another touch-up revision of yet another chapter in my newly renamed Marissonshipping fanfiction, 'The Heartless Timing of Life'. I know that I said that the fanfiction of 'The Heartless Timing That Is Life' had already been completed, but that was all before I took a closer look at the fanfiction, itself, saw all of its grammar mistakes and realized that it needed somewhat of a make-over. so, that's exactly what I'm doing with 'The Heartless Timing of Life', formerly 'The Heartless Timing That Is Life'. the new title was actually what I had originally wanted to call it, anyway. this chapter is definitely a short(er) one with a mere two-hundred-seventy-two words worth of storyline, obviously not including the headnote that is this paragraph, right here, or the mandatory disclaimer which makes up the following paragraph after this one. I'm well aware that I called the disclaimer mandatory because for my fanfictions as of late, it might as well be mandatory. OK, enough pleasantries. on with the disclaimer, itself.
disclamation: I don't own the 'Pokémon' anime in any way, shape, or form. I'm afraid that the ownership rights of that, the manga, and the games are reserved for Satoshi Tajiri and the folks of the Nintendo Gaming Company. yes, I know that the creator of 'Pokémon' has the same name as Ash Ketchum's name in the raw Japanese dub is. I don't even own this fanfiction's own storyline. the storyline for this very fanfiction has been inspired by a tween-friendly Korean cartoon under the series title of 'Flowering Heart'.
Meanwhile with Mairin, herself, her date with Jean Paul was going very well, all in all. They concluded their date back at Raymond and Kimberly's beach house named 'The Hibiscus Guest House'. Alain just happened to being stepping out the door that same moment and saw Mairin with Jean Paul. Mairin seemed so lost in Jean Paul's facial features, she could not remove her eyes from him.
Jean Paul: I hope to see you again during the time I spend on Solaris.
Mairin: Until then, Jean Paul. Parting is such lovely agony.
Then, the worst thing that could have happened between the two of them happened. From Alain's point of view, it really was the worst thing. Jean Paul gave Mairin a kiss on her cheek, and she was so happy from the kiss that she fainted in pure joy and elation from it. Alain recovered from his unprecedented, yet unbelievably painful shock just soon enough to catch Mairin from her fainting and brought her inside the beach house as Jean Paul walked away.
Inside the beach house, Alain summoned forth his flying-type pokémon, a male Unfezant, to fan Mairin's overheating blush a bit.
Alain: Unfezant, come on out.
Unfezant spoke its name upon being let out of its pokéball.
Alain (continued): Unfezant, Mairin's a little bit_ overheated. Use your Gust Attack to fan her, but just a small gust.
Unfezant spoke his name as though he were trying to ask why.
Alain (continued): The reason isn't important, right now.
Alain was being unusually rough with his own Unfezant. Alain started to blush a bit, himself. Unfezant complied his trainer's command, nonetheless.
