CHAPTER 2
Light pants and moans were heard in a barren hallway of the empty building on the edge of campus, reverbing from a set of lockers in a corner of the third floor.
Yeonwha was enjoying herself, the girl under her sounded almost pained. "Yoonseo, stop complaining."
She bit down a little harder on the shoulder, unsure if she could classify the resulting noise as a yelp or moan. The pale girl brushed the thought aside along with the cries and small hands pushing against her.
Tracing her fingers down the slender girl's flank, she lapped her tongue slowly over the angry looking red mark, holding Yoonseo down as her torso went taut. She smiled against the skin, feeling the struggle against her slowly subside. Then her strong hands gripped the girl roughly against her thigh, pressing herself in between the warmth of her legs. The pants sharply harshened, jumping in pitch.
Without warning, she abruptly stopped, ignoring the small whine of protest under her. Yeonwha turned to the third occupant of the room, quirking a brow in mild interest.
"Dahye. You've been awfully quiet."
The girl sitting under the windowsill looked up from the glowing object in her hand with an unpleasant expression. Dahye found her apps a lot more entertaining than the obscene display of Yeonwha's current conquest.
"I'm here because you forced me here, Baek Yeonwha. I'd rather spend the lunch period on my phone, thank you."
With a snort Yeonwha slid off the table, devilish grin taking form under her sharp nose. If her baby was bored why didn't she just say so? Behind her she could hear a frustrated abandoned Yoonseo. She'd make it up to the other girl later; this was a far more pressing matter.
Watching Yeonwha approach, Dahye allowed the glare to linger a bit before aptly turning back to her phone, crossing one leg over the other. By some miracle she managed to steel herself from flinching as she felt the pale girl slowly play with a few strands of her hair.
Yeonwha took a few seconds to admire the golden silk before she spoke, "So, happy to see you're reunited with your crew. Feeling a bit bold lately?" Dahye scoffed. The star pupil lifted her chin with defiance. "What Yeonwha, are you worried I might tell them what you've been doing to me?"
"Why? What exactly have I been doing to you?" Yeonwha playfully tugged the curl. She knew that teasing her this way was pushing the limit, but Dahye made the prospect too easy. Seeing her like this, getting to sense Dahye's anger reach a rolling boil, Yeonwha could barely help herself. After another minute, she almost thought the girl wouldn't give an answer.
"Are you really going to make me say it?" Dahye kept her eyes forward avoiding Yeonwha's leer looming inches from her face. She knew Yeonwha was goading her, but her jaw still clenched at the mockery. "This mistreatment? The bullying?"
"How you've violated me?"
Each humiliating hour, her pride took a hit. How long had it been... weeks? Months now, maybe.
Songyi's anger still echoed in her ears.
- Word got around about what was in that box you gave that bitch. -
Even bad enough as it was, Yeonwha incessantly added salt to the wound, forcing her to make nice with the cluster-fuck of freaks beneath her. Catching a flash of tiny movement from the corner of her eye, the blonde fastened on the eerily quiet girl still sitting on the desk.
Heo Yoonseo. Just as equally fucked in the head, that little creep was here willingly. So thirsty the girl was for attention that she clamored to get it from anywhere. Christ, it was pathetic. Dahye's eyes slid down to the purpling shoulder just under the girl's mushroom bobbed head.
It was for the best, though.
So long as Yoonseo was there, she would be spared some of Yeonwha's harsher mistreatment. However, though Dahye didn't envy the girl, she definitely didn't pity her either.
Fucking Baek Yeonwha. All of it was her fault. Dahye's struggle to contain herself began to loosen. "...You're a fucking monster."
"Let's not forget the reason why you're here. The feature length of you smacking the hell out of Ayeon?" A darkness etched into the older girl's white features, lacing her words with a wicked smile. She leaned back against the wall, smug. Yeonwha really couldn't help herself. "I'm not the only monster sitting here. Am I, Miss Bully?"
"...I am nothing like you."
Yeonwha tilted her head to the side, straightening her arms above to stretch. She threw Dahye a sideward glance. That perfect little face still dead panned on the wall in front of them.
"Keep telling yourself that babe. You sound like you're more trying to convince yourself than me or our tiny mouse over here."
Yoonseo stiffened at the words as the focus of the room momentarily turned to her.
A loud bell tone rang across campus drawing three pairs of eyes to the window. Sounds of chattering wafted into the room as students walked about the court yard, signaling the class period was picking up again.
At the cue from Yeonwha to wait for her outside, Yoonseo reluctantly straightened her uniform and hair, dismissing herself to the opposite far corner opening in their nook of lockers.
She didn't like it. Dahye gave her such a bad feeling.
It was frustrating. Yoonseo just couldn't understand why Yeonwha was so narrowly focused on Yang Dahye. But even more frustrating was Dahye habitually provoking Yeonwha's ire and drawing more of her attention away. Kneeling by the hidden exit, she took one last longing look at the couple before ducking through the crawl space.
Yeonwha sat up and yawned. "Also speaking of which, I think now is the best time to chime you in."
A curious dread settled over Dahye as she finally turned, met with a pair of golden orbs that seemed to penetrate through her. Fingers roved up her shoulder, the gap closing further between them as she felt the warmth slide under her chin and gently squeeze. Dahye silently wondered if this was how a wounded animal felt before the kill.
The pale girl spoke with a measured clarity, "Don't even bother trying to look for that phone again. I've uploaded it to a cloud on an account that you will never find... All I have now is a share link."
She let go of Dahye's jaw and her head snapped away.
"Some day soon, Baek Yeonwha, I'm going to end this," she said. "And you're going to understand the same suffering you've put me through."
Dahye bit down, trying to keep the rage in check. But hot tears welled up. "You twisted, evil bitch."
Yeonwha simpered, satiated. There. There it was. How she missed that fire. Reconciling with Lee Songyi should prove to make Dahye much more fun to play with now.
"Our Dahye sure loves making threats she can't seem to deliver on." Yeonwha didn't pause. "If you want to, go ahead. Report me to the police."
The proud girl sat in silence, her pretty face set in stone. She had no response. Dahye felt the albino inch closer to her, playing with her hair again.
"Here's the thing, you already know I don't much care for your friends. Actually, I don't give much of a shit if or not you decide to stick with them. But I do care about what you do with them when it comes to Ayeon."
"That has nothing to do with me." Pulling her legs up, Dahye leaned her head against her knees. She sighed. "At least, not anymore."
Staring at the ceiling, Yeonwha made the same sound as she scanned across the dusty tops of lockers surrounding them. She shook her head. This again.
"It has everything to do with you. Those girls don't act on their nasty impulses unless you're there to co-sign the fuckery. They're shitty people, Dahye, but their brand of toxic doesn't harm anyone without the leader behind them."
The younger girl sat herself up, leaning against the cold wall. Embittered, Dahye shook her head chuckling. "I know you're not the one talking to me about toxicity."
"The irony is that they're too damn stupid to catch on to how you manipulate everything. Always present yet never around to get into trouble."
Dahye flinched. "Stop acting as though you know me."
"Yeonwha we should really go. We're about to be late."
Dahye barely heard the mousey voice reaching at them from the other side of the lockers. "Fine! I'll be out in a minute!" The albino briefly turned towards the source of the sound.
"I'm saying keep your friends in check. And don't just slide back into old habits. Trying to delete the video file now won't do anything."
Dahye's muscles tensed. Hot lips pressed into her skin as a warmth spoke directly against her neck, "You better behave yourself Yang Dahye. Because I would love to punish you the moment you step out of line." At that Yeonwha ran her nose along the outer shell of her ear before nipping and tugging at it, scraping the skin with her teeth.
Dahye jolted at the warm sensation, heat rising to her face. She jerked away looking at the girl warily with her ear in her hand before Yeonwha retreated.
Dahye glared. That bitch had no sense of personal space.
