"Luz, stop!"

Luz Noceda whirled around to face whoever had shouted at her. She clutched Judas' silver to her chest. There was no way in heaven that she was letting go of it. Too much time and effort went into this quest for her to lose now. Her other hand unconsciously drifted upwards in self-defense. If this mysterious cloaked figure wanted to hurt her they would have already done so, but she wasn't going to take any chances.

"Whatever you do, don't give them that silver."

"What? Why?"

The flurry of questions escaped her before she even had the chance to process them. How could she, when a million thoughts had flooded her mind? This could be a setup or a trick. Her mysterious visitor might have been one of the emperor's coven in disguise. When the figure lifted their hood she discovered that neither of her theories was correct.

"It's me," Lilith stated, "and I have had a very long day, so bear with me."

She lowered her hand and prayed to whoever they were praying to now that she was right. If she was wrong… No, she couldn't afford to think like that. Not at a time like this.

"That's not Judas in the wall," Lilith insisted, "It's Hunter the Golden Guard in a glamour, and the second you hand him that silver he'll win everything and trap you down here forever."

"But how do you know that?"

"Because they've tried this before"

"Judas," Luz announced, waltzing into the ninth circle, "I have your pieces of silver."

"Did you get them all?" the false Judas drawled.

She had to hand it to Hunter. He was a very convincing actor. It wasn't surprising to think that she would have fallen for it in another life.

"Yes," she stated matter-of-factly, "I counted them."

"Let me feel the weight of them in my hands one last time."

"Of course," was her reply. With a wave of her hand, the Judas glamour fell, "Nice try, Hunter."

"How can this be? How did you know?"

He seemed furious "I must say, Human, I am very impressed."

" Aw Hunter. That's some real bad form, don'tcha think?"

Luz blinked, not recognising the voice, she and Lilith shifting their gaze to the left.

"Hey, who has the balls to-" Hunter said before immediately freezing in place, his words getting caught in his throat. A man strode leisurely, humming a care free tune.

"When did he get here?" Luz thought, disturbed by the demon's sudden presence.

"The Radio Demon!" Hunter suddenly sputtered out, sweat trailing down his face as he put his hands together. "Wh-What a sudden surprise! How can I help you today?" He looked around, none of the emperor's coven was coming to help him.

"What do you and Belos playing at, picking on this helpless girl"

"Y-yes, sir!" The emperor's coven members all agreed.

"Holy shit…" Lilith muttered, she and the others shocked by Hunter's sudden submission.

"Alistair?" Luz dared to ask, looking at Alistair cautiously. The Radio Demon gave Luz a one eyed glance, he was smiling as usual.

"You're trying to stop the Owl coven right?"

"U-Uh… I… well…" Hunter tripped over his words.

"Which is actually kinda why I came here, Hunter . I've been hearin' some funny things through the grapevine lately," Alistair took slow strides forward, stuffing his hands into his pockets.

It happened in a blur. Alistair gripped Hunter by the hood and slammed his face into the stone desk in one fluid motion. The impact caused the table to collapse under the pressure, causing Hunter to cry out in fear, losing his helmet in the process, Luz and Lilith staring in disbelief.

Alistair picked him back up and threw Hunter back against the wall, the Golden Guard whimpering in pain..

"Ah, Hunter You're really breakin' my heart. Almost as bad as your nose is," Alistair gave a small, amused giggle as he patted his shoulder. "Don't you know that we elite got some standards? Pickin' on someone and mocking her relentlessly… now that's just ice cold."

"B-But s-sir…" Hunter mustered out pathetically, his voice quiet and muffled as his still held his bleeding nose. Hunter visibly trembled. Luz wouldn't be at all surprised if he ended up pissing his pants at this point. The rest of the emperor's looked like they weren't faring any better, and none of them had even been hit.

"So long as you work in my territory, I don't wanna hear jack squat about you attacking the Owl Coven. Got it?" Alistair said, his voice deep and intimidating. Hunter furiously nodded his head in understanding. The Radio Demon smiled, patting his shoulder. "Good! That's all I had to say!"

With that Alistair lead Luz and Lilith away. " Uh thank you " Luz said slightly embarrassed. " Think nothing off it " The Radio Demon replied " Belos and his coven have been up to no good for far too long and i cant have my amusement be spoiled by some petty bitch "

Luz smiled and looked at Lilith, King was dancing along beside them, the Radio Demon then left, and Luz and the gang headed back home, they had just encountered the Radio Demon and were lucky to be alive.
