Chapter 6 Under the Red Hood P5: Storm is coming

And things happened fast indeed for Gotham. A bloody crime war was going on with Black Mask hitting hard against Red Hood & his operations. Not much, just his operations on the streets but not the Hooded Warrior himself or anyone just yet. It close too and resulted in a bloody fight of Black Mask sending and hiring assassins to hunt down the red-hooded bastard.

Red Hood fought some lesser-known assassins and later the Fearsome Head of Four which resulted in Batman joining him & helping the hooded anti-hero. Of course, the Dark Knight was testing Red Hood and seeing if he was really who he thinks he is, by testing the fighting and combining time which was striking matching to a certain blonde in the past.

It felt like the old days, father & son, Batman & Robin fighting side by side. It put a song and heartful feeling in Red Hood's heart as he mention that & how he missed watching the Dark Knight work. Batman felt the same way and was about to say something but one of the members attacked them and would later cause a big impact as the hooded warrior crossed the line, by killing the eye-laser assassin.

Batman and Red Hood argued quite a lot on that which reminded the Dark Knight of one such argument and how it almost went bad but lucky a certain Amazon Princess calm down the attention. Not this time and Bruce offered to help, not wanting to fight, wanted to be a father again if he was right, his broken son that returned back from the dead.

Sadly Red Hood said no and left with a warning as he was just getting started with his bigger plans in motion. His words ringed in Batman's head and could replay them every second.

"In the end, what's more important? You're ideas? You're family? Or yourself!?" Red Hood shouted as he escaped within the cloud of smoke and left the Dark Knight to his thoughts.

Bruce had more pieces to the puzzles now. Who is Red Hood was coming more clear and clear? Much more as he got blood simple now.

Small Time Skip

With Red Hood

Red Hood hummed as he placed his bag down and started to build his rocket launcher to greet Black Mask, the fun way. He could tell from the rooftop, seeing the penthouse and office that the crime boss was losing his edge and touch now. We see he wasn't alone as the Sirens were enjoying their company with him and drinking some the rich red wine, a small celebration.

"Ah, now that some fine wine," Harley happily said, being a long while since she had some wine.

"You said it, Harley," Catwoman agreed, enjoying this partnership and how many heists they pulled off against Black Mask. Oh, it was so good and fine agreement.

"Indeed," Poison Ivy said with a smirk, enjoying the relaxation.

"I'm happy you all like it but the night is not over as I got one last message to send to Old Mask here," Red Hood said, putting together his rocket launcher and ready to use it soon.

"Ohhh, is not my birthday, Red," Harley said, seeing the rocket launcher and having a pretty good idea of what her new friend would do.

"Really? That's a shame. Call it an early birthday present for you girls. From me to you," Red Hood said, bringing the launcher upon his shoulder and aiming at his target.

"Oh! Oh! Oh! Turn on the laser!" Harley shouted in near excitement.

"Huh? Why?" Red Hood asked, not seeing a point in that request.

"I wanna see if Black Maks piss his pants and his reaction," Harley replied with a cheerful look on her face.

"Oh really? Well, in that case," Red Hood happily agreed as he pushed the button, having a red laser light up.

"You sure you two are not related?" Poison Ivy asked, raising an eyebrow and questioning if those two are crazy related.

"Nope," Was their only reply.

"Just set back and enjoy the show, Ivy. It's our gifts we are enjoying and here's the next one coming for us," Catwoman explained.

Red Hood smirked as he saw Black Mask looking at the window and saw a laser point coming from his rocket launcher. He then waved his hand, greeting and mocking the crime boss at what was to come next.

"Oh hell!" Black Mask mumbled to himself and started to make a break for it, rushing out of his office so that some of his men won't fall behind.

"Wow...he sure can move when he wants to," Red Hood commented as he pull the trigger, having the rocket fly outwards and towards his target. Only smoke was left behind and enjoyed the fireworks blowing up the office.

The four watched the explosion got off in the office building and enjoyed the fireworks. A great show and start of Red Hood's final act to come forward.

Wayne Manor - Graveyard

We see at Wayne Manor, the graveyard someone was digging up a grave that belongs to Naruto Uzumaki himself and that person was struggling with one leg & other half broken but didn't stop him as he demanded to find answers for himslef after Bruce discovers the blood match.

Dick kept digging until he was closer and closer to the coffin. A part of him didn't want to do this but he had to be sure if his little brother was alive or dead. The Batcomputer found a possible match between Red Hood and Naruto to be one & the same. He had to be sure and just couldn't believe that this anti-hero was in fact that happy little brother of his that wanted to be a hero since he could remember. The former Robin couldn't believe it and soon got to the coffin to open it, showing the untouched body of Naruto Uzumaki.

"See sir he is still at peace," Alfred said not wanting his surrogate grandson's grave to be any further defiled.

"No, he's not..." A voice said catching Alfred and Dick's attention as Bruce walked up to them looking down at the body of "Naruto".

Dick shook the body of his little brother as the head popped off revealing it to be nothing more than a fake mannequin.

It was not real, not fresh & blood. It was a fake and could mean many things but for the Dark Knight, one answer came to his mind, being the Demon's Head himself

Time Skip - Later on the bridge

Black Mask had personally got out of Arkham and hired the Joker which was a big mistake as he caught him and the former men that once worked for him. Up above, Red Hood soon stepped into the show, having one of the police officers see and get the helicopters' lights on him which Joker saw and smiled at.

"Up there!" Gordon shouted, having his men aimed at Red Hood and Joker in case something goes down.

"Heyyyy, look at you, Mr. Hood, or do you prefer Red?" Joker asked as he got up from his kneed position and focus on the hooded person.

"You know I used to wear an outfit a lot like that. Mine was more flash maitire D than motorcycle fetish. You kids today!" The clown said before checking his lighter and still got no fire which was a little upsetting.

"I'm sorry, could you hold on. I was just in the middle of setting fire to your gang."

Clicking the lighter for a spark or something to come on but no luck.

"Go ahead. You think I care if that scum dies?" Red Hood questioned.

"I don't know, I just wanted your attention," Joker replied, still trying to set his lighter up.

"You've always had my attention but what I really wanted...was an audience with you," Red Hood said, getting the clown to realize the plan was set up from the getgo.

"I'm sorry that seems to imply that you organized this little clambake."

"I did. Sure I had lots of plans but the endgame was getting Black Mask so desperate that he cut a deal with you. He was the only one with the connections to get into Arkham and get you out."

"You can't trust anybody," Black Mask said, hearing the whole talk and had been used, this whole damn time!

"So I've been bamboozled, oh my," Joker said, stopping trying to light his lighter.

"I wouldn't undersell it. It took a lot of work to bring out our reunion," Red Hood said, this got the clown's attention.

"Reunion? Have we met before?" Joker asked, cupping his chin in thought.

"Yes, we have," Red Hood replied with his eyes narrowed at the clown, the one that took the life he cares for and loves into what he is now.

"Well here's to warm memories!" The lighter was left, a small fire was out and Joker smiled at this before jumping his lighter into the truck and letting the gangs on fire.

However that was stopped when the Batwing came zooming in, taking the flames out and launching a bat claw line onto the clown but the hooded warrior was faster and used his knife to cut the line, allowing the pair to fall into the river below which allowed the hooded warrior to capture his target at long last, now for the final events to come together at long last.

"I got him. Do you want him? Meet me at Crime Alley," Red Hood informed in his com-line that he hacked into Bat's and know he will come now. He then carried the trash with him to a worn-down safe house after his fight with the clown and get to work.

He then kicked the door down before throwing the tie-up clown into the room to get to work, special work in.

Joker coughed before laughing and said, "Okay, so what's the plan? Sleepover, guess who, a little truth or dare? Yes! I start with dare!"

Red Hood glared at the clown as he unzipped his bag and grabbed the weapon of his choice, an old crowbar, and payback time was here.

"Or maybe I will just go with the truth," Joker said as he watched the young man walking to him.

Red Hood brought the crowbar back before starting to swing down to the clown, beating him to a bloody mess that was familiar and crazy should know it all too well.

Forehead, backhead, face, stomach, and everywhere the Red Hood could hit the Joker with the crowbar, getting the clown into a bloody mess and beaten down, an itch close to death and would wish he was dead when he was done with him. The anger of every hit can be heard thought-out the safe house and the hooded anti-hero was enjoying his revenge on this bastard clown for what he has done to him and everyone.

"Tell me...how does it feel?" Red Hood asked, stopping his attacks and looking at the clown, the one that took his life away from him, trying to steady his breathing but the anger and enjoyment of harming this damn psychopath was almost an enjoyment for him.

"Well, you know? It only hurts when I laugh," Joker grunted before remembering something important.

"But hey, I gotta know. Who are you? You said we know one another and you do seem very familiar. Did we double at the prom or maybe blow up a school bus together?"

"No, I am just something you help make," Red Hood replied, holding onto the crowbar and narrowing his eyes onto the bastard for everything he did to him.

All of the pieces of his revenge were coming close in the final act as well.
