The Northern Air Temple

Northern Mountain Range

As we sat around a middle aged man tell a story about these "Airwalkers". When the man had said his Great-Grandfather saw them last week. I immediately see the gears in Aang's head going, hoping that it is his people for which I am hesitant about it. For which I think of it in the terms of the Jedi Purge, in which I see the skeletal remains of Master Luminara Unduli, or the gathering of Jedi as a trap to draw in the unsuspecting Padawans and Knights who had survived to be cutdown by either Inquisitors or Vader. This must be a Fire Nation Ploy. Which I think of with an analysis of thinking it is a made up story as he walks to take tips I pull out a few coins and place them in the hat. We leave the next morning for the site where the man had seen them. Katara asks," Do you really think we'll find some Airbenders?"

For which Sokka replies," You want me to be like you or totally honest?"

She counter," Are you saying I'm a liar?"

"I'm saying your optimist same thing."

I look at him," Then am I a liar for being an optimist."

Sokka turns to me," No you are both an optimist and a realist. Do you really think we're going to see an Airbender other than Aang?" Both Sokka and Katara look at me.

"No, I don't but Aang has hope that it is true that maybe a small outcropping of his people may still yet live. Then let him hope for such we could use one. If not then we will have to cheer up Aang somehow." I tell them with a clear voice though knowing deep down that it is uncertainty for which I can't see the future as clearly I was able to since before whatever it was I felt emanating from Jedha I feel a bunch of paths are opening to the galaxy's future though to what I can't tell for which I am uncertain. As we approach we see some form of people using Gliders for which Katara is amazed by but Aang is distraught for no reason.

"They really are Airbenders," She exclaims!

Aang responds sadly,"No they're not."

"What do you mean they're not? Those guys are Flying!"

"Gliding maybe but not Flying. You can tell by the way they move, they're not Airbending those people have no spirit." Aang explains to us as I am about to ask about it we're practically dive bombed by one of them. I quickly watch Aang give one of his rare smirks as he pursues the kid. Which I use the Force to grab the reins to Appa. Katara and Sokka look for a place to land at the Northern Air Temple. In which I see a bunch of people with Gliders standing around as we look upwards towards the sky. We see the aerial maneuvering between Aang and another boy who is in a Wheelchair that can equip a glider. It makes me wish for a Jetpack again even though it would probably take a little bit of getting used to since I haven't used one in a long time, not since the missions following the escapades with Saw Gerrera and the return to Lothal. The boy who Aang was trying to outperform via the maneuvers was so thrilled when he pieced it together he is an Airbender and the Avatar. I simply hang back as Teo guides us through the Temple with Aang being disgusted at the changes he is caught off guard by so many of them with his culture being overwritten by development and those who now live there. Though some of it is quite impressive and ingenious. I would most likely be in a similar mood if this was relating to the Jedi but I do feel sorry for him as they continue on. I find a quiet place to meditate and review my new Holocron. It is quickly opened but has a new slightly new presence that I have never felt but seems quite familiar.

"Greetings, I am Jedi Master Bastila Shan, Guardian of this Holocron. How may I assist you young one," She proclaims and offers her aid?

"I am Ezra Bridger I seek information on," As I ponder what I am going to ask about then it strikes me a question that has been lingering on my mind," Who is Revan."

Her face scrunches up in a way that reminds me of my Father. After several minutes she finally answer," Revan was a Jedi whose name is lost to record. His first act which caused him to stand out was when he led Jedi splinters against the Mandalorians. Which he would eventually win in the Mandalorian Wars but vanished for a time then returned as a self-proclaimed Dark Lord of the Sith as Darth Revan. He was eventually betrayed by his apprentice Darth Malak when a Jedi Strike team I led was tasked with capturing him. He would in time regain his strength and memories and lead us to the Starforge and slay his former student while destroying the relic. In which we had a son after the Jedi Civil war named Vaner Shan. He started having visions and then left, to which that is all I can recall his fate is unknown to me."

"What are you for, you're not like an ordinary Guardian of a Holocron. You seem to have a sense of sentience because you would not have used the word me at the end of what you said. So what are you?"

"I am Bastila fully when I was on the brink of death. I put what remained of myself into this Holocron and left it in the care of my son and all who would come after. You would not have been granted this Holocron unless you're descended from me but your lack of knowledge on Revan is quite surprising since I would have expected your Father to have told you of your ancestry. Could you explain that,"

"We were separated when I was young by the Empire and the Jedi order is no more. Thus I have been on my own with my training since my Master's sacrifice. I have mostly been learning from two Holocrons, two dead Jedi Masters, and the Will of the Force," I explain to her with it being uncertain," Thus I need the Knowledge to be ready for what the Sith have instore for me. I have never heard of Revan until I met the old lady in the World between Worlds."

" What did this old woman look like?"

" She wore a black robe with the hood covering her eyes and she had these two strands of braided hair and she kept on leaving me more confused every time she spoke and she was the one who told me I was his descendant. Then it was told to me again by Master Yoda when he Knighted me calling me, Ezra Shan Bridger."

"Revan's master she was always very difficult though there is more I have to explain..." She is interrupted by Sokka running over to me with a look full of purpose. I quickly stand closing the Holocron as I turn to look at him.

" We have a problem with the Fire Nation," Sokka tells me as we begin to walk to the office of this Mechanist.

"What happened this time?"

"Well he was making weapons for the Fire Nation and Aang found out. Which you know how he can be at times and he knocked around the War Minister who will be coming back with an Army to destroy this place. Which I was mostly focused on bringing you up to speed on what is happening since everyone else is caught up on what is going to happen we need your help with fighting the troops." He has finished as he waits for my response.

" Well I am up for fighting someone or what else they got." I walk over to the staging area and move towards Appa as I take my pack off of him and place it somewhere to keep it hidden . I quickly stretch and prep my blaster and Lightsaber holding back while the few expert gliders, Aang, Teo, and Katara go off. I stay back as I get off of the staging area to join the fighting. I quickly see a series of grappling hooks which pulled tanks up towards the temple. I quickly grabbed my Lightsaber and ran forward to meet the enemy as a Fire ball flew towards me. I simply used the Force to raise a barrier absorbing the blow. The tanks approached the purple blade springs to life as I run towards a tank cutting through the armor with ease as they continue I am quickly joined by Aang and Katara who are fighting some of the tanks with some difficulty as I tear one tank after another into a broken machine with my lightsaber. The two of them flee on Appa wondering what has got Sokka in this moment as I see a war balloon with Fire Nation insignia flying towards them I quickly focus with the Force propelling myself in a jump to the Temple I grab the ledge and pull myself up as the slime bombs douse the Fire Nation troops. Though the tanks keep on advancing towards the temple as I look through my electrobinoculars watching Sokka and the Mechanist drop the engine for the down a vast chasm within a few seconds as the clanging stops a massive explosion rips through the mountain destroying a large chunk of the Fire Nation forces and routing the rest of them. Aang quickly goes to grab both of them and returns with them. He seems more hopeful then when we first arrived and happy for the refugees who have made this place their home. Which is optimistic for what we see but makes me miss my homeworld and Lothal in general for despite all the bad memories it is home.

I don't own either Star Wars or Avatar the Last Airbender both belong to their respective owners I need more reviews to know how this story is going or your opinion on it so I know what to fix. If you want private message me if you wish. Critique.
