Unexpected Finding in the Apartment
Jaune is seen sitting at his desk looking through all the articles and notes he had gather up since yesterday with his investigation on Roger Rabbit's past and so far, making sure there is no hidden spot left uncheck, nothing came up.
"I just don't get it. Roger was a very popular guy, so you think some reporters would have found at least one unexpected new about himself that the studio would prevent from getting out of the public." Jaune grunted with the struggling thoughts in his head.
"I did found this one report about Roger in that car crash the Shopkeeper mentioned, but it says here that Roger claimed it was oil slip on the road which I find it very hard to believe." Jaune said, looking over to his right to the thorn inside a plastic bag.
"Then there's this weird thorn too, I can't help but wonder that this is more than what it appears to be." Jaune said, then noticing the time on his clock seeing that it's an hour past noon.
"Oh, I didn't even realize that I've been at this for a whole day and up all night." Jaune yawned as he now realizes his lack of sleep.
Jaune also saw a plate of food on his desk covered in plastic cover along with a note on the top that he clearly knows who it is from.
Jaune, be sure to eat these as you barely ate your dinner last night and didn't get any sleep last night, so after take some rest on the bed and you should be reenergize before you know it.

"Hehe, that girl." Jaune chuckled, glad to have such an amazing girlfriend like her around.
"Well, I think it's about time I get some sleep." Jaune stretched his arms, he starts eating the food she left for him, and made his way to the bed.
However, something caught his attention back on the desk with all the notes, Jaune step backwards and look down at one picture that got him into this investigation in the first place: the picture of Jessica and Mr. Acme sitting together in her dressing room. Jaune thought he saw something in the pocket of Mr. Acme and use a glass cup as a magnifying glass to enhance the sight, seeing a piece of paper that says, "Marvin Acme's Will".
"So, the will has still never been found." Jaune whispered to himself, wondering what exactly happened to the will on the night before his sudden death. He was doing some hard thinking until a yawn escape his mouth
"Okay, time for sleep." Jaune smiled, heading to his bed and he lay on his bed.
Jaune yawns while closing his eyes and spread his arms through the bed as he sleeps, but then he suddenly felt the back of his right-hand landing on something soft and then a hand wrapping around his own.
"(Huh, is that Pyrrha? I thought she would be at the diner right now?)" Jaune thought surprised.
Jaune turn his head around to see if it is Pyrrha here or just some soft of hallucination from not sleeping entirely all night, but really hopes that it's the second one because the person laying next to him in the bed is none other than Velvet Rabbit in the flesh with her beautiful face close to his.
"Velvet?" Jaune tried to make out what this is, but for some reason couldn't find his body to move away.
"Hey there, handsome." Velvet said with her eyes half-open.
"Huh, hi…" Jaune confused of whether or not he should be excited to have another sexy girl on his bed.
"You look even better up close like that time you covered your face in carrot cake to get my attention." Velvet giggled.
"Carrot cake? Not sure if I had that yet." Jaune puzzled.
"(Although, seeing her like this reminds me of how Pyrrha is when it comes to carrot cakes.)" Jaune thought remembered.
Then he notices Velvet's ears around moving toward him and grab on each side of the head and saw what appears to be the cutest hungry look on the girl's face he has ever seen, probably cuter than Pyrrha's.
"Get over here." Velvet said before her ears pulls Jaune closer and their lips smack onto each other.
Jaune's eyes widen of shock that another girl who is also a big celebrity with the cartoons and TV kids stuff, it felt like everything around him is crumbling down except for the two floating in the air and their arms wrapping around each other's body. His fears and questions are soon melting away from the soft touch of Velvet's lips on his as he starts to going wild in this make-out session, one hand is going down to her butt while the other is going for one of Velvet's soft big breasts which made her moan in the kiss.
"Hmm, you bad boy." Velvet moaned.
"Well, it's your fault for being so cute and sexy, but Pyrrha will always be my number one. Even above Jessica Rabbit." Jaune smirked as he pulls in Velvet tighter.
"Well, I glad to hear that, Jaune. Otherwise, I would've just punch on the head and push you off the bed." Pyrrha said.
"Nice to know, Pyrrha." Jaune said as he continues kissing Velvet.
Then suddenly realization hit him in the head like two race cars ramming at a brick wall together and sounds of glass shattering behind him with the eyes widen again, he quickly pulls his lips and his body away from Velvet to see that Pyrrha is standing close to the bed with an amusing smile on her face. Jaune looks down at Velvet who is also appears to have realize the scene they are in as her face starts to blush like mad matching Jaune, they both look back and forth to each other and at Pyrrha for a whole half a minute.
"AAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHH?!" Jaune screamed.
"AAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHH?!" Velvet screamed as well.
"Pyrrha, why is" Jaune fell off the bed before he got to finish his sentence then quickly get back up.
"Pyrrha, why is Velvet in our bed, in OUR apartment?" Jaune asked freaking out a little.
"I'm sorry, Jaune. This was actually something I wanted to talk to you about when I got home with her last night, but you were so focus on your work and barely paid attention that I thought it would be best to wait until you took a break." Pyrrha explained.
"Wait, wait, wait… Velvet came here last night?" Jaune asked as Velvet spoke up.
"Yes, you see… after I ran off all angry, I decided to stay at a friend's place until morning." Velvet started explaining how she got here.
(Flashback, Yesterday)
Velvet is seen walking up from her bed and walking down the stairs meeting her friend, Coco Adel, sitting in the living room and turned on the TV.
"I saw the news about me killing Marvin at the Acme warehouse and that I wrote an angry letter to my mom about keeping a big secret from me." Velvet said.
Both Velvet and Coco gasp when seeing the crime scene, the rabbit quickly took out her phone seeing tons of her fans are both confused and scared of what's going on with Velvet and hope that the news isn't true. Velvet to reply to them that she didn't murdered Mr. Acme, but Coco stopped her fearing that they might have doubts on her. Then Coco put a black hair wig on Velvet's head and a hat to make it look like her rabbit ears are fake, and a pair of white sunglasses.
"Without a second though, and a quick disguise Coco helped me with, I ran back to home to check on my mom." Velvet said.
Velvet is seen running to the tall hotel building where she and Jessica are living in, carefully sneaking pass the reporters without being seen, making her way up the staircase all the way up to the top floor. Velvet is glad that she inherited her mom's strong legs otherwise going up the staircase like that would have been tiresome and sweaty.
"However, by the time I got up there…"
Velvet slowly peek over the corner of a hallway; she gasps seeing Junior and his boys are already at the front door talking to Jessica as she cries in tears.
"I knew from the look of things there, Junior and his boys will just take me away before even hearing out my side of the story. So, there was only one thing I could do at this time. I ran."
Velvet quickly ran back to the stairs, back to the ground floor and out of the hotel.
(Flashback End)
"I've been in hiding from the police ever since, I couldn't go back, at least not until my name has been cleared." Velvet finished her story as she is seen sitting at the desk with Jaune and Pyrrha as she serves some soda and tea.
"So, that's when you decided to come to me for help?" Jaune asked.
"Yeah, during my struggle to stay off radar. I remember you and know that you're a kind-hearted person even though we've only met for a short time." Velvet complimented.
"He does have an effect on people." Pyrrha smiled.
"Though there was the trouble of finding you since I didn't know where you love, and you didn't gave me a business either." Velvet mentioned nervously.
"So, I've been asking around like a little newspaper boy, but he didn't know. One hotdog stance seller, he didn't know. I asked some street boys about you, they didn't know. Though there was this one heavy drinker guy, he knew where you usually hang out." Velvet explained.
"And that's when she came to the diner. As soon as she sat down, I already saw through her disguise and helped her out without anyone recognizing her and once my shift ended. I took her back to our home and well, you know the rest." Pyrrha explained.
"Well, don't worry, I promise to do whatever I can to clear your name and get the real killer who definitely wants something big from Mr. Acme if the guy went through the length of killing him." Jaune declared.
"I'm glad to hear that." Velvet nodded.
Then Velvet's ears pick up a sound coming from outside, she gets worry and went to the window to check with Jaune and Pyrrha quickly following her.
To Velvet's fear, a black van pulls up in front of the building came out are Junior and his boys.
"Oh no, it's Junior and his boys!" Velvet panicked.
"I got to hide, erase my trace from here." Velvet said trying to hide under the bed, only for the bed to flip up to the wall.
"Remember, I was never here!" Velvet went to hide inside a closet.
"Velvet, Velvet, calm down. We'll think of something." Jaune said as he opens the closet.
However, he found sign of the white red-haired rabbit girl almost like she had disappeared until she showed herself with a random detective hat.
"Jaune Arc, you're under arrest." Velvet said with a deep voice and slapped one side of the handcuff on Jaune's wrist with the other on hers.
"Velvet, what are you doing?" Jaune asked deadpan.
"I'm so sorry, sometimes I panic a lot and I get into random characters like there was this one time when I was at a beach on summer vacation, I thought I saw a shark and trapped it in a net but it was actually a guy with a sharp-looking mohawk." Velvet mentioned.
"Yeah, there is one problem to this." Jaune said.
"What's that?" Velvet asked.
"…There are no keys to the cuff." Jaune revealed making Velvet go pale.
Then they heard the banging noise from the door.
"Open up, Arc! We're here to investigate." Junior shouted.
"What are we going to do now!" Velvet panicked.
"You can't possibly know that Velvet is here now." Pyrrha worried.
"Our boss believed the rabbit girl has been looking for you." Junior said.
"We got to think of something and think of it fast." Pyrrha said.
"Please Jaune, you're my only hope." Velvet cried.
Jaune looks at the door and back at Velvet, trying to think of a plan for this until one idea came into his head.
"Alright bub, I'm going to kick the door down." Junior said as he raises his leg to do it.
But his foot never made contact as the door swing open and lost his balance for a few seconds until he regains his footing and try to look cool.
"Is there anything I can help you with?" Pyrrha asked.
"Yes, is the brat Jaune Arc home, we need to ask him a few questions regarding on what's been going on." Junior answered.
"(You're lucky I can't punch you into sleep.)" Pyrrha thought ticked when Junior called Jaune a brat.
"Jaune's home, but he's taking a shower right now." Pyrrha informed.
"Then you won't mind if we come in to check the place out." Junior said as he and his walks into the apartment.
It was a good thing Pyrrha was able to clean out all the investigation stuff off of Jaune's desk because he mentioned about those guys he couldn't trust with the clues and theories he found so far, besides the fact those guys were gangsters and probably still are.
"So, you and Arc have been living here for a long time?" Junior asked.
"Not long, just for three months after we graduated from high school. We decided to go online college classes together." Pyrrha answered honestly.
"I see…" Junior stroked his bread.
"Hey boss, I think I found something!" Dove called from the kitchen.
"About the rabbit girl?" Junior asked.
"Yeah, this cereal is really good." Dove revealed himself eating some cereal from the box.
"Idiot! We're looking for the actual rabbit girl, not getting late breakfast in the middle of the fucking day!" Junior punched Dove with the cereal box in his face.
"Oh, that look like it hurt." Sky pointed out.
"Would like milk to go with that pain?" Cardin asked holding a milk contain by the handle and pours the milk on Dove.
"That's it, I'm talking to Arc right now." Junior angered as he marches right to the bathroom and force it open.
"AAAHH! I'm showering in here!" Jaune gasped poking his head out of the shower glass.
"Arc, where is she?" Junior asked.
"Who?" Jaune pretended to be confuse of the question.
"The rabbit girl." Junior said.
"Which rabbit girl? I only know a few back in my school days and I have an older sister who is a Rabbit-Faunus." Jaune said making Junior angrier.
"Velvet Rabbit! The cartoon voice actress rabbit girl, Velvet Rabbit!" Junior slammed his fist on the wall causing Jaune to yelp in fear.
However, the yelping wasn't Jaune but Velvet hiding in the shower with him and they are both naked as this will have to be convincing that Velvet was never here as she hugs him tight with her body press on at his which is causing his face to turns red and quickly tries to calm down.
"W-Well, like I told your boss before I haven't seen her since the night at Maroon after the job I was hired." Jaune repeated.
"Well, I have to say I wasn't expecting a kid like you to be into that kind of stuff. Did you get some peeks at Jessica's wardrobe?" Junior asked.
"Umm, her wardrobe?" Jaune puzzled.
"Come on, the damn red hair bitch got the body of a Goddess with those huge jugs hanging from the front! What kind of guy wouldn't want to be interested to see if she is actually bigger than that!" Junior bragged perverted.
"Bastard! That's my mom!" Velvet angered as Jaune quickly calms her down.
"What?" Junior asked.
"I said, Bastard! Miss Rabbit is a very nice woman with a strong heart, I'm pretty sure she wouldn't want to go out with a stupid mutt like you." Jaune mocked.
"Okay brat, you're just about one step away from being sent to the hospital in a body bag." Junior angered.
"Then I suggest you, and your boys, leave and look for Velvet elsewhere." Jaune said before blew some bubbles in Junior's eyes causing him to scream in pain and ran out.
"Hey look, Junior gave his eyeballs a bath." Russel joked and the others laugh.
"Stop laughing, you idiots!" Junior yelled as he punches Russel down.
"Don't you remember what happen when you don't stop laughing!" Junior punched the other three of his lackeys to stop the laughing from them.
"Okay, your place seems to be check out. We'll be going but be warn that if Arc is out of line or get in our way then he'll be getting a very cold shower." Junior warned as he and his men leave.
Back at the shower.
"Okay, they're gone." Jaune sighed in relief.
"That was a close one, thank you Jaune Arc!" Velvet kissed Jaune on the lips much to his shock. Velvet soon realize this and separate herself.
"So, huh… how about we get out of the shower now." Velvet suggested.
"Y-Yeah, good idea." Jaune stuttered as his face is red again.

Sorry I took a little over a week to update my stories, like I said in the author note of the Horizon in the Middle of Nowhere and Jojo's Bizarre Adventure crossover that I was going to a hospital for a surgery and spent a week there. Now I'm back and ready to write again.
Jaune found something interesting through his note like a certain photo and Velvet Rabbit have also appear in his apartment helped by Pyrrha, they almost got caught by Junior and his men when they came to the apartment and Jaune tried his best to keep cool with hiding Velvet in the shower with her. Now, they just need to find another place where Velvet can also hang out just in case those enforces come back.
