The night sky was clear, but the sky was alive. The stars seem to dance in their heavenly places, the moon appearing to glow a brilliant blue. A cool breeze reaches the blue eyed teenager standing outside watching nature. He shivers, despite having a long, navy blue suit. He was dark skinned and thin. The suit was a deep blue even on his collar, and cuffs, he also had a black and gold belt. His shoes were blue bandaged sandals, and his messy blue hair blew in the biting breeze. He jumped upon hearing footsteps, and turned to see who they belonged to. A tall, lanky man with a black couch patterned shirt and pants appeared. He had black hair, pale purplish skin, and black buckle shoes. He wasn't very attractive, the latter being just the opposite. He relaxes, recognizing his Math teacher. "Hello, Mr. Batte." he greets the older man politely. "Hello." the man replies, colder than the breeze that blows now. The boy felt shivers go down his spine. He shivers and turns away from him. The older man turns towards him and takes a deep breath. "Shouldn't you be in bed at this time? It's quite late." He says, his voice laced with ice. The boy nods. "I came out here to get some fresh air and to watch the stars." he answers cordially. "How can this boy be so nice to everyone when we can be so mean?" Mr. Batte ponders to himself. "Then again the boy is isolated and naive." He reminds himself. Deciding to break the silence, he talks. "That and I heard a beating sound. I thought it might have been coming from out here. I guess not." He excuses. "Where did you hear it?" Mr. Batte asks quickly, seeming almost excited or ecstatic. Surprised, he answers." In the hall. It was faint but evident." He turns to see his teacher gone. He sighs. He gets kinda lonely sometimes, but doesn't say anything. He isolated himself from his friends most of the time, either training or reading. He had some insecurities about possibly being replaced by someone better, or not being good enough for his friends. He walks back to the school, sobbing silently in the cool night air. Suddenly, tonight wasn't as good as he thought it was. He walks into the school, walking past his friend's rooms. He enters his own and closes his door. He slides down the door, pulling his legs towards his chest. He sobs quietly, then walks towards the bed. He throws himself onto his bed and cries himself to sleep. His best friend exits her room, hearing her crush pass by. She runs to his door and stops. She puts her hand and head on the door, hearing him upset. While waiting for him to open the door, she falls asleep. She was a young, middle eastern girl with red hair fading into orange styled in spikes in the back of her head. She had brick red eyes, and wore an light orange and white shirt and pink shorts. There is a white teardrop pattern on her chest, and green and white boots. Mr. Batte, however was still awake, in his office. He mixed a green chemical and a purple chemical. The concoction bubbled, as he walked towards a strange object. It was a deep purple and aqua veined heart. He poured the liquid onto it, then a aqua flash of light filled the room. Meanwhile, in another dimension, four humanoid turtles resided in the abandoned train station they called home. A barn red masked turtle with kelly green eyes, flipped through channels with a flat expression. Clad in tainted sports tape and knee and elbow pads, he yawned and stretched. Everything was boring. Well until a bright orange masked turtle with baby blue eyes, dressed the same, yelled out. A teenage boy with chocolate brown eyes, ebony hair, clad in black chased him. He wore a white and black spattered headband, light blue jeans, and white and black top sneakers. A periwinkle heather purple masked turtle growls in frustration at the noise going on. His red brown eyes rolled in frustration. Dressed the same as the other two he was thinner than the other two. In fact he was quite lanky but preferred the term svelte. A girl with ginger hair and baby blue eyes walks into the chaos. She is wearing a parmesan yellow and white shirt over another white shirt. She has a black and yellow striped jumpsuit over her normal clothes. She shakes her head at the nonsense going on. A Yale blue masked turtle walks out and tries to resolve the chaos. His cobalt blue eyes observe everyone as they explain their side of the story. He gives an understanding look and answers them all calmly. He gives a short lecture to most of them then dismisses them all. The girl tries to reassure the others that Leo's judgement was right. Casey and Raph said it was unfair. Mikey and Donnie weren't sure what to think of it. Something was wrong today, April could feel it.
