Before the panic could reach her throat, a strong arm yanked her from behind. The sudden pull caused Ga Eul's head to fall upon the figure's chest. The smell, she knew it too well, without a glance she pushed herself away and turned around, her back now facing the person.

"And here I was thinking damsels in distress liked being saved," the figure commented, folding his arms above his chest. Ga Eul rolled her eyes as she began walking away only to trip on a twig poking out of the ground. Instantly shutting her eyes expecting to hit the ground Ga Eul finds herself floating as she was only a few inches away from her face slamming on the ground, before she could process this she was pulled back only to have her head rest against the same chest. With furrowed brows Ga Eul pushed him away with all her force making the figure fall back a few steps before looking back at her confused "you know nice people usually say thank you when saved twice."

"Nice people don't try to set up a girl who likes them with their father!" Ga Eul blurted, not thinking of how the words escaped her mouth. Ever since her disastrous date with Yi Jung she had promised herself she wasn't going to be involved with him. Yet, no matter where she would go, he would be there with a new girl by his side. Knowing how he actually felt about her was too much. First the harsh rejection, and then the so-called "date," and lastly never getting her closure was all building up and now that he was with her again she couldn't help but let it out.

"Ga Eul I-"

"Don't. Just leave it, I don't need any excuses. I just want to get out of this stupid maze and get home. I don't even know why I came here. First the killer on the loose and now you-" Ga Eul straightened herself wiping away tear drops as they began to run down her cheeks.

Yi Jung watched Ga Eul as she fixed herself, why did things have to be this way? Only he knew how much he wanted to punish himself the morning after the date. He only drowned himself with alcohol to erase Ga Eul's face forever after how he treated her, but alas, in his dreams were only images of Ga Eul. Then the next morning as soon as he gained consciousness even the sun's rays weren't filling up his studio as much as the images of Ga Eul crying. She had been a complete mess after the jerk ex boyfriend broke up with her and what he did… Yi Jung had horrible ideas of how she must have been but he continued to play his little game. Everytime they were to meet because of their friends he would make sure to have someone with him to show he forgot all about her but he would only find himself staring at Ga Eul even more. Everytime he stared into those beautiful brown orbs he found himself losing his own game. Tonight he couldn't even come to bring anyone with him. All he wanted was just a glance or even smile from Ga Eul to warm up his cold heart. Yet she took all measures to stay away from him, which she should. Yi Jung was snapped out of his thoughts when the words killer entered his ears.

"Killer? Is that why you were screaming? Yah Ga Eul what horror film did you see" Yi Jung chuckled as he attempted to cut through the thick atmosphere that surrounded them and he wasn't referring to the chilly winds.

"I saw blood on the trees over there and then heard someone running towards me and-" Ga Eul was cut off as Yi Jung laughed in response to her statement.

"Ga Eul you seriously think there is a serial killer out here? You realize what you are saying right? You know if you just wanted to be closer to me you just had to tell me" Yi Jung joked, slowly moving closer, now only one step away from where Ga Eul stood. Taking a deep breath Ga Eul flashed Yi Jung a big smile followed by stepping on his shoe with all her might.

"What the-" Yi Jung held his leg as he skipped back on one feet.

"I would rather be with the serial killer right now than you" before Yi Jung responded to Ga Eul's words, a mysterious figure approached them. "Are you fellas lost?"
