The Last Man Standing…
Nobody knew why, but once a year an aged and hooded Wizard came to Hogwarts and stood in the Great Hall and did not make a move for several hours. Aurors had been called in once, they had arrived and took one look at the figure before running away and asking to never return there for him. Years passed and he came at the same time until one day, something happened.
"He's still here" a girl said, "And I think its kind of romantic in a tragic sort of way"
"You would" snorted another girl. "You and your bloody Muggle novels… When are you going to get your head out of the clouds and come back down to earth? The only thing that Mudbloods and Muggles are good for are to serve us more purer of blood"
"Oh, give it a rest…"
"Maybe that's why your parents died – you know…? Couldn't handle being nothing but scum? Thank Merlin that they killed themselves" the second girl spat. The first girl had got her wand out and was about to cast a spell when she felt a hand push her aside and the cloaked man stepped in front of her.
"You!" he pointed a finger at a passing member of staff, "Go and summon this child's Head of House"
"You can't make demands… I don't even know wh–" the man stopped as the hooded wizard looked at him before turning back to face the second girl.
"I do not like bullies" he said after several moments of quiet. "The last time I saw a big bully like you, I ended up helping to kill him and a number of his friends. Be forever thankful that I am not in the mood for answering questions today"
"Um, excuse me…? Who are you?" asked the first girl.
"Her worst nightmare" the man gave off a throaty chuckle and then lowered his hood. "On the other hand, you may call me Ron"
