Chapter 4- Seeing Harry again.

James and Lily were desperate to see Harry again as they both felt that they had failed Harry as they had died when he was so young. Remus and Sirius tried to keep them from seeing Harry but, they knew that there was nothing they could do from keeping them to see Harry until they were able to move him to headquarters. They both knew that it wouldn't be long until James and Lily found a way around both of them and snuck off to see Harry.

James and Lily knew that Sirius and Remus were preventing them from seeing Harry sooner on Dumbledore's request but, they didn't care they wanted to have as much time with their son as they had already lost so much time with Harry, they just needed to have Sirius and Remus leave them alone for a bit so they could escape and apparated to where Harry was and bring him home.

Luckily for James and Lily Dumbledore had called an order meeting the next day that Remus and Sirius both had to attend. Remus and Sirius were honestly grateful for this meeting however because if they kept James and Lily at their home any longer, they felt that James and Lily would use any force possible to leave.

Remus and Sirius went to the meeting knowing the second that they left James and Lily left to privet drive to go see Harry and possibly even bring him back to Potter Manor however, they trusted that Dumbledore had a plan and knew that James and Lily would go see Harry. When they got there the Weasley's, and Hermione were there and would be staying at Grimmauld Place for the rest of the summer. The meeting was taking place in the kitchen and in the meeting was Sirius, Remus, Arthur, Molly, and Dumbledore.

"I thought this was supposed to be a full order meeting?" Sirius asked.

"It was going to be a full order meeting however we had to move up our extraction of Harry and we were going to reintroduce James and Lily to the order but, Harry was attacked." Dumbledore said.

"Wait James and Lily who?" Molly asked.

"James and Lily Potter of course." Dumbledore responded.

"They're back like alive again?" Arthur asked.

"Yes, they're back and back for good now so it will be of no harm that everyone in the order knows." Dumbledore answered.

"So, what does this mean for Harry?" Molly asked.

"Harry will no longer have to live with his aunt and uncle anymore he will now be able to live with his parents in Potter Manor." Dumbledore said.

"Is Harry alright?" Sirius asked.

"Harry is fine Mrs. Figg contacted me and said that he was attacked but he was doing fine thanks to two strangers who helped her get him to his aunt's place." Dumbledore responded.

"Who attacked Harry." Remus asked.

"I'm not quite sure yet but it very well could've been his cousin and his friends Mrs. Figg didn't tell me how he was attacked just the fact that he was attacked." Dumbledore responded.

There was no need to name the two people who helped Mrs. Figg as they all knew that it was James and Lily who had helped Mrs. Figg get him back to his aunt's place.

The meeting between the five of them ended as the rest of the order had returned from getting Harry out of privet drive and to Grimmauld place.

The moment that Sirius and Remus left James and Lily immediately apparated to privet drive hoping to see Harry they knew that they couldn't just randomly go up to him and say that it was them but, they just wanted to see Harry for the first time in 14 years. They also had to stay out of sight from her sister because that was another problem that they would deal with at another time. James and Lily arrived at privet drive and started to look around the neighbourhood hoping to find Harry because they weren't exactly sure what house that Petunia lived in. They had been looking for about half an hour when Lily finally spotted him in the park on the swings.

"James look on the swings there he is!" Lily exclaimed. "He looks just like you."

James could see Lily's eyes start to tear up as she was looking at Harry and thinking about how much time that they had lost with Harry.

"It's ok Lils." James told Lily. "We might have lost a lot of time with Harry but, now we're back and we can be a part of his life now."

Lily nuzzled up to James who had put his arm around her to comfort her. They couldn't stay there for long as they didn't want Harry to see them as they wanted Sirius or Remus to be there with them so then they could convince Harry that it was truly them.

It was just another day in the summer for Harry he didn't like to spend much time at his aunt's house, so he normally spent his time at the park thinking about how he failed Cedric and Voldemort's return. He decided that it was about time to go back to the house however on the way back he got this cold feeling that happened multiple times in his third year he pulled out his wand and continued walking to this underpass and a dementor came at him and he tried casting a Patronus, but he couldn't find it in him to do it. Harry was just losing conscience when he heard someone cast a Patronus and saw messy black hair and a red head running towards him.

James and Lily saw Harry go down the underpass and they saw the dementors following Harry down the underpass and throwing caution to the wind they ran to protect Harry from the dementors and casted their Patronus's right as Harry passed out. They didn't notice that someone had followed them down the underpass.

"Let me help you out." The lady said.

"How do we know to trust you?" Lily fired back.

"I'm Mrs. Figg I'm here to watch over Harry on the orders of Dumbledore." Mrs. Figg told them. James and Lily looked at each other and both decided that they could trust her.

"Can you help us get Harry back to his aunt's?" James asked.

"Yes, I can." Mrs. Figg responded.

They made their way to Petunia's house but, right before they got there James and Lily had to leave and go back to Potter Manor and then to Grimmauld Place once they were called on by Dumbledore. It was best that they didn't ignore Dumbledore as they had already ignored him and went to see Harry even if they weren't able to actually speak to him and he couldn't see them.
