**Thanks to whoever it was that let me know the formatting was previously messed up. I didn't check it since I uploaded so I had no idea, whoops**

Just so you're aware, this one is going to feel more like a filler chapter. Since the corresponding episode focused on the original Roy, it's going to bounce around a little bit. But I still wanted to focus on Jenna's overall mood/routine so soon after she believes her best friend was murdered by her ex, so just bear with me :)

Star City

March 21, 09:05 PDT

Jenna was in a daze. Like she was on autopilot. She was living through hell on Earth but she couldn't even acknowledge it.

She hadn't stepped foot into the Cave since that night; not that she would have had a reason to. No one was going to be ready to go on missions for a long time.

It felt selfish of her, but she almost wondered if she could get away with letting Nightwing lead on his own for a while once everyone started to return to the Cave again. After all, he was the one who willingly agreed to help her lead after…her previous co-leader left.

And she just didn't think she could face her team yet. Not after she failed.

Jenna had been avoiding calling Wally too. She knew that, eventually, she would have to. Her friend was going to be mourning too, suffering over the loss of his girlfriend. But she wasn't sure how he would react. I doubt it'll be any good, not that I'd blame him.

Guilt had been eating her up. She didn't know if she could ever forgive herself for Artemis dying under her leadership. Boy, doesn't this feel familiar? Except this time, it isn't a messed-up training simulation.

A knock on her apartment door broke Jenna out of her stupor, making her realize that the tea kettle on the stove in front of her was whistling, and her cat, Amp, was rubbing up against her calves.

She dropped her hand from where she was fiddling with her necklace to turn the burner off. After moving the kettle to the side to cool, she stepped around Amp as she went to answer the door. She wasn't expecting any company so she wasn't really sure who to expect.

"Oh, hi." Roy, her Roy, was standing in the doorway. It was still nice to see him looking better than before: clean-shaven, hair cut, gaining some pounds again. It made Jenna relieved to see the old Roy Harper beginning to return.

He offered her a gentle smile. "How are you?"

Jenna shrugged as she stepped aside to let him in. "I've been better," she said, closing the door behind him. "Want some tea? It just finished brewing."

"Sure."

Roy followed her into the small kitchen. He took a seat at the little table, big enough for a few people to sit at once, while Jenna moved around to gather mugs to pour their drinks in.

"Have you been able to get much sleep?" Roy spoke up after a prolonged silence.

Jenna let out a sigh as she set his mug in front of him. "Not really," she admitted. "I didn't get home yesterday until six in the morning so I crashed, but not for long."

She sat down across from him, tucking a foot underneath her. "Nightmares woke me back up so often that I just gave up trying to sleep. Same thing with last night."

She awkwardly fumbled with her mug, having to remember to not use her hand that was in a brace. It sucked that it happened to be her left hand, that being her dominant hand. It made even the most basic tasks a pain.

Roy seemed to notice it too. "How's the wrist? And the…" He gestured to his own nose.

Jenna held her hand up, wiggling her fingers carefully. "Annoying as hell," she said before a small smile curved upon her lips. "Though the nose reminds me of that time when Artemis was teaching me some techniques on the bow and-"

Her breath caught in her throat.

She dropped her hand onto the table, tightening her grip on the mug handle. She closed her eyes as tears began to burn them. Fuck.

Her shoulders sagged when she felt Roy reach across and squeeze them. "I miss her so much," she whispered.

"I know."

"A- and Kaldur…it still feels like a nightmare, thinking about how he was the one to do it." Tears slid down her cheeks, passing over the previously dry tracks.

"I know."

"I can't help but feel like it was my fault somehow."

Roy reached up to cup the back of her neck, forcing her to look him in the eye. "No, don't say that," he said firmly.

Jenna couldn't hold his gaze, looking down at her hands. "Roy…" she argued feebly.

"No, listen to me. There is nothing you could have done to prevent that."

"But it's not just about Artemis," Jenna countered. "What if I could have done something to stop Kaldur from joining his father?"

Her eyes closed. "He had just found out before he lost his best friend…should I have done more to reach out and comfort him?"

It was hard on everyone when Tula died, but Kaldur and Garth most of all. Jenna wondered for a moment if she should contact Garth and see how he'd been doing since he left the team. I miss seeing him around.

"Jenna." Roy's tone left no room for arguments. "You couldn't have helped that either. Kaldur made his decision and it wasn't your responsibility to prevent that."

Jenna's chin trembled slightly as she bit down hard on her lower lip. "Was it really that easy for him to leave me?" she whispered.

Whether he had an answer or not, Roy moved out of his chair to hug her. She buried her face in his shoulder, letting herself silently cry for the umpteenth time in the past thirty-six hours.

"I miss him so much."

"I know."

Jenna's tears began to dry when Roy's phone rang. He let out a sigh before pulling away from her. "That's probably Ollie."

As he answered the phone, Jenna dried her tears. "Yeah? Really? Okay. Actually, I'm with her right now. Yeah, I'll ask. See you in a bit."

Jenna looked up at him. "What is it?" she wondered.

Roy raised his head, eyes moving from his phone to her. "Roy's awake."

On the other side of the city, there was another member of the team reeling after the loss of one of their own.

Sam never really got to know Artemis before, well, before she died. She and Wally—Kid Flash—had left the team several months before he even joined. But he heard stories.

He knew his mentor had to be taking it hard. Artemis was Jenna's best friend. With one being the protégé of Green Arrow and the other being the sister of Black Canary, they became fast friends and they stuck by each other no matter what. Even when Artemis came forward about her lineage.

Despite being one of the newer heroes on the team, Sam was still taking it pretty hard too. Not because he had a relationship with the late archer like many on the team did, but because it gave him a reality check.

One of the very first things Jenna had warned Sam about was that they weren't indestructible. Being a hero was going to be hard. There were going to be people they encountered that wouldn't hesitate to kill him. But Jenna promised that if he agreed, she would teach him to defend himself so that exact situation wouldn't be as likely to happen.

'It's not a guarantee. But it'll give you a fighting chance,' she had said.

And Sam knew he wasn't invulnerable. He knew that he still had a lot to learn. Despite growing more and more confident in his skills, he still was afraid of messing up.

But it wasn't until the death of someone that was once on his very team that it really settled in. That in the hero gig, life was short. And the sad thing was, it was hard to guess who might be next.

"Breakfast is ready!"

Groaning, Sam rolled out of bed and threw on his clothes. After he grabbed his phone and keys, he shuffled out of his room and to the kitchen.

"Morning, honey," Tina greeted warmly. "Sleep well?"

Sam shrugged. "I guess."

Kellie frowned at him as she chewed on her pancakes. With her mouth full, she was still able to converse with her hands. Are you okay?

Sam managed a wry grin, ruffling her bedhead as he passed by. "I will be," he promised, signing to her before turning away.

"Are you not going to eat?" his aunt called out to him, noticing him immediately leaving the house.

"I'm not hungry," was his response before the door shut. I need to go meet with the guys anyway.

He walked down the steps and to the sidewalk, trailing along in silence. He subconsciously pulled out his phone, intent on checking texts from Jenna to see if she was wanting to meet him for patrol that evening, but he hesitated at the last moment. Not that it mattered because no message from her was waiting on his lock screen.

I hope she's okay.

At least being busy helps. As much as Jenna wanted to go with Roy right away, she still had other responsibilities to handle before the afternoon rolled around.

She had managed to get a couple of extensions on assignments thanks to some of her professors, but not all of them were going to be so lenient. She was going to skip classes for the day, but she wasn't going to let herself completely slack off. Not when it could keep her mind off things.

Jenna finally showed up at Royal Memorial Hospital in the late afternoon. Roy had told her before he left that morning that she didn't have to go if she didn't want to, but she was insistent.

She had been keeping up with the original Speedy since Red Arrow returned with him in tow along with Cheshire and their daughter. I still can't believe Roy has a kid now. Guess that makes me an aunt.

The point was, she wasn't going to let them deal with Speedy on their own. Part of her was curious anyway. She only knew her Roy, not the original. She wondered if they would be completely different personality-wise or if the cloning process by Cadmus really was down to the last detail.

"How did he react to…well, to you?" Jenna asked as she followed Roy down the hallway toward the room she was all too familiar with.

"It's one thing to hear about a copy of yourself living your life and it's another to actually see it," Roy mused. "Think about how confusing it was to find out what I really was and multiply it by a hundred."

Jenna grimaced as they came to a stop at the right door. "How much else does he know?"

Roy sighed. "The basics. About me, the team, everything that's been going on with the Kroloteans…"

Jenna raised a brow. "That's the basics? It's a wonder he hadn't tried to bolt yet."

Roy only shrugged as he opened the door to let Jenna in first.

Speedy, the original Roy, looked to be in good shape for being on ice for eight years. He was certainly more alert than Jenna was expecting.

"Hi, Roy," she greeted, coming to a stop at the foot of the hospital bed. "I'm Jenna."

"You look…familiar."

Jenna shared a look with the clone Roy. She wasn't really sure if they informed Speedy of the fact that he had missed out on a lot. She could imagine that finding out that Black Canary's little sister was all grown up wouldn't be a nice way to break the news.

"I'm a friend of these two," she told Speedy, avoiding the silent question of who she was. "I helped keep an eye on you while you recovered. I hear you've been learning a lot today."

That seemed to do the trick as he turned back to Oliver. "Yeah, so, let me get this straight. While I was on ice…you found another Roy Harper, the sidekicks formed their own team, aliens invaded the Earth, and Ollie grew that dopey goatee?"

"Invaded, impersonated, et cetera…" Jenna said, grimacing.

"We try not to call ourselves sidekicks," Roy admitted, rubbing the back of his neck.

"You don't like the goatee?" Oliver asked, almost sounding offended.

Speedy glared at the trio. "So missing the point! The two of you have been talking around it all day," he accused Ollie and Roy. "Now, I want answers. What happened to me? How can there be another Roy Harper? And what happened to my arm?" He gestured at the bandaged stump.

Jenna crossed her arms while she glanced over at Roy. 'You need to tell him,'her expression read.

"Okay, okay," he acquiesced, sinking into the chair beside the bed. "We wanted to wait until you were strong enough, but I guess the moment's here."

"Moment's passed," Speedy said with a scowl. "Get to it."

Jenna moved to Roy's side for silent support as he began, "What's the last thing you…remember before we found you in Tibet?"

Speedy looked troubled. "I've been trying to piece that together," he admitted. "I remember investigating a LexCorp shell company"—he turned to Ollie—"that we suspected of smuggling weapons to North Rhelasia."

He sighed. "Some LexCorp goons got the drop on me. I remember feeling embarrassed. Then…nothing."

"That's right. They grabbed you," Oliver confirmed. "Thing is, Roy, that was eight years ago."

"What?"

"Lex Luthor and the Light, this criminal organization he works with, abducted you," Roy explained. "They amputated your arm."

"Why?" Speedy asked incredulously. "To keep me from using my bow?"

"No. They needed an endless supply of your DNA to perfect their human cloning process." Roy ground out the words like they were impossible to admit, which Jenna imagined was true.

Speedy examined his arm as the pieces began to click together. "So that's what you are. A clone."

Roy hung his head. "Yeah. They grew me. Or rather, force-grew me," he explained as he slumped back in his chair, looking troubled. "In a matter of months, I looked your age. They programmed me with all your memories and skills and…worse."

Jenna reached out a comforting hand to his shoulder, squeezing it tightly. The action also helped to ground her, keeping her mind focused on what was in front of her.

She looked over at Speedy. "My sister and I tried to help out Ollie in every way we could," she explained.

Speedy looked her up and down like he was still confused about who she was. "What did you say your name was?"

Jenna sighed, deciding that there wasn't a point in keeping it quiet anymore. "Jenna Lance."

His eyes widened in recognition. "Black Canary's sister. I was supposed to meet you a couple of weeks after…well, after I was taken, I suppose."

Jenna nodded. "I hadn't even met you yet but we were all working tirelessly."

"Then the Light spoon-fed me clues to your location," Oliver continued as he sat on the edge of the hospital bed. "I thought I was doing detective work, but in hindsight…"

He let out a frustrated sigh. "You'd been missing three months," he tried to explain. "I'd been going crazy. So when I found you- him- I didn't question the good fortune. I had no idea it wasn't the real"—he quickly looked over at Roy as he corrected himself—"the original you. No idea Luthor had stored you on ice all this time."

"So what you're saying is, you took my place," Speedy told Roy. "You've been living my life for eight years."

Roy grimaced, looking away. What else was there to say?

"And he's been tirelessly searching for you for five of those years," Oliver added.

Speedy frowned. "Huh. But not you, Ollie. You gave up on me."

Roy quickly stood up, sensing the growing tension just as Jenna was. "I don't wanna be the cause of more conflict between you two," he said. "I'd understand if you never wanted to lay eyes on me again."

"I don't know…Seems to me the clone didn't do anything wrong," Speedy mused. "He didn't ask to be created. Plus, he found me. I can't blame him for this."

He looked up at Oliver with a glare as he suddenly sat forward, grabbing his arm. "But I can totally blame you!"

Jenna took a step back. Suddenly she could see how similar the original and the clone were.

Oliver tried to apologize. "Roy, I…"

"We were partners. Friends! How could you not know I had been replaced?" Speedy cried out. "How could you leave me in Luthor's hands for eight years?"

There was nothing Oliver could do or say anymore. What was done was done. Not that Jenna found fault in that. She probably would have done the same thing in his place. How could they have known that Roy was cloned of all things?

"And how did I not see how useless you are?" Speedy growled when Oliver didn't say a word. "Get out…Get out!"

The two remaining adults stood in uncomfortable silence while Oliver silently obliged, walking out of the room. Jenna rubbed her forehead, closing her eyes briefly. What are we going to do with this kid?

"Look, uh, Roy, Jenna, I need some time to process all this," Speedy spoke up.

"We understand," Roy assured, walking out of the room and leaving Jenna to follow with one last glance at the boy in the hospital bed.

When she stepped out, closing the door behind her, she flagged down a nurse walking by. "Excuse me, I don't suppose you saw a blonde man with a goatee walking by?"

"I just passed by him. He was going into the chapel."

"Thank you." Jenna then turned to Roy. "You should go talk to him. He needs you."

Roy's brow furrowed. "You're not coming?"

Jenna sighed, rubbing the side of her neck as she checked the time on her phone. "I have a prior engagement I need to get to."

She glanced back at the door to Speedy's room. "But if you need help with this situation…or that situation"—she nodded down the hall toward the chapel—"call me."

A smile flickered across Roy's face. "I will. Thanks, Jen."

He must have noticed the fond smile on her face as he studied her. "What?"

Jenna shook her head. "Nothing, just…I'm glad you're back."

Her smile turned smug as she stepped closer and poked Roy in the chest. "And I mean you, not the kid in that hospital bed," she added, jerking her thumb toward the door.

There was a beat before Jenna reached out, wrapping her arms around his neck in a hug. It didn't take long for Roy to put his arms around her waist. The tight but warm hug was just what the two of them needed. Especially her.

Jenna sighed, pulling away before tears could build. "I better go," she said. "I'll see you later."

She waved goodbye as she walked down the opposite hall, her good mood deflating almost immediately. She had told Dinah she would meet her so she knew she had to get a move on, no matter how much she didn't want to.

Mount Justice

March 21, 17:33 EDT

Sam stared up at the newly erected hologram of Artemis with crossed arms. It was hard to swallow past the lump in his throat. No one deserves to die that way. Especially not at the hands of an old friend.

His grip on his upper arm tightened as his saddened expression turned to a glower. He silently vowed that the team and League would be ready to take Kaldur down if any of them ever saw him again. He won't get away with this. I swear it.

A loud crunch jolted Sam out of his thoughts.

He sent an annoyed glare at the newbie on the team. Bart Allen, future grandson of the Flash. Sam knew that things had to be vastly different where he came from, but sometimes Sam wondered if the new kid being irritating was just part of his personality.

"Uh, sorry," Bart halfheartedly apologized when he noticed the other boys glaring at him. "Mourning makes me hungry."

Sam shook his head as Jaime drug the speedster off to the side. He turned back to the hologram, glancing up at it before noticing Tim had moved away from the group.

"Did you ever get to meet him?" he asked as he joined his teammate by the hologram of the second Robin also known as Jason Todd.

Tim shook his head. "He was gone before I even met Batman," he admitted.

Sam hummed. "From what Jen's told me, he was a good guy. I wish I had gotten to know him."

He then nudged Tim in the arm. "I think you're giving the Robins a good name, you know."

The Boy Wonder smiled. "Thanks," he said before glancing back at Artemis' hologram and frowning thoughtfully. "I know you joined after Artemis had left, but did you ever get to meet her?"

Sam turned to look at the hologram too. A sad smile passed over his face. "Sort of. Funnily enough, she was there the day I first met Jenna.," he explained. "And I mean Jenna Jenna. Not Jenna as Siren."

"That's oddly specific."

That made Sam laugh for the first time in the past couple of days. "So, I was hanging out with my cousins one afternoon…"

Dakota City

March 21, 18:15 CDT

"Are you sure you want to be here? You know Raquel wouldn't blame you if you decided to skip it."

Jenna frowned. "I'm sure, Dinah. I need something to keep me distracted, even for a bit. Maybe this will be just the thing." She looked ahead, keeping her eyes on the sidewalk.

But she could tell her sister was eyeing her with worry. "Okay…but if you need a breather or to leave entirely, let me know," she said, resting a hand on Jenna's shoulder.

Jenna nodded, managing a small smile as they rounded the corner, entering a restaurant's outdoor dining area. She fixed a brighter smile on her face, not wanting her gloomy mood to rub off on the bride-to-be.

"Dinah! Jenna!" Raquel stood to greet them, quickly hugging the older Lance sister before embracing the younger one even tighter. "You came!"

Jenna gave her a knowing look. "You know I wouldn't want to miss out," she said. "You're too important to me."

Raquel looked both touched and sympathetic. She hugged the blonde again, making her giggle, before she let go so that Jenna could take a seat beside Dinah.

She glanced around the table. She had been worried that the mood would have been too depressing to withstand, but things almost seemed…normal. Even for just a short time.

"Megan and Zatanna are here!" Karen cheered.

Raquel eagerly accepted the approaching girls' hugs. "Hi! Oh, I'm so glad you could make it, you guys!"

"Happy bridal shower, Raquel!" M'gann said with a giggle, moving to take the seat beside Barbara.

Jenna went still as Raquel pulled M'gann's gift closer to her body. The woman began to pull out the tissue paper, unaware of Jenna's smile slipping.

"M'gann, you shouldn't have."

"Actually, it's- it's from Jenna and Artemis too. We …bought it together."

Jenna looked to the end of the table where one person was missing. Don't cry, don't cry, don't cry. She felt Dinah's hand clasp her own under the table as the silence drew out.

"What am I doing, having this shower?" Raquel finally said, scolding herself. "How- how can we celebrate so soon after-"

"Because Artemis would want us to celebrate," M'gann said firmly.

Zatanna agreed. "She'd kick our butts if we didn't."

Jenna managed a watery laugh. "You're damn right she would."

Raquel fell silent before grabbing her glass with a small smile. "To absent friends."

Jenna was still a little choked up when she raised her glass along with the other women. "To absent friends."

M'gann turned to grin at the soon-to-be bride. "And to the bride!"

Jenna followed suit with her friends standing to turn to Raquel. "To the bride!"

They all sat back down, beginning to speak about happier topics. After all, they were there to celebrate for a reason.

~/~/~/~

Zatanna was hard to hear over Jenna's and M'gann's laughter. "-And I'll never forget the look on your face!"

Raquel groaned, covering her face with her hands. "That was so awful. I still can't believe you guys did that to me."

Jenna's giggles tapered off as she laid a hand on her friend's arm. "You love us."

"Unfortunately," Raquel said with a smirk.

All of a sudden, Jenna felt a chill. Literally.

When her friends let out gasps, she whirled around to see what they were looking at. Her eyes widened when she saw ice quickly forming in the area thanks to a laser angled from the rooftop above them.

Just before the ice swept over them, M'gann threw her hands out, shielding them all from the blast. "Is everyone okay?" she asked, glancing around at the ladies who were standing up from the table.

At their affirmations, Jenna turned to Zatanna. "Can you provide us a quick change, Zee?"

Zatanna nodded toward Jenna. "Brag su rof elttab!"

As soon as the incantation left her mouth, Miss Martian expanded the shield, shattering the ice that encased them. Once they were free, they were able to see who caused the mess in the first place.

Siren's lip curled in distaste when she laid eyes on Captain Cold. He was certainly surprised to see the group of eight heroines staring him down. He also knew there was no point in trying to fight as he let out a sigh.

"I'm completely doomed, aren't I?"

"One hundred percent," Rocket answered with a smug grin.

It was her that ended up knocking the ice villain out with a swift blow, which Siren felt was well earned. And with Cold easily dealt with considering he was well outnumbered, the guards from the armored truck being freed, and police on the way, that hardly took time out of the women's party.

Siren thought she would have gotten to enjoy the rest of the evening like she previously had been until her comm loudly beeped.

And she guessed who it might have been. "This is important. I'll be just a second," she told her friends, quickly moving away from the group. "Siren."

"He bolted."

Her eyes went wide at Red Arrow's comment. "What? What do you mean?"

"I mean when Ollie and I returned to the hospital room, he had left via the window," Red answered. "When we took off to track him down to one of Ollie's old caches, he Zeta'ed off, but not without blowing up the place first."

Siren ran a hand through her hair. "Well, do you have any idea where he went?"

"Yeah. Metropolis."

Metropolis? "Why would-" Then it dawned on her. "Lex Luthor," she growled.

"Bingo."

She glanced back at her friends who were talking about where they could go next since their previous party had been iced over. She let out a sigh before returning to the call. "I'll meet you guys over there, okay?"

"If you're sure."

After Siren hung up, she quickly walked back to the group.

"-club downtown we could go to."

Siren gave Rocket an apologetic smile. "I'd love to join you guys, but I gotta go help Green Arrow and Red Arrow do some damage control."

Black Canary looked concerned. "Is it about Speedy?"

"Yeah," Siren said, letting out a puff of air. "We should have it covered, so don't worry."

Rocket was understanding. "Go," she said, giving Siren a tight hug.

The strong squeeze felt intentional, but the blonde wasn't going to comment on it. She certainly wasn't going to complain.

Siren backed up, in the direction of the Zeta-Tube she knew to be close by. She shot the ladies a teasing wink before she turned away. "Do some shots for me!"

She hurried to Metropolis as quickly as she could, silently wishing she had had time to grab her motorcycle to zip across to the LexCorp building faster. But there was no time to waste.

As she drew nearer to the giant skyscraper, she ran into both Arrows. It seemed that they had just arrived too.

"What the hell did I miss?" Siren asked with a light pant, having hardly stopped on the way.

GA looked devastated at the sight of the destroyed skyscraper. "We can't be too late," he whispered. "I cannot have failed him again."

"No, wait," Red interrupted. "Look!"

Siren and Green Arrow followed to where his finger was pointing, directly to the parking garage exit. Smoke was billowing out of it, but a figure was emerging out of it. Specifically, Speedy, who was dressed in the old uniform, sans the hat. Both of them really hated that thing, huh.

"Hey, guys. What took you so long?" Speedy greeted casually as if he hadn't just gone after Lex Luthor with a vendetta.

Siren let out a sigh of relief as the three adult heroes hurried to meet him. He looked a little banged up, but at least he wasn't dead like she was sure he'd be since he decided to go after Luthor.

"Roy, are you alright?" Green Arrow asked worriedly.

"I'm good." And it seemed that Speedy genuinely meant that. "Well, better than I've been in eight years, anyway."

"You didn't-"

"Kill Luthor? No. Not tonight."

Siren was focused on his words, but Red had noticed the case in his hand. "What's in the case?"

Speedy lifted it with a grin, lightly grunting from the weight. "Satisfaction," was all he said.

He knelt on the ground, setting the case in front of him to show what was inside. "It's not elegant. Won't fool anyone into thinking it's actual flesh and blood."

Siren's eyes went wide as she examined the contents of the case. A prosthetic arm, made from the best tech around from the looks of it. Just by looking at it, she could tell that it would easily become a dangerous weapon if not used wisely. She glanced up at Speedy with a wary gaze.

"But it's more powerful and more versatile than the model Luthor gave his own bodyguard. And it'll literally make me a living weapon."

Yep, I was right.

Speedy stood, a dark look on his face. "No one's putting me on ice again. Ever."

Green Arrow looked from Red Arrow and Siren back to Speedy, unsure of what to think. "Speedy…you sure you're okay?"

Speedy simply took off his mask, tossing it away. "Speedy died eight years ago," he declared, picking the case back up. "But I kinda like the sound of…Arsenal."

Siren eyed him for a moment. Something told her that he would be a wild card. And she wasn't about to let that loose. I'll discuss it fully with Nightwing later but…

She stepped forward. "Well, Arsenal…how would you feel about joining my team?"

I hope you enjoyed this chapter, even if it was simply getting to see how our protagonist and deuteragonist reacted to the events of the last chapter. You'll get to see a little more of that in the next chapter before everything kind of turns to shit. Plus, you'll get to see a little...reunion of sorts. See you next week!
