My Life's Stranger Than Yours

End of the Fight; Memories, Recoveries, and Celebrations

Cheers filled the air as Akane and Ukyo celebrated Videl's hard fought victory. Ranma, Shampoo and Cologne all gave their own silent approval while Gohan unleashed a breath he hadn't even realized he was holding in.

Back in the ring, a drained Videl slowly got to her feet, but fatigue caused her legs to fail and she fell back to the tile. Lucky for her, she landed in the firm wrap of her ever-supportive lover who'd practically warped over to her.

'How did he…!?'

Akane stepped forth but was halted by Cologne. "Leave them be Ms. Tendo. We'll all have plenty of time to congratulate Videl later, but for now, I think its best we let them have their moment."

Glancing over to the ring, Akane smiled as the couple could be seen embracing each other. With a nod, Akane retreated. 'I can't say I don't share your sentiments Akane. As her teacher, my pride compels me to congratulate her as well…oh well. I guess it'd mean more coming from him anyway."

"You did it. You finally did it," Gohan stated.

"Yeah…"

"How're you holding up?"

"Well…I can't feel my arms, my legs feel like noodles, but other than that, fine," she joked.

Gohan chuckled as Videl fell into his comforting arms. Their intimate moment would be broken however by the timely arrival of Baba who was hovering just above them. "Sorry to interrupt you two lovebirds but allow me to thank you for putting on a great show," she praised.

Before Videl could protest, a throaty scream filled the ari. The trio turned back to see Spopovitch jerk back to consciousness, his dark energy overflowing from his body. Gohan defensively stood in front of the two women in case the grey bruiser tried a last ditch effort attack. The assumption would prove correct as a white-eyed Spopovitch darted at Gohan and Videl, causing a startled Baba to flee.

"Sorry to interrupt, but I think this fight's already over."

The shaken couple gasped as a spiky haired man in a light brown outfit appeared from nowhere and held the raging Spopovitch at bay by the face. "Yo!"

"Dad!?"

"Goku!"

[]

"Who…who's that?" asked Ukyo.

"Where Gardening Man come from?"

Ranma and Akane paused before gasping in realization.

"Hey isn't that…"

"…Gohan's old man!?"

Cologne's face stiffened before slowly creaking towards Ranma. "What…did you say…?"

"That's Gohan's old man!" Ranma repeated.

"Wait, that's Gohan's father!?" marveled Ukyo.

"Rice boy is…son of farmer?" asked a confused Cologne.

"Never mind his job, where'd he come from!?" Ukyo emphasized.

"I think he did that same thing before back at Gohan's place," Akane recalled.

"Really? How come I don't remember that?" Ranma scratched his head.

"Think you were in another room…"

As the pair continued recounting their first encounter with the mountain dwelling Saiyan, Cologne could only stare aghast as Goku conversed with his son and (future) in-law all while still holding a steadily deflating Spopovitch back.

'It seems this day is just full of surprises,' she snickered.

[]

With a swift burst of power, Goku blasted the now drained Spopovitch back into the tile while the depowered giant fell back into unconsciousness, his pupils whiting out.

"Phew…that was close, huh?"

"Ehehehehehe, always with the timely entrances, eh Goku?" Baba snickered.

"Hey Baba!" Goku greeted.

"Dad, what are you doing here?" asked a flabbergasted Gohan.

"Just came to make sure you didn't explode again son. We could feel your energy all the way from home."

[Moments ago]

Goku, holding a basket of vegetables followed Chi-Chi back into the house. Before he entered however, the weary Saiyan paused before turning to the sky. 'That's…!'

"Goku come on, I'm about to get the hot tub ready," Chi-Chi called. Stepping out of the house, she paused, viewing Goku setting the veggies down, and stepping away. "Goku, where are you going?" she demanded.

"So, you feel it too?"

The pair turned aside to see their Namekian acquaintance perched on the branch of a nearby tree.

"Piccolo, why are you here?"

"Ask your husband."

"Goku?"

"It's Gohan," Goku finally revealed.

"Gohan? Isn't he in the city with Videl?"

"I dunno, but something is making his energy spike, like he's angry about something…" Goku informed.

Panic began to set in as Chi-Chi brought her hands to her cheeks "Wait…you don't think…!?"

Goku put two fingers to his forehead before replying. "Not sure, but I'll go and check up on him just in case."

"Before you go, you'll need this." Piccolo opened his hand to reveal a single small green bean.

[Present]

Gohan shamefully shied away from his father. "I guess I was sort of struggling to hold back…" he admitted.

"Well…can't say I blame you Son," Goku replied. "I know it must've been rather hard for both of you to relive that battle again. Although now that I think about it, what are you two doing way out here anyways?"

"Obviously Goku, if they're here they've come for a divination," Baba answered. "And you of all people should know of my ability to bring the death back to life for a single day."

"I know, I know, but I wanna know why?" Goku whined.

"Why don't we save the questions for until AFTER you fork over that Senzu Bean in your hand," noted Baba.

"Oh yeah." Extending his hand, Goku presented Gohan and Videl with the Senzu he'd gotten from Piccolo.

"Perfect!" beamed Gohan.

Handing the bean over to the aching girl, Goku continued. "Yup. Only had the one, but it should be just enough to take care of Videl."

"Yeah but…what about Ranma?" she asked.

"Who?"

Videl pointed aside to the Nerima crew and a gleeful Goku quickly recognized the pigtailed young boy and the girl with short hair. "Oh hey, it's those two again! Yo!" he waved to them.

[]

While Akane cheerfully waved back, Ranma asked, "Is that our cue to join em'?"

"Not yet I don't think," Cologne denied.

[]

"That's no problem. We'll just split the bean in half," said Gohan. "It won't be as potent as the full thing, but it'll be more than enough to keep you two on your feet."

"Really? You can do that?" asked Videl.

Gohan answered by taking the bean from her and breaking it in half. "Here, eat that while I give this to Ranma." Gohan launched himself over to the Nerima crew. Before he could hand over the bean however, he was quickly bombarded with questions by the girls.

"Gohan, what's your father doing here?" asked Akane.

"How did he even get here so quickly in the first place?" added Ukyo.

"And what you give to fly girl?" concluded Shampoo.

"Whoa now, take it easy!" Gohan defensively waved his arms. "I'll introduce you all in a moment, but first things first." Turning to the shaken pigtailed fighter, Gohan extended his hand. "Ranma, eat this. It's a fast-acting medicinal plant that'll make you feel better."

"Quite the bold claim, isn't it boy?" interjected Cologne.

Ranma narrowed an eyebrow in suspicion. There'd been too many times where someone asked him to eat something that ended with him either doubling over in abdominal pain, paralyzed, and many other unpleasant sensations. He was understandably hesitant, but then again, for as long as he'd known Gohan (which wasn't very long at all mind you), he'd yet to steer him wrong. Steeling himself, Ranma popped the bean in his mouth and swallowed it.

"Egh…!" Ranma was hit with a small but intense, sudden surge of energy. Getting to his feet Ranma did a few stretches before looking his body over in astonishment. He wasn't fully recovered, but he was certainly in a more battle-ready state.

"Ranma you're…feeling better?" asked Akane.

"Better yeah, though not perfect."

"That's cause it was only half. I gave the other half to Videl," Gohan explained. "The both of you should be fine enough to move around on your own, but you may still want to take it easy for a few days."

"No problem," Ranma agreed still checking his body over.

Cologne let out an amused chuckle. "Even now, you still manage to surprise me boy." Separating from the group of youngsters, Cologne pogoed over to the ring. "Now I believe you were about to introduce us to your father?"

"Oh…right. Come on you guys." Taking the lead from Cologne, Gohan led the group back to the ring.

[]

Goku resumed asking questions. "Okay, so why did you two come all the way here in the first place."

"Allow me to answer that," chimed in the raspy voice of the Amazon Elder. She along with Gohan and the rest of the Nerima gang strolled into the ring huddling together.

"Is she a friend of yours?" asked Goku.

"An old acquaintance would be more accurate, but I think she'd be a better fit to explain things," Baba motioned to Videl who was currently stretching after taking the effects of the Senzu Bean half.

"Let the girl recover," the Amazon declined. "I'm capable of introducing myself. "My name is Cologne, and I must say it's an absolute honor to meet you in person, Son Goku."

"You've heard of me?" asked the elder Saiyan.

"Of course. What kind of Martial Arts master would I be if I didn't know the students of the infamous Turtle Hermit?"

"You know Master Roshi too?"

"I actually took her to Kame House just last week, so she's already met Krillin and his family too," Videl interjected.

'Man…now I kinda wish I'd gone with them…' Gohan internally added. (A/N: I bet you would've Gohan.)

Strolling over to the staff wielding old lady, Videl motioned her to Goku. "Cologne's been my teacher of sorts this past month or so." She introduced.

"Really? She's your teacher?" Goku paused for a moment and closed his eyes before opening them again with an impressed chuckle. "So that's why your energy feels higher than before."

Cologne nodded before continuing. "Yes. Under my wing, Videl's been nothing short of an exemplary student…for a novice at least."

"Novice!?"

"You are a quick learner girl, but you've still got a ways to go before you can compete with Son-in-Law in that department."

"Who's Son-In-Law?" asked Goku.

"He's Son-In-Law," Cologne pointed to Ranma.

"But I thought those two were together," he pointed to Ranma and Akane.

"Ranma no Akane boyfriend! Ranma Shampoo husband!" she declared latching onto his arm.

"Eeeeegh…!"

"No, he's MY fiancé!" Ukyo challenged taking his opposite arm.

Goku was slowly getting overwhelmed by the wealth of new faces, but ultimately just replied to the girls with a polite wave before dipping back over to Gohan. "Your friend's pretty popular, isn't he?" Goku snickered.

"That's…one way of putting it."

The father-son duo both shrank as a deathly aura filled the space around them. Though Gohan had grown somewhat accustomed to Akane's silent rages, Goku shuddered as the youngest Tendo once again sent a chilling vibe, not unlike his wife's up his spine.

An agitated Akane merely stood beside Videl, crossing her arms, glaring daggers at the physical contact between Ranma and the other girls, she was quickly reigned in by Videl who placed a calming hand on her shoulder.

"If you'll allow me to finish…!" Cologne snapped, her patience clearly wearing thin. Once she had the floor, she proceeded to explain to Goku the deal to train Videl about meeting Roshi so she could find Baba.

"But I think I get it now. You needed Baba to find this ancient treasure for you and Videl was the only person you knew with any kind of lead."

"More or less, though if I'd known that both she and your son were so mutually acquainted with Baba from the get-go, I'd have saved myself much hassle." Cologne lamented.

"Maybe, but where would the fun be?" giggled Baba.

"True, true."

"So if you needed Baba to divine something for you, you'd have had to go through her five warriors…and since she can revive a person for a day…" Goku turned to the still unconscious Spopovitch and both Gohan and Videl tensed up.

"Yup," Gohan confirmed.

"Wow…and she won this time? That's pretty impressive," Goku praised before turning to Cologne. "You must've trained Videl pretty hard to get her to this level so quickly."

"True, but I can't take all the credit," Cologne replied bashfully. "After all, I certainly didn't show her the form of the Legendary Kamehameha Wave."

Goku turned to Gohan with an impish smirk. "Gohan?"

The shy teen Saiyan, glanced away from his father with a blush on his face. "Yeah…that was me…." He admitted.

"Truly remarkable, though I guess it's to be expected of one who shares the name of the Turtle School's most Legendary Student."

Goku's expression changed from cheeky to stunned at Cologne's proclamation. A second later, his face turned skyward with a nostalgic grin. "If you know about Master Roshi, it makes sense you'd know about Grandpa too…." He started. "Man…being here, seeing that challenge again, talking about him…really takes me back."

"You aren't the only one Goku," Baba added. "That was a pretty great day for all of us, wasn't it?"

Images of a young boy with a monkey-like tail and an elderly man in a cat(rabbit?) mask flowed across the ring as Goku and Baba silently reminisced.

"Ahem…" Cologne cleared her throat. "I'd hate to break up the nostalgia party but…"

"Yes, of course. I'll get to your divination once I put this brute back where he came from." Baba motioned her arm and her group of spiritual familiars appeared and carried Spopovitch's lifeless form into the tent.

While Baba was busy in the tent, Goku turned back to the young fighters. "Well since we have a moment, maybe you guys can tell me your names again?"

THWUMP!

"It has been a while since we've last met, so I guess it's not surprising you forgot our names," Akane huffed.

"Wait, wait…don't tell me yet, let me see if I can remember…Cane and Ramen, right?"

"Akane."

"Ranma."

"Hehe, I was close."

Cologne snickered before stepping forth. "Now, this one here is my Granddaughter," she motioned to Shampoo.

"Nihao."

"The brunette with the giant spatula there is a mutual acquaintance."

"Ukyo Kuonji," she introduced.

"Giant spatula? Are you a chef?" asked Goku.

Puffing out her chest, Ukyo placed her hands on her hips with a prideful grin. "That I am. The greatest okonomiyaki chef in the East!"

"Okono…oh wait, I think I remember now. Gohan brought some home once and wouldn't share with his brother and I," Goku pouted towards his son.

"That was a gift from Videl, of course I wasn't gonna share it!" Gohan argued back.

A greedy grin found itself on Ukyo's face as a glint shone in her eye. "Well if you want, you can stop by my restaurant sometime and you can try it for yourself," she offered.

"That sounds great! Can we go now!?" exclaimed Goku.

'Well…I see where Gohan gets his appetite from,' she mentally giggled.

Videl and Gohan could only look on as beads of sweat ran down their foreheads. 'She is going to regret that…'

Finally, Baba exited through the curtain and floated between the large group. "Sorry to keep you waiting. Now then Cologne, what is it you were searching for?"

Dipping over to her fellow elder, Cologne whispered into Baba's ear and the all-seeing crone stifled a gasp. "I see…well then. Just give me a second here…" Baba raised her Crystal Ball and the tool began to glimmer. After a few moments of concentration, the image of a green laden mountain appeared in the ball.

"A mountain?"

"Is that where your secret Amazon treasure is?" asked Ranma.

"It seems so, Son-In-Law," Cologne confirmed. "Looks like Shampoo and I still have much work to do, but I promise we will repay this debt in kind."

"Don't forget Cologne, I'm repaying you for training me. We're even." Videl clarified.

"I suppose so." She grinned.

"Ehh, don't worry about it. I was in this for the thrill. I'm just hopin' whatever this crazy treasure of yours is was worth the hassle." Said Ranma.

"And I was just here to help Videl," Akane added.

"Then I suppose the only one who'll reap any immediate reward is Ms. Kuonji, since we'll most likely have to close down the Cat Café while we go searching for the artifact. You won't have to worry about us 'stealing your business'," Cologne narrowed her eyes.

"You know what, I'll take it," Ukyo gleefully accepted.

"Again, I cannot thank you all enough for your assistance. As a small token of appreciation…"

"We're eatin' out tonight!" Ranma finished.

Cologne sighed. "Yes, yes, we'll have a celebratory dinner at the Cat Café."

"That sounds awesome, I'm starving!" Goku exclaimed.

"Uh Dad…what about Mom," Gohan reminded.

"This'll just be a snack Son. I'm never too full for your Mom's cooking."

'That's an understatement.' Thought Akane and Videl.

"Shampoo make dinner for Ranma at Nekohanten, yes!?" the purple-haired fighter exclaimed latching onto his arm again.

"I'll need to borrow your guys' grill for my okonomiyaki!" stated Ukyo.

Before Ranma could try and pry Shampoo off, the two of them were doused by water eliciting a scream from the now red-haired female Ranma.

"KYAAAAAAAGH…!"

Goku watched in confusion as Ranma scrambled back and forth around the ring desperately trying to pry a yowling purple kitten off his head. "Wait…what just happened?"

"We'll…tell you on the way," said Videl.

[Moments later]

Videl and the Nerima Crew were all assembled in the iconic yellow jet while Goku and Gohan stood aside. Everyone was ready for takeoff and were just awaiting Cologne to wrap up her spiel with Baba.

"Well, this wasn't the most graceful of reunions, but it sure was an interesting one." Cologne started.

"Definitely. It's been far too long since so many promising youngsters stepped foot into my realm."

"Though I must know, was choosing that giant clod for a final opponent really just a happy coincidence?"

"Some of it may have been premeditated. I AM All-Seeing."

"Of course," Cologne rolled her eyes. "Can those all-seeing eyes of yours see when we'll meet again?"

"No, but they can see that you're not likely to achieve your goal old friend," Baba's tone suddenly shifted from jovial to stern.

"Is that a fact?"

"My predictions aren't always 100% yes, but they are usually accurate. The future you're expecting to create isn't likely to come to pass."

Cologne narrowed her eyes. "I've seen quite a few impossible odds be overcome. I think it's about time I tried my hand at doing the same."

Baba sighed. "Very well, but don't say I didn't warn you."

The two shared a silent glance before Cologne dispersed to join the others. "See you soon you withered Crone."

"Any time you foolish old ghoul."

Once Cologne hopped into the aircraft, the famous jet ascended in a windy huff, followed by Goku and Gohan (in his costume). As the group blasted off, Baba retreated to her tent.

[A few moments later]

"You know Gohan, I just remembered something," said Goku.

"What is it?"

"How come that big guy still had that 'M' on his forehead? Last I checked, after Vegeta lost it when he died, so why'd Spopovitch still have his?"

"I asked the same thing, but Baba said it was just King Yemma's choice." Gohan replied.

"Heh, I can see him doing that. After all, he put Dabura in heaven cause he'd have liked Hell."

"Wait…Dabura's in heaven!?"

[Meanwhile]

Baba found herself standing before a large desk headed by a giant, mountain of a man with red skin in a blue suit.

"There you are!" he boomed.

"Glad to see you too Yemma. I take it our guest of honor has made a safe return?"

The Otherworld Master motioned aside and called, "You can come out now."

From behind the desk stood a familiar large man with a full head of flowing brown hair in a familiar styled tunic only colored a dark green instead of the previous black. The veins on his body returned to normal as did his skin tone to a more natural looking color. The most notable feature of all was the lack of an 'M' on his forehead.

"Was that…enough?" he asked.

"Not enough to get you into heaven, but you will be allowed to keep your body for the time being at least." Said King Yemma. "For the moment, I can let you be a guardsman in hell before it's your turn to have your soul cleansed."

"I'll accept on one condition…"

"Yes, you'll get to watch over Babidi's cell."

The large man let out a sneer before retreating back behind Yemma's desk. As he disappeared, Baba spoke. "I merely wanted him for one of my fighters. Did he really deserve a second chance like this, even if he'll never make it to Heaven?"

"Probably not, but before that crazy Wizard appeared, he was just an ordinary man. Not a saint by any means, but just an average man with some good and bad on his record. I think those souls who were just living their lives before he swayed them to his cause deserve…a bit of leniency."

"Was making him rampage against an innocent girl part of that 'leniency'?" Baba accused.

King Yemma cleared his throat. "That…wasn't part of the initial plan, but I would've been more confident if someone didn't restrict a certain young Saiyan from interfering."

"That…was a necessary measure to make sure she could overcome her greatest fear on her own."

"As was recreating Babidi's enchantment. Anyone can tatoo an 'M' on their body, but I hope you realize the risk that came with using energy from the cleansing machine to restore…or at least replicate his power."

Baba let out a bashful snicker. "I do, and am glad it all worked out. Though I do have to wonder why you put so much stock into the development of a single girl…"

"Well she's involved with that boy of Goku's isn't she? Figure if she manages to get past this little 'block' of hers, then those guys could potentially have another strong ally."

"Hmmm…I suppose you do have a point."

"What about you?" countered Yemma.

"Oh…maybe I just have a thing for emotion driven fights," Baba snickered.

"Hmph…twisted old crow."

"Crone, thank you."

[Meanwhile]

All the patrons in the Cat Café (sans Gohan and Videl) stared in absolute awe (and a little disgust) as a certain middle-aged Saiyan stacked a final bowl at the top of a large stack. All in all, the bowl count was beyond four dozen with one more bowl laying in front of him.

In less than a minute, Goku slurped up the noodles and laid the now empty bowl on the stack. "Phew…that was amazing!" Goku complimented.

Seconds later, Shampoo slumped out the kitchen, struggling to stay on her feet. "Shampoo…no can cook…anymore…!"

"Oh don't worry about it. I'll have the real meal when we get home," said Goku.

"Real…meal…?" stammered Ukyo. "You just ate…like…50 bowls of Ramen…and you're still…hungry…!?"

"I…don't think he ate this much when we visited Gohan's place before, did he?" asked Akane.

"I dunno…I was too busy eating myself," replied Ranma.

"That's Dad for you. Whenever food's involved, he'll be there." Gohan added.

"I'll…send my Dad the check…" murmured Videl.

"I should charge extra for the amount of extra labor you're going to put on us when all this is over, but since you've already done so much today, I'll waive the bonus fee this once."

[Moments later]

While Shampoo and Mousse got busy washing the astronomical amount of dishes, Cologne sought to seeing their guests out. Ranma, Akane, and Ukyo had long since departed leaving only the Z-Fighter Trio behind.

"Well, this has certainly been an exciting day for all of us. It may be a good idea to take it easy going forward." Suggested Cologne.

"Definitely. That bean helped, but I'm still feeling shaky all over."

"Well, it's been nice meeting you Cologne. It's not everyday you get to meet a great old master."

"The feeling is mutual Son Goku. I only wish we had a bit more time to chat about the battles of old."

"Maybe some other time…I know a few battles I wouldn't mind reliving. I also wouldn't mind knowing a bit more on what you showed Videl."

"Some other time. Right now, I think we're all battled out."

"I guess." Placing two fingers to his forehead, Goku turned to Videl. "Should I take you home first or are you coming with us for dinner?"

"I wouldn't mind Chi-Chi's food after today," Videl answered.

"Well then, guess we're having a guest for dinner."

"Well then, I guess this is where we part ways dear girl," said Cologne.

"Yeah…" Videl paused. "I still can't thank you enough…for everything."

"I can't stand to see talent get wasted…provided the effort to improve is there, and improve, you most certainly did."

"Yeah but…where do I go from here?"

"Why don't you ask that lad of yours. He wasyour first teacher, was he not?"

"I mean…technically my Dad was but…"

"Cute. Now just stay cute until we meet again and I don't mean a simple passing by weneer you come to visit Ms. Tendo, I mean a true reunion."

Cologne extended her small arm, which Videl reciprocated in full. "Sure."

"Videl!" called Gohan.

Videl flashed Cologne a quick two fingered salute before latching onto an eagerly awaiting Gohan. In the next instance, the trio vanished with a FSSH!

"Next time we meet, I've got to ask what that warping is all about.

[]

Goku, Gohan and Videl arrived at the Paozu Home greeted by an irritated Chi-Chi who quickly softened up upon her elder son's arrival with the always lovely Videl accompanying them. Upon hearing the tale of Videl having to go a second round with Spopovitch, Chi-Chi's mood quickly went from frantic to elated upon hearing of her victory. Similarly to Cologne, Chi-Chi put her culinary skills into overdrive in order to brew up a feast worthy of a prize fighter, even convincing Goku to fetch Mr. Satan and Buu, the latter going through a similar storm of emotions as Chi-Chi before bursting in hysterical tears with pride. As the festivities continued, the hustle and bustle of an ever growing family echoed through the sunset into the nightfall.

[Meanwhile]

"Great Grandmother!" called Shampoo. After finally finishing up with the dishes (or rather sicking her load on Mousee), the young fighter searched the home for Cologne who seemed to have disappeared.

"Great Grandmother?" upon further searching, Shampoo finally found Cologne rummaging through a large trunk.

"Great Grandmother?"

"Shhh!" Cologne snapped.

"Sorry but…why we need quiet?"

"Because I don't want that fool downstairs to hear this and let it potentially slip to any of the other greed fools in this town!"

"Let what slip?"

"Shampoo, what if I told you that I could show you our 'secret Amazon treasure' right now?"

Shampoo's eyes widened with intrigue as Cologne reached into the trunk and revealed a small pouch. Emptying it's contents into her hand, Cologne revealed an orange sphere about the size of a baseball. Emblazoned on that sphere was a single red star.

"Amazon treasure is Crystal Ball?" asked a confused Shampoo.

"I may have exaggerated some details to Son-in-Law in the others, but the part about making desires comes true was more than mere myth child. Trust me Shampoo. If all goes well, Ranma will be yours and yours alone."

Cologne could only let out a mischievous laugh that steadily got louder, echoing through the hollowed streets of Nerima.

(A/N: How bout that? I managed a second chapter this month, and right before the New Year. Let's be real folks, 2020 sucked for everyone. While Co-Vid wasn't a big factor for me beyond making work a pain in the ass, the hits kept coming in other more interpersonal affairs that I'd rather NOT get into right now. But on a more positive note, I feel like I made plenty of headway with this story and as a fanfic writer in general between all the one-shots and smaller projects I managed. Speaking of this story, three years going and we're not done yet. If anything, the plot thickens. After this little 'Arc' I'm going to take a LONG break from writing as a whole so don't expect any updates in January, but fear not. Again, we're not close to finished and I already have the outline to the next 'Arc' all planned out…well…partially at least. Sorry to burst any bubbles, but they won't involve Cologne's 'treasure', but it is something I set up a bit ago. Anyone who's savvy to the Ranma side of things may be able to figure out what's coming next. Until next time…

Videl, Gohan, Akane, Ranma: HAPPY NEW YEAR!)
