"Special Agent Fowler, please come in."

Fowler looked around the room, more than familiar with it. He had lost count how many times he had been in this interrogation room, and nothing changes. Even the dark, tense and irritating pang his gut never changed.

General Bryce's empty eyes greeted Fowler, like they did in every recon meeting. Despite Fowler and Bryce being on friendly terms, Fowler felt like he was talking to a brick wall with giant holes throughout it. And Fowler had to put the bricks back in the place in the dark. All the typical meeting with the General. Only recently, General Bryce had a camera man in the room with them.

"I assume we're not here to talk about Prime's disappearance or Megatron's rule." Fowler plopped down on the chair, waiting for the questioning to begin.

"Bill, after viewing your reports over the recent years, the United States Government recognizes that the Autobots have grown extensively. The President wants assurance that our new members are of no threat to our nation or to our planet."

Normally, hearing that the President needed an assurance check, Fowler would feel a bit more at ease. Nothing seemed out of the normal and the only thing he really needed to report was already given to the President. However, although he had the utmost trust in Prime and his team, he was also starting to feel on edge about the growing number of teammates of Optimus's team. "Alright, I guess I gotta do another test run of our trust in these 'hero's'."

"You call them 'hero's'."

Fowler sat straighter in his chair, preparing once more to defend the Autobots with his experience. Sometimes, he wished his word was enough. "With all due respect, General, they've saved my star spangled behind more times than I can count. They stopped Megatron from attacking the White House, and prevented the Decepticons from Cyber forming Earth. Those are big enough milestones that I don't think any human could ever do. I think they more than deserve that title."

"I see." He replied blankly, twining his fingers together and resting his elbows on the desk. "With that said, let's do a headcount of the original members. Without going into detail, tell us their names and ranks."

Fowler had to resist rolling his eyes. Bryce knew who they were, and at times, he wished the General would travel to the Autobot base and meet them, so he would stop asking the same questions constantly. It would make things a bit more convincing and a less of an effort on Fowler's end.

"Like I've said a hundred times over; Optimus Prime is the leader of the Autobots. Ratchet is the medic and scientist. Bumblebee is the scout, Bulkhead and Arcee don't have titles. They're just Autobot soldiers."

"And the Autogirl's?"

"Auto..who?" Fowler cocked his head to the side.

"Kind of a nickname the President gave to the other team that joined Team Prime, since they're all females and considered Autobots."

Fowler grinned, wondering which ones would be gripping and which ones would be glorifying about that nickname.

"They've stated when they arrived, they're neither Autobot or Decepticons. They're kind of the anti-war group on Cybertron that consists of females."

"Let's do a head count on them, similar to when he believed Prime to be on the side of the Decepticons."

Folwer sat back in his chair, scrambling his mind to remember their names. The part of his job he despised was keeping the names of the new commers right.

"Lady Teama is the leader, she is Prime's wife. Basically, she's the female version of Prime. Her second in command is Lady Senti, a fierce hot head with a sensitive, kind of over protective sister side."

"You said 'lady' before saying their names. Is that considered a title?"

"It's something they earned from the academy they attended, if you're at the top of your class, you're granted the title of being 'ladies'."

"Understood. Proceed then."

" Where was I? Oh, the scientist's. That would be the mother-daughter duo Kclayna and Tailen, Ratchet's daughter and mate. Uh, off the record, I already mentioned Tailen and her arrival. They are just like the overly dramatic female version's of Ratchet; but their medical expertise has come in handy plenty of times."

This is gonna be a long day, Fowler grunted in his thoughts.

"Rollie is the scout. She's the tallest of the bunch, and has the ability to curl into an indestructible metal ball."

"Indestructible?"

"As far as I know." Fowler answered, unintentionally letting his irritation show in his voice. Clearing his throat, he continued. "Bianna is also a scout, and Bumblebee's wife. Fortunately, she's not as hot headed as her husband, but her loyalty matches his to a point."

"Those two have children, correct?"

'Course he's gonna ask about the kids, Fowler grumbled in his head.

"They're called Sparklings, same thing just different name." Fowler sighed, rubbing the spot between his eyes. "They're seven of them; six belong to Bumblebee and Bianna."

"That's quite a lot."

Fowler sat quietly for a second, struggling to remember how they explained what happened a few years back before the sparklings were born. He remembered, clearly, how the President felt about the sparklings. Fowler's still surprised Optimus was able to come to an agreement with the President just before the twins were activated.

"According to them, Bianna was impregnated by the Allspark. Permission to bring this off the record?"

"Granted."

"The Allspark is an ancient artifact on Cybertron that gives new life on their planet. They can't really say how, it's base off their prophecy. In a nutshell, the Allspark chooses a bot it believes is strong enough to carry and give birth to six kids that will renew Cybertron."

"Renew Cybertron?"

"As far as anyone knows, they basically lead Cybertron to a new generation."

"A generation with intentions to Cyber form Earth like Megatron?"

Why must he make everything sound like it's gonna destroy Earth? Fowler wondered to himself.

"Not a chance, those kids are being raised by their parents along with the rest of the team. And by my reports, I know we can trust they will have no sinister intentions."

"You said 'along with the rest of the team'."

"Bianna and Bumblebee are their parents, the other members of the team are kind of their role models."

"Tell me about these sparklings."

"I ought to write a book about this." Fowler whispered to himself, in a way, he kind of hoped the General would have heard him. "The oldest are Kade and Dijette, they're a set of twins that share a split spark, which is rare for Cybertronians. Kade is like Ratchet; a bit uptight, but he is more than determined to end this war, that he tried to face off against Megatron on his own."

"Brave lad."

"I agree, but being so young and inexperienced, he really had no idea what he was getting himself into. He was fortunate the bots got to him in time. His twin sister, Dijette, is the exact opposite. She tries to keep everyone together and is highly protective of her siblings. Blur is the only one who can fly."

"An Autobot that flies?"

Although all of this was new to expressionless Bryce, it was a trip down memory lane for Fowler. He remembered everything from Ratchet's marriage to Steele's activation.

"Off the record again." Folwer began. What bothered him every time he was being interrogated, General Bryce never showed any emotion. Almost like he was either expecting this, or he was waiting for Fowler to be out of the room and the camera to be off before he show any emotion. "When Bianna was pregnant, she became infected with Dark Energon, the dark side of their life force, and it contaminated Blur. The energon basically mutated his exoskeleton to have wings and kind of a flier's t-cog. Believe me when I tell you, Blur's as good of a bot as Prime."

"So we have nothing to worry about with him?"

"Not a thing." Fowler was actually more surprised that the General showed a bit of interest in hearing an Autobot was born to fly. "We call Micra mini-Bianna, since she resembles her mom. She acts like her dad though; stubborn enough to risk her spark to help the team. And, like her dad, she also lost a part of herself. She lost her legs when she tagged along in a battle, so now she's walking on artificial legs. Aura's like Arcee; a fierce yet considerate bot. Tobit is the youngest and the smallest, but don't be fooled by his small footprint. He leaves as good of a mark as Arcee. He considers himself a Wrecker-in-training and often tags along with WheelJack and the other Wreckers."

"Wreckers? WheelJack?"

Fowler prayed that General Bryce was joking. It was like he hadn't read any of Fowler's reports. If he was being serious, then this meeting was going to be one of the longest meeting's they'll have in a long time.

Fowler decided to begin with the bot he remembers most.

"WheelJack's not exactly brand new like the others, he's just been ridin' solo for the last few years."

"And why is that?"

"He's an antsy bot, can never stay in one place for too long." Fowler shrugged, he didn't know how else to explain WheelJack. He was just lucky he was able to find nice words to say about WheelJack. "He's the one with an attitude problem like a typical teenager, but his loyalty and bravery is incalculable. Senti is his wife, he kinda balances her out. Smokescreen is the rookie with the potential of becoming a warrior."

"Who authorizes the promotion of a bot to a higher rank?"

"That is left to Prime. Although I'll admit, I think he's already done that. The kid's saved his life on two occasions using his wits and loyalty." Fowler grinned, knowing Smokescreen must be more than proud for saving Prime.

"Ultra Magnus is Prime's lieutenant and leader of the Wreckers, the black op's on Cybertron. He's more 'it's this way and not that' kind of bot. But he is opened to trying new things when the time's right. He has proven to be a brave leader in Prime's absence."

"Now I know there are more new members, but since you brought up the second in command, it's only fair I ask. Does this Ultra Magnus train the new members?"

Fowler chuckled. "Ironically that has fallen onto Smokescreen."

"Why him? I thought Smokescreen was a rookie."

At first, Fowler wondered that same thing. But then he remembered, Optimus did things in a way that made no sense to Fowler. "These few members rescued Smokescreen when he was abducted by Soundwave. After their arrival, and Prime welcomed them to them team, they see the kid as their leader."

"Does that cause any in fighting?"

"Surprisingly, no." Fowler answered, surprised but at the same time, not so surprised. "Prime put the kid in charge because they were more comfortable around him. Being considerate is something Prime does best."

"Tell me about these recruits in team Smokescreen."

Wow, he's gonna love that, Fowler would have said if the meeting was on more friendly terms.

"He's second in command is Parate, a former Decepticon-"

"Former Decepticon?" General Bryce asked suspicious.

"He's as true to his word as Prime is to his." Fowler assured him, feeling the tension coming from him. "I'm still a lil' on edge about it too, but he has given me no reason to not trust him." Seeing a tiny bit of ease tension in the General's face, he continued. "Tier is Smokescreen's mate, she's a bit on the shy side, which is why she normally stays on base with Bianna. Arc and Ree are twins that work in perfect sync. They're normally the 'back up' since they're not trained enough."

"What about this seventh sparkling? You told me six belonged to the two sports cars. Is the seventh one not a relative?"

"His name is Steele, he belongs to Smokescreen and Tier. He was found as an egg underneath Jasper a few years ago."

"An egg?"

"It's kind of their way of being born. They're created inside the mom and are removed like a C-section. In the war, the Con's use the mom's to recreate ones they've lost. Steele was one of those eggs, but his inheritable traits and characteristics are from Smokescreen and Tier."

"Would we need to worry about him going rogue on us?"
