Leni was so glad to be safe from the deranged Raleigh Chamberlain, aka: Prince of Pop. She could not thank Luna and Lincoln enough for saving her from that teenage nutcase, who is in a straitjacket and plotting his revenge against his enemies for having him thrown in the funny farm. Alas, the place was in a tough security locked tighter than a bank safe and Raleigh wouldn't be going anywhere any time soon.

Feeling quite proud of themselves, Lincoln and Luna were watching some documentary of the Congo rainforest, because there was nothing very good on TV.

This episode involved the gorillas, chimpanzees, and bonobos, the three apes that all live in Africa and the behaviors these great apes did. "Deep in the African country of Gabon," said the narrator worh a French accent, "there lives a family of chimpanzees that may look adorable, but zey are one of the most dangerous, and unpredictable animals, and they can tear a person's face off with their teeth."

"So this is our closest relative in the animal kingdom?" Lincoln asked while eating some popcorn.

"I know? Look at that cute face, dude." Luna agreed.

"One family sees another family of chimps coming in their territory," the French narrator continued explaining the documentary. "This family sees this as a threat, and groups of these apes do not like to share homes or territories at all. On the attack, these apes attack one another, as if a war had broke out."

The show was getting a little more graphich, but the show was a PG rated documentary and not a lot of blood showing and it only showed a few dead chimps. Of course, it was still a little graphic, for it showed a couple of chimpanzees fighting one anothrt woth their mighty fists. This kind of documentary was a little too much for Lincoln and Luna to handle. Of course, they realized that while chimps may look adorable, what they saw in this documentary reveals their dark, true nature.

Not only that, but this show also revealed how they used sticks and tools to reel in fruits that came down from the trees when they are ripened. "Jeez, those guys can be nasty." Luna said

"Right? They are brutal." Lincoln agreed with her.

"Meanwhile," the French narrator said, "we look into a group of western lowland gorillas that are more gentle than most people realize. While they may look strong and quite intimidating, gorillas are a gentle member of the ape family. However, it doesn't mean you should underestimate them. Gorillas have the strength ten times greater than a man, but they mostly have no trouble with human kind."

The TV revealed a group of Gabon rangers and tourists looking to see these apes. It was surprising for Lincoln and Luna to see how close these people are with these apes. The gorillas were giving them no trouble at all and it was like the gorillas were throwing a little welcoming party.

"Most people would think gorillas are more dangerous than chimps, but it is quite the opposite."" The narrator pointed. "These apes take care of their own and they are far less violent than their chimp cousins."

"Why do people even buy chimpanzees as pets if they are very dangerous?" Lincoln said

"Because some people are just stupid, Lincoln." Luna smirked. "They don't know that they just bought their own death wish. But I think it would he stupid if they bought their own gorilla too. They're supposed to be wild so they can live like party animals."

Lincoln couldn't help but chuckle. "True. Some people buy lions, tigers, and even bears."

"Oh my." Luna said. "That's even more crazy and stupid, buddy."

"Like you said. Many people are just ignorant. Not everyone but some."

"Glad we're not one of them." Luna wrapped her left arm around her brother's arms. They both had a good laugh about it, and watched the documentary some more, and they were getting to the part where the show was revealing the nature and lives of bonobos

"Kids, time for dinner!" Rita called out. In an instant, every child of the Loud parents came in the living room and on their plates were slices of meatloaf with bacon strips to make it more juicy, and it looked exquisite and mouthwatering to the kids.

"Here's meatloaf for you guys." Lynn Sr. "But fair warning: hot from the oven but full of lovin'."

Indeed, there was still steam erupting from the meat, so everyone waited for their dinner to cool down until their tongues and mouths could grasp their pieces. "Luna, Lincoln, i know I have said this many times before, but thank for you saving me from Raleigh."

"Ah, don't mention it." Luna said. "And don't worry, that scumbag is not getting out of that cell for a long time."

"He will need all the therapy he can get." Lincoln added.

"Good. I never want to see that creep again." Leni said before taking a bite if her meatloaf. "Ahh! Hot hot hot!" With her mouth burning, she took a sip if her mint tea with ice cubes in it and she was feeling better.

"Here, let me help you with that." While eating, Luna had her value gloves off and she used one of her fingers (after she washed her hands), and the steam in the meatloaf was gone, and promptly took her finger off.

"What did you just do?" asked Lucy

"Since I have ice powers," Luna excplained, "i took away most of the heat from Leni's loaf so it l's not hot anymore."

"Yay!" Leni clapped her hands. "Thanks, Luna." Everyone continued eating their food and it was so yummy. The bacon glued to the meatloaf made it even more yummy and juicy.

Just got Paid by Eric Gales plays

a young man had come home from work and he was as old as Luna, or maybe one or two years older. He was coming back from his job at thr Burpin Burger, and it was his payday. This boy was African-American and he was wearing a regular red shirt and some blue jeans with a chain wallet on the right pocket.

"Jesse, is that you, baby?"

"Yeah mom. I'm home." He walked in the kitchen and saw his mother cooking dinner. "Whatcha making?"

"Mashed potatoes with steak."

"Nice."

"How was work?"

"Busy. Very busy. But I just got paid today and I got a pocket full of change." The teen showed her the cheque. "Hard work paid off, but it was all worth it with the money here."

"Good."

This was Jesse Brookes. One of Luna's friends in school. He was a rather interesting person, because he might look like he loves hip-hop, he actually loves heavy metal and rock more. Jesse was one who listens to Living Colour, Tony MacAlpine, Animals as Leaders, and other bands. Of course, he loves Dokken, Tesla, Motley Crue, Guns N Roses, Aerosmith, and any other rock band that sounded good to his ears. Jesse loved all kinds of music and he was a pretty skilled guitar player, which was interesting to Luna since he loved playing it and she loved playing it too.

"Did you see or talk to Luna recently?"

"I did, mama." said the teen, "she said she was doing good, and my dad said that she is fighting some more crime as ever. How is he by the way?"

"Another hard days work for an officer, baby." his mother replied. "He wishes he was here, but he is an officer and a man's gotta do what a man's gotta do."

"I hear that. Still, he's off tomorrow. Besides, I need to go see Luna and see if we can rehearse with her and Sam together. It's been a little while since we jammed together."

"well, here's your dinner ready. Call your sister down her and tell her dinner's on, okay?"

"Okay." Jesse peaked at the foyer and called out: "Tanya! Dinner's ready, come on down!"

"Coming!" called a little girl's voice from upstairs. The three family members sat together at the table and they enjoyed a nice little dinner of mashed potatoes and steak put together, along with a few corn and peas on the side, and it was a nice, quiet dinner for them. As soon as dinner was over, Jesse went upstairs to play on his guitar, and he suddenly got a phonecall from what appeared to be Luna herself.

"Hello?"

"Hey Jes."

"Luna! W'sup?"

"up for another jam session with me and Sam?"

"Sure. It's been a while since we did that." Jesse replied. "I can't wait to show you the shredding that I was working on last night. How is your superhero life?"

"Awesome! Fighting bad guys, making sure I save people on a daily basis."

"Gotcha. Well, talk to you later, Luna."

"Okay, take it easy, Jesse."

Jesse then hung up the phone and excitedly played the guitar. "I wish I had superpowers of my own." he said to himself out loud. He turns out to be quite a dreamer and a little bit of a child prodigy.
