AN: I noticed a lack of updates in the KHR fandom. Since I needed some Tsuna-fluff myself, here is another chapter. Have fun. :-)

Chapter 4

Reborns POV

The Dying Will Flame was the representation of a person's soul. Out of the seven Flames of the Sky the attribute of the Sun Flame stood for Activation. Therefore those with Sun Flames; the Suns, were all about Activation. Activating the body, the mind, others, themselves or their environment. The occupation of the individual was of no consequence and yet...and yet Suns were always seen as healers first.

Reborn was one of the few exceptions to the rule and proud of it. His achievements as hitman made his enemies think of him as a threat first and foremost. His allies acknowledged him as one of the best in his field and were simply glad to have him on their side. His Flame attribute was merely passingly thought of when people talked about him as the Sun Arcobaleno.

So, when he put his brightly glowing hands on Federico's head, Daniela tensed. Reborn saw her hand twitching towards him out of the corner of his eyes.

"You should take him to the Sun Wing. He needs a small Flame transfusion from one of yours." One of his hands went to rest on Federico's heart, still faintly glowing. "Seeing as his Flames are already trying to replenish themselves, he should be up and about tomorrow or the day after at the latest. I recommend consolation with a Sun Healer if it takes longer than that." He turned his gaze towards Daniela. She was smiling apologetically at him. "It is impossible to say what caused his Flame exhaustion or the Flame output until his Flames have stabilised enough for him to wake up. It might even take longer than that."

The glow faded from his hands as he stood up. Reborn tipped his head and stood up. He was about to turn around, but paused as he saw the steely look on Danielas face. It has been a while since he saw that expression on her face. The same glint in her eyes that she always had when protecting her family.

"Will it harm him?" Daniela asked. Worry was clear on her face, a show of trust towards him. Reborn gave her a rare gentle smile. "As he is now, he will make a full recovery without negative side effects. Though too much Flame exposure or unnecessary stress should be avoided until his Flames have properly stabilised." He frowned. "Xanxus should be kept away from him for a while." Reborn held up his hands before she could retort. "His Flames are too volatile. If he lost his temper around Federico and his Flames were to act up…"

Daniela gently lifted Federico's head on her lap. "I will make sure he will not be alone with him." On seeing Reborns expression, she added. "He is his brother. He can control himself if he has to." He merely raised a brow. "If Xanxus Flames act up again, I will make sure either myself or one of my Rains is present to calm him down." She paused thoughtfully. "Additionally to his Rain that is. The little dear does have strong Rain Flames, despite his…" She smiled. "...enthusiastic personality." Reborn smirked.

"I will check on Tsuna as well. Maybe that will give further insight on the situation. It is clear though that whatever happened here was done without harmful intentions."

"Thank you, Reborn." Daniela said as he tipped his hat in her direction and disappeared down the hallway.

Danielas POV

"Now let's get you looked at, little Federico." She stroked her grandson's cheek and pulled him up in her arms. His head was carefully placed on her shoulder as she balanced him on her hip like in old times. She hummed one of his favourite lullabies, uncaring of any servants who might overhear. The affection she showed her family was something she was proud of and did often and very openly. It was a sign of her strength that she could show such a weakness. She had earned it with hard work and determination.

Before she rounded the corner, she called a maid over. She recognised her as one of Ciara's friends. Daniela always made sure to keep updated on any new development regarding the house staff and was on friendly terms with them. It was one of the reasons why she was highly regarded and respected.

"Call one of the Suns for Ciara. She will need a full medical check up. Make sure to tell the Sun I want a report on my desk as soon as possible. Her Flame levels and reactions are to be recorded. He should also test for traces of Harmony." The maids' eyes went wide in surprise. Danielas eyes fixed her firmly. "This is family business and I expect you to treat this situation accordingly, Sarah." The maid nodded quickly and hurried away to find a Sun.

Daniela continued her way to the private part of the Sun wing. Her Intuition hummed happily in the back of her head. Something good happened today.

Tsuna's POV

The robe of the man, who held him, was silky. He rubbed his head against it tiredly. The Red was hiding just beneath the man's skin. It was a nice feeling. Like a Storm that was content waiting to be called upon. Calm yet eager. Though it felt a bit undirected. Like something was missing.

Fons breathing was even and calming. Tsuna pressed his ear closer to hear it better. In and out. Innnnn-and-out. His heartbeat was a strong and steady companion of the sound. Tsuna felt like he was floating. When he opened his eyes to peek out of the man's arms, he could see so many pretty colours. Blue, red, green, more red, yellow,...oh, he paused mentally. That yellow felt so lively. Tsuna could almost taste the provoke-me-I-dare-you and I-am-ready-for-everything. Yet at the same time it practically radiated laid back readiness. Like a predator lazing around waiting for the next prey. It was so interesting! Tsuna slowly lifted a hand towards it-he wanted-he needed-

"Tsuna!"

Tsuna's whole body tensed. He quickly buried deeper in the Red. The colour practically screaming I-can-protect-you and hold-onto-me-tighter.

"My little Tuna-fish, where did you go? And what did you do?" Papa's eyes flashed playfully. His eyes were fixed on Fon. "Did you make a friend?"

Tsuna clutched onto Fons robe tighter. He liked his Papa. He really did, but-

"Come here, my little Fishie!"

Big hands reached towards him and Tsuna couldn't help but flinch. The man took no notice and took him in his arms anyway. "My, you were flaring so brightly! Papa is so proud of you!"

Tsuna wanted to go back to Fon. His Papa was his Papa. Tsuna really wanted to be near him. Family was important. His mama said so and he agreed. Family was family, even if they were-

His Papa threw him in the air. Tsuna simply closed his eyes. Too tired to even squeak. He hoped his Papa would catch him this time. The times he had simply forgotten to catch him. The times he was distracted. Tsuna shuddered. He wanted back the comfort the Red gave him.

"Iemitsu." A voice said from his right. Tsuna recognised it as the one with the lurking yellow. "What exactly were you thinking?" It was no question.

Papa threw him in the air again. "Iemitsu!" The voice was sharper. Papa laughed and turned to answer. "Reborn, I-" Tsuna's eyes snapped open. His Papa had turned away before catching him. He was going to- He squeezed his eyes shut again.

Strong arms caught him. "Iemitsu!" Reborns voice was sharp now. The yellow Flames felt aggravated and annoyed. Tsuna looked up. Obsidian orbs looked back down. And just like that Tsuna felt something inside him. He put a hand on his chest. Frowning he put the other on Fons robes. His Flames felt excited. Eager. Just like when he first saw Federiko. He wondered-...maybe he could…

Tsuna reached out with his Warmth. Eager and curious, carefully inching towards the beautiful red Flames. Maybe if he let the Warmth just a little closer. Maybe….maybe-

A small orange Flame appeared on the hand touching Fons chest. Tsuna merely smiled and then promptly fell asleep. Obvious to the chaos he ensued around him.

A man that had been shakily making his way back on his feet beside them, fell right back down. Many others followed.

Tsuna sighed happily in his sleep.

AN2: Had a bit of a rough day, so some reviews would be greatly appreciated.
