Eddy Conroy's house was a blast for Lincoln and Luna since they were both babysitting the little boy while his parents were handling a family emergency. Lincoln and Eddy were playing some Lethal Blows on the Y-crate console system. Luna herself was on the couch and texting to Sam about what has happened recently with Living Taser and Hairdoom and the crime they committed earlier.
She was texting how funny it was when Sam electrocuted Hairdoom with her lightning powers, and how the crazy supervillain was blubbering and squirming as if she had a seizure from being electrocuted. "Heh, just the way she squirmed around like she was going off the rails on a crazy train." Luna thought out loud. She then got a funny text from her girlfriend saying "LOL" and how funny it was when it happened.
What was more important was those two were subdued by the forces of good once again. When another fight between good and evil will happen, it is certainly uncertain when, but Luna knows that evil never sleeps, with our without superpowers on its side.
It was a good thing Luna is a patient kind of girl and a very chill one as well. For now, she can just enjoy her normal life she would normally have and just be herself.
"I'm gonna bewt you, Lincoln!" Eddy said competitively
"Ooh, we'll see about that, Eddy." Luna's brother replied, determined to win the match against this younger child. This match went on for about twenty minutes and ultimately, Lincoln was the one who remained victorious at the end of the match. "Yay!" Lincoln cheered for himself.
"Aw man." Eddy said. "Beat me again."
"Don't worry, you'll get better if you keep playing." Lincoln gave the younger kid an encouraging pat on his back.
Eddy laughed and he said: "yeah, I know." Then he looked at the icy, rocker girl who was still on the sofa. "So when do you think mom and dad will be back, Luna?"
"They say they will be back before bedtime, Eddy. Don't you worry." Luna said. "They won't stay at the hospital all night. Just for a few hours."
"That's fine. I need some lemonade."
"Sure, I'll get it for ya, dude." Luna said before doing just that. Eddy was happy to have been given the beverage and happily took a few sips of it. "So you still don't know what you wanna do in Paris little bro?"
"Well like I mentioned, probably the Eiffel Tower since it's the most famous landmark in Europe."
"Cool. Then Eiffel tower it is. Me and Sam can go up there and get a kiss under the moon."
"You should play Clair de Lune while you guys are having a date there."
"Ooh, good idea, baby bro. Especially for on a boat road together.' Luna agreed. "Mason's dad said that the food over there is good too. But.. I don't want to eat snails. Frog legs, maybe I can taste, but snails? Probably not."
"Eww, snails?" Eddy said in disgust. "Who eats that stuff?"
"Many people in France." Lincoln said. "I mean, it might sound a little disgusting, but I tried it and... it tasted a little decent. Slimy a little, but decent."
"Where?"
"Jean-Juan's French Mex buffet."
"Oh yeah. I've heard of that place."
"Well snails might be too much for me to handle. No disrespect towards the Frenchies, but I don't want to eat escargot."
"What if Sam wants it? Would you share it with her?" Lincoln asked curiously
"Well, me and Sam did say we would try different things, so... I guess I can give it a shot. And I hope that frog legs do taste like chicken."
"Me too." Her brother agreed.
"You guys are going to Paris?" Eddy asked
"Yep. In next week." Lincoln replied boldly. "Luna's friends' dad is going to pay for the trip."
"We were going to go next month, but Mason's dad got us an early headstart so me and my bro can go their sooner."
"Cool."
Meanwhile, at Luna's house, the doorbell rang and Lynn was the one who answered it. "Hey this is the Loud place, how can i-" she paused to see Doug and Michelle woth rsther genuine smiles, making Lynn growl. "Ugh, it's you stinky turds. What do you want?"
"Is Luna here?" Asked Doug
"Nope. Not here." Lynn said. In a far more rude voice, she added, "no get lost before I go gorilla on you!" She then slammed the door on their faces. She tried walking away, but the two former judges pressed the doorbell a couple of times so that it can get her attention. Growling again, she went back to the front door. "What now?!" She said
"Look, we know what we did to you all was wrong." Michelle said.
"Lynn, who the hay is that at-" Lynn Sr came in the foyer as he recognized the two paroles. Scowling at the two, he said: "oh no, not you guys again." Everyone else in the family noticed this and began saying things like "go away!" Or "stuck-up people like you are not welcomed her in this house!" And other similar things.
"Okay, okay, we understand how mad you are at us." said Doug. "But we want you all to know we are really sorry for the way we acted before. We just wanted to help Luna and we didn't know that we were mostly caring about ourselves."
"Give me one good reason why I shouldn't feed you stinkers to Uncle Jim's pigs in his farm." Lana said. Everyone agreed with her and it made Doug and Michelle a little scared by this.
"Because we really are sorry, and we have something to show how sorry we are." Michelle replied. "A present for you all."
"Everyone still looked suspicious about this, but Rita said: "well okay. But no tricks, or you're pig food."
"Absolutely. We will not pull trick whatsoever. Besides, you wouldn't really feed us to a herd of pigs, would you?" Michelle said
"After you literally held us hostage before, we can make this an exception." Lori added firmly.
