in prison, two villains have just been released for hood behavior. The two former inmates were Doug and Michelle, who fought against Luna and Lincoln before. These two were being released from jail after putting Luna's family into a hostage crisis? After all that they had done to Luna and Lincoln? It would sound like a fifty-fifty for these two to be let go and roam as free people again. "You are free human beings, Doug and Michelle," said the warden. "Just sign these papers and your personal belongings are in this right here."
Both these former judges were really happy to be out of prison at last. There was a lot of papers that needed signing, but it was worth it since they are officially free from the Stony lonesome now. "And is that all the papers we need to sign?" Michelle asked curiously.
"Yep. Just sign all of these and y'all are good to go." The warden replied. "But, i better not catch you two vandalizing public and private property alike, along with taking families hostages out of spite and revenge, or else, you will both get a double sentence here. And i promise it will be worse than your first sentence." He had his sunglasses down in an intimidating way so that the former judges could look at him in the eyes. "There are some fresh pickaxes for you guys to do more backbreaking labor for you if you come back here."
Gulping in fear, Michelle and Doug did not want to be put back in jail, and anything was absolutely better than being incarcerated, no matter how long the sentence is. "You have our word, Warden Burl. We promise to not do any of that senseless destruction ever again." Doug swore.
"Good. Glad y'all have learned your lesson." Said the warden. "As soon as all the papers here are signed, you are both free to go."
As soon as the last paper was signed with both their signatures, Doug and Michelle happily walked out of the jail and enjoyed their first moments of freedom that haven't had in a while. Of course it wss cold, but they got some jackets before they went out into the snow.
"I am so glad to be out of there." Said Doug.
"You and me both," Michelle agreed with him. "At least we haven't lost our houses."
"True. Although... we're still blackballed from show business. I don't know what other jobs we can do. And... maybe we were wrong about trying to change Luna before."
Silent for a few seconds, Michelle said: "yeah, maybe we were. But come on, we just wanted her to be the new thing for America's next hit maker. But... maybe we were a little hard on her. Maybe we should just try and move on from Luna and start our lives over."
"Yeah. We could... try and start over and try to make our own show and be more accepting of what kids want to sing or play. It's the least we can do. After all, we were all trying to just help those kids become stars in the world. We both love kids, right?"
"Totally! That was the reason why we had America's Next Hit Maker, to help them out."
"Perhaps we were taking it the wrong direction and we can just try and make amends for all we did in the record shop. How can we make it up to them?"
"We could try and make ab apology the store."
"Excellent idea, Michelle! Maybe give them some cookies or flowers as an apology gift."
"Good thing i got my grandma's secret recipe." Michelle sang. "But first, let's just enjoy our freedom and go back to our homes."
"Good thinking."
Both of them went their separate ways and went to their houses and never felt so happy to be back home. Perhaps these two were really trying to change their ways and be more like good people instead of what they were before when they committed arson against the record shop. Could these two keep their promises to themselves about wanting to change and make some apologies? Or could they fall back to doing evil deeds and cause more mayhem?
One thing that was absolutely certain was: if they did cause more damage and destruction, then Luna and her heroic friends will just put them back in jail for a longer sentence (depending on what crime they would want to commit). If they were to truly apologize to Luna and everything else that they were trying to destroy, then they would have to think long and hard about how they can make things right and make amends with everyone.
Now it was going to be a little different for them, if they can keep their promises and not go back to being villains.
Meanwhile
Lisa was still observing the rock and got a little notice from the government that they wanted to look at the rock as well. Luckily, being associated with the government, Lisa let them know that she will give it to them when she has all the studies about it to give to the government officials when she is finished. "Hmmm, so much studies in this stone. This certainly deserves a big spot in the museum."
Another idea came to her head as she was thinking further about this rock.
"Maybe I could get a Nobel prize and some cash from this remarkable discovery. Yet again... maybe all the heroes should get their fair share of this find, since they found it first. Either way, this baby will be on its way to the museum."
This gigantic stone never stopped flashing a red on the stipes and it wss certainly like a lighthouse beacon.
Meanwhile, playing with Luna on his guitar again, little did Jesse know that deep inside of him was: something slightly changing within him and he doesn't even notice it. Perhaps he might notice it more and he taken to the doctor about what is going on with him.
Still, it was not painful or anything like that. It was just something... unusual.
