Hi there! As promised, this chapter is in a 4koma-ish format. This chapter is sort of a mini-test chapter, because I want to see if you would be receptive to this and (I'm kinda with exams at the moment) Anyway… enjoy!

Note, this chapter is inspired by the 4koma format. The events in this chapter take place before the last chapter.

Manga is Literature!

"Whatcha reading there Ricchan?" Yui asked Ritsu, who had a book in her hands.

"Oh! It's the latest issue of this manga I'm really into!" Ritsu eagerly replied, handing the manga over to Yui.

"Ooh what's it about?" Yui asked curiously.

"Oh let me start from the beginning!" Ritsu replied excitedly before droning on about the story, "You see… it all began when this guy dies and gets reincarnated into a world of Fantasy…"

After ten minutes…

"...and this volume I'm holding is where the story currently is! Get it Yui? Yui?" Ritsu paused, looking at the guitarist whose eyes where widened at the drummer.

Yui then looked at Ritsu questioningly.

"You… read Ricchan?"

Light Novel readers be like-

"Oww," Yui whined, rubbing her head.

"What are you reading?" Ayame asked, sitting at Yui and Ritsu's table.

"Oh, I was reading the new chapter of this manga! The story is so captivating, like once I finish it, I can't wait for what happens next!" Ritsu beamed, passing the manga to Ayame.

"Ah, I recognise this title," Ayame said, flipping through the cover, "Have you reached the part where Date-kun kills Sakura?"

Ritsu's eyes widened in shock, "DATE KILLS SAKURA?!"

Ritsu snatched the book back, flipping through it frantically, "I don't remember that part, are you kidding?! I couldn't have missed it!"

"Oh," Ayame said, looking through her phone, "Sorry the manga hasn't reached that part of the light novel…"

"THERE'S A LIGHT NOVEL?" Ritsu yelled, grabbing Ayame's phone.

Light Novels or Manga?

"Tsk," Ritsu scoffed, "Light Novel readers always ruin everything."

"But we get the content faster," Ayame winked.

"Plus," Ritsu said, "The manga gives you a visual representation of a scene."

Ayame giggled, "But you don't need illustrations to picture a scene."

Ritsu narrowed her eyes, "The manga is easier to read."

Ayame raised her eyebrows, "Well… then you're not a true fan of the story."

Ritsu and Ayame glared at each other, with a confused Yui looking between them.

Once again thanks for reading this test chapter, sorry if this short chapter is all you got from a few weeks of waiting, I'm trying to write more chapters while studying for exams. Hopefully after a few weeks, I'll get back to weekly updates.
