy called Ric Flair and a somehow still alive Shastacan drinking and they told us to come HERE!"
"Well, they don't want to deal with you either" Glim said "He's unconscious, there's still a way we can contact him"
"Princess Luna" Twilight caught on, confusing the non-equestrians
"Princess Luna protects the dreams of all the ponies in Equestria." Festivia explained
"Celestia is the day, her sister is the night, if we can call Princess Luna over, she could go in and contact Saturn…does anyone have any questions on the mission?" Glim asked
"Hekapoo made a good point, we still don't know who the Undertaker is" Eclipsa replied
"You want to hear the story of the Calloways?" Glim asked "Fest, sweetie, i'm going to need you to leave the room"
"What? Why?" She asked
"This is messed up stuff, I don't need to add more into your mind" Glim said "Go play with Luster and your new friend Kyle."
"...Ok mom" Festivia nodded, leaving the room, Star running up with Marco and Twilight
"...Is this everyone?" Glim asked
"Just about" Star said,
"The Undertaker" Glim began, the camera fading to an old funeral home, a hearse outside as two children played "Was once a young man named Mark Calloway, who lived with his family and an intern named Paul Bearer, he always got his younger brother Kane into trouble. One day as Bearer left from night school into the home, the house caught on fire, outside stood the older brother, Mark Calloway with a can of gas, he burned his parents alive, and he thought his brother as well, his brother, Kane was badly burned and mentally scarred. Shifting from institute to institute through adolescence as the Undertaker grew up carrying a golden urn that held a mysterious power, he became a biker, known all over texas before being shot dead…he rose from the grave some say, powers of the urn that have made him a zombie, lusting for souls, fighting with his brother and indebting himself to the urn, the souls of his parents he killed" Glim sighed, the camera fading to her face, everyone shocked
"We are dealing with a Zombie Biker Undertaker with magical powers, who is working with Mina?" Hekapoo asked
"Yeah, so stay out of the way before you make it worse" Glim said "The A-Team of Twilight, Star, Marco, Saturn and I have this"
"You consider us the A-team?" Marco asked
"Why wouldn't I?" Glim asked "You and Star are LEGENDS!"
"We are?" Star asked
"Well, in our timeline at least." Glim said, the camera cutting to the meeting room, Luster and a human boy in a green shirt and jean shorts stood, he had short brown hair and green eyes
"Kyle, Luster!" Fest said running down the stairs
"Festivia!" They shouted, the three hugging
"Is he ok?" The human boy asked
"He'll be fine Kyle…Did Glossaryck clean up the mess?" She asked
"Yeah, that blue guy clapped and everything disappeared, everyone flooded out except for your Grandfather, Twilight and Spike….and the ponies still here" Luster said
"I'm just glad you guys are safe. Wanna go up to my room? Watch some TV?" Festivia asked
"Sounds like a plan" Kyle nodded, the three going upstairs, the camera cut to the dilapidated castle, Saturn hitting a punching bag while Celena sat, fanning herself. Cresenta watching as well. The Wand's Festivia walking by with a drink and popcorn
"I don't see what's so attractive about this guy!" Cresenta said
"Cresenta, he's your grandfather!" Festivia said
"You may not, but I do" Celena said, biting her lip
"Stop, you're technically my grand-daughter, that's creepy." Saturn said, stopping before hitting a knee that caught on fire, the punching bag flinging off its hinge and erupting in flames, turning to ash. Festivia's jaw dropping as Cresenta huffed, Celena fainting
"Alright. That's enough training for one day" Saturn said
"You've been at it for a week" Skywynne said from another room
"Thank you Sky!" Saturn replied,
"Fest….could you show me some moves, magic spells and stuff?" Saturn asked
Festivia nodded, running up eager to help
"Alright, show me what you've got Cor- sorry" Saturn sighed
"Cor?" she asked confused
"CornCob…it's what I call my timelines Festivia…my daughter" he replied "I'm sorry"
"It's ok, they said that My m- Eclipsa and Shastacan were eaten, watching Star's adventures…I know they weren't" Festivia said
"I just don't want to make you feel uncomfortable, she was afraid of turning out naive like you….but really it's, it's a whole thing, i'm sorry" Saturn replied "Alright, what do you have?"
"I can make water into Soda" She said "Soda Fountain Splash!" She shouted, holding a hand out to a nearby cup of water into a fountain that poured soda.
"I don't think that could help me much in combat, but I'm definitely gonna practice that" Saturn said, turning to the alternate version of his daughter. Wrapping her in a hug
"Saturn what ar-" She realized and hugged him back
"I know you need this," Saturn said. "I'm sorry I couldn't be there for you, I'm sorry my mom couldn't be there for you…I'm proud of you." Saturn sighed, The Alternate Festivia tearing up
"I'm sorry" she replied
"Festivia, no, don't say that…I'm trying not to see you as my little corn cob, you did nothing wrong. Fuck I homelander'd two of the Magic High commission, the skull and crystal dudes with lazer beams because I thought they'd hurt you, well, my timeline's you." Saturn said "I know what it's like not to have someone. I'll find a way to continue to contact you"
"Thank you" She sniffled, the two stopped hugging, Dux clapping
"I do love resolutions," he said. "It's getting late, why don't we hit the sack?"
A doorbell was heard
"What's that noise?" the hunched over queen asked, a slice of pizza in hand
"Do you guys have a doorbell?" Saturn asked
"What's a doorbell?" Cresenta asked, Saturn hesitated
"...I'll check the door," he said, walking away, opening the door to see a draft horse sized alicorn with dark blue fur, a mane and tail that flowed, looking like a nexus of stars in space. She wore a black tiara
"Princess Luna" Saturn bowed
"Saturn Butterfly, We presume?" The alicorn asked
"Yeah, I hate to cut to the chase but, Who'd you bring over?" Saturn asked, Glim trotting up
"Your wife, for one" She wrapped a hoof around Saturn, the two kissing
"Why does your dream look like Butterfly Castle but…more…edgy?" Marco asked from a distance as he and Star walked up to the group. Saturn stopping
"Because he, well you are all in the wand, well part of the wand, the Queen piece" Dux said
"Grandma Piece?" Star asked
"Is that Gene Simmons?" Marco asked
"Dad!" The Younger Festivia shouted, running up and hugging Glim and Saturn.
"Corncob!" Saturn said, Picking her up and placing her on his shoulders
"Wait so we're inside the wand…with all the dead queens of Mewni" Glim said
"Yes, Saturn being a Crimson Moth like Soupina, he has the ability to revert to the wand to recuperate after great magical feats" Dux explained, Star and Marco disappearing
"Looks like they woke up" Saturn said, carrying his daughter into the castle, the older Festivia walking up before gasping, Saturn smirking, Glim following as Luna stopped, talking to Skywynne in the hall
"Festivia, meet…Festivia" Saturn said
"She doesn't hate you, right? Like she isn't a racist" Our Festivia asked
"I try not to be, You're very lucky to have a Dad like Saturn" the older Festivia said
"Quick question, how long has Saturn been here, and how long will he be here?" Glim asked
"He'll be here for 2 days out there in total…about 48 hours, we don't know how long that is here" Dux explained
"Is that a goth warnicorn?" Dirhennia asked, walking up "Nice"
"Dirhennia, don't be rude!" The older festivia said
"She isn't being rude, Dir, this is my wife Glim" Saturn introduced
"Really?" The Older Festivia asked
"I'm too young to be a Grandmare" Glim joked, Saturn and the two Festivia's chuckling
"Cool, i'm headed to bed" Dir said
"Yeah, I hate to be rude but I am too, it was nice meeting you two" The Older Festivia said
"Bye!" Our Festivia waved
"So he'll be back Thursday?" Glim asked Dux
"Yes" Dux said
"So he's safe" Glim asked
"Yes" Dux replied
"Luna…could you bring Festivia to her dreams, I want to spend some time with my husband" Glim asked the Alicorn
"We can." Luna replied "Come with us little one, to the realm of dreams!"
Festivia slid off Saturn's shoulders, landing on her feet, Climbing on Luna's back "Bye mom and dad, i'll see you soon!" the two left
"...Is there something wrong?" Saturn asked
"I'm scared…I'm scared of that Crimson Moth." Glim said
"Oh" Saturn said understanding "Glim…Glim, you're the mare I married, the woman I love" He sighed "Starlight Nova Glimmer, you are my pride, joy and multiverse…The mare I fought, was not you, not even close, you have grown so much, we have grown so much. When I did…what I did, I was afraid that she would hurt you, that I lost festivia…something kicked in" He sighed again "I'm still scared of Alicorn's, I stay on Twilight's good side because i'm afraid she could send us all to the moon"
"Twilight would never do that! She's too keen on friendship" Glim said "But…i'm glad to know you don't hate me"
"You're my wife, you're the mother of my daughter! Of course I love you!" Saturn replied "YOU'RE MECCW CEO STARLIGHT GLIMMER! YOU'RE GLIM!"
"And you're a 5 time multiversal champion" Glim said
"It's been two days….that's insane, you wanna have a little date night?" Saturn asked
"You know what, that sounds nice. Lead the way Mister Butterfly" She quipped, the camera cut away to The Undertaker in a dark room, looking at an urn
"For the urn, Saturn Butterfly, of dimension X-119 will rest in PEACE!" He rolled his eyes behind his head, sticking his tongue out
"SHUT THE FUCK UP, IT'S 3 IN THE MORNING, MARK!" Kane shouted "I WILL LIGHT YOU ON FUCKING FIRE!"
The camera cut one last time to Twilight's castle, everyone asleep excluding Spike, as a portal opened, Ric flair and Shastacan walking through
"Everyone's unconscious or in another dimension but unconscious here" Spike explained "You want some tea?"
"Yeah, that sounds nice" The two men nodded
"Don't strain yourself though" Ric said
