Back in the cabin, Lincoln and the girls were chilling in the main room. Jordan was reading a book, Ronnie Anne was laying across the floor and the others were doing...whatever.

Lincoln:"This place sure feels like it has everything."

Christina:"Not literally, right?"

Lincoln:"Yes."

Mollie:"Is there any else to see or have we've gone through it all?"

Christina:"There are a few places we haven't explored yet out in the woods."

Getting up from the coach, Mollie headed over the window and looked around.

Mollie:"Well, I hope I get to see them soon."

But it was then, that she noticed something that looked out of the ordinary. A tower, looking to be of a medieval age by the looks of it, made of concrete and stone, moss growing at the side, and an ominous red light coming through the cracks and windows. Continuing through the woods, Christina talks about where exactly she's leading them.. Mollie calls over Christina to take a look herself.

Mollie:"You know anything about that place, Christina?"

Christina:"Honestly, I've never seen it before?"

Mollie:"Seriously?"

Christina:"Yep."

Lincoln:"(goes over) What are you guys looking at?"

Mollie:"Looks like some kind of fortress tower."

It definitely got Lincoln curious and peaked the others' interests as well.

Lincoln:"We should go check it out later."

Christina:"There is another place we go look at until then."

Deciding to head out again, Christina guides them to a place where they could see the whole forest from there. Heading west of the cabin, they travel through the woods and some of them begin to have the feeling that they're being watched. All the while, they could see the tower in the distance.

Christina:"There's a small observatory out here. It used to belong to my grandfather also."

Lincoln:"An observatory for what exactly?"

Christina:"Well...you could see the whole forest from there and it can even be used for gazing at stars."

Mollie:"And I'm guessing it's gonna be on a cliff or hillside?"

Christina:"Yep, and we're nearly there."

Paige:"Cool. I've always wanted to see the big dipper."

Suddenly, running out of the bushes was a girl with messy hair, bumping straight into Lincoln. As they steadied themselves, the girl remained frozen, just like the rest of the group, who got a good look at her. She was about Lynn's age, her messy hair reached her ankles, she wore a brown jacket over a white shirt and black skirt, and white with black striped knee length socks on with black shoes. After a moment of silence did she finally speak.

Melody:"Who are you people?"

Ronnie Anne:"We should be asking you that sister!"

Lincoln:"Easy, Ronnie Anne. Look, we don't mean any trouble. I'm Lincoln, these are my friends, Ronnie Anne, Jordan, Mollie, Christina, Paige, and Stella. Now, if I may ask, who are you?"

Melody:"Oh...My name's Melody. We've been watching you since you've got here."

Jordan:"We've only been here for like an hour."

Stella:"Why have you been watching us?"

Melody:"We needed to be sure if we could trust you."

Lincoln:"Wait...'We'?"

Suddenly, two more kids showed up, both boys and also about Lynn's age. The first boy wore a green hoodie, black pants, had black hair, graphite shoes and dark brown glasses. The second boy wore a jean jacket, light grey pants and a dark red shirt, he also had black hair with a bang covering his left eye. The group backed up a little when both boys popped out.

Melody:"This is Raine, and this is NJ. We've...kinda been living out here."

Stella:"Okay, but that still doesn't explain why you've been watching us."

Melody:"We wanted to make sure we can trust you. We've been in need of some help recently."

NJ:"Yeah, with Beth's condition an all. It's getting harder for us to hide."

Lincoln:"There's another one of you?"

NJ:"She's out back, keeping watch. She'll come by soon."

He starts to move forward, passing by the others.

Lincoln:"Well, why don't we just go meet her now-"

Then, he bumped into something. Regaining himself, the first thing he noticed were a pair of giant feet with black shoes, attached to giant legs that were attached to a giant woman, who wore a yellow hoodie, black shorts, a red shirt with a dark purple image of Saturn on it. As her long, fiery red hair was in a ponytail that reached her bottom as she stared down and smiled at Lincoln.

Beth:"Uh...hi?"

The was group was shocked, especially Lincoln, who was like (D:) as he nearly lost his balance, looking at her.

Ronnie Anne:"Beth...i-is a giant!?"

Melody:"Not naturally."

Lincoln:"What do you mean?'

Beth:"Well, my power to the size of anything I'm near kinda backfired and now, I'm stuck like this."

Jordan:"Wait...powers?"

Raine:"We all have special powers.

NJ:"Born with them. Nothing too special, really."

Lincoln:"Are you kidding? You guys have super powers and a friend who's a giant! I've always wanted to have a giant woman as a friend."

The rest of the girls look at him with confused expressions.

Lincoln:"...What?"

Beth:"(in her thoughts) This kid watches too many cartoons."

Ronnie Anne:"Nothing. Let's just head to the observatory."

The observatory itself was a huge metal tower, painted silver with blue outlining, with a dome shape at the top and an opening a telescope. It was practically a giant domed sport flask. The majority of the group headed inside the red double doors to the place, but Beth was too big to get inside the building. She had to crouched down, have to be on her knees and stomach, and her butt sticking up in the air as she peered inside. Within the main room, there were papers and some equipment scattered all over the floor. There was a lot of equipment for stargazing and a desk that had maps and charts, even on the wall over the table. Next to the table would the door to a supply closet and in the center of the room was a spiral staircase that lead further up. The group looked around the place, but there no light to help them see.

Lincoln:"It's kinda dark in here."

Christina:"Hold on, I think I found a light switch."

She pulled down a large crank downward and instead of turning on the lights, it actually projected the night sky up on the ceiling, leaving the kids astonished.

Ronnie Anne:"Woah."

Jordan:"It's almost like a planetarium."

Lincoln:"Christina, how could your grandfather afford this?"

Christina:"Honestly, I'm not entirely sure. But I do know he sold some artifacts from a few explorations he's been on."

Beth:"Wow. I wanna see too!"

Melody:"No, wait! Beth-!"

But it was too late, Beth forced her head through the doors, and now's stuck. She tried to pull back, but it wasn't working.

Beth:"Well...this is awkward."

Ronnie Anne:"Sorry, Beth. But it can't be helped right now."

Beth:"Oh well."

On the bright side, she was still able to see the stars by looking up. Then, walking over to the table was Christina, who took a glimpse at the papers that were on the desk.

Christina:"My grandfather must've been analyzing the entire forest."

Raine:"Yeah, we've been doing stuff like that too. We've came here before, but only for a supply run."

Melody:"There were also these blueprints all over the place."

Handing the blueprints over to Christina, she got a good look at them also.

Christina:"Looks like my Grandfather was also building a high powered telescope."

Lincoln:"Something tells me he may have already finished it. (points to the stairs)"

Paige:"Well, only one way to find out."

But before they could go up, they forgot about Beth, who still had her head stuck in the doorway.

Beth:"Guys? A little help here?"

Melody:"Oh, right. Let's get you out of there, then we'll meet you up top."

With Mollie helping, did both girls begin to push Beth out of the doorway, pushing at her cheeks, which were kinda squishy.

Mollie:"Hold on."

After a few minutes of pushing, they finally got Beth free.

Beth:"Okay, Now I'll meet you guys on the top floor."

Heading up to the top of the observatory, it was a glass dome where the majority of the forest could be spotted. When they all got up there, Beth suddenly rose into view, startling Lincoln as he gasped and jumped a little.

Lincoln:"Woah. I don't think I'll ever get used to seeing a giant."

Beth laughs softly at when he was startled. Now, they all get to the giant telescope in the center of the room, and it was big.

Stella:"Yep. That's it alright."

Christina:"So...who wants to go first on it?"

Ronnie Anne:"It's still daytime though. How would it work now?"

Christina:"Well, according to the blueprints we found, the telescope has a special lens that allows it to work in the day."

The others were impressed by the sound of the telescopes engineering.

Christina:"So, anyone wanna try it out first?"

Jordan:"Let Lincoln try it out. It is his vacation after all."

Lincoln:"Thanks, Jordan."

After the two gave each other one quick hug, Lincoln heads over to a seat next to the telescope and looks through it. Upon looking through it, he was amazed by what he saw.

Lincoln:"Woah. I can actually see space!"

Turning the scope, he mostly saw stars, but then could see a ringed planet moving by.

Lincoln:"I can see Saturn!"

Upon hearing this, Beth looks down at her shirt, to the Saturn pictured printed on it.

Beth:"You don't mean the one on my shirt, do you?"

Lincoln:"No. But that's very funny."

The others laugh lightly as Lincoln gets off the telescope.

Lincoln:"So who's next?"

Mollie:"I'll go!"

Immediately jumping into the seat, Mollie looks through the telescope and turns it to see Venus right in front of the sun.

Mollie:"Woah. (feels something) Hey, what's this?"

Christina:"Wait, Mollie. Don't-"

But it was too late, as what she was touching was a switch for the special lenses that allowed the scope to work in the day. The moment, she flicked the switch, she got blinded by the sun. Then, she jumps out of the chair, lands on the floor and rolls around in pain while holding her eyes.

Mollie:"My eyes!"

Lincoln, Ronnie Anne, Raine, Jordan and Stella laugh at how she was reacting, until Christina pulled her back up to her feet.

Christina:"You shouldn't mess with that, Mollie. It's the switch for the lenses. One wrong move, and your eyeballs could be blown out."

Mollie:"(rubbing her eyes) Now you tell me. At least I saw Venus before I was nearly blinded. It had the same shade of brown as my hair, and it kinda reminds me of how tough I am."

Lincoln:"Well at least, that we can agree on. (turned to the powered kids) Hey, how about one of you guys give it a try."

Melody steps forward and accepts Lincoln's offer, deciding to look through the telescope and seeing Mars in a distance.

Melody:"I often wonder if our powers came from the stars."

Stella:"Why would you think that?"

Melody:"(looks a her) 'Cuz normal humans aren't born with superpowers."

Raine:"But we were, Melody. We already know how we got these powers. Remember?"

Melody said nothing. However, everyone's attention was drawn to Beth leaning against the observatory...without it giving in by her size.

Beth:"Ah, I miss the moment we first got our powers. It was pretty exciting."

Ronnie Anne:"Huh. She's got great balance."

Christina:"Well, the place was built to be strong."

And it was then that Beth noticed the other tower in the distance, the red glow still seeping out of its cracks and windows.

Beth:"Can you guys see that from where you're standing?"

The others then look over to see the tower themselves.

Lincoln:"Anybody else wondering what's going on over there?"

NJ:"We do...but let's explain it somewhere else."

Heading back down, they were at the front entrance of the observatory.

Ronnie Anne:"So you guys know what's going with that tower?"

NJ:"We...recently got away from the place."

Melody:"Took at least a month."

Jordan:"Maybe we should head back to the cabin and discuss this."

Lincoln:"...I know you guys would probably want to be on your way...but would you wanna stick around to helps us find out?"

The others look at each other before nodding 'yes'. And so, they all walk back towards the cabin. But as they do, the others could feel the ground shake at the step of Beth's feet. They bounced up a few centimeters in the air as Beth made her own way to the cabin.

Stella:"Does the happen a lot?"

Melody:"Usually?"

Though pretty far from them, Beth could still hearing them talking.

Beth:"(voice echoing) It's one of the many downsides to being so big."

Ronnie Anne:"What do you mean by that?"

Beth:"I can't go inside buildings, can't find any places to sit or lay down. Plus, I'm noticeable."

Raine:"We got powers like her, but we don't really know what she feels, living as a giant."

Ronnie Anne:"Neither would we."

Lincoln:"(to himself) Lily's already done that."

Jordan:"What was that, Lincoln?"

Lincoln:"Nothing!"

Upon reaching the cabin, the powered kids were looking like they had mixed feelings about it and it caught the attention of the others. And it was then that she pulls out a picture of her and the rest of her friends on a cabin overlooking a beach on a cliffside. The cabin was a bright yellow, much like the cabin they have here, but with a red-brown roof instead of black. It had one small window on the left side, one big window on the right, and pink flowered in the front yard

Lincoln:"You guys okay?"

Melody:"Uh, we're fine. It's just that this cabin reminds us of home."

Christina:"Well, if you guys are alright, let's head inside."

They all head in, but Beth was a little hesitant at first.

Beth:"I don't think I could fit through there."

Stella:"I'm sure it'll be fine, Beth."

Raine:"Just take it slowly."

Doing as told, Beth actually did managed to make it in half way as she got a good look of the cabin's interior.

Beth:"Nice place you got here."

Christina:"Thank you."

But, just as she made it halfway through, she couldn't pull the rest of herself inside as she felt the edges of the doorway tug at her waist. Looking back, she braces her hands against the wall, trying to force herself in, wiggling her butt on the other side. But, when that doesn't work, she slumps.

Beth:"Uh...guys? I don't suppose you don't have a backdoor, do you?"

Christina:"Well, we do, but I don't think you would fit through there either."

Beth:"Oh."

Ronnie Anne:"Hang on. Let's try and get you out of there."

Alongside her, Mollie, Christina and Melody helped in trying to get Beth through, with Ronnie Anne and Christina grabbing hold of her right arm, and Mollie and Melody taking her left, and they all pull at her until they whined up getting exhausted.

Melody:"It's no use."

Beth:"Yep. This is one of the downsides of being so big."

Lincoln:"Well, you still made it halfway through, so you can still have fun with us."

Beth:"Thanks...but I'm not really comfortable right now."

Lincoln:"Sorry."

Stella:"Now, if I may ask, I was wondering as to how exactly did you guys get your powers."

Each of the powered kids were looking at each other such concern, until Rain finally spoke up.

Raine:"It's a long story..."

Flashback to about a month ago in the mysterious fortress not too far away from the cabin. The kids were dressed in medical gowns, and then their captor showed up with a device that was conducting a lot of electricity. The kids pulled at their restraints, trying to break free, but it was all in vain.

Raine:"That tower you saw belongs to crazy psychopath who conducted experiments on us. He pulled us from our home and made us who we are."

The figure could be seen working on some chemicals on a table. He had light brown hair that was swept back, pale skin, and he was wearing a white lab coat with a lime green shirt underneath, black gloves on both his hands, Dark grey pants and black boots, along with dark blue goggles with vermillion lenses strapped around his head. He laughs evil as he holds up the two beakers, having green and orange chemicals inside.

Raine:"His name was Andreas Alaister. He did this to us."

In the flashback, Andreas faces his five captors.

Andreas:"I'm so glad to have finally caught you kids."

Melody:"What do you want from us?!"

Andreas:"I want living weapons. And you five are the lucky candidates."

Beth:"Well, we're not gonna be your slaves!"

Andreas:"That's too bad. For this is my only chance to impress the president. Once he sees my genius, he will-"

Ronnie Anne:"Woah, woah, woah, woah, wait. The president was involved in all this?"

Raine:"We know. It caught us by surprise. But apparently, that psycho was hired by the president to find a way to make new weapons. Anyway, he was all like-"

Andreas:"That's too bad. For this is my only chance to impress the president. Once he sees my genius, he will finally respect me!"

Melody:"Is showing the president all this even necessary?"

Andreas:"I wouldn't worry about that. He doesn't know about the process of my experiments."

Next thing the kids new, they were strapped to gurneys as Andreas' twisted experiment began. They each had a helmet connected to a tube that's on a machine with four glass domes on top of it. Andreas inserted his green chemical that he had been working on and filled up each dome. At the flick of a switch, the kids' cranial cavities were penetrated and the fluid was injected into each and everyone of them. They were in tremendous pain as they thrashed and pulled at their restraints, shaking, veins visible through their skin. Andreas laughed evilly as everything was going just as he'd hoped. By the time it was all over, the kids looked and felt...dead; but there were still alive. Unstrapping them and removing the helmets, Andreas examined each of the kids, who were drifting in and out of consciousness.

Andreas:"Anybody still in there?"

When they eventually woke up, they could already feel power coursing through their veins. Each of them were taken into a separate rooms full of some random objects, such as a flower pot, a wooden chair, and a dresser, a mannequin, a coatrack, a plant and a mirror while Andreas was watching from security cameras from his surveillance room.

Andreas:"Time to impress me, children. And if you're thinking about getting smart, please take notice of the electric shock panels beneath your feet."

Which they did; seeing as Andreas though of everything to keep them in line, they had no choice but to demonstrate their new powers as NJ was up first. Andreas looked like he was going to enjoy this.

Andreas:"Andrew, please come in and see your father's work in action."

Apparently, the mad scientist had a son as well, who came in, wearing a light brown jacket, spikey black hair, a blue-grey buttoned shirt and greige cargo pants. He and his father were looking through the monitors as NJ demonstrated powers of electricity, shooting lightning out of his finger tips and frying everything that was in his room. While Andreas was looking to be enjoying what he was seeing, Andrew merely had an evil smile on his face. Up next was Melody, who demonstrated plant based powers as she used the plant that was in her room to grow large vines and destroy all the other things by swinging, smashing and crushing them. Her powers seemed to work by her emotions, as what the plant was doing was what she wanted to do to Andreas right now. Raine was next and he showed powers of wind, blasting concentrate air from his palms. Each and everyone of them were speechless and somewhat horrified by what they were doing, while Andreas and his son were enjoying the results. As for Beth, she was shooting an orange beam was causing things to glow orange as they either grow or shrink at her will. Specifically, she turned rocks into boulders and all the random items into toys. Just like everyone, she was surprised by what she had just did as Andreas talked over a speaker.

Andreas:"Such a marvelous performance. (to Andrew) Son, go fetch our new living weapons.

Escorted by Andrew, the kids reunited and were now in front of Andreas again, lined up like soldiers.

Andreas:"Congratulations are in order. I must say that I am impressed by your upgrades. It'll make things a lot more interesting when I put you through REAL work."

NJ:"What are you talking about?"

Andreas:"Well, I lied when I said I wanted to impress the president. I just to kill him and take his place."

The kids got scarred after hearing that. This guy wanted to kill the president, and the last thing they want is that kind of blood on their hands.

Beth:"You're seriously gonna make us kill the president?!"

Andreas:"Yep. And once he's gone, I'll take it as my chance to get elected."

Melody:"You'd never make a good president!"

Andreas:"Actually, I think anybody who's smart enough to handle any diplomatic problem is sure to get elected."

And as Andreas is laughing evilly, Raine suddenly see's something that'll help them escape. A pair of pipes that were leaking steam. Andreas and Andrew were looking away from the kids, going over their place as they look at a map of Washington DC, giving the kids their chance. Nudging Melody, he motions her to use her powers in order to crush the pipes so that they could burst. Much her to surprise, her developing powers allowed her to shoot vines from her hands as they slithered and wrap around the pipers. Melody looks at Raine with concern, as she wasn't sure this was a good idea.

Raine:"(whispers) Do it!"

Squeezing the pipes with her vines, they did in fact burst, causing smoke to fill the room.

Andreas:"What the-?"

But it didn't stop there. The bursting of the pipes caused an explosion that burned the entire room, and allowing the kids to escape.

Raine:"Heh. That part was too much fun."

Stella:"Agreed, but ouch. It must've been painful having that liquid injected into your heads."

NJ:"You have no idea."

Mollie:"Hmph. Makes me wonder what kind of power I would get from some of the liquid stuff."

Paige:"Don't even think about it."

Raine:"Anyway, after we escaped the fortress, we headed back out our cabin, which is at a cliffside, far from here..."

Flashback to the kids arriving at their cliffside cabin, changing back into the clothes they were currently wearing as they take this as their chance to relax...as much as they could.

Beth:"So...as we all okay?"

NJ:"(Scarred s**tless) Define 'okay', Beth."

Melody:"(Surprised) I've been better. But wow, that power...what we just did."

Raine:"(Amazed) I-I-I'll look into it, find out what exactly what happened to us."

Beth:"Good thinking. Still can't believed that happened though, not mention that psychopath doing this to us...(holds her stomach) Ohh..."

Raine:"You good, Beth?"

Beth:"Y-Yeah, just feel a little weird."

Raine:"Must be a side-effect. Let me look into this."

However, this wasn't something he would get a chance to analyze, as inside Beth's body, a singular cellular organism had been over-mutated...and begins to swell up. Pretty soon, her entire body began to feel gurgly as she holds her stomach in pain.

Beth:"(in pain) I don't feel so good. (groans)"

NJ:"Beth! Are you alright?"

And then, she starts to grow, leaving the others speechless at the sight of her grow ft by ft.

Beth:"What's happening to me?!"

Pretty soon, she was just as big as she was currently, with the cabin getting too small for her to stand in, with her back tightly pressing against the ceiling.

Beth:"This is becoming a little too close for comfort."

Then, the ceiling begins to crack, with a little bit of dust and debris falling down from it. And she soon, breaks right through it, as outside, the top half of Beth's body bursts through the roof of the cabin.

Beth:"Well, at least I don't feel in pain anymore."

The others run outside to see Beth in her new size. The now giant woman steps over the edge of the roof and rejoins the others.

Beth:"So...anybody with an idea of what the heck just happened?"

Melody:"Definitely has something to do with your powers."

Raine:"Hold still for a second, Beth. I need to check something."

Running back into the cabin, he brings out an ipad with an app that brings up an x-ray scanner. Then Raine uses it to see Beth's now giant bones, muscles and organs until he finally sees the mutated cell that caused this. Unlike the rest of them, the scanner was showing that cell in an orange color, indicating its mutation while the rest were blue, indicating that they were normal.

Raine:"Not sure how it's possible, but it seems as though that one cell had mutated, causing your body to grow at a abnormal rate."

Beth:"Wow. Guess that green stuff was more powerful than any of us thought. Maybe you guys oughta watch for any surprises as well."

NJ:"No way, am I becoming a giant."

Raine:"Relax, NJ. We all have different powers, so we're all bound to have different surprises."

Beth:"Well, that's great. I wonder how long I'm gonna be stuck like this."

Raine:"This could takes some time getting used to."

Beth:"And then, I've been spending an entire month, trying to reverse the effects since then."

Ronnie:"Wow...how exactly were you trying to reverse the effects?"

Beth:"Mainly, I've been trying to shoot myself with my own power, but after the first three times, it hadn't seemed to work. As you could see what it got my into."

The others start to feel bad for her once again.

Lincoln:"Well...at least you can still hang out with us. And I've still always wanted a giant woman as a friend."

Beth:"You have one wild imagination, Lincoln. But that's still very sweet of you."

Then, carefully using one of her hands, she pulls him close to her chest and gives him a REALLY great big hug. The others were happy for him, until Mollie looked out one of the windows and saw it was getting pretty late.

Mollie:"I don't know about you guys, but I think it's time we get some sunshine."

Stella and Paige look out the window themselves and agree with Mollie.

Stella:"Yeah, we should probably go to bed."

Beth:"Am I really gonna have to sleep like this?"

NJ:"Unless you prefer sleeping outside. We're all stuck here thanks to you."

Beth:"Fine."

While the powered kids stayed in the living room for the night, the rest of the group went to their own respected room, Lincoln, Jordan, Mollie and Christina in the first, and Ronnie Anne, Paige and Stella in the second. The powered kids slept in a circle formation in the living room while Beth had her arms crossed to rest her head on it. Outside, she also had her legs tucked under her butt, folded up. Meanwhile, Lincoln and his roommates were having a quiet conversation with each other.

Jordan:"So, what you guys think of these kids?"

Christina:"Are we seriously gonna help them take down a psychopathic scientist?"

Lincoln:"I don't really mind. If I can take down a crazy Scottish castle caretaker from ruining my family's heritage, I'm pretty sure we can do anything."

The girls look at him confusingly.

Lincoln:"Long story, I'll tell you about it someday."

Mollie:"Lincoln, you say the weirdest things sometimes."
