REVIEWS:

GeraldRex: Thanks for another great review man. I am proud of that fight and the scaling I managed to make. Granted, the stronger demonesses of the group (Lucifer and Beel) had to fix the hole in the barrier, hence they didn't join in. They have the power to one-shot that Ursanus. And yeah, Pyrrha is keeping an open mind, but she ain't ready yet.

Nerdy - ChimaTigon: Pyrrha will never let it happen!

Nerdy - Titoneitor2.0: Appreciate the good feedback.

Buzzsaw935: XD. I'd like to see that as well. Actually, I hereby give full permission to anyone who wishes to do that, the only requirement I am making is that they PM me first about it.

Vacivus: Gracias hombre, me alegro de que te haya gustado el capítulo.

Egus235: Thanks man, we are working towards that slowly and carefully. But we are close.

Savantageous: Thanks, I am constantly working to improve my writing with new vocabulary and whatnot, so I hope I can continue to please. Maybe even alter my style a bit, who knows? Also, make sure to tell your friends to spread the word about this story further, the more the merrier, and the support is always welcomed!

Haseoblade-Skyking01: Hmm. Not that bad of an idea overall, as far as Cross-Overing goes, not to mention it can be quite simple to handle.

246vili: Thanks, we made sure to design forms for all girls. But I have to burst your bubble there, buddy, regarding a misconception about Origin; it cannot take or give Jaune's original Semblance. That one is off-limits, and he doesn't take the ENTIRE Semblance, but a piece of it, giving me a nerfed variant of it. So although your idea is cool, we cannot do it. But fret not! Join the discord server and DM me, and I will unveil to you something else!

Nerdy - Leaf Ranger: There will be no complications regarding that. Also, I'd like you all to think of a semblance awakening for Pyrrha and whichever one we like most we will use.

Wolfang21: That's certainly a long-thought-out plan you got there. However, dude, we were already aware of Krampus WAY before you posted this REV and got the plans for her already made.

Random0915: Thank you, and I hope you continue to enjoy it. Wait...Did you say?-

Nerdy - Loveless: Origin only works on semblances. However…. That does interesting ngl. Also, don't know the series you are talking about but join the discord server and tell us more.

It was a story, truly a story. If Pyrrha didn't have the living evidence before her in the form of the demons, she'd never believed such a tale. There were many questions she wanted to ask Jaune now, like how he felt when he was down there, how it feels to hold so much power, and...How it feels to have so much power. Pyrrha knew he was special, but this confirmed it beyond her wildest dreams; two semblances becoming one, and a Semblance that can empower Jaune even more by taking from another person.

When she first met Jaune she felt relieved that he didn't know her, and then happy when he didn't treat her differently after he found out. When he talked about fighting destiny it gave her hope. And now … after hearing such a … dramatic story, Pyrrha could honestly say she was impressed. Jaune had been outmatched, outnumbered, and didn't know the terrain. Despite that, he pushed forward and he didn't give up no matter the odds, something Pyrrha wasn't sure she could have done herself. That made her feel something else. Admiration?

Then there was the fact Jaune stayed with the girls after they were out of hell even though he could have left with the contract fulfilled. Other guys could have stayed just to be with multiple women but he did because he had asked them to be in a relationship with him and he wouldn't just leave because it was convenient. That and he wouldn't break his promises to them. That gave her a different feeling. Respect?

They had even all seemed to grow closer and had feelings for one another. There were also his problems with his father. She knew what it was like to have a strained family life even if it wasn't on the level he had. Was that kinship?

Pyrrha was having a mix of emotions as she thought through everything she had been told. Trying to work out what she felt for Jaune as she wasn't 100% certain. Though there was one thing she was certain about.

Hell scared her. The way Jaune described it, and what the others added as well, it was a place truly as awful and scary as the stories say. Pyrrha was still on the bed, her knees to her chest, Ignium examining her arm. She cringed seeing the scar, but the 'doctor' gave a nod, letting her know her arm was ok. It felt just a little sore. But then Pyrrha grew curious, asking some things such as if there are other demons out there. Silly question, as said by Ignium, who told her she has seen nothing yet.

She felt small compared to him especially, knowing the kind of demon he was. Granted, he was the one who looked human the most, which had her ask something that had most people in the room on edge. "Where are your horns?" When Pyrrha asked that, even if an innocent question, Lucifer seemed to react to it, clearing her throat.

"Not that I want to add anything or be rude, but such a subject is not-"

"Lucy, it's ok." Ignium said, stopping her. Lucifer let it go, knowing this was Ignium's little story. "Where do I begin?" He sighed. "Well, I guess I should begin with 'where are my horns?', right?" He moved his hair aside, and both Jaune and Pyrrha, as well as Cerberus and Modeus, were surprised and shocked to see that Ignium did have horns, but they were stubs. It didn't look like a clean-cut either. "Long ago, when I was still a young demon, when hell was still young, I began to earn my reputation through fights. That was Hell's way back then, with way fewer papers and corporate bullshit to deal with. During one such fight I was left disarmed, and I was outnumbered. Shit hit the fan big time that day! But I was no demon to give up easily."

"Each time I hear this story it always amazes me you were that crazy, Ignium." Lucifer said. "Demon horns are richly vascularized and have nerves going in them, yet you went and did that!"

"What does that have to do with his horns?" Jaune asked, curious as well.

"Oh, because it hurts like a motherfucker on steroids if they get cut or broken off, or something." Ignium said, a bit more serious than normal, and he seemed to be rubbing his head a bit. "I went ahead and grabbed my horns and literally broke them off, using them as weapons."

"A battle he won, taking the chance as his opponents were too baffled to react in time to his madness." Lucifer recalled the event. "He bled from his head a lot and any other demon would have screamed in absolute agony before losing consciousness."

"Oh my!" Pyrrha was shocked.

"What can I say? Adrenaline!" Ignium laughed a bit, then his gaze fell on Pyrrha. "As nice as this little story was, I need to make sure you will keep your mouth shut tight, girly." He said, and Pyrrha perked up, nervous. "We cannot have the secret get out, after all, and after hearing Jaune's little tale I take it you still have a thing or two to say?"

"I…" Pyrrha let out a sigh then began. "I admit, it was an incredible adventure with a lot of intense moments, and it is more incredible that everything is true! But that is what has me so conflicted."

"Pyrrha?"

"Jaune, look, I do not blame you for lying and hiding things from me, but hearing about your...intimate problem and how I am the fix to it has me feeling strange. Like I was a tool in the eyes of the girls."

"That is not true, Pyrrha." Modeus said, getting closer. "We all like you, we truly do, but we just cannot hold back for long anymore. Jaune here is not making it easier either, we all just want to pounce on him and take a ride on that nice, big co-"

"Hold it!" Shade shouted, knowing where she was getting. "I swear, this girl is just like her father."

"You get what I mean." Modeus said, and Pyrrha was blushing at the indications the lustful demon was giving.

"Then...What now?" Pyrrha asked, looking at Jaune. "I admit, I think I am crushing on Jaune here, but I doubt I could make such a step like having sex with him! I...I just don't know if I am ready, and I think I need more time overall to get to know him first, as well as everyone else in the house. Truly know them this time."

"But you will need to go soon, right? I doubt that'd be enough time for such things." Jaune said, and Pyrrha thought about it for a bit, finding his words to contain some wisdom in them. However, it was Lucifer who came to Pyrrha's rescue.

"If you can make time, Beel can portal you here and back." She said, offering a solution. "Teleportation is instant and it should be easy to do, and we will have all the time needed then to take care of everything."

"I see…" Pyrrha met Jaune's eyes. Many would judge her for her thoughts, but since spending time in this house Pyrrha found herself caring less about people she never met. Now she was thinking what did she want? "I think...I think I am willing to give this harem a try." She said, and her words made Modeus' tail straighten with excitement. "I don't know what to feel about being part of such a relationship, nor do I think I can ever tell my mother about it, but I am willing to give it a try."

"Thank you, Pyrrha." Jaune told her, offering the girl a hug which she returned.

"Aww, so sweet." Ignium said, but then he turned his sight to Shade, who was actually gagging.

"Too sweet." The hound said. "Let's go, Ignium, we lingered around here enough. As much as I'd like to spend more time with my sister, we have an entire hell to rule."

"True, true." Ignium sighed. "Let's be on our merry way. Once again, if you need something, Jaune, anything! Just call me and ask."

"Will do, Ignium." Jaune replied, then they watched the demons go to the door, where Ignium made a hand motion and opened it, the people inside the room seeing smoke and hearing screams coming out. Did he just open a portal to hell using the door? Ok...Ignium and Shade went inside of the portal, and closed the door, shortly being opened again by Beel.

"Oh, I see everyone is alright. So, did you have the time to sort things out?" She asked.

"Pretty much. Why are you here, Beel?" Jaune asked, to which the demoness replied.

"Well, first of all, there is no doubt about the fact I will need my rest before I can fix the rest of the damage to the house," Beel said. "However, there is another, more pressing issue at hand that I think needs your attention Jaune."

"Mine? How so?"

"We got guests at the door." Beel said, sounding somewhat nervous this time. This had Jaune both confused and alerted as only his little sister and Mister Colt knew the way here, and he had high doubts anyone could find it easily. Unless something happened. Wait, the Grimm horde! Of course, how could he be so forgetful! Ansel might have low Grimm activity, but it's not like they don't have any measures of security, especially at night!

Scouts and cameras set up through the woods.

Granted, Beel made sure they were not in an area with them, but they might have picked up the Ursanus or the other Grimm, and this alerted the local Huntsmen. They might have not come sooner due to the fact the horde never reached Ansel, where they were likely waiting for it to strike, so they sent out scouts. Or something, really. However, Beel's expression indicated something more major "Beel...Who is at the door?"

Beel shuffled a bit on her spot, inhaling and letting out a sigh. "It's your father, Jaune. Looks like he drew the short end of the stick and now he is at our door."

"What?!" Jaune half-shouted, thinking his old man was likely upstairs right now. "H-how?!"

"Look, Jaune, there is no such thing as a barrier to hide the mansion from other people, just keep the people away! If your father went out to search for the reason the horde never reached it only makes sense he stumbled upon this place!" Beel explained the situation. "But maybe this is a good opportunity-"

"How is this a good opportunity?!" Jaune said, cutting her off and surprising the others. "That man tried to seal my Aura, Beel! The whole reason I am here, living in this mansion, instead of possibly living with my family and sneaking off every now and then to be with you girls!"

"When you say it like that, Jaune, it sounds more like your departure was convenient instead of the other way around." Lucifer pointed out, and the boy sighed.

"Still! I-I don't know if I am actually ready to face him again!" Jaune reasoned, and Pyrrha spoke up.

"Maybe it is?" She came up to him. "Jaune, from your story I can understand why you'd not want to see your father again, especially after trying to seal your aura. I cannot even begin to imagine the amount of betrayal you felt. But if the timeline of your story is anything to go by, you and your father have been keeping distance for half a year already. Don't you think it is time to face him?"

The boy remained silent, looking at the other girls for confirmation. Everyone seemed to be siding with Pyrrha, more or less, and they all agreed to it. In the end, Jaune sighed. He really didn't want to see his father, not to mention he didn't exactly leave on the best of terms last time, so this meeting was bound to be awkward. "Fine. Beel, go rest, please. Modeus, can you brew some tea for me and my father?"

"Sure, Jaune." Modeus walked to the door with Beel in tow, the girls putting on their human disguises. Lucifer came up to him, looking somewhat skeptical.

"I don't know what to think about this, Jaune. Him coming here could end poorly, especially if he has not learned his lesson last time." She said, both of the humans present understood what she meant.

"You mean he might try to seal up Jaune's aura again?" Pyrrha asked.

"Hell no!" Cerberus said in unison. "If he gets close to Jaune-" The first body started. "-we will pounce on him-" The second body said. "-and we will turn him into dog food!" The third finished.

"Maybe don't eat the man who is basically our in-law, you three? Thank you." Lucifer said, keeping the doggy girl under control. "But they have a point. If your father tries anything shady, we will show him true hell."

Jaune smiled softly at their words, even if they were subtly hinting at - and obviously hinting at - possibly hurting his father. Still, he took this as a sign they cared for him. "Thanks, girls, it means a lot." He took a deep breath. "Alright! Let's do this then! Everyone, move out!"

Nicholas Arc was waiting in the living room of the mansion he had stumbled upon, wondering just how such a building could exist without anyone knowing about it? It was not likely that someone could've built such a building without needing materials from Ansel, which would have spread the word, and again people would have noticed the place being built as such a process takes time and equipment. LOUD equipment.

However, here he was, having gone to scout for the possible horde of Grimm led by a Ursanus and report back to Ansel to prepare for a fight, only to find this place. He first knocked on the door, noticing the backyard was in a poor state. He was worried the horde might have passed through here and slaughtered the inhabitants, but that was not the case. Quite the opposite, actually.

From the words of one of the girls living here - only girls were living here, strangely enough - they took care of the horde by themselves with the help of the only male living in the house, not to mention some of them were trained like Huntresses. The one he talked with was named Monica, and he assumed they had a long night. The other girl he met, Beel, was very tired apparently from having to work on rebuilding the house. When he asked what they meant by that, seeing as it was only one woman and the extent of the damage that was likely done, they only told him they used their Semblances to fix and rebuild everything that was ruined. But they still had work to do.

He inquired about the number of souls living in his house, to which he was told there were a total of 12, with one being a guest. Granted, he didn't expect them to have anyone without an injury or two, but Monica stated they took care of that already. Yet, she said they were a dozen, but the only ones he saw were Monica and Beel, and just a bit ago, he saw another one coming up from the basement, going to the kitchen. All of those girls looked somewhat alike, all of them being somewhat short with white hair, which made him wonder if they were all related in some way or another. Maybe it was a big family, like his own- Or rather, what used to be a big and united family.

Nicholas had let himself go ever since the incident with Jaune some time ago, having grown an unkempt beard. His daughters stopped trusting him and his wife ended up into some kind of statue-like state, but that changed some time ago...Strangely enough. They all seemed more lively, especially his wife, but that made Juliet be more vocal about her disappointment in him. Apparently, her opinion was shared by the others as well, and they told him bluntly that there was only one way they would forgive him.

"We will forgive you only if the son you chased away does."

Jaune...Nicholas thought about the boy night and day ever since that day when he got up and left their home, worrying without end where he might be. Maybe he was truly following his dream and working hard to be a Huntsman? That Semblance of his, since Nicholas assumed that is what it was, was surely something he has not seen before. It even outdid his own Semblance, Golden Dawn. His Semblance allowed him to boost his physical prowess with the added effect of his Aura shining in a golden color that added a small blinding effect. But Jaune's? The boy had a Semblance that Nicholas believed to be stronger.

So much potential in that boy, and he tried to keep it locked up. He might have had his reasons, but now he cannot even begin to properly think about what might be happening now with his son. He just hoped he was alive and well, wherever he might be, and that someday they will meet again...So he can beg for forgiveness.

The girl he saw go to the kitchen earlier went to Monica, whispering in her ear. "Excuse me, Mister Arc, but I need to move," Monica said, confusing him slightly as she sat up, then he looked around as he heard the sound of heavy footsteps and saw a young man walking to them. The girl who came from the kitchen put down a tray with teacups on it, and Nicholas looked confused at the man before him. He looked familiar, very much so, but Nicholas couldn't pin it.

"Good afternoon?" He said, but the man before him didn't really reply to him, and instead, they reached for their cup of tea. Nicholas studied them for a bit, noticing the blonde hair tied into a ponytail at the back and their ocean-blue eyes. They had a good build to them, he could tell even from the clothing and he paid attention to his surroundings. Yet, the man before him seemed to be nervous about something. They took a sip out of their teacup, then they set it down, letting out a sigh.

"You try to seal my aura and that is all you can say?" Nicholas' eyes widened as he heard their voice, feeling his voice die out as he stared at the man...At Jaune. THIS was HIS son?! He couldn't believe it! This is where he was? He was this close to Ansel still? He imagined he was in Vale or Mistral, maybe even Vacuo, but to think he was living so close was mind-blowing to him!

"Jaune…" He said slowly, stretching his hand to him only for it to be caught by someone. Looking to the side he saw another white-haired girl, this one narrowing her crimson irises at him. He gulped, understanding the message and why she acted like that. Jaune must have told them...They knew who he was. He retreated his hand back, standing there silent for a few seconds before finding the courage to speak. "What...happened to you?" He asked, to which Jaune answered.

"Training, I guess." Jaune replied, looking at his arms. "One of the girls here really knows how to build someone up, even if I could call her training a living hell."

"You...trained?" Nicholas asked in disbelief. "I...You are still planning on becoming a Huntsman?"

"I am, but this time, I don't need you to train me." Jaune said, and this time his words really stung Nicholas. "Listen, back then you did something no parent should do to their child; you tried to seal my aura." The adult shrunk in his seat at having his crime pointed out, then he heard another set of steps, looking to the side and seeing a red-headed girl, different from the other girls here. He also found her familiar, but his mind was focused on Jaune.

"I...I know what I did was terrible, but please try to understand why I tried to do it, son-"

"What is there to understand?!" Jaune snapped, punching the table and feeling his Aura levels rise. "You betrayed me! My own father, whom I admired, tried to seal away my Aura, and for what? To prevent me from following my dream? Just having an Aura didn't make me a Huntsman-in-training, and you knew that! You didn't need to go as far as attempting to seal it just because you feared it would encourage me on my dream - Fuck! Even then you shouldn't have tried to seal it, period!"

Nicholas went silent, shocked by his son's words. HE NEVER CURSED BEFORE! "Jaune...What happened to you?"

"I guess it finally happened, dad," He said. "The chick left the nest and became a beautiful eagle."

"I...I cannot." Nicholas said, rubbing his face. "I will stop justifying myself. I admit it now, what I did has no forgiveness and I honestly deserved to be hand-cuffed right here and now! The only reason I am here is that I know you told everyone not to report me, but to what use? All the respect I gathered my entire career is gone, my friends are giving me bad looks every day, and my family is more broken than ever." He snorted. "I screwed the pooch in a mighty way."

Jaune stayed silent for a bit, seeing his father admit his fault and suffer from the guilt. But he'd be a liar if he said he didn't feel sad for him. Half a year of misery is, frankly, more than enough time for anyone to end up like his father. And quite frankly, it was enough time for his anger to die down as well, he believed. He doesn't quite have the same amount of hate towards his father as he had that day, if anything, all that was left was the feeling of betrayal and now, he felt pity for him. "Yeah, you did." He said, further confirming it. "But...I guess fate didn't bring you to my door for nothing."

Nicholas looked at Jaune, confused. "Wait, this is YOUR house?"

"It is." Lucy stepped to Jaune. "If you must know, this humble abode belongs to Jaune…"

"The wonders of potential, am I right?" Jaune said with a cheeky smile. "But that aside, Dad, I cannot bear to see you like this...miserable and defeated. True, you betrayed me and tried to seal away my aura, and even now I cannot find it in myself to trust you again, but…" He paused, trying to find his words. Pyrrha placed a hand on his shoulder, letting him know they were there to support him. "I am willing to forgive you."

Nicholas looked up at Jaune with eyes renewed. "You are...forgiving me? But I am not worthy of forgiveness, not after what I tried to do!"

"You once said I was not cut out for this job." Jaune shook his head, getting up from his seat. Cerberus came down from upstairs, having been sent by Jaune there to fetch his Kite Shield with Crocea Mors and Clarent sheathed into it. Nicholas was once again taken aback by the weapon, then he finally noticed the shield of Crocea Mors above the fireplace, at a place of honor. "So, how about this? Follow me outside and I will show you the fruits of my progress, then if you believe I can truly make it as a Huntsman now, you will judge yourself if you deserve forgiveness."

Nicholas gulped and followed Jaune outside, the girls staying inside the house. Jaune led him to the trees in front of the door, then he reached for Crocea Mors, taking it in his hand. Nicholas studied him, his stance, his grip, everything! He was impressed by Jaune's progress in such a small amount of time, but then again, his son was always a fast learner. "What are you going to do?"

"Remember what I tried to do at the house that day?" Jaune asked, and Nicholas remembered how Jaune lifted Crocea Mors and was about to strike him down in some way, giving him a shiver. "I see that you do. I managed to master that little trick, and now, together with my Semblance…" He began to glow, his white aura turning golden in color and flaring like a flame. Nicholas awed his sword in a horizontal arc, sending out a powerful wave of pure aura that struck the trees, cutting them down in one clean swoop.

His breath was cut as Nicholas gasped and the trees collapsed away from them, Jaune sheathing back Crocea Mors. That was an advanced Aura technique! And it was not some easy trick either, it was one of the more costly and complex ones out there, yet Jaune was not even looking winded by it! By the Gods, what kind of monster was his son now? "A-amazing." Nicholas said, stunned and he collapsed on his knees. "That was...amazing, Jaune. Truly amazing."

"I can also do it in shorter bursts, it consumes less Aura and it is faster." He said, gloating a bit. "But what else do you have to say now?"

"I admit my mistake of not training you." Nicholas said, still on the cold, snow-covered ground. "And I cannot say how proud I am to see you like this, son." He began to get up, standing before Jaune. "You are doing well for yourself, you got this house, supporters, training, a powerful Semblance - you have all the necessary things to become a great Huntsman! And I once tried to hold you down." Nicholas clenched his fist. "This only makes me all the more certain I should not be forgiven-" His words were cut as Jaune drew Clarent, putting it against his throat.

"I didn't show you Aura Slash so you can berate yourself further." Jaune kept the blade steady. "I showed it to you to show you I no longer need you, to show you I can make it now with the help I have, and that now you don't need to beat yourself up over what happened anymore." He retracted Clarent, sheathing it back into his Kite Shield. He should really think about naming this shield of his. "Don't you see? You are free! You are forgiven! You can return back home to Mom, to Sapphire, to Jade, to Silva, to Alice, to Lapis - to everyone left!"

"I-I can't." Nicholas said, looking lost and confused. "Jaune, how can I-" He stopped for a moment. "Your mother and sisters have not forgiven me, son. They said it themselves that they will only forgive me if you forgave me, and-... I doubt they'd believe me if I told them I actually found you."

"And I cut all connections, meaning there is no way for me to notify them, huh?" Jaune said, but then he remembered something. "Actually, there is one Arc in that house who can help you."

"Huh?" Nicholas looked at Jaune strangely, noticing his sly smile.

"Silva followed me once back home. It was a chance encounter with an older friend and things grew from there. You weren't present, but I had myself a small family reunion." He confessed, and Nicholas realized that Jaune was likely the reason his family seemed more lively that one day than before. "Go back and tell Silva you found me here. Ask her about the big house and the girls, and she should piece things together."

"I…"

"Oh, for fuck's sakes, old man! Just hug your son already!" Jaune said, pulling his father into a tight hug, despite his foul language once again surprising Nicholas. The older Arc, still in shock, seemed to calm down at this gesture and returned the hug silently to his son. From the house, the girls watched with smiles on their faces, pleased that Jaune fixed the relationship with his father and that he can now move on with that bleak chapter of his life.

Then they broke the hug, Nicholas didn't have a tear running down his cheek or anything as he looked at his son for one last time before looking back to the path he came from. "I guess this is goodbye, for now, son." He said, to which Jaune nodded. "I hope we can see each other again." He snorted. "I don't know what to tell your mother, though, regarding all of this! She might have a heart attack!"

"I did keep a secret from them…" Jaune said. "But there are more secrets to be said as well, and I don't know if you are all ready to hear all of them. They are not entirely my secrets to say, but maybe one day I can come entirely clean." Nicholas nodded, understanding Jaune's decision. As his son said before, he only earned forgiveness, not trust. "Be safe."

"I will." And with those words finally said, Nicholas walked back to Ansel. It was...strange, really. Walking back he felt lighter than he had when he was walking aimlessly through those woods, searching for that horde of Grimm - Wait...THE GRIMM! "Wait for a second, Jaune, did you see a giant horde of-"

"Grimm, including an Ursanus?" He completed his father's sentence. "Yeah, I know about it. No worries, though, we took care of them."

"Took care of them?" Nicholas was confused, but then Jaune pointed to the girls, Lucifer giving Nicholas quite the creepy smile with a hand wave. "Hell hath no wrath like a woman, son. Be wise and careful."

"Rest easy dad, I know that better than you think."

Finally walking back home, without any interruptions this time, Nicholas couldn't help but smile weakly as he felt his past worries all melting away. It was like the sun was finally creeping through the gloomy dark clouds that had settled over him in the last couple of months, and he couldn't be happier about it. More so, he was going to get his family back now, and that alone gave him hope that everything would be fine.

After so long Nicholas got the answers he wanted to know. Where was his son, was he ok, what was he doing, was he alone, was he ever coming back, would the rest of the family pay for his mistake by never seeing him again, would he ever forgive him, and … did he deserve to be forgiven. But now Nicholas had new questions. Was Jaune happy, how did he get that house, how was it built there, how many girls were in that house, how did he meet them, what was his relationship with them, were they getting along, where did he get his new weapon, who was training him and … if he had trained him would he be different.

He couldn't help but wonder if he had nudged, or rather shoved, Jaune onto a different path. Nicholas had never heard Jaune swear before and now saw that Jaune was trying to do an Aura Slash to him after the attempt to seal his aura. Nicholas couldn't help but notice his son was angrier than before. After what happened he had a right to be angry and Nicholas knew the source. If he hadn't tried to stop him from being a Huntsman would he be happier? Would he have ended up a different Huntsman if he had acted differently? Calmer and willing to think things through. Becoming too aggressive could get hunters killed and it worried him. Nicholas had gotten many of his questions answered but now he just had more questions than he started with.

Walking back into the village he informed them that the horde seemed to have moved elsewhere based on the tracks he found. A small lie, but he assumed his son would enjoy the peace and quiet he achieved, which meant not making him into some star for taking out the horde. He still couldn't believe Jaune fought a horde that size and survived in one piece...He still feels shame and pride, a strange mix, when he thinks about it. Such potential and talent, and he let it waste for so long.

He might have been able to get himself a son to even brag to other Huntsmen across Remnant when he took a job or two around! What a missed opportunity!

Still, after telling the villagers the lie he went back to his home. Now that he knew everything he did now, Nicholas had work to do. Get back his family, shave, take a long ass shower, and overall get back on top of his game! He opened the door, then he called out. "I'm home! Silva, come here dear!" Silva was with her mother in the living room, playing. His wife was obviously concerned for a bit, but she noticed the energy in her husband's voice, which made her go with Silva to him.

"What is it, Nicholas?" Ouch. His wife was still a bit cold towards him, but he was not all that fazed. He could put his family back together, No he would put it back together!

"Juliet, I found him." Nicholas said, confusing his wife for a bit before she figured out what he meant. She gasped slightly. "And he forgave me."

"I don't believe you!" Juliet stepped towards her husband. "From what I know you could be saying this because you want US to forgive you! What is your proof?"

"You are standing next to it." Nicholas said, gesturing to Silva. Juliet also looked at her youngest daughter with a confused expression before she remembered that one time Silva followed Jaune and spent the night at his home. She completely forgot about that! Jaune was keeping the interactions between them to a very low minimum, having not given a call since! Her son was careful not to get tracked or anything, which she understood, hence why she didn't save the contact information.

But now that she thought about it, Silva knew where Jaune lived! "Silva?" Juliet looked at her youngest daughter.

"Silva, honey, tell me: Does Jaune live in a big house?"

Silva gasped cutely at her father's question.

"Yes!" She quipped. "It's a really big house in the woods!"

"A big house?" Juliet muttered.

"And does he live with multiple girls?" Nicholas asked once more, feeling confident.

"Yes again! Did you really go to Jaune's house, daddy?" She asked, Juliet stunned further by the information. "Did you meet them?"

"Well, I was not properly introduced, but I think one was named Lucy?" Nicholas tried which made Silva giggle. "What's so funny."

"When I got to their place I heard Miss Lucy shout at a group of three identical girls about eating her pancakes!" She said, and Nicholas chuckled as well, but Juliet was thinking something else.

"Silva...Is this true?"

"Yes, mommy! If daddy is not lying then he really talked to Jaune" Silva confirmed once again, and Juliet felt tears build in her eyes.

"Then it is finally over." She muttered, then she went to her husband. "Welcome home, honey."

Nicholas hugged his wife warmly. "Glad to be home, dear." He replied. "Come on, I think it is time to get the family back together. I am also quite curious about some stuff Jaune might have planned now. Maybe we can go visit soon?"

"We'd need to first get in touch." Juliet said. "It might be difficult, but we will find a way."

"Yeah...But at least our family can finally get back together and fix the cracks I made."
