"But how do we know it wasn't the dragon residing in the wood!"

"You dare doubt the Fifth Spirit's witness? Her life was threatened!"

"I am merely giving the benefit of the doubt-"

"I'll give you the benefit of doubt before I punch you in the face." Ryder placed a hand on his sister's bicep lowering it down to the table. Honeymaren's face remained deep red, Elsa could have sworn she saw an angry vein hidden beneath the small wisps of hair that hung free from her head.

"Enough! I am just as weary of the dragon's presence as any of you but I will not veto Elsa's testament." Yelana gave the current context of the conversation, a significant look but it was not reciprocated since Elsa was daydreaming out of the window wondering when the meeting would reach some conclusion. She had already reported her story to them and they had already given reports to the damages caused in the village and forest, but it seemed Yelana wouldn't adjourn until everyone had some semblance of peace and security.

It wasn't that she blasé to their concerns, she actually considered them very heavily but the accusing of her dragon had brought on a sense of indifference defense, in addition to a meeting she had in less than hour with Arendelle's Monarch albeit was alot more informal still Anna's time had extreme value and she would not be tardy.

All silenced when she began to speak when she turned her eyes upon them all deliberately.

"The dragon is no threat to village and her safety and health is my imperative. I understand everyone's trepidation at her stay and do not wish to stress you all, I will take full responsibility for all her actions but she was not the one who caused the fires last night I assure you. Honeymaren?"

The woman straightened upon hearing her name giving Elsa her full attention instead of the fools she had been arguing with all morning, nodding with her brows furrowed.

"Any news back from the scouts you sent out last night?"

"Nothing yet but their search remains diligent."

Elsa nodded at her now regarding Yelana who gave an equally respectful stare. "I will try to keep her from the village until everyone has good faith that the attack was not hers." Satisfied Yelana graciously called the meeting to an impasse yield until some results were conclusive.

Elsa was the first out of the temporary council tent and upon Nokk before Honeymaren could run out to stop her.

"Elsa?" That was a call she could not ignore but was surprised to hear nonetheless. How did Yelena make it out before Honeymaren did? How fast did she move to be standing calmly beside Nokk hands folded with nothing out of place not even a breath?

"Yes?" Yelena made certain others were out of earshot before answering. Her tender voice drew up Elsa's brow in shock. "I'm worried about you." It took the younger much longer than she would have liked to recover.

She dismounted Nokk leveling their gazes, she had always been taught it was rude to speak formally with someone atop a horse when you were either below their station or of equals.

"I have some concerns that you are putting the world upon your shoulders again instead of distributing its weight among those who would happily take it, those who care about you." Yelena certainly did not open up like this often. She voiced her concerns yes, but all emotional ties were usually put at the back, stating them as facts rather than the state of her being.

"I'm sorry to cause-" She couldn't even finish the thought in her head before she was interrupted. There was no point in rushing Yelana was clearly in command of the conversation from the moment she said Elsa's name.

"You're doing it again, there is no reason for you to apologize for my... anxieties." Elsa didn't believe that for a second. "I know I'm keeping you but all I ask is that you try not to punish yourself in penitence for things out of your control, even silently." Yelana left Elsa to digest her words thoroughly.

"Please." The quiet plea said over Yelena's shoulder when she turned her head back concreted the discussion in Elsa's subconscious. She was snapped out of her silent arguments she began developing by an anxious Nokk counting the ground.

She had to meet Anna at her cottage and if she wanted to remain punctual she could afford no more delays.

She sighed in relief upon arrival seeing that she had beat her sister, immediately dismounting she ran in leaving the door ajar kicking off her flats to set up the tea nook in the back gardens.

Every visit she always hosted them back here, not caring to admit it but silently accepting the reason being the compliments and pride Anna drowned her older sister in be it about the flowers Elsa grew or how picturesque the view was of the lake, mountains, how at the right time of dusk the sunset would hit the lake and make it shimmer and at night when the peaceful waters were still how the night sky reflected in the pools as if a thousand stars also resided here on earth.

The cups, and food platters and other dishes clinked together as Elsa sped walked down the cobble path to the small table setting down the china and cutlery. Teacups hung on her fingers to save the trip.

She practically ran back inside to retrieve the small hors d'oeuvresores she prepared unable to hid her elation she always had when her sister and brother in law visited.

Anna had written that they would be spending the night wanting to taste test a bottle of spirits with Elsa she had received as a late birthday gift from a Ruskland duke. It was known the queen was partial to the drinks, as Anna had put it 'they mad fun even more fun' though Elsa had a strong disagreement to that sentiment.

Observing the table Elsa's hand cupped her chin as she wondered what was missing that continuously tickled the back of her mind.

Snapping her fingers loudly they danced together spawning a vase and ice chrysanthemums Anna's favorites. She had been very accommodating to Kristoff as well fixing up his favorite type of bacon wrapped cranberry appetizers.

Going over the details once more and now being satisfied she gave a small nod. Not particularly fancy enough for a state visit but still intimately pleasant.

"Elsa!" Anna called entering her home while Kristoff unloaded the sleigh with their belongings. This would definitely take him two trips due to his wife's tendencies to over pack insisting every single article in her trunk was an absolute necessity.

"Elsa!" Olaf repeated hugging her legs.

Now fully constricted, Elsa hugged back tightly, before she attempted to pull away but was held by Anna's arm around her waist. At least she could walk since Olaf had released her legs.

Chuckling as her sister led her to the couch in the sitting room. She was released when Anna Ooed at the chocolate truffles Elsa set out helping herself to a handful. Olaf gave himself a tour of her abode talking to himself animatedly as he always did when he visited.

Decorum abandoned Anna spoke as she cheeked the treats. "So tell me all about last night.." she swallowed with a loud gulp. "Why you're still running into fires like you're mental." She shot a warning deadpan look Elsa's way, grabbing her sister's chin who was distracted by Kristoff's noisy grunts in the entry way.

"He's fine, he needs the exercise anyways." Kristoff balked at Anna's comment resting his elbows on the trunk he set down vertically.

"Excuse me but I'm not the one who eats at least four desserts in a single day."

Elsa giggled behind her hand when Anna threw a truffle his way aiming for his head but the trajectory was changed as he opened his mouth catching it.

Olaf hid a loud whisper behind his hand to the man. "I wasn't going to say anything but I think you both could do with carrying in a few trunks."

"Alright you lost your smelling privileges." Kristoff snatched the carrot as Olaf chased him back outside.

Elsa then with prodding went over the events of the previous night keeping out many details that would make her endeavours sound too dangerous.

Her prudent attempts all derailed upon mentioning the arrow despite her efforts to draw attention to a certain dragon's preventative actions.

"We're going to need this sooner than I thought..." Anna mumbled pouring the liquor in a cup. "Anna it's barely passed one." Kristoff berated taking the bottle.

She shrugged. "You're right we should be sharp minded when we meet the hero dragon." A moment's pause had the man staring off before he grumbled pouring three glasses.

Olaf clapped. "We're going to meet a dragon! I've never met a dragon before." He tapped his snowy chin when recollection hit him. "Oh! Except for the one that destroyed our roof, and blew fire all over the city, and attacked Mattias and the soldiers, and ran away into-"

Giggling Anna handed Elsa a glasses which she had begun to refuse stating they'd be trying it tonight but Anna pushed it into her hands brow raised.

"You know it's quite rude to refuse a drink from your queen." She knew where the target was to coerce Elsa and hit dead center.

Relenting Elsa took the glass. "You're very pushy you know." She lamented cradling the glass carefully in her palm.

"All the more reason why I am surprisingly great at politics."

They held up the cups standing in a circle. "Here's to Elsa giving me nothing but grey hairs and not dying."

"To Elsa not dying!" Kristoff repeated.

"To Elsa not dying!" Olaf cheered happy that his surrogate mother wasn't dying. Or was she and they were trying to stop it?

Elsa shrugged. She could drink to that. "To not dying." a smile began forming and bled out into her cheer.

They tipped the glasses and down the liquor. Elsa's pupils dilated as she sputtered coughing placing a hand on Kristoff's shoulders to steady herself from both embarrassment and the burning in her chest.

Anna sputtered dribbling some of the liquid on her green and black travel clothes laughing at her sister's blunder. She wiped her chin with the back of her hand.

"Are you drunk already?" Olaf asked curiously. It usually took Anna two drinks to get 'there' as Mattias called her states of when she was buzzed. If Kristoff wasn't around he would take over being her drunken caretaker, while not abandoning decorum, and has even been known to not only cover Anna's drunk rants about specific dignitaries and royals Anna had a distaste for but tuck her in to bed when she either fell asleep at the table, on the table, standing up, on her throne, or just about anywhere.

She shook her head at Kristoff who did not join in on her mockery then gestured to Elsa. "Oh come on that was funny, the spirit can't handle her spirits."

"I beg to differ." Elsa said not quite finding the humour, flicked her wrists summoning a handkerchief to wipe her face and blue tunic which had remained tucked into her white breeches. "So tea." She offered gesturing to the back yard.

"Oh! Tea I can't drink it but I do enjoy smell- Kristoff I need my nose back."

"Ah damn it!" Anna complained stepping outside. "We could have poured the vodka in it."

Elsa shook her head grinning. "No thanks."

"So uh... Where is she?" Olaf asked.

Elsa's eyes scanned the skies with her hands shielding them. The were dejectedly empty save for a few puffy white clouds which glided along slowly.

"I told her to meet us here this morning." Elsa frowned. She had picked the perfect place to show the graceful beauty in flight.

"I have very important people for you to meet this afternoon so I would ask you kindly to look presentable-" Elsa emphasized the word taking in the dragon's mud covered scales as she was caught mid lick with a fish.

Elsa could see her considering her word carefully as she stood up and before the woman could duck in cover shook the mood as a dog who would attempt to rid moisture from their pelt.

Elsa spit out the mud which coated a side of her lips, she gave a gracious slight head bow. "Th-Thank you."

The dragon mewed looking quite pleased with the ordeal examined her body for any traces of mud or muk which she accumulated by following the a deer's idea of wallowing.

"You told her?" Kristoff yelled dubiously.

"Kristoff can-can you steer us away from cliff side?" Anna clutched his tan tunic sleeve nervously. She truly hated them, always stating she needed to lay down when faced with the sheer faces of the ones near the fjord.

"Don't worry Anna, it's only an endless drop down into the ocean below, so if you fall you won't hit the ground." Olaf patted her knee as she paled further.

Elsa tended to her swiftly placing both hands on her shoulders rubbing them up and down.

He took a bite of Olaf's nose before kissing her head. "No worries my sweet sweet carrot top-"

"I told you not to call me that, the tops of carrots aren't even good you toss those out." Anna leaned into Elsa's touch, her cool hands did help chase away the dizzying effects the cliff's edge had.

"We're not even close to-"

"Kristoff!" Anna cried.

Elsa reacted quickly shooting a blast from her finger tips, as she jumped from the sleigh, rushing to the edge of the drop. Her icy rope lassoed around his ankle stopping his plummet.

Kristoff sucked in air from screaming as he reached up clutching the rope. Sven bellowed and grasped the back of her blouse between his teeth, while Olaf grasped his tail tightly, yanking her backward.

A large shadow passed over them.

Kristoff landed upon Elsa with a rough tumble. She groaned in pain climbing from up under the large man. Anna had already thrown her arms around him kissing every inch of his before running her hands along his chest and neck checking for any harm.

The man, was locked in shock, eyes expanded to almost impossible widths as Sven sniffed his hair.

Elsa looked up and frowned. Anna's eyes followed hers now understanding the cause of the ruckus. She stood and pointed at the ground. "Get down here now!" Elsa gulped at how the anger shook her throat and words.

The dragon landed stumbling slightly, looking confused as to why the mountain man was still alive.

Upon regarding the scene before her she no longer felt proud of herself that much was certain when her chest sunk slightly, between Elsa's look of bewilderment and Anna's red cheeks, she garbled lowly ears folding back almost apologetically.

Olaf tried to rush forward arms extended. "Hi I'm Olaf-" he spoke the rest of his greeting behind Kristoff's hand who clutched at him tightly in his lap.

Anna stepped forward. "First you destroy my roof then you go and chuck my husband off a cliff!" The dragon's neck leaned back eyes darting to the side at Elsa who offered no aid. She slowly and diffidently copied Anna's peeved stance, arms akimbo, foot tapping.

"Do you hate me? Is that it? I didn't do anything to you!"

The dragon tucked her tail, eyes downcast, looking like a scolded kitten letting out barely audible pitiful noises at her chastisement.

At this Anna softened slightly. She approached further "Can we start over?" A little glance at her told Anna yes.

"I'm prin- er- Queen Anna of Arendelle. Resident of castle Arendelle, owner of the roof you broke." Anna held out her hand which was dwarfed by the paw which jiggled her fingers lightly.

She giggled raising her shoulders up to her ears.

The dragon's attention was caught by small twigs enveloping her forepaw tightly, while the sisters helped Kristoff to stand on his still wobbling legs.

Elsa was endeared to the moment as Olaf giggled at the dragon who dragged her large slightly forked tongue over his head.

Well besides the attempt on Kristoff's life, this was going great. Elsa had witnessed the big curious goof the dragon became as she grew more comfortable with her surroundings and less fearful.

Anna tried persuading her husband to join her by the dragon's side but he went on how he needed to comfort the now traumatized Sven.

Anna put a hand upon the dragon's right flank slowing when she recoiled slightly but held still bravely as she touched her scales which quivered underneath the flighting caresses.

"Whoa." Anna ran her hand up and down the scaly surface, noting the intense heat. "I'm petting a dragon!" Her cheers only grew with small jumps as the dragon crooned at her. It was similar to the pleading tone she gave Elsa the night she finally mended her leg and wing. A cry the spirit now personally identified as 'Don't hurt me, please.'

She wrapped both arms around the now stiff creature who similar to Kristoff froze while keeping eye contact with Elsa. "Mmm I could use you in the winter." Elsa nodded in encouragement, trusting that if anyone could be a representative of the good and happiness humanity could bring it was Anna.

"She has the warmest hugs I've ever received." Olaf too went in full body.

"Elsa this big Ole cutie gave you all that trouble? If she hadn't scared the living daylights outta me I wouldn't believe it." Elsa opened her mouth to protest the dragon's remarkable permissive behavior to Anna and Olaf's curious handsy greetings, but decided against it, this was what she wanted after all.

She knew half of her family were near impossible to refuse be it a stubborn lawyer who did not want to pass a bill of law to a dragon who now wrapped a tail round the two purring.

"Kristoff you have to feel our friend here she's so sweet." Olaf refused to release his new obsession unlike Anna who now just rested a hand upon her shoulder, her eyes met the content looking Elsa's silently speaking.

Anna understood now.

"I could have died!" Kristoff protested folding his arms. He had wearily offered a pet which the dragon initially moved away from probably sensing the man's budding negative opinion her, but the dragon soon abandoned her ruminative thought of him when she discovered teasing him was very entertaining, much like Anna in an abstract sense but different in action.

Twenty minutes into their introduction Kristoff received the second biggest fright of his life when the dragon crouched shaking her shoulders pretending to pounce on him but instead landed a few inches from his face which fell away as he peeled backwards quickly and clumsily.

"Yes but you didn't so it's funny now."

Anna rested her head on his shoulder.

"Yea but why me? Why couldn't she have grabbed you?" The later most likely would have drawn an even darker opinion in the man about the dragon.

Anna thought for a moment tapping her chin slowly. "Because I look like Elsa." She pointed at the woman who tilted a incredulous head at her brows knitting together. She and Kristoff spoke at the same time.

"I don't think that's the correct reason."

"She couldn't have seen you from up there."

Again Anna shrugged leaning against the tree now watching the Dragon try to draw closer to Sven who kept his distance with Olaf in tow trying to convince him how warm she was. A secret the sisters shared, if anyone wanted to know at times how Kristoff was feeling outwardly, look to his reindeer who sometimes served as an inverse mirror to the man.

"What's her name?"

"She doesn't have one yet." Elsa answered picking imaginary dirt off her pants, it was a bit of shame that made her desire to meet Anna's eyes grow less and less. At those moments when she and the dragon interacted a name was less of a necessity than figuring out how the dragon felt and could be helped. During those times Elsa concluded that the dragon's scars flowed deeper than physicality enough exposure was evident to anyone paying attention.

"What? Well Elsa what have you been doing these past few weeks?"

Elsa began counting upon her fingers, looking up, her voice oozed of sarcasm. "Oh well let's see: Stopping forest fires, visiting the trolls, tracking down a dragon, important research about how the last dragon may right in front of u-"

Anna grasped her fingers saluting a peace, she silently cursed herself for drawing attention to how busy her sister had been. "Fair enough. We have to name her though." She hummed taking in the dragon's appearance carefully.

"Periwinkle."

"What?" Elsa and Kristoff asked simultaneously.

"Periwinkle." She stated as if they were missing the obvious. "It's cute and she's cute."

"That's really dumb." She slapped Kristoff's arm lightly. "Oh yea let's see what you come up with 'Mr. Judgy"

Kristoff regarded their subject pursing his lips. "I like Paul." He said simply.

"We are not naming the dragon, Paul." Anna ridiculed. "She's a girl for one."

"How do you know?" Both their eyes turned to Elsa when hugged herself not meeting their eyes, her mouth hid behind her fingers as she cradled her elbow in the opposite palm.

"Cause she's-she's pretty." She felt even more foolish when Kristoff rolled his eyes.

"Paul."

"We're not naming her Paul." Anna nearly growled. Elsa rubbed her temples in circles.

Both names are terr-

"Let's ask her," Kristoff cupped his mouth and yelled. "Paul!" The dragon looked up momentarily from her play in the field with Sven and Olaf before turning back now distracted by a dragonfly she gave chase to.

"Rest my case." He said clapping his hands ending in a rub together as one would do before eating a long awaited meal.

"Oh yea," Anna yelled even louder. "Periwinkle!" Again the dragon gave them her attention albeit a bit more annoyed than before. The dragon fly got away.

"She looked at me longer."

"Both those names are..." Elsa continued carefully. "Not ideal."

"Oh yea well you didn't even have a name for her." Anna challenged.

"I have a name for her I just didn't tell her yet." With expected eyes on her she continued. "Well I was going to name her Ryu."

Kristoff shot up an inquisitive brow. "What's that mean?"

"It's Japanese...for... Dragon." She replied quietly.

"You were going to name the dragon...dragon?"

"Says the one who wanted to name her Periwinkle." Kristoff grumbled under his breath. It was still heard and led to a debate Elsa tuned out since it did not seem overtly serious. Her gaze falling to the sweet creature in the fields.

Her charging legs had displaced a caterpillar and its perch. Skidding to a halt she looked over the small plant she destroyed. Allowing it to crawl up onto her paw the dragon placed it upon her nose.

Elsa's head titled as a warmth spread through her chest watching the dragon show the small life to Olaf and Sven before placing it gently on tree branched. She grinned warbling softly at it, tail slowly wagging completely astounded.

Elsa's unconscious sigh cut through the arguing unintentionally. The couple stared at her, the expression she had odd. They looked to what kept her attention.

Paul/Periwinkle was laying on her back allowing Olaf to jump upon her stomach among flowers, the pollen entered her snout snapping her head forward in a sneeze.

They had said their goodbyes to the dragon who took off of the cliff over the ocean. Elsa was tempted to invite her to her home but the dragon was gone before she had even come to the conclusion. Another time perhaps.

Elsa remained silent for the ride occasionally answering Anna and Kristoff's questions about anything pertaining the dragon. Olaf took over the silence telling his tales of the adventures they had wandering off to a brook. Apparently the dragon liked to swim and more importantly splash. From his stories which sometimes began at the middle and ended in the beginning she was just as easily distracted as he, from what Elsa could interpret, but also managed to actually focus on multiple predicaments at a time a skill Olaf was inherently lacking.

At Elsa's cottage in the sitting room more drinks were poured as Elsa presented her notes and learnings to them upon the center living room table.

She almost wished they were numbered but to Anna that hadn't mattered and Kristoff was able to decipher which ones were connected.

She sat with her leg hiked up on the couch tucked nearly underneath its twin, the drink already loosening her inhibitors.

"Dragens lys." Anna read carefully speech slightly slurred. She took in her physically and mentally tired sister who was rubbing the bridge of her nose. "Uh-huh." Anna shook head head, eyes closed when the weight of what was happening finally settled like a fog over her aura.

Kristoff read the room before he and Anna exchanged glances. Anna left hurriedly while he grabbed Elsa's hand startling her briefly. She looked up at him perplexed. "Come on dance with me."

"Wha- there's no music and I don't dance." As the words left her mouth a light cheerful room sounded from the stairs.

Anna wiggled her brows nudging her head forward, fingers almost expertly playing at the strings of her violin, the tune filled the cottage ridding it off the detriments of the task that slowly presented itself the misfit family.

Elsa sighed dragging to her feet. Kristoff was a bit more exuberant in dance then she until his energy soaked in like a contagion.

Elsa giggled as he swung her around. Anna paused in short intermission reaching to pour more drinks.

"Elsa! Elsa let me show you how their cheer in Russia- your gonna freak out- uh where can I break a glass." Elsa's brows rose at the inquiry. Pointing to the outside pathway, she already was reserved to whatever customs they beheld in Russia but her curiosity had taken center stage in the forefront of her mind.

Anna led them to the back and took the shot. Elsa jumped when glass Was shattered onto stone. "Huzzah!" Anna shouted laughing, her throw was Abit too close to their legs for Elsa's liking but no one appeared to be injured so she copied, her aim a bit further away, she, completely flushed took her shot, face sour then copied Kristoff who had also aimed his glass a bit farther.

"Huzzah." She shook her shoulders a little, festively in a little cheer. It was fun.

Upon returning from Sven in the gardens Olaf challenged them to a impromptu round of charades.

Elsa was still stiff came her turn unsure of how exactly to act out dragon. How topical.

Unsure, her fingers curled in tiny hooks by her cheeks in attempt to create fangs.

"A pincher bug!"

"A- Uh pincer bug!"

"Hey that was my answer."

She flapped her arms lightly.

"Bird!"

"Chicken."

"That's still a bird." Kristoff explained legs crossed.

When time ran out Elsa sat down showing Anna the paper. "You get the easiest ones!" She complained taking her turn.

She read the paper. A spiting politician.

"You gotta be kidding me."

"Hey no talking."

Elsa sat on her balcony in her study, the moon now full, she didn't know why she was out there. Maybe the flush of her cheeks felt pleasant against the night air. Perhaps she enjoyed the crickets and other ambience the forest had to offer. Or maybe she wished to see a dragon's silhouette against the full moon.

That dragon had become her reason for alot of things. The Dragen lys. Was that why she felt such an obligation to care for her? Her mind imagined her limping along in the field of wildflowers rolling around, carefree. No, Elsa shook her head. Her actions would remain the same had in another life there was no such a thing as Dragens lys.

"Ryu." It was soft, barely spoke into the night. A test of sound. It sounded lovely. The name raised questions about the strange creature it embodied, so many parallels that all made sense if one took the time to really delve into the subject. What had it meant? Where did it come from? Why had it been?

Elsa felt a slight curve of her lips, her legs lazily kicking from the bench while her arms supported here weight.

Should she say it again? The question made her bubble in giggles steadily rising in octaves at the silliness of it. She could say it as much as she wanted. "Ry-"

"There you are." Anna plopped down beside her barely giving the older girl time to make room for her. She lifted the bottle of liquor. "You wanna finish this?" She slurred. Elsa daintily took it from her grasps. "No and neither do you." Anna awed begging her for one more drink.

"Fine. But that's it. I don't want you getting sick in my kitchen again." Anna cheered as they took one more swig. Elsa sneakily hid the bottle under the bench tucking it back with her toe.

No need to repeat her 23rd birthday. The thought caused an involuntary shudder.

"Hmm?" Anna asked aroused from the small tremors, lifting her head from Elsa's shoulder.

Elsa merely played in her hair resting her cheek against Anna's head. She closed her eyes arms around her sister. They had found themselves here at this time many times before, drunk, sober, crying both tears of happiness and sorrow.

This place was slowly becoming a crucial point in both their histories and futures. It was where time stopped and it was just the two of them watching the moon which was also frozen in place. The sun would never rise so long as they sat there.

"What's wrong Anna?" There it was again. That strange intuition her sister always had about her feelings and the feelings which of course could not deflected onto herself.

"I'm scared." There was no use to denying it. Both of them knew denial would be just a waste of time.

"I know, of what though is the question?"

"Well... Our family has a habit of falling into a happy pattern, we all reach a point in our lives where we're happy and it doesn't even feel long since it's been so long if that makes sense, and then..." Elsa prodded on Anna to continue. "and then?"

Her lips quivered in ana effort to not cry. "And then something bad happens to uproot us. Something drastic, hell it's even happened when we're not happy. Hel I'm not ever afraid change anymore, it can be good, yet the consequences of what it brings still haunt me." The pain was audible, Elsa knew what haunted her sister. What drove her still adverse reaction to change.

"I have felt like I've didn't need to learn anything else from life before which was foolish, but life always has proved me wrong." It always did, and it always hurt. Each time escalating the last as if life said but wait there's more at the end of each needed yet still painful lesson it taught all of them.

"Anna," Elsa began whether the drink had loosened her lips she didn't know but she had only hoped that this was what her younger needed.

"At the end of each lesson, sometimes in the short perspective of things it seems not worth it, the pain, the efforts we give and take, but it's necessary to help us grow as we should be doing always, and with growth change will never stop, and never stop being needed, and I'm happy about that since I get to see you become all the more this amazing, spectacular person you've become, and I'm amazed every single time."

Anna lifted once more and planted a sloppy kiss upon the corner of Elsa's mouth.

Elsa hummed rubbing her arms. "What was that for?" She asked quietly.

Anna shrugged. "Guess I've grown fond of you...over the years." Her voice groggy covered a yawn.

"I should be so lucky."

"You are."

After a few minutes just when Elsa thought her sleeping she spoke again.

"Elsa?"

"Hmm?"

"You love me?"

"You know I do."

"Then promise me you won't ever leave me."

Elsa parted her lips and inhaled a small breath
