"Wake up, you ass! Our appointment is in 30 minutes!" Louise could hear Jessica screeching.

"Oh my God, Jess! Turn the volume fown a smidge bitch, damn. I'm up." Louise grumbled as she rolled off the bed. She brushed her hair and threw it up in a messy bun then brushed her teeth. "I just need to get dressed then we can leave, okay Bridezilla?" She smiled at her best friend.

"I'm going to go downstairs to start the car. Fifteen minutes til the KHI Ferry leaves." Jessica said as she grabbed her purse and keys, blowing Louise a kiss before shutting the door to Logan's apartment. Logan let the girls have it for the night while he stayed on King's Head Island at Jack's with Jay Jay.

Louise fed Honey real quick, scratched her behind the ears, then headed out the door. Jessica was standing next to the car waiting. "About damn time. Let's go." The girls got in and drove onto the ferry. "I'm getting fucking married today." Jessica said with a laugh.

"Yup. Poor guy has no clue what he is getting himself into." The girls giggled and took each other's hand. "It's going to be a beautiful day, Jess. Not a cloud in the damn sky. Jess?" Louise suddenly looked serious.

"What's wrong, Wheezy?" Jessica's eyes looked worried. Louise stared into her friend's blue eyes.

"I leave in six days. Back to school, ya know? And, well, ugh!" Louise put her head in her hands and groaned, mumbling unintelligible words. Jessica asked her to repeat herself. "I don't want to leave him." Logan. She knew exactly who "him" was.

"Wheezy, he's not going anywhere. Have you seen the way he looks at you? He's gone over you. Besides, Jay says they are starting a huge project at work, so he'll be swamped. Said Logan offered to take the lead so that he could, and I quote, "Stay busy enough that he doesn't have time to think about how much he's going to miss his girl while she's away." so you have nothing to worry about. He loves you. And you?" Jessica quirked an eyebrow up.

Louise smiled the sighed, "I fucking love him, Jess. What happened to me? I was NEVER this sappy. I picture the future with him. My vision of the future a year ago never included anyone but myself and my dreams for the restaurant. Now? Now, I see us married, in a house, with Honey and a dog, with fucking kids that look like us. Then, I think of losing that and become so sullen. What if, while I am gone, he realizes that he doesn't want me? Like, I was just some crazy summer fling." She could feel tears pricking at the corners of her eyes.

"Louise, I love you. You know that, right? But if you honestly think that, tyen you're a fucking moron. " Jessica playfully punched her best friend's arm and smiled. "Now cheer the fuck up! It's my wedding day, bitch. No more pouting over shit you make up in your head."

The ferry landed on King's Head Island and they drove to Cherry Bomb Salon where Cynthia and Jessica's mom, Kathy were waiting. "Girls! Good morning!" Cynthia practically sang out. Kathy looked less enthusiastic. She had been beyong livid to find out, not only that her daughter was pregnant, but she had been seeing someone at all.

"Jessica Lynn, Louise. Glad you made it on time for once." Kathy scoffed then gave a weak smile.

"Oh, none of that today, Kath! It's her special day. Try to relax. Mimosas are awaiting us inside! Just OJ for you though, Jessica dear." Cynthia smiled then patted the small bump on Jessica's abdomen causing Jessica to giggle.

The mimosa's did the trick and by the time Kathy was finished with her third glass, her old self started to come out. She actually teared up seeing how beautiful her daughter and Louise looked. Jessica's hair was pulled up halfway with a braided crown and curls cascading down her back with the help of hair extensions. Louise's hair was put into a chic vintage chignon. The bridal boutique was next door where they'd be getting dressed next.

As they entered, they were met with the sight and smells of a beautiful bruch set up. "There's a card for you, Jess!" Louise noticed it as she started piling food on a plate for her best friend. Jessica opened it and smiled. "What's it say?"

Jessica smiled brightly, "It's from Jay. It says, 'Don't starve our child today, my little urchin. Eat as much as you can. Enjoy your morning and I will see you at 2pm. Can't wait to see you walking towards me. Logan says to give Louise a pinch on the ass from him. I love you, Urchin!' He is such a shit. I hate that nickname." She laughed and tucked the note back in the envelope and into her bag.

After eating, Cynthia and Kathy changed into their dresses followed by Louise. They came out to find Jessica standing in front of the mirrors of the boutique. She was a vision in ivory. The dress was empire waisted with intricate beading in the bodice and soft chenille fabric at the bottom. She wore beaded sandals as if ready to walk the beach. "Oh, Jess! You look absolutely gorgeous!" Louise exclaimed and all the women agreed tears in their eyes. She truly was a vision.

"Jack, Jr us going to pass out! Oh, Kathy! Your little girl!" Cynthia cried out. Kathy walked over to her daughter.

"Jessica Lynn, your father's going to cry when he sees you, just as he did on the day you were born. You look like an angel, bubby!" Kathy hugged her daughter then kissed her forehead.

"Mom, you're going to make me cry. At least we haven't gotten our makeup done yet." Jessica laughed. Louise looked at the clock.

"Speaking of which, Tammy and Jocelyn should be here any minute. It's noon. They were supposed to be here at noon. Those airheads." Just as if on cue, the door to the boutique opened and the two women walked in. Tammy and Jocelyn were snobs, but they were good at their jobs as makeup artists and estheticians.

"Belcher, Williams? You ready for this?" Tammy said in her nasally voice. She pointed Jocelyn over to the other two women, "Joss, you get the mom's, I'll get the bride and Belcher." Tammy set up her bag and got to work. "Now, Belcher, I want to keep it simple with you. As much as it pains me to admit it, you're a natural beauty, so just some BB cream, a light peach blush on your cheekbones, mascara, a cat eye, and a light mauve lip. Sound good?" Louise nodded. "Great. Williams, why you're glowing. That dress is stunning on you. Okay so for you I am going to put a golden eyeshadow to accentuate the brown eyes. Mascara, of course, then a bright red lip. You're skin is beautiful and already glowing so no need for much of anything else. Let's get to work!"

An hour later, the women were thanking the duo and heading out to the awaiting towncar. Jessica's happiness and excitement was infectious. Louise couldn't stop smiling. They sat out front in the car while Cynthia and Kathy made sure the coast was clear for them to enter Jack's study to wait for the ceremony to start. Jessica's dad, Barry, came out to get them about five minutes later. "Look at my two girls! Beautiful!" he exclaimed as he hugged Louise and then Jessica.

The sounds of the string quartet Cynthia insisted on could be heard from the back garden. "Nervous?" Louise asked her best friend as she leaned against Jack's mahogany desk. Jessica smiled and simply shook her head. A few minutes later and Barry opened the door. "Okay, Wheezy, showtime." he said with a wink knowing she despised the nickname.

Louise grabbed her wildflower bouquet and headed out the doors. The lilac silk dress flowing with her. People could be heard gasping when they saw her causing her to blush and become nervous, but when she saw Logan's face everything else fell away. He smiled as if he knew that soon enough, it would be their wedding day. She could envision it too and was surprised at how right it felt. She winked at him as she stood across from an anxious looking Jay. She watched as Jay's face went from anxious to blissful; that's when she knew he'd seen Jessica.

The ceremony was short and sweet. The sun shine bright, the ocean breeze carried the salty sea air across the garden. "I now pronounce you Mr and Mrs Jackson Seymour DiSeppio, Jr. Jack, you may kiss your bride!" With a whoop, Jack took her in his arms and kissed Jessica. They leaned their foreheads against each other's and smiled as everyone around them cheered.

* I know. But I just wanted to get the wedding out of the way. The next chapter will be heavy Louigan with her getting ready to head back to school and a bit of a time jump. Stay safe! *
