Hattori Heiji
Heiji stared at the wall as his memory took him back to the day when he was scared as hell. He had watched, terrified as some guys grabbed Kazuha by her arms by force and were going to take her into some place, where he probably couldn't find her. No, he would find her, there was no way that he would let anyone take his Kazuha. And damn, why he had had to say this out loud. What are you doing to my Kazuha? He had tried to mislead Kazuha by saying she heard it wrong but to no avail, she still nagged him about it even after two weeks.
Heiji heard a knock on his door, he sighed and got up from the bed. Behind the door, stood Kazuha, all smiling. Heiji almost smiled as well, but instead, he grunted, "what are you doing so early?"
"Hello to you too." Kazuha frowned. "And it's not early."
"Whatever, why did you come?"
"Why are you so cold, I just want to spend time with my best friend." Kazuha looked down.
Heiji felt a ping of guilt in his heart as he spoke, "All right, all right, do you wanna go for a walk?"
Kazuha beamed, and Heiji felt as his heart beat faster. "Let's go to the bridge, you know where I was grabbed by those drug investigators, where you said I was yours." Kazuha shyly looked at Heiji
"How many times I have to tell you, I haven't said that."
"Yes, you did. That little girl recorded it. Conan-kun showed me."
He would kill Kudo, the next time he saw him.
"Why are you keep denying it?"
"I'm not denying it!" Yes, he did. He did deny it, but why? Was he embarrassed about his feelings? No, he wasn't. Was he afraid? No way, he was never afraid.
A/N: Hello, I'm sorry that this chapter ended abruptly, but that is where my ten minutes ended. I also apologise for such a long wait. I was taking a break from fanfic.
Hope you enjoyed it.
