March 27th.

Mystic Falls High.

Cherith comes out of her car that morning, a slightly broody look on her face.

She wore a red and black plaid zipper chain pleated slip dress to her thighs, a black platform high heels ankle boots, and a black choker.

Backing her bag, she walked towards the building.

After the events of yesterday, she gladly welcomed school, even if it was filled with annoying snot nosed idiots in her opinion.

"Hey Cherry!"

Well, not all obviously.

Cherith turns to Leslie who had just arrived as well and gives her a small wave as she puts on her dark sunglasses and her friend snorts.

"What's with the grunge look today? All chains and chokers and red and black?"

Leslie asks, looking her up down and Cherith shrugs.

"I dunno. I just felt like it."

"It suits you anyways… and I can tell you're becoming a trendsetter in this foul and boring old town."

Leslie added and it honestly wasn't a lie.

A lot of people had picked up on the fashionable and eccentric way Cherith dressed and how it differed from quite a lot of people.

Heck right now, she was being stared at because the grunge look was slightly different from what they'd seem her on for a while.

"Well someone has to paint the town red every once in a while, and who else but this red haired girl whose nickname is coincidentally Cherry. I'm telling you, I was born to turn this world red."

She grinned and Leslie gave her a look.

"I hope you mean metaphorically girl, or I'm running away screaming."

Cherith snorted as they reach their locker and she opens hers.

"But of course. What else would I mean?"

"Hey, Cherith!"

Tyler walked over, saying hi to Leslie and turning to the red haired who looked at him over the dark glasses on the bridge of her nose, staring at him like he had interrupted her most wonderful day.

"Can I help you?"

She droned out and he rolled his eyes.

"Look, can I see you later today? It's kind of urgent. I really need to speak to you."

He pressed slightly and Cherith turns fully to him, placing the glasses on her head and looking at him with a frown.

"Well I'm here now. What's with the ass face?"

Tyler sighed, coming closer to her and lowering his voice.

"Look. Not here. And not right now. I mean in private."

He side eyes Leslie who was going through her phone and the noisy hallway as well and she sighed.

"Fine then. We'll meet at the grill."

She snarked at him, slamming her locker door shut, startling a bunch of people and Tyler gives her a thankful grin but she was not done yet.

"And be prepared to buy me food Dante. My time doesn't come free."

She threatens him, pointing a finger into his chest a few times as she makes sure he understood her deal and even with all that Tyler was going through, he let out a small chuckle and nodded.

"I really appreciate it Cherry."

He gives her and Leslie a nod before walking off, Leslie moving to stand at her side as they stare at him walking off.

"Damn, Tyler sure has changed from how he used to be."

"Yeahhh…"

Cherith watched him go, wondering just how he was handling the idea of being a werewolf, and if he was even handling it at all.

Then she blinked as she remembered something.

"And it's Cherith to you, you asshole!"

She shouts out at his head, Leslie chuckling as she locks elbow with the disgruntled red head who puts on her glasses again, pout on her face.

"Come on. Let's get to class."

Cherith groaned as Leslie drags her to class.

"Ugh! What's the point of school again?"

"Shouldn't I be asking you that?... You are the one with the high IQ after all."

"You know… life is really simple but we insist on making it complicated."

Leslie snorted, amused.

"Okay, come along Confucius… before we're late for class. We didn't go yesterday after all."

Woods.

Elena and Caroline are walking through the woods, with Elena lugging about a brown bag that seemed slightly heavy as they walked towards their destination.

"Tell everyone I wasn't feeling well and I went home from school."

Caroline threw her hands up in exasperation.

"I can't believe I'm agreeing to this. I'm a terrible liar! You of all people should know that!"

Elena shook her head slightly amused.

"And keep Stefan busy. I don't want him to know what I'm up to."

"I'm even worse at duplicity and also… you know this!"

"Well you managed to keep me occupied when Katherine paid Stefan a visit."

Caroline shrugged.

"Yeah, because she threatened me. Not that I'm saying that you should use that as a tactic, it's...Stefan's gonna see right through me."

She sighed and Elena turned to her.

"Caroline, as my friend, do you promise or not?"

"You had to break out the girlfriend code."

She finally relented.

"Okay. I promise."

Elena gave her a thankful smile and they go down the stairs into the ruins where Katherine was being kept.

"Why don't you want Stefan to know anyways? Or even Cherith of all people! She could… smash Katherine on the wall a couple of times and Katherine would be a quivering mess immediately!"

Elena smiled softly.

"First of all, Stefan would never be okay with me doing this. As for Cherith… she approaches things in a cold and detached manner. I need Katherine to open up to me, Caroline. I need to know everything."

They stop in front of the tomb's stone door and Caroline snorts.

"Yeah well, good luck with that. But are you sure you want to do this?"

Elena nods.

"Yes, I'm sure. She's the only one who knows the truth about Klaus. The only one who can tell me how to stop him."

"But you're asking for the truth from someone who's probably never given it. Are you sure about this?"

"Yeah. I can't just sit back and wait. I have to know, Caroline. Please."

Caroline gives her a look before she goes towards the door and opens it.

It's dark and quiet and desolate. Not a movement comes from the inside which creeped both girls out.

"Katherine?"

Elena calls out but there was still no answer. With a sigh, Elena turns to her blonde haired friend.

"It's okay care, I'll be okay from here."

As Caroline moves to open her mouth, they hear some movement in the dark and they turn back into the tomb, breath held, and a shaky and bare foot steps into the light first.

Katherine was not as either of them remembered.

Katherine Pierce who so always stood tall, smirk on her face and acted like she was above and beyond everyone, was a shell of the person once known.

Her hair was scattered and unruly, her gown was slightly tattered at some parts and her fingers, they had dried up blood on them, then of course, her skin was a pale grey as a result of not having had blood in a while.

In fact, she looked like she hadn't been able to close her eyes for days.

Katherine stumbles to a stop at the entrance, giving Elena a cold look.

"Hello Elena… Come to watch me wither away?"

Caroline snorts, covering her mouth.

"I mean… you look utterly terrible!"

Katherine turns to her with a dark look.

"Goodbye Caroline."

Elena turns to her friend.

"As long as I stay on this side of the door, she can't hurt me. Please."

Caroline gives Katherine a look of distrust.

"Just know that if you try anything… I'll be telling not only Stefan, but Cherith as well."

Caroline threatened the vampire who shivered slightly at the mention of the name that had haunted her nightmares with no rest assured.

"See you Elena."

Caroline gave her friend a look before walking off.

Elena turns back to the vampire, a curious look on her face.

"What happened to you?"

Katherine weakly scoffed, resting on the wall and using it to support herself.

"Don't act like you don't know."

Elena frowned, confused at the sentence, wondering if it was just the after effect of not having blood.

But… she remembered Stefan wasn't as… defeated, as Katherine looked.

Then her eyes widened as she remembered something Stefan had told her.

"You mean… Cherith caused this?"

"Ding ding ding… Elena Gilbert isn't as dumb as once thought."

Katherine blankly tells her and Elena looks at her offended.

"At least I'm not the one in there."

She snarked slightly with some attitude and a light of amusement filters through Katherine before dying out.

"Why don't you come in and tell me again…"

She smirks weakly and Elena gives her a look before putting the bag on a slab of bricks.

"I brought you some things."

She digs into the bag and Katherine scoffs, shivering slightly as a dark feeling goes through her again.

"You came to bribe me? What is it that you want?"

Elena throws some fresh clothes and sheets into the tomb, startling Katherine.

"I want you to tell me about Klaus."

At the name, Katherine swallows slightly before putting up a brave face.

"Hmm, you've been busy."

"I also brought you this."

She takes out an old book from the bag.

"It's your family history. It says in here that the family line ended with you. Obviously, that's not true."

Katherine scoffs.

"You think that if you brought me some family keepsake that I'd open up?"

"I also brought you this."

She takes out a bottle of blood from the bag and shows it to Katherine who vamps out and rushes over towards Elena but she bounces back slightly as the spell stops her from getting any closer and Elena smirked.

"You don't look so good. How long before your body shuts down? 10, 20 years? It must be painful to desiccate and mummify. I can't even imagine."

Katherine gives her a look as she slides down on the floor.

Elena squats down and pours some blood in a plastic cup on the ground and pushes it towards Katherine with a stick and Katherine takes the cup and drinks, her skin regaining some of its color.

"You have the Petrova fire. But… before I tell you anything, you have to tell your sister to remove the curse she placed on me."

Katherine demanded and Elena shrugs as she pours some blood into the cup again.

"I'll pass the message across."

"I wasn't just born yesterday, Elena. Tell her to come now, or there will be no information."

Elena gives her a smirk.

"Yes. I could call Cherry, who you're seemingly wary of and maybe… just maybe, she adds to the curse, because… as much as I don't like it… she listens to no one. And if I force her to do it, she will end up exacting revenge later on."

She ends with a disgruntled look on her face and Katherine scoffs as her eyes follow the bottle and cup of blood in Elena's hands.

"Oh don't be bitter your sister has more fire in her than you do."

Elena gave Katherine a slightly withering glare before dropping the cup and using the stick to push it towards Katherine.

"Are you at least ready to talk now?"

Katherine swallows the blood before dropping the cup and pushing it outside again, looking at Elena.

"Fine. Where to begin…"

Meanwhile…

As the bell rang for lunch, Cherith walks out of class, marching towards the cafeteria when a mocha skinned good-looking boy she'd never seen before in her life starts to walk up to her with a smile.

"Hi, I'm Luka—"

"Not the time mate."

She walked past him, glasses still on and a frown on her face, leaving the boy slightly confused.

It would be difficult to befriend this one it would seem.

Afternoon…

School was finally over and Cherith waved Leslie as she drove home.

She had to meet up with Tyler at the Grill later on and find out exactly what was going on in that mind of his.

Walking though her front door, she heard Jenna's voice from the kitchen.

"Hey Jenna!"

Jenna's head popped through from the kitchen.

"Cherry, hey! You're home early."

Cherry gave her a look as she entered the kitchen.

"School's over already, aunty of mine. Are you sure your time in the hospital didn't leave you forgetting a bunch of things?"

She asked Jenna in a mockingly concerned voice and Jenna tweaked her nose playfully.

"Cheeky brat. Do you have any plans for today?"

"Not really, except going to the Grill and meeting up with Tyler."

Jenna smirked.

"Oh?... Is that a new thing?"

She jested and Cherith wrinkled her nose.

"Ew. Gross. That's like saying you and Damon could be a thing."

Jenna wrinkled her nose.

"God, no. He's beautiful but he's too much of an ass."

"Exactly."

Cherith pointed a finger at her aunt and the two snorted.

Later that afternoon…

Cherith walked down the stairs, putting on her leather jacket as she moved to open the door.

"Cherry, wait up!"

Cherith turned to see her brother jogging down the stairs as well.

"What?"

She raised an eyebrow.

She wasn't mad at him anymore.

Now, she was just slightly disappointed and unimpressed.

"Can I come with you to the Grill? I'm meeting Bonnie there."

Cherith raised an eyebrow.

"Bonnie? Since when did that happen?"

Jeremy chuckled slightly, driving a hand through his hair.

"We're just hanging out."

"We're just hanging out."

She mocked him back, making her voice deliberately pitchy.

"Why you…"

He grabbed her under his arm and she screeched slightly.

"Let go of me you brute!"

She shouts out muffled before elbowing him in his side and he lets go of her, both chuckling.

"Your arms are still as bony as a chicken's…"

She let out her tongue and they calmed, smiles on her face before she cleared her throat, still not wanting to fully forgive him and turns to open the door.

"Well come along then. I'm not waiting for you."

She mumbled and walks out and a grin stays on Jeremy's face as he follows her out.

They would be fine.

Mystic Grill

The two siblings walk into the Grill, spotting Bonnie nearby with an older mocha skinned man and a boy around Bonnie's age at a table.

She looks over and spots them as they walk over slightly, mainly because Cherith hadn't spotted Tyler around yet.

Oh how she'd box his brains out when he got there…

"I'll see you at school…"

Luka tells Bonnie and she forces a smile on her face and nods, moving to pat him on the shoulder when she feels something.

"Yeah…"

She forces out before waving Cherith and following Jeremy away.

Cherith though, stood, unconcerned about where she was as she looked around the Grill, growing disgruntled and Luka tries to start another conversation with her again.

"Um, hi… I saw you at school earlier today."

He smiles sweetly at her and though he was cute, Cherith still didn't know him and one thing was unchanged about her… she wasn't a fan of strangers.

"Uh, do I know you?"

She raises an eyebrow at him and he grins.

"I'm Luka. I'm new here actually. Just moved with my dad."

He points at the older gentleman in front of him who smiles at Cherith with a curious look on his face and she snorts.

"Well if you expect me to welcome you to this town you must be out of your mind. There are perfectly better places than this hell hole you seem to have moved to. But, what do I care…"

She shrugs, turning away and ignoring the startled look on their faces and the older man chuckles.

"I didn't expect to see someone of your coloring in such a small town."

Cherith flips her hair slightly.

"Easy… I'm special. No one compares to me."

Luka grins before shifting a bit.

"Do you uh… want to join us?"

Cherith gave him a look.

"No thank you, I don't particularly like being invited to sit with strangers, seeing as I'm so not a fan of them… so, wrong move Luke—"

"Luka."

"Same thing."

She waves him off, spotting Tyler just walking into the Grill.

"Well then, see you around people I don't particularly care to know. And enjoy boring old Mystic Falls."

She walks off, more like marches towards Tyler and slaps his arm slightly and he jumps.

"Don't keep me waiting asshole. My time is more important than your dick. Just remember that."

She gave him a warning look before walking towards a free table and waving a waiter over, Tyler soon joining her to seat as well.

"So what do you want mate?"

"I—wait, did you just call me mate?"

He looked at her weirdly as she ordered for the both of them and she shrugged.

"I've been saying it for a while now. But that's not why you said we should meet up, is it?"

Tyler sighed, a slight frown on his face as he remembered why he was here again.

"I need to ask you something Cherith… and I need you not to lie to me about it."

Cherith raised an eyebrow.

"What's the problem?"

"I know something happened to me that night Cherith… and I know you know something… just like Caroline. I just need you to tell me the truth."

Cherith's blinked rapidly.

"What the—"

She paused as the waiter brings their food and leaves.

"What are you talking about? And be more straightforward okay?"

"Look Cherith… I'm a werewolf and Caroline's a vampire and I know you know something, so don't even deny it. I saw your face that night. Your face literally said 'this was totally expected.' Look, I don't… I don't know much about this, okay? The only person I thought could help me out already left and… the full moon's in a couple of days. I don't know what to do."

He had a rather defeated look on his face and Cherith watched him as she blankly took a sip of her milkshake and dropped it, letting out a relished sigh and resting her elbow on the table and her chin on her hand.

"Yes. Vampires exist as well as werewolves. No, I wasn't going to deny it seeing as you need a lot of help. Can you imagine what would happen if a werewolf is let loose on Mystic Falls without any explanation?? That's field day for your wolfy side buddy, and I'm not about to let that happen."

Tyler's mouth was open as she spoke, probably not expecting her to admit to it so easily.

But then again, this was Cherith Gilbert-Cadwallader.

Only she would make you question everything.

"So…"

He leaned in after looking around.

"So you knew about Caroline?"

"Of course I did! Speaking of… I wonder what she's doing with Stefan over there…"

Cherith mumbled the last part to herself as said blonde was at a table with Stefan who hadn't noticed Cherith's arrival.

Better that way anyways.

"Do you… do you know anything about Werewolves?? Like, anything that could help out?... I seriously have no idea what to do… What to expect."

Cherith hummed as she felt her phone buzz in her jacket and drop her fork to take it out.

"Well we'll just follow the footsteps of your uncle. Yes, I knew he was also a furry being."

"Was that why you came to speak to him that night?"

"Yeah. The Lockwood cellar in the woods is a great place for something like this and we could check it out for any information Mason might have left before he poofed away."

Tyler looked at her weirdly at the mention of 'poof' before he remembered something.

"Help me? You can't, Cherith… it might actually be dangerous ."

Cherith snorts, looking up from her phone.

"Honey, you have no idea who I am. Also… you can't exactly turn down help in the situation you're in at the moment, so buckle up and accept my help like a good little princess."

She smiled patronizingly at him and he scoffed, shaking his head and looking at her weirdly.

"Why would you even want to help me?"

"Easy. You're a scientific curiosity."

Also, we really don't need a newbie wolf humping around town without being watched, Cherith had no chance to say that out as she frowned, reading a message Bonnie had just sent to her.

I think that boy I was talking to and his dad are warlocks Cherry. I felt something when I touched him.

Cherith looked up towards the pool table Bonnie was at with Jeremy and the two exchanged looks before the red head turned straight at Luca, eyes narrowed and watching his every move.

She didn't care that it seemed creepy to others but she was never one to shy away from a challenge.

One might wonder, why did she suddenly become suspicious?

Easy!

NO ONE COMES TO FUCKING MYSTIC FALLS EXCEPT THEY'VE BEEN FORCED, ARE GETTING EXTORTED, OR THERE TO MAKE TROUBLE!

So yes. They were a red flag in her book already. Her book of people she wanted to punch.

"Hmm…"

"Why exactly are you staring at that guy like that?"

"No reason."

Luka looked up from across in that moment and met Cherith's eyes on him, startling the boy as he put a shaky smile in before turning away and Tyler scoffed.

"You've probably scared him off now if you're interested in him."

She scoffed.

"He's cute but I'm not interested."

Meanwhile…

"Dad… she's not looking away."

Luka whispered at his dad.

"Do you think she suspects?"

Martin gave his son a hard look.

"Quiet. There are a lot of listening ears around. And I did feel her magic, like Elijah told me… and I have a suspicion, but I need more information. Try and get close to the two. The Bennetts and Cadwallader clan together in a small town was something I didn't expect."

Luka snorts.

"Yeah I don't think she's a sociable person."

Jonas Martin gave his son a look.

"Well try harder. And start with the Bennett at least. She seems susceptible enough."

"Thanks again Cherith… for everything."

Cherith waved Tyler off as she took a sip of water.

"At least I got food from it."

Tyler scoffed.

"You know, many people would think you're cheap, but knowing you, you're probably building up your bribing ways…"

"No I'm not. I'm like a god. When you bring a problem to me, you have to sacrifice something else to get what you need."

Which was ironic really, seeing as the supernatural world thought her to be a mythical god/goddess.

She liked the sound of that.

The Scarlet Witch Goddess.

The Scarlet Goddess.

Tyler shook his head and checked his watch.

"Well I should probably get going now. Have to do something at home. See you?"

"Yeah sure. Just text me. Now shoo brat."

Tyler scoffed, shaking his head as he walked off.

"I'm the brat?"

As a waiter carries their plates off, Cherith looks around the Grill.

That Luke boy had joined Bonnie and Jeremy, and Stefan just stood up and walked off, leaving Caroline looking guilty.

Hmm…

Which place did she want to go…

The pool table to scare a new yet suspicious resident of Mystic Falls?

Or Caroline who had a frown on her face.

Eeny, meeny, miny… Caroline.

"Hey Care Bear, what's with the pout?"

Caroline looked up at her younger friend and smiled slightly but Cherith could see the pain in her eyes as she sighed.

"It's hard trying to keep a secret from friends, you know…"

Cherith made a disagreeing face as she sat down opposite Caroline.

"No, not really. You just gotta ease yourself into the uncaring life. It's what I do."

Caroline gave her an odd look.

"So you wouldn't feel a little bad if you have to keep a really huge secret from say… me or Bonnie or even Elena and Jeremy??"

Cherith shrugged, suddenly craving fries.

"Not at all… I'm kind of keeping one right now but you don't see me being dramatic or hunched like I'm carrying a burden, do you?"

She motioned a waiter over and turned to Caroline who was giving her a weird look.

"Buy me fries Care Bear."

Caroline rolled her eyes as she told the waiter and turned back to Cherith.

"You're really weird Cherry. Maybe you do need a therapist to access more of your obviously locked emotions as Bonnie said."

Cherith snorted.

"First of all, it's not being weird, it's being eccentric. Second… no therapist would get me. Third… too much emotions can cloud a person's decisions. The world needs more people like me."

Caroline scoffed as the waiter drops the fries in front of Cherith who takes a bite out of one.

"So… why didn't you tell me about Tyler and his whole fears and how he also knows you're a vampire??"

Caroline's eyes widened and she slapped her forehead.

"Oh wow! I can't believe I forgot to call you! I really was going to yesterday but it must have slipped my mind. Also add to the fact that you had a rescue mission and you were probably exhausted… well…"

Caroline shrugged and Cherith nodded in acceptance.

"So… are you gonna help him?"

Cherith snorted.

"Well obviously! This will be a great learning experience!"

Her eyes practically glittered with stars in them as she said this and Caroline snorts.

"I'm not even surprised. I'll help him too though. It's not right for someone to be alone at a time like this. He needs a friend. I'll talk to him tomorrow about helping him too."

Cherith chuckled as she enjoyed her fries and her eyes caught something.

Jeremy was at the pool table, alone.

She idly wondered where Bonnie had gone.

Standing up, Cherith put her phone back in her pocket and stood up.

"Good luck with that Blondie. I'll see you later, okay?"

Caroline waved her, moving to leave as well and Cherith walked over to her brother who stared ahead at Bonnie and that Luke guy, talking and laughing at a table.

A smile grows on Jeremy's face and he looks away, going back to his single game and Cherith cleared her throat as she reached him.

"Want to play?"

She asked him and he looked up at her and shrugged, a small smile on his face.

"Uh yeah! Sure!"

He rearranged the table and handed a cue stick to her.

"So… you and Bonnie hunh?"

Jeremy looked at her as she hit and scored and she gave him a smug smile which he rolled his eyes at.

"What do you mean by me and Bonnie?"

"Bonnie and I… and also I've seen the looks you give her. Kind of hard not to bro."

Jeremy chuckled softly.

"Ah, just forget it. It's nothing. Besides, she seems happy right now."

He points behind him and Cherith stands straight from her game to stare at Bonnie laughing out at something Luka had said.

"Oh, you mean that Luke boy?... I'm not sure I like him."

Jeremy turns to her amused.

"First of all, his name is Luka, you really do have a thing with people's names and yet you're brilliant. Also, he seems pretty chill. Don't be such a brute Cherry."

"And you, don't be such a coward. Seize the opportunity!"

Jeremy rolled his eyes as he cracked his neck and Cherith sighed mockingly.

"Fine, whatever… it's alright if you disagree with me. I can't force you to be right."

Jeremy snorts.

"Would you just lose now or something?"

Cherith smirked.

"It's okay to pout in the presence of greatness big brother. Now shut up and watch me win."

Meanwhile…

"Your friend… she seems scary."

Luka pointed to Cherith who was chatting it up with Jeremy and Bonnie giggled.

"That's just how she is. To people who don't know her, she can be cold and detached. And she doesn't like new people either."

"Ah… that explains things then."

He then turned to Bonnie and looked at her closely.

"Is she a witch too?"

Bonnie's eyes widened and Luka knew he'd hit the jackpot.

"How did you—I mean…"

He chuckled.

"It's nothing. It's just that I felt something around her when she was near. She must be truly powerful."

Bonnie looked shifty eyed and Luka smiled.

"It's okay. You don't need to tell me anything… I'm still a stranger anyways… but I can rectify that…"

Bonnie felt her stomach flutter slightly.

"Oh… well, okay then…"

The two exchange smiles.

Gilbert Residence.

Elena and Stefan walk up to the porch of the house, Elena's mind going a mile a minute at all that Katherine had told her as she struggled to unlock the front door that night.

"Elena."

"I can't talk about it, Stefan."

She spits out, tears building up in her eyes as she struggles to open the door but it doesn't unlock.

"You have to. Don't shut me out. Elena, please"

Elena breathes out and walks from the door, tears falling from her eyes as she angrily drives a hand through her hair and she turns to him.

"I wanted to know the truth and I got it."

She trembled.

"It's not just me that's in danger… It's Caroline and it's Tyler and it's Cherith and it's Bonnie. They're all part of breaking the curse."

Stefan walks close to her as she sobs out.

"I can't blame anyone else anymore because it's not because you came into town or because you and I fell in love. That's not why everyone that I love is in danger. It's because of me, everything is because of me. Because I'm the freaking doppelganger! I can't… oh God…"

She bursts into tears and he immediately embraces her, kissing her on the top of her head.

"It's going to be okay, Elena. I promise."

But even Stefan had a scared look on his face.

Reality was finally knocking on their doors and the reality was named Klaus.

Meanwhile, Jeremy and Cherith walk towards the porch, laughing and jesting each other when they stop at the sight of their sister and Jeremy jogs up the porch.

"Elena?"

Stefan and Elena separate, turning to the two siblings and Cherith raises an eyebrow.

"I mean… who died this time."

She asked blankly as Elena hugs a slightly startled Jeremy who hugs her back and Stefan sighed.

"Something's going on Cherith… something that puts a lot of people at risk. Including you."

Cherith's eyes sharpened at that as she tilted her head, walking up the porch.

"Risk hunh?... Tell me more."

So that's it for now.

So that's it for now.

Klaus is coming soon and with him, the gang fearing for their lives.

If you hadn't noticed, Cherith does indeed have a tendency to mix up people's names.

She doesn't do it on purpose it's just that she doesn't really care enough to really learn their names until after a while.

Remember she forgot Stefan's name a few times when he arrived and she kept calling Damon Stefan's brother or Damien lol... Except of course Tyler who she calls Dante and that's just out of jest.

I have indeed sort of been trying to build up a bromance between Cherith and Tyler. They radiate sibling energy sometimes tbh and of course she was always going to help him out.

The fact that in the series, no one tried to except Caroline baffled me a bit mainly because he is a WEREWOLF. He can't control his curse.

What if he had ended up escaping the first time and killing a lot of people??

Anyways, we're also now introduced to Luka and his father.

Lol, Luca thinks it's easy talking with someone who doesn't want to be talked to?

Yeah... Not so easy.

Hope you all look forward to the next chapter!!

I Purple You!!!!!
