Jesse was walking with Lisa and his own cohorts to the backyard where Lisa's special bunker was. A place to keep safe from a very disastrous event that could happen to the world someday. Whether it be a zombie apocalypse, Democracy officially dies in the United States, a direct terrorist attack from the Middle East, or if North Korea decided to officially bomb them (and or Mr. Grouse going berserk around the Loud residence), it was the safest place anyone could go to if something very awful or disastrous happens. Little did most people know; Lisa also had something very special within her bunker.
Deep down the disaster-proof chamber was something cool.
"Now, watch your feet, the ladder that leads from here to the surface can be a little slippery. Always go up and down with caution just in case." Lisa pointed, being the first one to come down in the bunker. "This is more than just a bunker. This place, I just modify in the most... recent times. Just in case there are more heroes. I was going to surprise you, but I guess this ship will be sailed soon enough."
"Nice bunker. Looks like something out of World War 2 a little." Jesse complimented the interior
"A rather light way to put it. A little similar to the Maginot line in France." Lisa said. "Just stand in the center everyone. Let me push this button with the remote." Pulling out the small device, she pushed a big red button on it, and before everyone else knew it, the floor was taking them underground like an elevator.
"you said you built this recently?" asked Lincoln
"Affirmative, Lincoln. You'll never know when a new idea will strike a genius like moi." the child prodigy boasted herself. The floor elevator was taking everyone one-hundred feet underground, and what everyone (minus Lisa) looked at around them, surprised and amazed all of them. This appeared to be a large cave that looked so much like a training ground with the same dummies as before. The place was like a dome like the size of a high school gym.
"How did you build this place so quick, dude?" Luna asked with her mouth agape
"My little robot friends helped me with that."
"That makes sense." Lincoln said. "You know how to do things without mom and dad's consent. Do they know that you built a training area under the house?"
Lisa motioned her eyes to and fro like she committed a vicious and heinous crime but won't admit it. "No..." she said. "But I will tell them in due time. But for now, let's keep this to ourselves, especially Leni."
"True. We love her, but she can't keep a secret." Mason admitted. "We'll not tell for the time being. Although, I am a little confused. I thought we usually practice our powers in the backyard?"
"Yes, but now that Jesse here has the power to manipulate rocks and light, i thought he would practice in a place where there would be no vandalism involved, and getting in trouble with Johnny law."
"That makes sense." Mason admitted
"yeah, wouldn't wanna accidentally ruin someone's car with a rock. Otherwise, i could be charged with vandalism." Jesse added. "So, how am I going to do this without ruining the place here?"
"Simple. We will all be behind this green barrier I have programmed in the building to protect us from any harmful obstacles coming our way." Lisa said. She pulled out a remote and pushed the third one from the bottom, revealing a force field that is blaring a green round light around Lincoln, Luna, Mason, and Lisa. "Just be careful of any hazardous or harmful objects."
"Yeah, you can do it, Jesse." Luna cheered on her friend.
The boy smiled and a dozen dummies appeared as the training began. The ground suddenly turned to earth and it was perfect since Jesse got earth powers. Quickly, he wondered what he can do with it first.

Jesse readied his left fist and pounded the ground with it, sending shock-waves at the first dummy, instantly making it fly from the immense power of the wave. "Whoa. This is cool." he remarked. He thought of what else he can do, and he tried raising his hands slowly, making large chunks of artificial earth rise from the ground at his will, but then they just dropped back in place.
"Try using your mind to help you lift them, Jess." Luna said
"Good idea." Jesse did what his fried suggested and he focused on lifting the rocks without any distractions. This time, it was more successful. "Ah, here we go." he threw his right arm at one dummy and demolished it, and then he threw the left one on the third dummy, destroying that as well. "Cool."
"Nice going, Jesse!" Lincoln cheered. Everyone and the newest hero noticed that the rocks were glowing a yellow color around it, like some kind of aura whenever he controls them. Jesse continued on with the rock abilities and he began using his power to create a ride for himself; a large piece of earth floating at Jesse's will and picking him up, flying around the area. At first, Jesse was fumbling a little bit, and fell down a couple of times. Luckily, he would catch his falls just in time before hitting the floor, and regained control of the gigantic rock, hovering and flying.
Jesse's eyes were glowing yellow as well, and he had his right leg in front of him. To him, it was like skateboarding or surfing on a rock in midair instead of cement and water from the ocean.
It went on for about thirty minutes, and Jesse was slowly getting the hang of using his earth powers, and Luna asked: "Wanna see your light abilities?"
"I think that's a good idea." Jesse raised his hand and blasted a bunch of new dummies with rays of light coming out of his hands. The color was a yellow type of brightness and it was like bullet glowing from being released from a gun, or a shooting star that was miniature. These new dummies Lisa made were more powerful and durable than the ones before, and they can almost withstand the heat of the light beams. Scores of light burns were seen on the practice dummies, still hot and burning.
Indeed, these robots were a little more indestructible, almost like bulletproof Plexiglass. Still, it didn't stop Jesse from practicing some more. He needed to be ready for the big, bad world that might come through something difficult towards him. Life is quite unpredictable, and no one will know when someone or something will hit them in the face. Lincoln, Luna, Mason, and Lisa were all impressed by how much of a cool superhero he will become. Of course, he will need some more practice before he can perfect his new abilities.
Not to mention the hand-to-hand combat training in case his powers wouldn't work against a certain foe. Like Luna and Sam, he was trying so hard to perfect his combat skills since he got his new metahuman abilities. Jesse will, in due time, be as great as Luna and Sam. More training happened, and Jesse was feeling a little out of breath from a good workout.
"Man, that was a good workout." he said, feeling proud.
"Yeah, you did good." Luna said
"More practice makes perfect."
"Oh yeah, I know that." Jesse concurred. "Way more training if I'm gonna get this right. I wonder how Leni is making the suit."
"She'll get it done, Jesse." Luna reassured. "Leni is a fashionista."
"No argument. She makes pretty good dresses and clothes." The newest member of the hero team took a sip of his Power Juice before adding: "just try to keep this from my dad. He might flip on me if he finds out." he looked rather worried now. "Trust me, you do NOT want him to flip on you, especially if he is the chief of police."
"He won't find out. I promise." said Luna. "Our lips are sealed.
"Thanks guys."
They all went back on the surface to the bunker since training was over for now, and Jesse felt a newfound power within himself since he got his powers. He hoped that the suit Leni is making will be stylish with some swag. Coming back inside the house, they were greeted with a happy and joyous Leni at the back door. "Good news guys. Jesse's suit is finished!"
"That was quick." Lincoln said
"Yeah, i create what comes into my mind." She showed him the suit and it looked nice. It was mostly the color of red with a comet insignia on the chest, and around his lower body was yellow with a belt on it. Finally, there was a mask with yellow goggles on it to cover his face, minus the mouth and the nose, along with two black, heavy boots. "What do you think?"
"Let me try these out." Jesse smiled and he put on the suit in the bathroom, looking nice. As soon as he got out, his friends were just as amazed at how nice he looked in his new super suit.
"Cool!" Lincoln said.
"I know. I look super." Jesse said. "No pun intended."
"Now we have Ice, lightning, fire, and Earth" Luna smiled, showing her ice powers on her hands again. "So what name should we give ya?"
The newest hero had a thinking look on him, and had an idea. "Call me Meteor."
"I like it." Leni said.
"Moi aussi." Mason agreed.
