Author's Note: Hey there reader, congrats on making it all the way to the finale. It has been a wonderful ride writing the Crowstilloverse. But now, is time to wrap up the main storyline once and for all with the epilogue coming out later on. The challenge for the finale was made by LittleRedline.
Finalists - Pharaoh, Niu, and Melissa
On Crowstillo Island, a sixteen-year-old girl came out of a helicopter to greet Chris who stood next to Crowstillo's castle.
"Hello Ashley, glad you could make it!" Chris said excitedly to see her.
"Chris, it is so exciting to be here," Ashley spoke enthusiastically. "Total Drama is my favorite show of all time!"
"Thanks, glad we still have an audience." Chris thanked her. "Nice dress by the way." He complimented her.
"Oh thanks, it's a…" Ashley was pushed onto the ground by someone's hand.
"Forgive me oh simple peasant, you were taking too long, and the Pharaoh must introduce himself immediately," Pharaoh said rudely and mightily.
"Nice entrance Pharaoh," Chris complimented.
"I've been in quite a few movie blockbusters recently," Georgia told Sami, the two riding in a bus. "But my performances were most at the time background characters."
"That is so cool," Sami said bubbly. "Back home I'm a member of the musical theater in town. Could you teach me how to improve my acting?"
"That sounds delightful," Georgia replied happily. "I would curiously like to know more of the performances you partook in the theater."
"Awesome!" Sami exclaimed.
"Can you two keep it down please, I'm trying to focus on my schedule," Niu said sitting behind the two.
Outside the entrance of the carnival, Melissa was about to wave hi to the group of teens until she noticed a lot of them have arrived. Her blue eyes shrunk, and she got shy. She decided to just stand next to the bush Meredith happened to be in.
Chef, on a golf cart, searched for Pharaoh around the woods. He stopped when he viewed the fake royal covered in scratches and feathers. Pharaoh spitted out the feathers.
"Let's go, kid, you're done," Chef told him.
"By done you mean…"
"Yes, eliminated, the others already finished the challenge," Chef answered.
Pharaoh sighed in defeat. "I was afraid of that."
At the elimination ceremony on Pahkitew Island, Daniela stood up and sighed. "Really wish I could have kept this." She took the Chris McLean immunity statue out of her black jean pocket.
Everyone gasped except Violette who just smiled in delight.
"The immunity idol, nice job Daniela, guess I should announce the player with the second most votes," Chris said. He tossed a marshmallow at the stuntwoman. "The actual camper taking the cannon of shame is Niu."
Niu looked perplexed until seeing Violette waving goodbye to her. She then looked at Chris.
"Wait, this is not how I am supposed to leave, I made sure to write the perfect run to win the million dollars," Niu exclaimed standing. "I did not anticipate this."
"Is called reality TV Niu, not everything is going to go your way," Chris told her. "You and me to the cannon of shame."
Niu lowered her head and frowned.
Inside the lame-o-sine, Melissa had her hoodie covering her eyes and nose. She had not stopped crying from what happened to her.
"This is appalling," Melissa cried. "Is like everything shattered around me in five minutes. I blinded myself with rage, Boris gets to gloat he placed higher than me, and the one boy I liked blindsides with me and tells me it won't work out."
It is the present time during the night. The three finalists sat at the bleacher of the glided award ceremony. They gazed at the stars in space. Each of them smiled contently. After being on the show getting humiliated, eliminated, making friends, and finding love it all came down to the challenge the next day.
"Three finalists," Casey said quietly as she stood on one side of the bleacher. She crossed her arms while keeping her loveable smile. "And only one of them can become the last winner of Total Drama. It has been ten seasons, one hundred and two contestants, shorts, and specials. Now, Total Drama is presenting one final hooray for a winner take all scenario. Don't change the channel or select a different show because this will be the most intense finale ever. This is Total… Drama… Lights, Camera, Finale."
The theme song for Total Drama has an orchestral vibe to it while still being groovy. A camera pops out of the entrance to the Crowstillo Caverns from Crowstillo Island. Another camera pops out from a carnival booth. Then one shows itself from a clothes racket at the film lot. A smooth transition occurs on Camp Wawanakwa's high cliff. The camera drone dives into the water around the cliff, creating a splash.
Dear mom and dad, I'm doing fine
The full cast of Total Drama Island is shown inside the dodgeball court. Everyone is throwing dodgeballs at each other. It looks to be the Screaming Gophers on the left side of the court facing the Killer Bass on the right side of the court. Teens throw and get hit. Owen throws a fastball.
You guys are on my mind
The fast-moving dodgeball transitions to a tire. The camera pans out to show Duncan driving the Action Cast in a tram. He looks to be annoyed by Courtney's talking. This distracts him and crashes the tram with him and the cast into something off-screen. The smoke released from the tram enlarges.
You asked me what I wanted to be,
The smoke disappears to show the jumbo jet soaring in the sky.
and I think the answer is plain to see
The World Tour Cast jumps out of the jumbo jet with parachute bags. Alejandro winks at the audience before deploying his parachute. Quick zoom on the parachute.
I wanna be famous!
The parachute descends to show Cameron in his robotic suit fighting Lightning who has armor and carrying a mannequin leg with spikes at the 'coliseum' Chris build. The rest of the Revenge Cast are sitting at the bleachers cheering for either combatant. The fight ends when Cameron charges a ball of electricity on his iron suit's right fist and shoots at the camera. Though, it is clear it is for Lighting from the athlete's person of view.
I wanna live close to the sun
It is night and the blue madness full moon is glowing brightly. Mike inhales and turns into Mal. Someone throws Mr. Coconut at Mal's head off-screen to bring Mike back in control.
Go pack your bags, 'cause I've already won
The camera pans to the right to show who throw Mr. Coconut. It is Zoey, who is smiling happily at getting her boyfriend back. The rest of the All-Stars cast is running away in the background from rabid fluffy rabbits.
Everything to prove, nothing in my way
Another transition displays itself. The Pahkitew Cast is inside the labyrinth of the artificial island running away from the scuba-bear and a mechanical orange cat. The cat stops to breathe fire from its mouth.
I'll get there one day
The fire stops and the next part shows the finalists of Crowstillo Island trying to complete the obstacle course. The rest of the cast is cheering for their favorite at the peanut gallery. Knick, Saraphina, and Casey take out one of their accessory clothes and throws it at the camera.
Cuz' I wanna be famous
The trench coat, scarf, and jacket fall from the camera lens. The Back to the Islands Cast is shown at Boney Island's Fun Zone using anti-mutant guns with orange liquid in them to turn the mutants from the show into normal animals. Jeremy accidentally shoots some liquid at the camera.
Na na na na na na na na na na na na na na na
The cameraman wipes off the orange liquid with a small handkerchief. Once done, at a cliff of Crowstillo Island, Yves and Knick are shown doing a sword battle against King Crowstillo. In the background, the rest of the Radiant Cast faces off Henry in his robotic suit. Henry activates a laser cannon from the suit's left arm and unleashes a laser blast.
I wanna be, I wanna be, I wanna be famous!
Once the laser blast disappears, the Sleek Slushies from the Calamity Cast are riding the roller coaster at the carnival. Some are frightened, some are having fun. Marty turns on his camera so he can take pictures of all the carnival rides he can see. He flashes the camera that is recording him.
I wanna be, I wanna be, I wanna be famous!
Once the bright flash ends, the Glided Chris Awards stage is shown where all finalists from the previous nine seasons are getting ready to have a picture taken. All finalists, Chris, and Chef whistle. Once the song is over, the picture is taken and the intro ends.
Morning came by. Niu, Melissa, and Pharaoh were in the crafts and services tent eating breakfast.
"You think us being finalists and all we'll get decent food instead of oatmeal," Pharaoh told the girls before putting his spoon in the bowl of oatmeal.
"Well hopefully the challenge is more exciting than this," Melissa expected before putting a spoonful of oatmeal into her mouth.
"I'm guessing everyone that was eliminated will be in the peanut gallery like all the other times before. I doubt Chris is going to be pulling an All-Stars or Pahkitew finale for the last episode," Niu believed.
"Wait a second. Isn't Casey hosting today?" Pharaoh asked. "Because last challenge Chef hosted it."
"Hmm, you're right," Melissa replied. "Is going to be weird having Casey host the last challenge of Total Drama and not Chris."
"No way Chris is going to let Casey host the last challenge," Niu assured confidently. "I'm sure he's right now trying to figure out a way to get himself to host the final challenge."
"But he served us breakfast," Pharaoh pointed out.
The three finalists looked at the kitchen. Chris Mclean is not there.
"Maybe that explains the oatmeal being served to us. Doesn't take too long to make," Niu expected, looking at her meal.
"So, what are the plans if one of us wins the prize money? I'm sure it is more than a million dollars," Pharaoh assumed.
"Considering my season raised up the prize for the money to five million the prize might be as twice as big," Melissa conjectured.
"Radiant Redemption also had the five-million-dollar prize," Niu pointed out. "But considering King Crowstillo took the money to his death bed I guess your debut season counts more."
"Not to be rude, but you two ignored my first question. The plans when one of us wins?" Pharaoh asked his question again kindly.
"Oh sorry," Melissa apologized then pondered. "I remember when applying for Carnival Calamity if I won the money, I would use most of it for college. Which will be the same now. Then the rest will be for me. Probably some outfits and sports equipment."
"You're going to go back to sports after this is over?" Niu asked curiously.
"Yeah, I mean, why not?" Melissa shrugged with a captivating smile. "Thanks to you two and Jett, I don't need to hide that passion anymore. Plus, I'm able to control my competitiveness to some degree. Sure, it might slip by from time to time, but after beating Georgia at her own game I feel like I can handle it quite well."
"Glad to see you overcoming your adversary," Pharaoh congratulated. "That doesn't mean I'm going to be easy on you two during the challenge."
"It would be disappointing if you didn't since I like a fair fight," Melissa smirked.
"Alright Pharaoh, if you win the money what will you use it for?" Niu wondered, with Melissa also anticipating the answer.
"Well, when I first applied to Crowstillo Island my plan of winning the million dollars was to have a pizza party where all the contestants hang out," Pharaoh answered. "Admittedly, not much has changed since then."
"You're not going to use the money for college?" Niu asked.
"My parents have taught me the ways of being an archaeologist, so I don't really need to study college when my parents can just get me into that career. Plus, I also got gigs in acting coming my way most likely after the show is over," Pharaoh explained happily. "So yeah, I'll just stick with a pizza party."
"Maybe I should budget myself for that one to be the popular vote," Melissa joked.
The finalists shared a laugh.
"Is your turn Niu," Pharaoh said.
"I remember when competing in Back to the Islands I had two priorities if I obtained the cash prize. One of them was to use half of the money on my brother Jun for his fashion design company. He's been trying to be independent for quite a while. The rest of the money would be invested in stocks," Niu answered.
"Those are some nice priorities," Melissa smirked.
Pharaoh nodded in agreement.
"Indeed, but what about now?" The fake royal asked Niu.
"I'm still focusing on those two since they are a drive for me winning this time as well. However, I do have a third priority. Though, I am trying to figure out what to do with it on how Buck will feel," Niu wondered.
"I'm probably going to regret asking this, but what do you have in my mind for Buck if you win?" Melissa questioned.
Pharaoh and Melissa saw a sweet innocent smile forming on Niu's face.
"Forget it, is best not to know," Pharaoh dropped out immediately.
Niu giggled at that response. Her cheeks turned red with passion.
Confessional – Niu
"I can tell you wonderful audience what I want to do with Buck once I win, but that is completely private. I'll let you all use your imagination."
She smiled contently and snickered.
Confessional – Melissa
"I've been in many competitions before. I know how it feels to earn bronze, silver, or gold. From simply doing track or competing in volleyball, baseball, hockey, and more, I got what it takes to keep my head in the game and not get distracted. I'm also the fastest compared to Niu and Pharaoh. This is beneficial since almost every single finale is in some form of a race. The exceptions being Revenge of the Island, Back to the Islands, Radiant Redemption, and Carnival Calamity."
The athletic nerd realized something.
"You know now that I realize it that's almost half of all the finales. I don't feel that confident anymore."
Confessional – Pharaoh
"Man, I am so glad I ended up here in the finale with Niu and Melissa. A part of me thought we would be getting a villainous finale like in my other two runs. Glad to know that isn't some type of curse whenever the Crowstillo Cast competes," he let out a soft laugh at the end.
"Anway, I will have to play extremely careful in whatever this challenge will unfold. Melissa is the most athletic right now, but there's a possibility she will get overconfident with her prowess. Niu also seems to be the more strategic of the group when it comes to creating a plan on the fly," Pharaoh started feeling the pressure of the finale.
"Now that I think about it, I should probably get some materials from the storage shed to help me out. Items can be quite useful."
End Confessionals
"Hey there Casey," Chris greeted his co-host who sat on a chair looking at the security footage. "Must be nervous about hosting the final challenge of Total Drama. I don't blame you. It is a lot of pressure."
"Actually, I'm quite fine," Casey responded joyfully as she spun around her chair to look at Chris. "I helped you host the show during Back to the Islands. So, I have plenty of experience to make sure everything goes according to plan. Thankfully you can't pull that same stunt on me like last time."
"Ah yes, I remember that. Good times," Chris sighed happily.
"Is there anything else you need to tell me before I talk to the finalists?" Casey asked as she got up from her seat.
"Why yes, frankly, is about your contract," Chris answered with a wide smile. He took out Casey's contract from his pants pocket. "A part of it states that you have the right to become a contestant whenever you feel like it."
"Well yeah, that was a part of my hosting clause since I was going to be a contestant before the producers insisted that I helped you not blow this season like you always tend to do," Casey smirked. She began to walk out of the tent.
"Ignoring that unnecessary comment," Chris stated. "You realize that by winning the prize money this season you will be getting way more than you are paying to host, right?"
Casey stopped walking the moment she heard that as she stayed near the exit door.
"Hmm, I do know what's the challenge about and all the exact locations of what is needed to be found," Casey pondered to herself. "It will be an easy time for that prize."
Casey turned around with a joyful bright smile.
"When do I get to meet might my opponents?" Casey asked lovingly.
"Just sign here on your contract that lets you become a contestant," Chris responded. He smiled triumphantly.
Niu, Melissa, and Pharaoh exited out of the crafts and services tent while having a conversation. Chef stood in front of them.
"Hey there finalists. Good news, the challenge will shortly commence," Chef told the three.
The finalists cheered.
"Which soundstage are we going to this time?" Melissa wondered.
"How many soundstages are in this film lot anyway?" Niu asked the cook.
"That's a good question," Pharaoh told Niu.
"All in due time kids. First, Casey wanted to give you three a piece of taffy for a job well done," Chef said. He put out a hand with three pieces of taffy on it. "We got yellow, pink, and red."
Pharaoh took the yellow, Niu the pink, and Melissa the red. All of them chewed on their taffy and then swallowed. In an instant, all finalists felt sleepy and dropped to the floor. Melissa was on top of Pharaoh who was on top of Niu.
"Dang, those knock you out fast," Chef caught surprised at the rapid sleep.
The three finalists groggily stood up after the effects of the taffy stopped. Each of them looked around and noticed themselves being in a roman like coliseum. They were in the center with a racetrack around them. At the bleachers, all the contestants across Total Drama sat on a seat. From left to right belonged to the Original Cast, Revenge Cast, Pahkitew Cast, Crowstillo Cast, Islands Cast, and Calamity Cast.
The noise from the exciting cheers and clapping did not allow the finalists to speak for how grand it was.
Chef arrived driving Chris and Casey in a chariot. McLean wore a crown with fake orange jewels on his head. Every previous competitor seated stopped cheering and clapping as soon as Chris arrived in the center of the stadium.
"Greetings finalists, welcome to Crowstillo Island's stadium," Chris said joyfully. "Last time this was used was in the first episode of Back to the Islands."
"Home advantage. This is nice," Pharaoh smiled, clearly enjoying this.
Niu observed the racetrack horrified.
"Uh, this won't be like the Crowstillo Finale, will it?" Niu asked Chris.
"In a way yes," Chris answered.
"Alright!" Melissa exclaimed excitedly, knowing the final challenge is some sort of race.
"Careful now, this challenge won't exactly be like the obstacle course and horse racing," Chris warned Melissa. "Now, before I explain Total Drama's final challenge, I need to make an announcement. There will be four competitors competing for the ultimate prize."
"Huh?" Melissa, Niu, and Pharaoh said at the same time confused.
"That's right! Playing around her contract, Casey is able and decided to compete now in the final challenge to win the ultimate prize," Chris proclaimed.
"Are you kidding me?" Melissa, Pharaoh, and Niu questioned outraged.
Chris heard the complaints between the finalists and found it rather annoying.
"Zip it," Chris told the finalists while raising a finger. "I cannot go against a contract. So, you three stop your whining as Casey will join in the challenge."
"Oh, by the way, Chris, I quit the competition," Casey informed.
"Seriously?" Chris wailed. "After I convinced you to compete in the finale."
Casey shrugged joyfully. She did a front flip as she got off the chariot and landed on the ground with her hands. She turned around to face Chris.
"You're really losing your touch. Did you actually think I didn't know you wanted to get rid of me as host so you can take care of today's challenge?" Casey smirked.
"Casey, please stand normally," Chris asked kindly.
Casey did another flip to stand on her feet.
"Just letting everyone know watching out there that they won't be able to hit this," Casey smiled as she put her hands on her butt. She took her hands out to continue talking. "Anyway, as if I'm going to get in between those three who have earned their spot in the finale. So yeah, I quit the competition and I'll be making my way to the spectator seat."
Casey happily skipped to where the Crowstillo Cast sat at. She sat between Sara and Knick. She hugged the two strongly.
"Well, there goes the entertainment I was going for," Chris frowned.
"Did… did you only want Casey to compete with us to have a villain in the finale?" Niu asked McLean.
"That's low," Melissa felt a bit hurt. "What, are we not enjoyable enough for you?" she wondered as she crossed her arms.
"Ratings for finales tend to be higher when at least one cutthroat competitor is still in the game," Chris explained. "I was doing it to please the audience."
"Yeah, I'm sure the fans watching would have loved to see Casey who didn't compete all season having the chance to be a Total Drama winner again in the final episode," Pharaoh said sarcastically to McLean.
Niu and Melissa chuckled at that response.
"Anyway, today's final challenge is an obstacle course base on events from the prior seasons in Total Drama history. In film genre sense, this is referred to as a road trip and prequel genre," Chris informed.
"Alright, I understand the prequel behind all this, but don't we need cars to make this feel like a road trip?" Melissa admitted.
"You are correct Melissa. Which is why you three will be using the go-karts that were used in Crowstillo Island's tenth episode and Radiant Redemption's eighth episode," Chris informed.
Embarc arrived at the field driving a go-kart. There were two go-karts chained behind the one she was driving. Once parked, she got out of the vehicle. Then she took the chains out from the karts.
"Everything is ready Chris," Embarc gave a thumbs up.
"Thank you Embarc," Chris gave gratitude.
Embarc went to give a map to each finalist.
"What Embarc gave to each of you is a map with all the locations of your tasks for the final challenge," Chris began to explain. "Which is all around Crowstillo Island."
"I'm not complaining, but I am surprised we are not doing this World Tour style. You know, going through all the locations that took place in Total Drama. At least the islands and the carnival," Pharaoh expected.
"Well, Wawanakwa sunk during the All-Stars finale. No way there is enough budget for us three to travel all around the world again. Pahkitew Island blew up during Back to the Islands. Which coincidentally had the jumbo jet crash on Boney Island in the same season, completely destroying the plane. Then the carnival is currently being remodeled to make the Total Drama amusement park," Niu explained rapidly to Pharaoh. "This or the film lot were the two best options."
"Keep stealing my thunder why don't ya?" Chris said sarcastically to Niu.
"I would love to," Niu smirked.
Chris sighed to keep to his composure. "Anyway…"
As Chris narrated each task, a camera showed the location. The first location resembled the one-thousand-foot cliff from Wawanakwa.
"While not as accurate as the original island, the highest cliff in Crowstillo Island still gives a deaf-defying scare. That will be the first location. Each finalist will park their go-kart at the bottom of the cliff. Then after running to the top, each of you will dive into a large lifebuoy to avoid the invested shark water. Once you splash into the circle and swim back to shore, get in your go-kart and proceed to your next challenge."
The second location came from the shore on the other side of the island with a pirate ship at bay.
"Second task is to head to Crowstillo's old pirate ship and be questioned by Chef about Total Drama facts on the deck. This reminisces of Action's last challenge. Hope you three watched all seasons."
The third location was a volcano with stairs attached to it inside a forest. There were three pineapples on the ground next to a tree.
"Third task is throwing a pineapple into the inconspicuous volcano that has been totally a part of the island forever."
The finalists laughed at this.
"Hey, hey, I'm still narrating here," Chris said.
The next location showed Fang the mutated shark at the destroyed Crowstillo castle. His neck has been chained up to a large boulder that was part of the castle.
"Since the final five and a few interns from Back to the Islands practically took out all the mutants left throughout Total Drama history, Fang will be you're only tasked in location number four. The three of you must locate a Chris McLean Immunity Idol in the castle's rubble. There is one for each other. Be careful, the chain holding Fang is quite long."
The fifth location displayed King Crowstillo's hidden bunker where there are three ice cream sundaes, each in a large bowl.
"Beneath the island is King Crowstillo's bunker. There are three sundaes there. Each one waiting to be devoured. Eat the sundae and proceed to head forth into the Crowstillo caverns."
"Wait, did you actually take one of the worst episodes in All-Stars and used its challenge for this finale?" Pharaoh questioned the decision-making.
"There weren't many original challenges in All-Stars," Chris stated.
"There wasn't supposed to be any original challenges since All-Stars was supposed to be mixed like here in season ten," Melissa pointed out.
"Can we stop disrespecting All-Stars whenever I bring it up?" Chris pleaded.
"It didn't have much respect in the first place," Niu answered.
"Moving on," The host insisted.
The sixth location came from the Crowstillo cavern with many crystals. The colors of each crystal were either red, cyan, yellow, or blue.
"Task number six is finding a pink crystal in the caverns of Crowstillo Island guarded by Scuba-bear. Find that crystal, get back to the bunker, climb up the ladder to reach normal floor level, and drive again in your go-kart."
The seventh location came from the cornfield of the island. At the entrance three ring targets were shown. One of each nailed to a large piece of vertical wood. Underneath a target is a bag filled with arrows and a bow.
"Seventh task is doing archery. Hit the target's bullseye with an arrow and it is off to the eighth task."
The camera showed the inside of the cornfield.
"Which is making through the cornfield without trying to get caught in any traps."
"Wait, you skipped over a Back to the Islands task," Niu realized.
"Back to the Islands had challenges based on previous seasons Niu. That season doesn't count for here," Chris mocked.
Niu growled while the BTTI cast in the stadium complained.
"Stop the whining," Chris made that cast settle. "Look, as soon as you enter the maze there will be a table with three big dice on it. Roll a six and continue on through the maze with traps. The dice stuff is taken from the board game challenge in BTTI. Happy? Good, because I'm running a finale here. Anyway…"
Location ten demonstrated the lake where some of the contestants during the merge of Crowstillo Island had to bathe there. There were giant rubber duckies that could fit a person on it. Above the lake and duckies were many large balloons tied to a tree nearby.
"Final task is to head to the bathing lake where you must pop a balloon that contains the silver case. The silver case has no money in it. Meaning you three will have to race back into the coliseum and land on this brown mat here," Chris finished explaining.
The camera showed Chris walking to the brown mat and standing on it.
"Whoever gets on the mat first with the suitcase is crowned the ultimate Total Drama winner and gets the ultimate prize!" Chris declared. "Are you ready finalists?"
"Yes!" Melissa and Pharaoh replied excitedly at the same time.
"Took you long enough," Niu smirked at the host.
"Go!" Chris ordered.
The cast members watching at the stadium cheered for the finalists.
Melissa made quick work and ran to the go-kart Embarc was driving. She took the keys out of the seat, got in the go-kart, and inserted the key to drive the vehicle. Turning the wheel, she spun the kart around and pressed down on the pedal, driving out of the coliseum.
"First place here I come," Melissa cheered for victory.
Pharaoh arrived second to the kart selection and got in one. Then he drove away as Niu got into the last one.
Confessional – Melissa
"I'm at a huge advantage here. I'm perfect for doing this type of challenge. I got the first kart and will surely be the first to make it onto the top of the cliff," she spoke confidently.
Confessional – Pharaoh
"Kind of worried having to compete with Melissa now since this is sort of a race. I don't think Niu, or I will pass her during the first task, but maybe I can get some work done by the time the fourth one arrives," he hoped.
Confessional – Niu
"Melissa picked the kart that Embarc drove all the way here. Now, is possible that the driving distance wasn't that much, but one has to consider the amount of fuel Embarc had to burn to bring the other two karts. I am expecting her kart to run out of gasoline during the match," she hypothesized.
End Confessionals
Melissa arrived first at the start of the cliff. She got out of her kart and looked up.
"Wish Chris allowed us to bring our swimsuit for this. Oh well," She shrugged at the end. She looked behind and noticed Pharaoh and Niu shortly arriving. "Better pick up the pace." She ran up the cliff.
Pharaoh and Niu parked their go-karts next to Melissa's kart. Pharaoh proceeded to run while Niu walked up the cliff.
"As if I'm going to delete my energy in the first task," Niu said as she walked.
Melissa arrived at the top of the cliff. "Geez, no wonder DJ and Courtney were terrified to jump. Doesn't matter here since I'm obligated," she said.
Melissa jogged a certain distance away from the tip of the cliff. Then she ran towards it and leaped into the air. She dived straight into the ocean. Her landing proved magnificent in getting inside the large lifebuoy. Inside the water, two sharks swam at her. One comes from her left while the other is from her right. Not wanting to be devoured and using her competitive nature to give her a boost in strength, she punched the shark's nose hard which came from her left while kicking the shark's right nose strongly to her right. She took the opportunity to swim back to shore while the sharks rubbed their nose.
As Melissa swam, Pharaoh arrived at the top of the cliff.
"Well, here goes nothing," Pharaoh said, a bit nervous. He ran a fair distance to gain speed. After jumping, he raised his knees and wrapped his arms around them. "Cannonball!"
Pharaoh made a decent splash hitting the water. He went in the large lifebuoy. Inside the water, he immediately got scared upon seeing the two sharks having their jaws open at him. One of the sharks stopped and put a fin in front of its companion to halt. The shark that stopped first pointed at the Nemes crown. The other shark nodded in understanding. What happened next was the sharks bowing to Pharaoh as if he were an actual king. The sharks took him by the arms and helped him get back onto shore.
Melissa reached the shore and took time to get herself together from that swim by breathing in and out.
"Hey Melissa," Pharaoh called to his opponent while riding on both sharks' backs.
Melissa turned around. She was astonished and perplexed at how that turned out. The sharks arrived at the shore. Pharaoh jumped out.
"Thank you, majestic creatures. I'll make sure this great cause will not be in vain," Pharaoh made it clear to the sharks.
The two sharks nodded and went back into the ocean. Without saying a word, both finalists got into their own kart and drove off to location number two.
Niu kept walking on the cliff.
"I wonder where I'll take Buck once I win the prize. A motel is beneath me. Maybe we can do it in one of those condos," Niu said to herself.
Pharaoh and Melissa raced around the area where they needed to go. Melissa took a quick glance at Pharaoh. Thoughts came to her head about wanting to ram his vehicle as she focused on the road again. It would make winning the challenge so much easy. The temptation crept onto her.
"No, that's not you anymore," Melissa said quietly to herself.
The two finalists arrived near the pirate ship. Both of them parked their vehicles. Since Melissa runs faster than Pharaoh, she made it to the boat, but there was a problem.
"Don't you have some chairs for us to get on?" Melissa asked Chef who wore a pathetic cheap pirate costume on the pirate's deck.
"Pirates didn't have chairs in their prime," Chef answered. "You got to climb up missy."
"Oh, now the show wants to be historically accurate as possible," Melissa whined, which allowed Pharaoh to get a head start on climbing the ship. She noticed this and started climbing.
Niu finally approached the top of the cliff. She made her way to the end and began feeling nervous.
"Oh, dear. Okay, think Niu, what would your brother Jun advise for doing something as dangerous as this?" The finalists tried to know.
A white cloud with dots came out of Niu's left ear, showing her brother's face on the cloud. Jun's face had black hair swept to the right side, black eyes with black eyeliner, fair skin, and a thin angular chin.
"Remember, licking doorknobs is illegal on other planets," Jun advised.
Niu closed her eyes and shook her head. The cloud went away.
"That wasn't it," Niu said.
She thought again of her brother's advice. The cloud returned with Jun's head.
"You will never guess what I found in my friend's underwear. Go on, guess," Jun insisted.
"No, not that at all," Niu waved the cloud away.
A new cloud formed once she closed her eyes.
"Just jump already!" Jun's face in the cloud exclaimed.
This made Niu open her eyes and dive into the ocean. Inside the water, she saw the two sharks coming at her. She took out a waterproof contract and demonstrated it to the sharks. The two sharks stopped, wondering about this contract. One sea creature gave a pair of glasses to his pal to read. The shark with glasses whispered to his pal. The two nodded in agreement and started signing the papers.
Pharaoh climbed first onto the deck. He made his way to Chef.
"You will be given five questions. You need to get three out of five correct in order to pass," Chef explained to the fake royal.
"Lay it on me," Pharaoh replied confidently.
"Name all the contestants that participated in two seasons who have never made it to the merge," Chef said.
"Ezekiel, Noah, Tyler, Sam, Henry, Kristie, and Raymundo," Pharaoh answered.
"How many double eliminations were in Carnival Calamity?" Chef asked.
"One," Pharaoh believed.
"What was the first meal in the episode Brunch of Disgustingness?" The third question came.
"Uh, bull meatballs?" Pharaoh said hesitantly.
"Looks like someone didn't watch the uncensored version of season one," Melissa said smiling as she got on the ship. "They were actually bull testicles."
"She's right, but that doesn't count since it isn't your turn," Chef told the athletic nerd. "Fourth question Pharaoh, name every single Crowstillo Cast member that made an appearance from Crowstillo Island to Lights, Camera, Finale."
"That would be Christopher, Sara, Knick, Casey, and me," Pharaoh replied.
"Wrong, Henry also appeared in all five seasons while Knick did not appear in Carnival Calamity," Chef corrected.
"Oh," Pharaoh's confidence diminished.
Confessional – Pharaoh
"I forgot Knick said he was stuck on an island during Carnival Calamity. To be fair, the dude makes it so far in the game that every time he competes you think he would be everywhere."
End Confessional
"Who was the only contestant in the last three generations to quit the show?" Chef gave Pharaoh's final question.
"Vincente," Pharaoh answered quickly.
"Go proceed," Chef told.
Pharaoh wasted no time and jumped off the pirate ship. Melissa winced once she heard a thud.
"I'm okay," Pharaoh assured.
"Alright, now is my turn," Melissa approached the bulky cook. "Bring it on Chef."
A phone rang from Chef's pants pocket.
"Give me a moment," Chef said. He picked up the phone. "Hello? What do you mean they canceled my cooking show before starting production!?"
Melissa gave a deadpan look as she tapped a foot on the deck.
Niu drove her kart around the shore of the island.
"Wow, I really took my time walking up that cliff. Bit of a setback, but I'm sure I can catch up to those two by the fourth task. Unless one of them or both get lucky finding an idol fast," Niu said to herself. "Wish we got helpers for this finale. Would have loved my boyfriend to upgrade the kart. Then he could upgrade me after I win."
"What do you mean that a company bought the network and started canceling shows? You know how much stocks are being lost?" Chef complained to the person he talked to on the phone.
Melissa heard the motor of a kart coming nearby. She grabbed Chef's phone and chucked it into the ocean.
"Hey, I had unlimited talk and text in that," Chef told the athletic nerd with a glare.
"You're famous enough to buy another one," Melissa replied. "Give me my questions. Niu is on her way."
"Fine," Chef accepted. "Name the only Calamity cast member that made it to the merge twice."
"Sua," Melissa answered.
"Name the contestants that switched teams during the Crowstillo Trilogy," Chef stated.
"Pharaoh and Yves," Melissa replied.
Confessional – Melissa
"I was about to say Ashley, but then I realized she was voted off by the Kind Knights before heading to the Dangerous Dragons. Now that I brought it up, it was a bit ironic how that team was called the Kind Knights having Knick, Jared, and Pharaoh when he pretended to be a jerk."
End Confessional
"What is the total amount of aftermaths this show has?" Chef asked the third question.
"Eleven," Melissa answered.
"You can go on," Chef stated.
As Melissa climbed down the ship carefully, Niu climbed up. They locked eyes with each other.
"How hard are the questions?" Niu asked kindly.
"Depends on your knowledge of Total Drama to be honest," Melissa shared.
"Oh, that's fine then. I've studied everything about the show for any lawsuits I can bring," Niu smiled. She proceeded to climb.
Pharaoh arrived at the third location. He got off his kart and quickly scooped a pineapple from under a tree. He looked at the stairs connected to the volcano.
"Feel like there's an easier way to do this instead of going on stairs," The fake royal told himself. He put one of his arms behind him and aimed the pineapple at the top of the volcano. He threw the pineapple.
Before the pineapple can get into the lava an eagle came by and swiped it away.
"Oh no," Pharaoh's eyes widen, scared the eagle will fly away with his pineapple.
Luckily, the eagle went to its nest on a tree branch close to the volcano. It dropped the pineapple on the nest and observed it.
"This is what I get for trying to take the easy route," Pharaoh said. He began to climb the tree where the eagle's nest is at.
"How many immunity idols were used in Total Drama?" Chef asked Niu.
"Seven in total," Niu confirmed. "Buck burned one of them. Not the brightest play he did on the show."
"Name something in common Georgia and Courtney has," Chef spoke the second question.
"Uh, both of them received fifth and fourth places for some of their runs," Niu believed.
"Good enough for me. The third question is, how many times has Geoff and Bridgette made out during the show?" Chef said.
"How am I supposed to know that?" Niu complained.
Chef raised an eyebrow at the finalist, having a gut feeling she does know. Niu sighed.
"Geoff and Bridgette made out exactly one hundred thirty-two times on screen and off screen combined," Niu answered.
"Girl, you're weird for getting that right," Chef admitted.
"I need to know the basic kissing procedures somehow," Niu admitted embarrassed as her cheeks flushed.
Melissa arrived next to the volcano. She got out of her kart and grabbed a pineapple. She witnessed Pharaoh climbing up a tree.
"Uh, dude, the volcano is over there," Melissa pointed.
"An eagle has my pineapple. Need to get it back," Pharaoh told as he kept climbing the tree.
Melissa was going to tell him that he could just take the other pineapple, but this scenario benefits her more. So, she ran up the stairs to the top of the volcano.
Pharaoh reached the eagle's nest.
"Hey there little guy, I'm just going to take this pineapple now," Pharaoh said to the eagle.
As soon as Pharaoh grabbed the pineapple with his hand, the eagle screeched and repeatedly scratched his face. This made Pharaoh lose balance and fall. As he screamed down, he got hit by several tree branches. Some to his back, head, chest, and one hitting his nuts.
"My giblets," Pharaoh squeaked before finally landing on the ground.
While Pharaoh rested to ease the pain, Niu arrived in her kart. She noticed Melissa already on top throwing her pineapple into the volcano. An idea came to the finalist.
"Going to make a risky play in order to catch up," Niu said to herself. She pressed down hard on the kart's pedal. She drove her kart onto the steep volcano, going up.
Melissa saw this as she was running down the stairs. She stopped for a moment when Niu passed.
"Geez, that's pretty dangerous. I can see why Buck likes her," Melissa said before continuing to run down the stairs. She ran too fast and tripped. This sent her rolling down the stairs until reaching the ground. "Ow," she said in pain.
Pharaoh got up at the exact moment Niu reached the top. He needed to throw the pineapple into the volcano again if he wants any chance to be a bit on par with the other finalists in the race. However, the eagle was a problem. So, he took out his Nemes crown and put his rope on the ground. Then, he threw the Nemes crown at the volcano. The eagle came and snatched the crown. This time it flew off to somewhere.
Pharaoh frowned slightly.
"It had to be done," Pharaoh told himself.
"Nice hair," Niu complimented as she descended down the volcano.
"Thanks," Pharaoh smiled as he touched his short slicked back straight hair.
Niu did a curve and drove to the fourth location. Pharaoh threw his pineapple into the volcano, and it landed inside. Melissa slowly got up once she heard Pharaoh turning on his kart. The athletic nerd quickly jogged to her kart. The race had gotten tighter.
Pharaoh was the first to arrive at location four. He got out of his kart, quickly seeing Fang walking around the castle's rubble like he is stalking prey. Pharaoh glanced at the chain collar the mutant had on.
"This isn't going to be easy," Pharaoh believed as he tipped toed onto the rubble.
Pharaoh quietly began to search around the rubble without trying to make loud noises. He will take out a rock and put it to the side gently. This was going fine until Fang noticed him. The mutant shark chased after him as he ran in circles.
Melissa and Niu arrived at the same time at the rubble.
"Wait," Niu told Melissa as she saw the athletic nerd get out of the kart. "We need to figure out a way to take care of Fang. Chris most likely hid the idols closest to him."
"Makes sense. But how are we going to do that?" Melissa wondered.
"Knock him out, I guess. I doubt Chris wants Fang to roam free all over the island," Niu suggested.
"It also wouldn't be a bad idea freeing Fang," Melissa admitted.
"I can use some help here," Pharaoh said to the girls as he kept getting chased by Fang.
"Can Fang reproduce?" Niu wondered.
"Pretty sure if he can there be news about mutant sharks roaming around the ocean," Melissa answered. "Wasn't he swimming around Wawanakwa for like a year?"
"Alright, that's good to know he can't reproduce," Niu smiled.
"So, do we free him?" Melissa asked as Pharaoh showed grabbing a rock and threw it at Fang's nose to stop the chase.
"I don't know. Chris might give us a penalty for that," Niu was afraid not as Pharaoh took a rock and started hitting the chain Fang's neck connected to.
"But he probably brought Fang in the first place," Melissa proposed.
With enough force and hits, Pharaoh broke the chain and set Fang free. The mutant shark happily thanked him by giving a thumbs up before fleeing.
"That does sound like Chris to bring nostalgia," Niu agreed with Melissa.
"I'm so glad both of you helped me free Fang so we can continue the challenge without worry," Pharaoh exclaimed sarcastically.
"Sorry," Melissa and Niu apologized at the same time.
All three searched in the rubble for an immunity idol. Niu got close to the chain that was broken by Pharaoh.
"Ooo, I wonder if Buck will be okay chaining me up for some fun. We can do good cop and bad cop," Niu said happily.
Melissa vomited on the spot while Pharaoh shivered with disgust.
"Niu, we don't need to hear your kinks," Pharaoh said.
"Yeah, keep those thoughts to yourself," Melissa agreed with the fake royal.
"Come on Pharaoh. You're dating a detective. Wouldn't it be fun having Lucy interrogate you in a provocative way?" Niu asked sincerely.
Pharaoh stayed silent as he looked for an idol. Melissa noticed him blushing and laughed at him.
"I also bet Melissa would enjoy Jett pinning her to a wall," Niu smirked.
"You stop that right now," Melissa exclaimed at the finalist as her cheeks flushed red like a tomato.
Confessional – Pharaoh
"I know this show has leaned more towards teens since Back to the Islands had Chase, but I wonder if the network ever sensors what Niu says that may not be that appropriate."
Confessional – Melissa
"I only blushed because I was caught off guard. No way I would want Jett to do that to me," she admitted, despite the fact the redness on her cheeks proved otherwise.
End Confessionals
Niu decided to lift up the stone that had the broken chain on it. However, it was too heavy for just herself to lift.
"I need assistance," Niu called to the other finalists.
Pharaoh and Melissa went to help. All finalists lifted up the stone. They gazed at the discovery. All three immunity idols were under the stone.
"Well, someone was lazy in hiding this," Niu told the two.
Melissa silently walked back to her kart.
"Honestly, I prefer it this way. If all three were actually separated that could have made this challenge more predictable," Pharaoh said. "You agree Melissa? Melissa?"
Niu and Pharaoh heard Melissa's kart turn on.
"Catch me if you two can," Melissa playfully taunted her opponents. She drove to the fifth location.
At the coliseum, all cast members from each generation waited in silence for a finalist to appear at the entrance of the coliseum. A cricket made a sound to demonstrate how quiet everything was. Chris stepped on the cricket for it to stop.
"Can't you bring a giant TV screen for us to watch the challenge?" Casey told the host. "Any longer and I'm pretty sure the villains here are going to lose it."
"Technically they already lost since they're not in the finale," Chris mocked. He noticed the glares from the villains he was getting. "I mean, once Chef captures Fang, I'll tell him to bring a TV screen."
Inside Crowstillo's secret underground bunker, Melissa jumped down the ladder safely. She crossed her arms and shivered from the coldness inside.
"Didn't think this place would be this cold. Someone must have installed an air conditioner," Melissa believed.
Melissa walked around until seeing the three sundaes on the table. She grabbed a spoon that was on her right.
"Geez, this place is chillier than I remember," Pharoah's voice was heard, meaning he was climbing down the ladder.
"That's because you're not wearing a shirt to cover yourself," Niu responded, her voice also being heard by Melissa.
Melissa grabbed a sundae and started eating it rapidly with her spoon. Niu and Pharaoh arrived. The fake royal grabbed a sundae and spoon, trying to eat faster than Melissa. Niu gazed at her sundae.
Confessional – Niu
"The probability of me getting a brain freeze is high, but most of the challenge left consists of running. I don't have a choice."
End Confessional
Niu opened her mouth as wide as possible and began eating the sundae vigorously. Melissa and Pharaoh were taken aback by this and were weirded out. Niu gobbled down the entire sundae in seconds and put the bowl back on the table. Then she took a flashlight that was on the table and headed off into the Crowstillo Caverns.
Upon arrival at one of the many caves, Niu noticed all the crystals glowing.
"Why did I bring this flashlight in the first place," Niu told herself dumbfounded, realizing that the Crowstillo crystals produce enough light to walk around.
She turned off her flashlight and tossed it away. After that, she kept her eyes peeled for the pink crystal that is anywhere nearby.
"Considering whoever hid the idols did a terrible job, I doubt it would take me long to find a pink crystal," Niu told herself confidently.
Suddenly, she felt someone or something tap her shoulder. She turned around and saw Scuba-bear growling at her. The robot bear had a necklace with three separate pink crystals attached to it.
"Of course, why should this be easy," Niu did not feel amused as Scuba-bear kept growling at her.
Melissa and Pharaoh heard Niu's terrified scream. They paused for a second to understand the situation then consumed the ice cream rapidly to help out.
Pharaoh and Melissa arrived at the cave where Niu ran around in circles to avoid Scuba-bear.
"Alright, you have a plan?" Melissa asked the fake royal.
"Uh, I thought you had a plan," Pharaoh admitted.
"No, didn't come up with one," Melissa replied as the two kept watching Niu being chased.
"Me either," Pharaoh responded.
"I guess you can use your rope," Melissa proposed.
"You could also tackle it down with your strength," Pharaoh pointed out.
"What you two are doing feels very intentional," Niu believed annoyed.
Instead of Pharaoh and Melissa continuing to figure out the plan, they decided to head into action. Pharaoh took out his rope as Melissa ran to Scuba-bear. Pharaoh launched his rope at the animatronic. He expected Niu to turn right so the bear could follow. But instead, Niu ran left as did the bear. Which made Pharaoh miss his shot. Not only that, but Melissa also ran into the rope and got herself tied up.
Melissa blinked twice on neither the two working together while Pharaoh facepalmed. Niu took this as an advantage. She ran to the rope and jumped over it. Being too focused on trying to tear her apart Scuba-bear tripped on the rope.
"Grab a crystal," Niu commanded Pharaoh as she went to rip out a red crystal from the wall.
Pharaoh pulled out a blue crystal from the nearest wall to him. Before Scuba-bear got up, Niu and Pharaoh penetrated its mechanical skull with the crystal each one took. The eyes of the Scuba-bear turned off. Melissa untied herself from the rope.
"That was intense," Pharaoh admitted. He shared a laugh with Niu.
Melissa went to flip Scuba-bear over so all finalists can remove a pink crystal from its necklace. The three then ran back to the entrance of King Crowstillo's bunker.
At the coliseum, Chef already brought the giant flat TV screen to the field for all previous and eliminated competitors to see.
"You know, despite all the mess-up stuff you did I'm going to miss the time we had on this show," Chef told his friend.
"Me too buddy, me too," Chris also felt that way, getting a bit emotional.
Justin, Scott, Sugar, Henry, Violette, and Caleb gave signals to each other. All six of them smirked or grinned mischievously.
The finalists in their go-kart made it to the cornfield. Once they parked, they saw the bullseye targets. Each of them went to grab a duffle bag. Being distant from the targets, they unzipped their respective duffle bag.
"Not to brag to you two, but I'm practically in my element," Pharaoh boasted as he became the first to get into a balanced stance. "Watch and be amazed."
Pharaoh grabbed the arrow and gripped the bow very hard. Next, he gripped the bowstring with the arrow, prepared his draw, and closed his left eye for max precision.
Even though this is the final challenge of the series, Niu and Melissa wanted to see if Pharaoh could actually get a bullseye on his first try. The fake royal fired his arrow. The eagle from before swooped by and the arrow pierced its stomach. The eagle fell to the ground. All three finalists looked horrified. Each of them vomited.
"Well, I'm making sure I cross out archery when I get back to sports," Melissa stated. She copied Pharaoh's stance and shot her bow. Due to the wind, it hit outside of the bullseye.
Niu caught notice of this.
"Looks like we have to play the waiting game," Niu said to the three. She readied her staff and bow, waiting for the wind to stop so she can fire.
Melissa took out another arrow from her duffle bag to aim. After recuperating from what Pharaoh accidentally did, he took out an arrow from his own bag. Once the wind stood to a halt, all of them fired their arrow. Pharaoh got the bullseye, Melissa slightly missed the smallest circle, and Niu was way off. The arrow went into the cornfield.
Pharaoh happily went into the cornfield as Niu took out another arrow from her bag. Melissa noticed the small frustration appearing on the goal digger's face. She wanted to know what is wrong, but Pharaoh has the lead. She cannot delay herself from winning.
Once Pharaoh entered the cornfield, he saw the table with three dice on it. He grabbed a die and tossed it to the ground. It landed on two when he needed a six. He tossed the die again. This time landing a five. Third times a charm and he got a one. Pharaoh's moment of confidence turned into a small bit of annoyance.
Confessional – Pharaoh
"Last thing I need is for a luck-based task to cost me the lead. The next part is going through the cornfield maze avoiding traps. Melissa is a runner. If she manages to shoot an arrow and gets lucky on the dice roll, she practically wins the whole challenge."
End Confessional
Niu and Melissa launched arrows at their ring target one by one. Neither of them got a bullseye.
"Pharaoh is highly likely going through the maze already," Niu believed as she took an arrow out of her duffle bag.
"The wind isn't doing us any favors," Melissa spoke before launching an arrow that drifted to the left, missing the bullseye.
Niu knew about this issue. What if, trying to go against the wind or waiting for it to stop she let it guide her? She prepared her to draw with the wind picking up right. So, she slightly moved her arrow and stance to the left. The arrow fired, almost directly hitting the bullseye.
"Nice job," Melissa gave a thumbs up. She quickly figured out what her opponent did and allowed the wind to take control. She felt her ponytail breezed to the left which made her aim the arrow and bow to the right. After firing, the arrow landed on the bullseye.
"Yes!" Melissa cheered. She put down her bow and arrow. "Good luck catching up," she said to her opponent before running into the cornfield.
"Fantastic," Niu went sarcastic.
Melissa is astonished Pharaoh stayed rolling for a six on a die.
"Dude, how high are the odds of you not getting a six?" Melissa cracked a joke.
"Hopefully the same chances for you," Pharaoh answered with a competitive smile. Sure, he was annoyed this is happening, but why make a remark at his opponent? She did not do anything to him.
Until Melissa grabbed a die from the table, dropped it, and got a six.
"I knew it!" Pharaoh got rageful as he pointed at his die and the athletic nerd's die. "I knew that was going to happen!"
Melissa solely giggled. "Guess I'm just that lucky," She responded with a smirk.
Pharaoh breathed in and out to calm himself. He gave a friendly laugh to Melissa.
"Wow, that sounded like Jett for a second there," Pharaoh smiled.
Melissa was going to reply until the two heard an arrow shot.
"Yes, bullseye!" Niu's cheer could be heard.
"And that's my cue to leave," Melissa ran off into the cornfield maze.
Niu ran into the cornfield and accidentally crashed onto the table. The die on the table rolled a three. Pharaoh sighed with relief. He rolled his die and it finally landed on a six.
"And everything is wonderful again," Pharaoh smiled. He ran into the maze.
Niu rubbed her forehead before getting up. She went to fetch her die and rolled it on the ground. She got a seven.
"I… don't know what to say or how to feel about this," Niu told herself. She has to stop questioning certain things at some point.
Melissa decided to put her speed skills to the test and ran as fast as she could while avoiding all the traps. For example, mines, bear traps, snare straps, pitfalls, angry frogs, and more. In no time, she got out of the cornfield maze and headed to the bathing lake. She forgot that she could go back to get her kart due to her hyper-competitive focus.
Pharaoh on the other hand jogged to avoid the traps since he is not good as a runner as Melissa. He heard a kart running which made him stop in confusion.
Niu showed herself driving her kart through the cornfield, not being on the pathways. Which meant she was destroying the place. She put on the brakes to look at her opponent.
"Hey there," Niu greeted happily.
"Why are you driving your kart in the cornfield?" Pharaoh asked perplexed.
"Chris never told us we had to run on our feet through the maze," Niu pointed out. "I decided to make myself a shortcut. See you at the lake if you can Pharaoh!"
Niu put the pedal to the metal and drove away.
Confessional – Knick
"I'm rooting for Pharaoh, but I respect Niu pulling a loophole. Buck better not mess up his relationship with her."
End Confessional
Pharaoh noticed a mine up ahead. He came up with the craziest idea ever.
"Well, my luck so far hasn't been the best. At least if I die, I go out with a bang," The fake royal told himself.
Pharaoh let out a warrior cry as he ran to the mine. He jumped onto the mine with his butt activating it. The explosion sent the finalist up into the sky. He screamed with excitement and fright.
Melissa arrived tired at the bathing lake. She bent and put her hands on her knees, sweating from the run. Her panting slowly decreased as she relaxed.
"Wow, getting here took way longer than I thought," Melissa acknowledged. She stretched her back and arms. "At least I'm in first."
Her short victory was demolished when Niu arrived in her kart. Melissa gazed at the kart.
"Dang, I completely forgot to bring my kart here," Melissa felt stupid.
"You could go get it, but then by that point, I will win," Niu replied smugly.
"Careful Knick, your overconfidence is showing," Melissa joked.
"Ha, ha, ha," Niu laughed sarcastically as she tilted her head left to right.
Suddenly, both finalists heard screaming. It got louder and louder. They looked up and saw Pharaoh heading towards the lake from the sky. Melissa and Niu ducked to the ground in case they collide with their foe. Luck went Pharaoh's way because he landed in the lake. The splash from the impact was grand. So much in fact water landed on the other two finalists.
"Well, at least we know the lake isn't filled with electric eels," Melissa told Niu happily.
Pharaoh got electrocuted by eels before he swam to get on a large rubber ducky.
"Spoke too soon," Niu stated. She hopped on the nearest rubber duck.
Melissa gazed at the duckies. She rubbed an arm and looked mildly discontent.
Confessional – Melissa
"During the calamity finale, I kind of made a hasty decision thanks to Caleb. Seeing the ducks and balloons brings back the memory. But I need to stay strong. I'm almost there. I just need to pop the correct balloon and catch that case. Though, I might have to steal Niu's kart if I want to win the challenge."
End Confessional
The finalists noticed that they do not have anything to burst the balloons with. They looked around to see what could possibly pop them. The only thing each found that could possibly take down a balloon are pebbles. Yet the pebbles were around the lake. Not in it. All three players knew they could not use their hands in the water to paddle. Unless they wanted to be electrocuted by eels.
Melissa hopped around the floating ducks to get speed. Every time she landed on a duck the impact made it float around the lake. She leaped to another duck. This one floated to the end of the lake. She grabbed a few pebbles.
Pharaoh decided to use his rope to tie a balloon and bring it to him. Niu grabbed an eel from the lake.
"You electrocute me, and I will guarantee that you and your pals will be used as coats," Niu threatened the electric eel.
The eel nodded in a frightened madder. The three popped balloons at the same time. Pharaoh bit the balloon he tied. Melissa threw pebbles at various balloons at the same time. Niu tossed the eel like a football which made it zap the balloons out of fear. All the balloons popped. The silver case showed itself in the air and fell.
Niu jumped from her duck and grabbed the case. She looked down and noticed she will be falling into the lake.
"This is a scenario where studying law was a bad idea," Niu said to a camera. She fell into the lake. Making a splash. This did not halt her from swimming out of the lake and heading to her kart.
"Oh no you don't," Melissa said as she hopped from duck to duck.
Pharaoh prepared his rope and swung it around. Niu got onto her kart with the case and turned the vehicle on. Melissa jumped onto the cart and grabbed Niu's shoulders.
"This is a one-seat vehicle. No passengers," Niu told Melissa.
The athletic nerd sat on the back of the kart as she clenched her hands on her opponent's shoulders.
"I am not losing," Melissa spoke with determination.
Pharaoh used his rope to tie one end around Melissa's waist. He put the front of his body on the duck's head he is standing on with his left arm choke holding the duck.
"I hope this works," Pharaoh told himself. "Really banking on Melissa holding on."
"Alright," Niu gave a competitive smile to the athletic nerd. "Let's see if you can keep up on the ride."
Niu put her foot on the pedal as hard as she could without breaking it. Melissa held onto her shoulders while Pharaoh screamed as he held the duck and rope.
Back at the coliseum, everyone watched the finalists going through the woods to get to the arena where they are at on the TV screen.
"Our finalists are coming in close!" Chris announced with excitement. He held the real silver case in his hand.
With the crowd creating a frenzy, the villains who smirked at each other decided to put their plan into action. Caleb aimed at the TV with the grappling hook he bought at the carnival's hut. Pressing the button, the grappling hook went to the top of the screen, breaking it a bit and leaving cracks. He got out of his seat and rode his grappling hook as it brought him close to Chef and Chris.
Caleb used his feet to hit Chef and knock the bulky dude to the ground. Many cheerers gasped at this.
"Chef, why didn't you dodge the attack? You literally stood there to receive it," Chris looked at his co-host dumbfounded.
"Honestly, I wanted to see what the guy would do," Chef answered.
"My final strike is going according to plan," Henry said with an evil smug. He grabbed a remote control from his pocket and pressed a button on it.
Justin and Violette were shown on screen. Both of them took their shirt off, leaving the sly sweetheart wearing her bra on. Many of the previous competitors and eliminated contestants swooned for the two, caught up in the distraction. Exceptions are those who are a couple.
Confessional – Henry
"During my time in the playa, I managed to contact Scott, Sugar, Justin, Violette, and Caleb for an ultimate team up to steal the ultimate prize," The orphan explained. "I can't kill Chris, but I'll make sure I steal the spotlight away in the finale to taint the franchise forever."
End Confessional
Sugar went to untie Henry while Scott rushed over to Chris.
"Should we stop them?" Yves asked her boyfriend.
"Nah, let's see how this plays out," Knick answered.
The other couples did the same in anticipating the outcome.
"Hand over the case Chris," Scott said to the host with a mischievous grin.
"Never," Chris hugged the case.
Scott growled which frightened Chris.
"Okay here, take it," Chris gave up immediately, shivering like a scared little child.
Scott swiped the silver case. His group of villains came to him. He gave the case to Henry.
"Onward!" Henry commanded his team to the golf cart that just so happened to be behind the giant TV screen.
As Henry and his squad of villainy went to the exit the finalists came through that side. All nine of them screamed and crashed into each other. All the watchers in the bleachers winced from the crash. The nine crashers groaned on the ground in pain.
"Now?" Yves asked her boyfriend.
"Now," Knick stated.
Yves unleashed orange mystical chains that went to tie up all the villains that tried to flee. Melissa, Pharaoh, and Niu still layed on the ground. The large duck float popped from the crash. Chris noticed the case containing the money on top of the broken golf cart. He could tell by the McLean seal of approval.
"Niu, Melissa, and Pharaoh," Chris called to the finalists. "Whoever manages to get up wins the final challenge!"
Everyone in the bleacher cheered for their favorite to get up. The finalist that stood up first came to be…

"Niu, Niu, Niu," The BTTI cast cheered.
Chris went in between the cast to give Niu her money case.
"And now my retirement is official," Chris said, ready to enjoy his upcoming life. "And since you won the season, you get to sign off the show."
"Oh wow, that's a great secondary prize. Did not expect that from you considering your dislike against me," Niu admitted.
"I'm obligated to do this for the winner. Don't change my mind," Chris replied.
"Right, right," Niu chuckled. She looked at a camera. "After many brutal eliminations, heart-filled drama, romance, and betrayal; I have claimed myself as the final winner of Total Drama. Thank you all for watching the series!"
Niu waved goodbye to the audience and blew an air kiss. The episode ended.

"And Melissa is Total Drama's final winner!" Chris announced.
All Carnival Calamity participants got out of their seats and went to congratulate Melissa except for Caleb. Jett went straight to the winner to hug her for a job well done. Fenton approached Melissa.
"Hey," Fenton said to get the winner's attention.
Melissa looked at Fenton, unsure at the moment how to feel. Jett narrowed his eyes at the hyper-competent sidekick.
"Congrats," Fenton told the winner. He offered a fist bump.
Melissa glanced at the fist bump then smiled at Fenton. She fist-bumped him back with thanks.
"Melissa, Melissa, Melissa," The Calamity cast cheered.
Chris went in between the cast to give Melissa her money case.

"Wow Chris that's great," Melissa smiled. "And thanks to everyone who helped me through my journey."
"Save the loving speech for when the cameras are off and hurry up. I'm obligated to do this for the winner. Don't change my mind," Chris replied.
"Somethings will never change," Melissa chuckled. She looked at a camera. "From premerger to the last winner, I Melissa Arroyo with the help of others conquered my way to the top! Thanks to all of you fans for tuning in for this show. Total Drama couldn't make it far without ya."
Melissa waved goodbye to the audience. Jett put an arm around her shoulder and gave a wink to the camera. Which caused Melissa to blush. The episode ended.

"Niu, Melissa, and Pharaoh," Chris called to the finalists. "Whoever manages to get up and wins the final challenge!"
Everyone in the bleacher cheered for their favorite to get up. The finalist that stood up first came to be…

Pharaoh, who panted tiredly from the effects of the crash on her body.
"And Pharaoh is Total Drama's final winner!" Chris announced.
All Crowstillo Island members screamed with joy. They got out of their seat and went to congratulate Pharaoh except for Henry. Knick put Lucy in her wheelchair. He pushed the wheelchair as he ran to the winner.
"Guess we came in a full circle," Knick joked with her ex.
Lucy rolled her eyes with a smile. She knew her ex referred to the Crowstillo Finale when she pushed him in a wheelchair.
"Pharaoh, Pharaoh, Pharaoh," The Crowstillo cast cheered.
Chris went in between the cast to give Pharaoh his money case.
"And now my retirement is official," Chris said, ready to enjoy his upcoming life. "And since you won the season, you get to sign off the show."
"Thanks for the additional prize dude," Pharaoh gave gratitude. Lucy kissed him on his left cheek.
"Don't mention it pal. I'm obligated to do this for the winner," Chris replied.
"In that case," Pharaoh said after chuckling. He looked at a camera. "Ten seasons! One hundred and two contestants! Twenty-four fan favorites battled it out for the final prize. In the end, after many obstacles, I managed to become Total Drama's official last winner. Thank you to everyone who supported this show. This is one last goodbye."
Pharaoh waved to the audience. The episode ended.

It is the night on the island.
"Come on you guys. Do we have to do this again," Chris whined.
The host is attached to a spinner tied up. Several previous contestants were shown throwing pizza slices at him. One of them went directly for the face.
"Hey, this is hot," Chris felt the burning sensation.
The contestants throwing the pizza slices laughed. Panning to the left it was revealed that everybody is at the campfire ceremony of Crowstillo Island sitting on stumps. Everyone happily ate a slice of pizza. Pharaoh held his money case with his arms. The case is on his knees.
"The pizza party is going to be bigger right?" Lucy asked her boyfriend.
"Oh yeah definitely. Just wanted to give everyone a taste of what could happen during the party," Pharaoh answered. The couple kissed on the lips.
"You know, this reminds me of the time we gathered here after Casey won," Christopher said to the Crowstillo cast. "Feels great."
"Yeah, is all circling back," Casey added.
"The new Total Drama style started with a Crowstillo winner, and it is ending with a Crowstillo winner," Janet concluded.
"Good to see we are the best generation," Knick stated in a matter-of-fact tone. This made his castmates chuckle.
"Well, since this is the end why not do a throwback?" Sara asked as she took out her wooden guitar. She tuned it a bit to get ready.
Once Sara strung, Trent heard what she intended to do. He took out his own guitar. After both guitarists played the familiar tune, each generation of contestants commenced singing. Even the ones who are still tied with Yves' mystical chains.
"Dear mom and dad I'm doing fine," The original players sang.
"You guys are on my mind," Sierra, Alejandro, and Blaineley sang.
"You asked me what I wanted to be," The Revenge cast intoned.
"And I think the answer is plain to see," Came the Pahkitew cast.
"I want to be famous!" The Crowstillo cast went in harmony.
"I want to live close to the sun," BTTI cast's turn came to perform.
"Well pack your bags cause' I've already won," The official winners of Total Drama sang.
"Everything to prove nothing in my way," The Calamity cast got their turn.
"I'll get there one day," Chris from the spinner and Chef untying gave their part.
"Cause' I want to be famous," Embarc delivered her graceful voice as she came to the campfire on a jetpack. Chris and Chef arrived at the site.
"Nanana'nanaana nana nana
I wanna be, I wanna be, I wanna be famous
I wanna be, I wanna be, I wanna be famous," Everybody sang.
They all whistled in harmony as the camera zoomed out to show a sign lit up that showed the words Total Drama in yellow.

Author's Note: Surprisingly, I do not have much to give in this note. I prepared myself for a long message about how much of an emotional roller coaster this has been. But I am happily leaving it like this. In the author's note last chapter, I said I will provide reasons for selecting these three finalists. The short answer is that their fun and entertaining.
Again, I am astonished that I don't have much to say. It is such a joyful moment I get to wrap up the Crowstilloverse's main storyline. Of course, I need to thank every reader and submitter for making this possible. None of this would happen if it wasn't for your support.
That is pretty much it. Pharaoh is the official winner. Pretty much intended that for most of my finale drafts. Also, how am I not going to end the main series without giving a Crowstillo member a victory for the final competition?
Anyway, the epilogue is coming up next which is the last chapter of the story. We all will see how grown up the Crowstillo cast to the Calamity cast have gone through the years.
Take care reader!
