Chapter 5 - Running Through the New World
To no one's surprise, Kirby is sleeping soundly. Though, he wasn't sleeping on the bullhead anymore. He's not sure when, but at some point during the night, somebody picked him up and flew him away. He could sense that they were friendly, so Kirby didn't really bother trying to escape. So he continued dreaming of gourmet races, cakes the size of mountains, and playing checkers with Ruby. Kirby doesn't know how to play checkers.

"Glynda. How is the initiation?" Meta Knight asks, not looking away from his book.
"Eventful," She curtly replies, silently closing the door when she realizes that Kirby was sleeping soundly in the chair next to him. "The student's have run into the new forms of grimm, some of which greatly resemble your own soldiers." Meta Knight's eyes had a very slight purple tint to them, which quickly disappears.
"I see. How are they faring against them?" He flips to the next page of his book.
"They're struggling, that much is known. In addition to having to fight them in hordes of ten to thirty individuals, the new 'Dream Grimm,' as Ozpin decided to coin them, seems to be physically incapable of reacting to pain, for the most part." Glynda taps a few buttons on her scroll, and pulls up the video feed of the battles against Mr. Frostbite and Twin Grimmal Edge.
Meta Knight's eyes change color, turning green as he analyzes the video feed. Once the grimm have been defeated, they turn bright blue for a few seconds, until they return to their normal shade of yellow.
"They have the potential to become great huntresses, I can sense it. However…" Meta Knight pauses, closing his book and looking Glynda dead in the eye. "If the monster that brought us here truly is from our dimension, as they are now, they stand no chance against it."
Glynda blinks. She has seen the reports that the Meta-Knights have managed to salvage from the wreckage of the Halberd.
"And that is why we have you as part of Beacon's staff; to push our students to their limits," She explains. Meta Knight sighs.
"Even if I can, the fact remains that our dimension is vastly different from yours. Our limits, our maximum potential, is far different from yours," He chuckles, and Glynda knows that beneath that mask, he's smiling. "Despite these challenges, I will make sure to train your warriors as best as I can. You have my word that they will be prepared for the worst that Dream Land can throw at them." Meta Knight might've bowed, but his body is too spherical to know for sure.
"Now, onto more important matters…" Meta Knight casually brings out an air horn from nowhere, and aims it directly at where Kirby's ears would've been.
The Base - Fade Out
*BWAAAAAAAAAAHP!*
Kirby jumps from his seat and starts running in circles, flailing his stubby little arms until he trips and skids across the floor on his face. After peeling his face off, Kirby stumbles backwards and sits down on the floor. He looks around sleepily, and waves at Glynda. Then, he turns to Meta Knight and puffs his cheeks in annoyance.
Now Playing… The World Adventure - Piano Version (Sonic Unleashed)
"You wake up to the sound of an airhorn, and yet not your home being pulled from the earth into the sky, or the mechanization of our entire planet?" Meta Knight says good naturedly. Kirby sticks out his tongue.
And then Kirby realizes that he's talking to Meta Knight.
With a big smile on his face, Kirby jumps up and hugs the stoic soldier tightly, patting his back hard enough to leave a bruise, if he were a human, that is. Meta Knight hugs Kirby back. "It's good to see you, Kirby."
"Well then, now that the two of you have been properly reacquainted, I'd say it's about time we have a talk about our multi-planetary crisis," Glynda says. Kirby reluctantly lets go of Meta Knight, and takes a seat next to him.
Glynda brings Kirby up to speed about the current status of the Remnant. She explains the star-shaped portals, the drastic increase of Remnant's population thanks to both Pop Star and the Forgotten World, the rise of new grimm, and (much to Kirby's horror) the disappearance of his closest friends, who have presumably been scattered across Remnant.
On the bright side, Kirby knows what he's doing this Friday!
"For the most part, we have the situation under control, but who knows how long it will last," Glynda said ruefully. "Those… things that you fight… It seems like all of them have the potential to rip holes between dimensions." Kirby shrugs. That's just how his world works. He gave up trying to understand it years ago.
With the exposition dump seemingly done, Kirby told Glynda that he is going to look for his friends. After saying that, Glynda looked at him strangely, and blinked once.
"...What did he say?"
"He is going to look for his friends," Meta Knight translated, picking up his book once more and flipping through the pages.
"And you can understand him, how?"
"To be quite frank, I have no idea what he's saying. You have to spend a lot of time with him in order to understand his body language," Meta Knight explained. Glynda just sighed. She watched as Kirby opened a window and… pulled out an outdated phone with a star on the antenna?
"On average, how many laws of science do you break in your dimensions?"
"What's science?" Meta Knight quipped, eyes glowing green with amusement. Kirby punched in a few numbers with a stubby fist and waited. And waited. And waited.
Kirby stood still for about two minutes before he started sweating nervously. He dials the same number again, and waits for another few minutes. He starts shaking visibly, and tries to call for the third and fourth time. By the fifth time, Kirby jumps down and starts running around in circles again.
Meta Knight jumps down from his seat and tries calming down the pink puffball. "Kirby! Calm down," He says quietly, almost like he was consoling a kindergartener. "Deep breaths; in and out, in and out," the masked knight tells him, and the marshmallow eventually calms down.
"Okay, good job," Meta Knight says, patting Kirby on the head. "Do you want to tell us what happened?" The dam burst, and Kirby started tearfully babbling, making incoherent noises that sounded completely unintelligible. At least before, Glynda could at least make out whenever he said "tomato."
"The Warp Star, Kirby can no longer summon it," Meta Knight translated. Glynda raised an eyebrow. "The Warp Star is a star that Kirby can ride on, sort of like a car that can fly and cross dimensions," He explained, and turned back to Kirby. "But, this has never happened before. Kirby has always been able to reliably call upon it."
"I see. Does he have some sort of connection to the star?"
"A spiritual one, yes."
…
Then why does he have a phone?
"Well, can Kirby use that connection to locate the Warp Star, so that he can retrieve it himself?" Glynda proposed. Kirby blinked, and thought about it for a second, and pulled out the phone with the star once more. After a few moments of waiting, Kirby put the archaic device away and jumped out of the window, slowly floating to the ground.
"It might be best that you go and follow; make sure he doesn't get into too much trouble," Meta Knight suggested.
"I'm sure Kirby can take care of himself," Glynda said.
"I'm more concerned about the rest of the forest, rather than Kirby himself. He can be quite… destructive when anything gets in his way." As if on cue, a giant explosion rocked the entire school, and Meta Knight was unfazed. Glynda looked outside and found that a large section of the forest had been utterly decimated, being transformed into a large crater.
"I see…" Glynda muttered. She's going to need a big bottle of wine by the time she's done with today.

Now Playing… Running Through the New World (Kirby and the Forgotten Land)
When the beowolf noticed the pink marshmallow waddling its way, the monster assumed it was going to be an easy snack. There was no way something like that could ever hope to fight back against it.
Imagine its surprise when Kirby grabbed the monster by the scruff of its neck, leaped into the air, and threw it into the ground.
And that's how Kirby destroyed more than 14 cubic miles of forest in a single second!
Kirby quickly flew out of the half a mile wide crater and continued on his merry way. He ignored the increased volume of growls and glowing red lights that came from the shadowy forest, and focused solely on trying to reach the Warp Star.
The first Ursa came barreling towards him, roaring as loudly as it could with fangs bared. Kirby didn't even flinch; he jumped up and landed a roundhouse kick in the bear's head, sending it straight into a pack of beowolves and killing them instantly. He sidestepped a charging boarbatusk, grabbed it by the horn and threw into the sky, clipping a nevermore's wings and causing it to spiral into the surrounding griffons.
Two death stalkers crawled towards Kirby as quickly as possible. In response, he pulled a tree up by its roots and used it like a hammer to turn the two scorpions into pancake batter. The last opponent standing in his way was a goliath. The giant wannabe elephant trumpeted, and like its fellow monsters, charged blindly towards the puffball. Kirby slid himself underneath the stampeding monster, and hit the stomach with an uppercut.
The force of Kirby's blow caused the goliath to explode, and the wind pressure had stripped the surrounding trees of their leaves, as well as uprooting them and leaving them bent at twisted, uncanny angles. The cracks in their trunks now resembled gaping mouths, giving the forest a more ghouly, haunted appearance.
Kirby muttered something unintelligible, and with a smile plastered on his pink face, continued his trek through the forest like he didn't just massacre over 30 grimm in the span of a few seconds.
Kirby climbed up the trees that had somehow survived his onslaught in order to get a view of his surroundings. He's honestly quite disappointed with Remnant's geography. It was less fantastical than his own world, nothing but forests as far as they eye could see. No floating platforms, no star blocks, no bottomless pits, and not even any interdimensional tears in space-time that led him to gauntlet-like platforming challenges!
Oh well. At least of getting from Point A to Point B much easier.
After an hour or so of running, Kirby suddenly stopped when he heard some scared quaking. He took left and found a beowolf slowly approaching a small little bird. Kirby tapped the beowolf on the shoulder, and it turned in confusion. The wolf was met with a powerful punch to face, decapitating the wolf while leaving the torso mostly unharmed. The body slumped to the ground and slowly turned to dull ash.
Ducky.
That was the first thing Kirby noticed when he looked at the bird. It was a yellow fluffy duck, sort of like the ones that Kirby takes a bubble bath with, except it wasn't nearly as squishy. The small bird trembled, quaking nervously as the puffball walked closer, nearly falling off the stump it was standing on.
Kirby extended one hand and petted the duckling. The tiny bird leaned into his touch. After a minute or so of petting, Kirby gently grabbed the duckling and placed it on his head. It quacked happily, but then started trembling once more. Kirby asked the duckling what was wrong, and the bird said that its mama had been taken away by a giant crawly thing.
Kirby sympathized with the ducky and told him that he needs to find his warp star. Once he finds it, he can use it to find the duck's mama, and reunite them. The duck quaked happily. And since the duck was happy, Kirby was happy. With the duck riding on Kirby's head, the puffball ran into the heart of the forest.
As the two walked deeper into the forest, the foliage gradually changed from brilliant green to a gentle orange. One of the falling leaves landed on the duck's nose, and it sneezed, alerting the grimm in the area. Kirby handed a napkin to the duck, and the baby bird blew its nose loudly.
Another onslaught of grimm emerged from the forest, baring their fangs and claws. Kirby, who was unhappy that the big doggies were bullying his new friend, opened his mouth and started inhaling, his mouth growing wider in order to fit the creatures that were much much bigger than him.
The goliath took a bit longer to inhale, but Kirby managed to swallow it whole after a few seconds. Kirby chewed for a few seconds and soon spit out the grimm, reduced to a pile of black goo on the floor. He pulled out a water bottle and started wiping his tongue. Grimm tasted nasty. It was like eating pure negativity and bad vibes.
The ducky asked Kirby if he was okay, and Kirby said he was. He'll just eat some cake to get rid of the aftertaste. He pulled out a Car-by Cake that his good friend Chef Kawasaki made, and ate it. He saved the strawberry for the duck, and the bird happily ate the short snack break, Kirby continued deeper the forest, following the path his instincts and connection to his Warp Star laid out for him like a trail of bread loaves.

"Damn… What the hell happened here?" The pilot muttered, staring at the largest crater he's ever seen. Glynda approached the window and looked down. "Saying that Kirby is destructive is quite the understatement," She whispered. At least now, she realized that Meta Knight's decision of downplaying Kirby's (and by extension, Dream Land's) true strength from the rest of Remnant was for the better.
"Where did you want me to drop you off?" The pilot asked. Glynda placed a hand to her chin, and answered, "A few miles west of here."
"You got it, boss."
Kirby is an enigma. The supposed reincarnation of god, made to represent positive emotions, and spread those positive emotions to the corners of the universe. He's the exact opposite of Zero. Despite being born from the same transcendent being, Zero's goal was to cover the universe in darkness and destruction. In a sort of dumbed down, child-like way, it sort of reminded her of the duality of the god of light and darkness.
Which is why it confused her that a creature made of spread happiness and love was capable of making a crater more than 40 miles wide.
"I need to ask for a raise," The pilot said under his breath. Glynda agreed with his sentiment. Dealing with the fate of the world was one thing. Having to protect reality itself was something else entirely.
After walking out of the warship, Glynda followed the path of destruction that Kirby left behind. Uprooted trees, massive craters, pieces of shrapnel and dirt lodged into the ground, as well as the disintegrated bodies of all sorts of grimm. She doesn't even want to know why there's currently a beowolf head lodged inside the body of a goliath.
As she went deeper and deeper into the forest, the shrill, pained cries of grimm became even louder. Yes, grimm typically did make grunts whenever they were in pain, but it was unnoticeable during the heat of battle.
Glynda heard growling coming from behind her, and before she could react, a death stalker had maneuvered around her. Strange, the grimm usually take any opportunity to kill a human, so why did it simply walk around her?
She followed the Death Stalker for about two miles, leading her straight to Kirby.
Who had a duckling on his head.
The death stalker snarled, and crawled its way towards Kirby. The pink puffball was already in the middle of fighting a pack of beowolves, with a nevermore assaulting him with sharp feathers from above. Glynda brought out her riding crop to help him, but quickly realized that he didn't need her help whatsoever.
Kirby jumped over a claw swipe, and then grabbed the beowolf by the tail. He spun the beast around, knocking the other monsters deep into the forest with enough power to shatter the tree trunks. Kirby then swung the beowolf up, and then slammed it into the death stalker, shattering the scorpion's bony armor and killing it instantly. Then, before it could disintegrate completely, Kirby pulled off one of the pincers and threw it into the sky like a javelin, skewering the nevermore.
The duckling quaked nervously, pointing its feather to Glynda. Kirby smiled when he saw her, and plucked the duck from his head and presented it to the professor.
Running Through the New World - Fade Out
"Why do you have a duck?" Glynda asked. Kirby explained the situation to her, but she couldn't understand a word he said. So, she nodded her head and acted like she did. "And, you taking care of this duckling won't interfere with you finding the Warp Star?" Kirby shook his head, and placed the bird back on his head.
Now Playing… The Smell of a Scary Beast (Kirby and the Forgotten Land)
Kirby turned around and skipped away, with Glynda walking at a brisk pace to keep up with him. They continued walking, until all three of them noticed a sudden shift in the atmosphere in the forest.
The trio entered a clearing that was underneath a cliff, with six holes arranged in rows of three. In front of the cliff there was a lake of black, thick liquid. Glynda immediately recognized this as the tar that the grimm were born from.
And in the middle of the liquid, a bright yellow star was trapped, ensnared by black tendrils that kept it from flying away. The star seemingly reacted to Kirby's presence, and began struggling, trying to break free from the tendrils.
But most surprising of all, there was white duck with yellow beak sitting on the warp star, trembling in fear as the star struggled. The mama duck saw her daughter and they both began quacking in sync, the baby crying for her mother, and the mother urging her daughter to stay away.
Kirby's eyes brightened when he saw his oldest companion, and began towards the star while he happily waved his arms. Then, two pairs of blood red eyes appeared in the lower middle cave, a low guttural growl was being emitted from the beast's throat.
When Kirby got close enough, the beast's head shot out of the cave, and consumed the Warp Star and the mama duck, and would've eaten Kirby as well if he didn't dodge in time.
The grimm resembled a centinel, with its long, segmented body and sharp legs. However, this beast now had two pairs of visible eyes, and a mouth filled with two sets of razor sharp teeth. In addition, the armor on its face now resembled a roman helmet and two crooked horns, as well as large spike plates on the body armor.
The monster crawled up to the top of the cliff and released a loud roar, glaring directly at Kirby as it retreated back into its cave.
Now Playing… VS. Dangerous Beast (Kirby and the Forgotten Land)
Hundred-Footed Horror
Ōmukade
Kirby grabbed the baby duckling and gave her to Glynda. As he did, a wall of purple flames burst from the ground, locking the professor out of the fight. Kirby calmly walked back to the shores of the lake, listening and waiting.
After a while, Kirby heard the snaps of Ōmukade's mandibles, and leapt to the side as the giant centipede rocketed from the bottom-left cave. Once it realized that it had missed, Ōmukade raised its body and slammed it into the ground, creating a shockwave that Kirby had to jump over. Kirby ran forward and tried slugging the centipede with his fists, but it retreated back into the cave, almost as quickly as it had disappeared.
Kirby walked backwards, waiting for the moment that Ōmukade would strike again. He could hear the giant insects legs clicking, the spikes being dragged along the floors of its cave system.
Kirby blinked, and Ōmukade's four red eyes appeared in the top-right cave. Milliseconds later, the centipede struck again. Instead of leaping to the side, Kirby backflipped, and grabbed the insect's mandibles. Ōmukade cried out, thrashing about and pulling away in order to free itself from the pink puffball's grasp. With one final pull, the mandible snapped off, Ōmukade shrieking in discomfort. As quickly as he could, Kirby turned around and swung, striking Ōmukade in the face. The giant insect recoiled in pain, shaking its head and retreating back into its cave.
To Glynda's surprise, Kirby opened his mouth and ate the mandible. After a flash of bright light, Kirby now wore a yellow hat with lighter rim and black eyes. The hat had two wings on the side, and a curved blade running down the middle of the cap.
Cutter Kirby removed the blade from his hat. The red eyes of Ōmukade emerged in the top-middle cave, and Kirby threw the blade as soon as the giant centipede lunged.
The blade struck Ōmukade's right eyes, and the overgrown bug screeched in pain, falling to the ground. Kirby ran up and yanked the blade from the eyes, and began slashing at the bug's face. He spun around and cleanly cut the right horn off. Ōmukade came to, and shrieked angrily when it saw its horn laying on the ground.
The giant centipede reared back, brandishing its sharp legs, and began stabbing them at Kirby. He pulled out another blade, and began parrying Ōmukade's strikes, flipping the blades so fast they were a golden blur. Ōmukade jabbed one of his legs into the ground, creating a shockwave that knocked Kirby off balance. In response, Kirby threw one of the cutters, but Ōmukade tilted his head to avoid the blow.
Ōmukade bared its fangs and lunged, taking a bite out of the ground. Kirby ran forward and slashed his cutters in an X-shape, leaving large gashes in the bony armor. As Ōmukade reared back its head in discomfort, the cutter from earlier boomerangs back, embedding itself in the chink of its armor. The giant centipede shrieks, and Kirby uses this opportunity to headbutt the centipede's. The blade on Kirby's hat cuts through Ōmukade's exoskeleton, and the giant bug once again cries out in pain.
Ōmukade slams his head into the ground, and removes the bladed hat from its chin. The hat transforms into a star with the image of a curved blade on it, and disappears into the lake of black goo.
The giant centipede thrashes about, creating shockwaves at a pace that Kirby can barely keep up with. Then, Ōmukade head slams right next to Kirby, the resulting shockwave knocks Kirby into the sky…
And straight into the lake of black goop, with Ōmukade crawling in after him.
Glynda's eyes widened slightly, and the duck began panicking.
Then Kirby floats to the top, with a white and red striped inner tube around his waist.
…Where did he even get that?
Kirby didn't seem to care, and he started kicking his feet to swim back to shore. His swim was interrupted by Ōmukade's legs attempting to clamp down on the pink puffball and drag him under the goop. Kirby was surprisingly fast in the water, dodging Ōmukade's clamping feet with relative ease.
The black liquid sloshes, and Ōmukade returns to the surface, coiling its long body around Kirby. He strains under the pressure, and opens one eye to seea thick, green liquid emerging from Ōmukade's mouth.
At the same time, both opponents open their mouths: Ōmukade to spit out a corrosive poison, and Kirby to inhale said poison.
He swallowed, and a red, black and yellow headband appeared, held together at the crest by a skull shaped gem. The crown began emitting a blueish purple liquid that swirled upwards and formed a vortex over Kirby.
Poison Kirby puffed his cheeks and belched a torrent of purple acid, hitting Ōmukade's gaping mouth and helmet. Ōmukade reels back and drops Kirby. The pink puffball turns around and spits out another glob of poison, propelling him to the centipede's neck. He quickly spins around in the air and performs a corkscrew drop kick, drilling into centipede's armor and cracking it. Once he lands, Kirby dips his hand into the poison on his headband, and starts jabbing his fist inside Ōmukade.
The centipede thrashes once more, knocking Kirby from the beast's body and back onto the shore His helmet was now melted, slowly dripping off the insect's face.
Ōmukade lunged once more, though the attack was considerably slower than last time. Kirby stepped to the side and grabbed the insect by the horn, and spit acid all over its body. Then, He jumped up, dragging Ōmukade along with him, and slamming it as hard as he could into the cliff.
VS. Dangerous Beast - Cut Off
Ōmukade shrieks, and crawls up to the top of the cliff. It spiraled upwards, the body twisting at an odd angle until it went stiff. The color of Ōmukade's armor started fading away, and the lights of its eyes went dim, until the body started melting away.
What remained afterwards was a black sphere with an eyeball and orange, petal-like appendages around its body, twitching and convulsing.
Boss Defeat SFX (Mario & Luigi: Dream Team)
The black sphere had begun inflating, and bright streams of light erupted from the body. The eye rolled backwards until only the whites were visible. And then, the sphere burst in an explosion of stars, bright lights being shot into the sky while the body slowly faded out of existence.
Once the light show had ended, the Warp Star slowly floated downwards, with the mama duck sitting on the top. The baby duckling flew out of Glynda's arms, and hopped towards the older waterfowl.
Then, Kirby, the star, and ducks all started dancing in unison.
Now Playing… Kirby Dance - Long (Kirby and the Forgotten Land)
Kirby performed the same moves when they first met, and did little to change the performance. The Warp Star started bouncing up and down, moving wherever Kirby did. The baby duck was on her mother's back, as she flew back and forth in the opposite direction of the warp star.
Kirby then jumped onto his Warp Star, dropping to the Poison-Ability and pumping his right hand in the air, while the ducks landed next to him, raising opposite wings in the air.
The Warp Star floated closer to Kirby, with the ducks seeming to gesture to Kirby's hand, who was still in the air.
With a roll of her eyes, Glynda finally gave him the hi-five he asked for on the day they first met.

"What a wonderful story, Kirby!" Weiss cooed, before immediately turning back to the rest and whispering, "Okay, did anybody understand what the hell that adorable marshmallow just said?!"
Everyone glumly shook their head, Pyrrha adding a small "I'm sorry!"
"Whatever it was, it sure sounded like Kirby had one heck of a day, didn't you little guy?" Jaune said with a smile, kneeling down to pet the aforementioned pink ball on the head. Kirby frowned, and decided he wanted to figure out how far he could stick Jaune's arm down his interdimensional stomach.
"AHHHHHHHH! Gethimoffgethimoffgethimoffgethimoff!" Jaune screamed.
"Ya think he was scream from earlier?" Ruby asked Weiss, remembering the high-pitched scream that sounded pretty girly. Weiss shrugged, and walked towards the blonde knight, but Nora had already appeared behind him and whacked him on the head with her warhammer/grenade launcher, Magnihild.
"Don't play so rough with him!" Nora yelled. "You want this lil' bean to get hurt?!" She asked, wrapping Kirby in her arms.
"Poyo!" Kirby said, waving his arms.
"More like I didn't want him to tear off my arm!" Jaune said back. He wilted when Nora glared in his direction, pink sparks of electricity flying from her arms. Kirby's laugh somehow made it even more menacing.

Now Playing… Who's the Boss? (Sonic Mania)
"Damn, he already got the Warp Star. Well, that'll definitely put a damper on ol' Cinderella's plans." In the skies above the Emerald Forest, a wizard wrapped in a cloak dotted with stars observed the group. Other than his cloak, he wore large, silver pauldrons and a red medallion. The most recent edition to his wardrobe however, was the skull-shaped mask that resembled a geist, with the addition of two large horns and a pair of purple shades. Underneath his cloak a swirling mass of dark energy.
"Well, what did I expect; this is Kirby, after all," Nightmare muttered.
"What does Kirby obtaining the Warp Star have anything to do with your current objective? "
"Nothing, nothing! However, that does mean that he can travel all of this world. No doubt he's going to go looking for his pesky friends!" Nightmare ranted, clenching his fist.
"Your logic is valid. Shall I notify Cinder Fall of this development? "
"Ehh… Nah, don't bother. I can't wait to see the look on her face when Kirby comes smashing through her base! Besides, I'm not even supposed to be here. I'm supposed to supervise the… oh, what were those guys called again?"
"The White Fang. "
"Right, the White Fang! Hah, I can never bother to remember the names of mere mortals," Nightmare chuckled. "Now, about the silver girl, would a lock of her hair suffice, or should I capture the entire specimen?"
"Hair is sufficient, but the cloning process would proceed faster with the entire specimen. Alive. "
"Sigh… you never let me have any fun, Star Dream. Oh well." Nightmare snapped his fingers, and a dark portal appeared behind. A drawing pad and a charcoal pencil appeared in Nightmare's hand, and he quickly scribbled a crude mugshot of Ruby Rose.
"All right, listen up you magnificent monster! The big boss man wants this girl captured. Something about experimentation and using our new 'employers' weakness against her, understood?" The monster Nightmare summoned gave him a salute, which was quickly followed by goofy, yet unsettling laughter as he took the drawing and sniffed.
"Good, good. Now go, fetch the girl! Fetch!" And with that, the monster dropped into the forest and rolled away, knocking down trees and crushing any grimm and woodland animals that happened to be in its way.
Nightmare cackled. "Oh, I love when a betrayal comes together," He chuckled darkly, wiping a fake tear from behind his mask.
