HIIII what's up? I'm Kaymenace and this is my first fanfic so please read and review. I'm not that big of a fan of Raven's Home so the characters might be a bit OOC but I'm doing my best so deal with it.
Disclaimer: Yes, I do own Raven's Home and I'm writing this from my 3 million Dollar Mansion (Note the sarcasm)
Key to thoughts: Raven's thoughts Booker's thoughts
Psychic Love chapter 1
It was an unusually cold Saturday in March of 2021 and somewhere in an apartment in Chicago, a teenage boy was looking for his mom
"Hey, mom?" Booker Baxter called out to his ma
"Yeah, baby?" Raven Baxter answered her 16-year-old son from the kitchen in their apartment
"I have a problem with my visions, they don't come to pass lately." Booker said
"Really?" Nia Baxter, Booker's fraternal twin sister asked Booker coming out from nowhere
"Girl stop doing that! But yes, my visions don't come true, now go away!" Booker said, frustrated with Nia's constant butting in his problems.
"Ok sheesh, I'll go away, happy?"
"Very"
After Nia left, Raven and Booker continued their conversation
"So, Booker we need to go to Dr. Sleevemore's office so he can check up on that." Raven said
"What?" Booker asked Raven his attention fully on a butterfly passing by
"God that boy," Raven thought, annoyed with Booker's short attention span.
"You know when you said your visions don't come true?"
"Oh yeah, that! Can we go tomorrow?" Booker asked hopefully
"Let's wait for Chelsea to come and see whether she'll go with us," Raven said thinking about her best friend and her son who they share an apartment with
As if on cue, Chelsea Grayson and her son Levi walked in with some Groceries
"Hey, Rae I didn't know which cucumbers you wanted so I got all the types. Is that ok?" Chelsea asked Raven
"As long as they were from your credit card it's fine. Chels, Booker has a problem with his visions so we're going to Dr. Sleevemore's office tomorrow. Wanna come with?" Raven said all in one breath
"Uh sure. Levi?" Chelsea asked the only product of her failed marriage
"Okay, Sure it's not like I have anything better to do." Levi replied
"Don't you have homework, Levi?" Chelsea asked her son
"Its Spring break Aunt Chels, there is no homework." Booker told Chelsea
"I remember how they used to give us homework during Spring break, it sucked." Raven remembered cringing
"Oh yeah! Remember when you tried to fool Mr. Petrachelli into thinking you were your mom?" Chelsea asked Raven with a chuckle
"Mhmm, one of the best disguises you, Eddie, and I came up with. By the way, how is Eddie?"
"I don't know, haven't heard from him in a while, you know, I always shipped you two together!"
"Sis, don't even joke about that. We tried dating but it didn't work, you remember that!"
"I do but I still ship you guys"
As the ladies kept arguing, Booker and Levi quietly snuck off to their room
"Damn so mom dated uncle Eddie?" Booker asked Levi astonished
"I don't think so Book, but even if they did, your mom said it didn't work out" Levi replied
"Whatever" Booker yawned "I'm going to bed. Night dude"
"Night Booker"
…..
So, I guess that's it for chapter 1.
Fun fact: I put in mushrooms for Chelsea's groceries but then I researched and found out Raven was allergic
This chapter took me almost a year to write mainly because I had other things to do
Please read and review.
Byeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeee,
