"Congratulations, Ginny!" Gwenog said, pulling Ginny into a hug, when Ginny shared the news with the team. Gwenog didn't exactly keep it a secret that she was glad one of her team members was married to a bearer, it was just one less person she had to worry about getting pregnant and not being able to play. While she didn't keep it a secret, she didn't go around broadcasting it either.

Especially when it came to Ginny, their star player. Gwenog didn't know where the team would be if it weren't for her. They had been nearly undefeated since the younger woman joined the team, Ginny's reserve, Sarah, was good, but just wasn't good enough for the competition.

"Thanks, Gwenog." Ginny responded, returning her hug, longing to be home with her family.

"I'm excited for you, Ginny!" Eleanor, one of Ginny's fellow Chasers, exclaimed, as Gwenog broke the hug.

"Yes, yes," Gwenog rushed, "We're all excited for them! Now, let's get back to practice!"

"Hi, I'm here to pick up James?" Molly told the woman working the desk at James' daycare.

The woman reached over and pulled out a file, "And, what would your name be?"

"Molly Weasley." Molly answered. "I'm his grandmother."

The woman flipped through the files, "Ah, here it is, I'll go get him for you." She told Molly, standing and going to a room to the left. Just a few moments later, James came running out, followed by the woman.

"Grandma!" he yelled, running up to her. "Where's daddy?"

"Daddy had a He-" Molly cut herself off, glancing over at the woman as she returned to her desk, "Daddy had a doctor's appointment today. So, you're going to come over to my house for a little bit."

James gasped, "Can we make cookies?"

Molly chuckled, holding her hand out for him to take, "We can make cookies."

"Well, what have we got here?" Harry asked, leaning against the doorframe leading into the kitchen.

James was standing on a chair, Molly right behind him to keep him from falling, as they mixed ingredients together. Scattered on the counters were a carton of eggs, gallon of milk, bags of flour, and sugar, and an empty bag of chocolate chips.

"Daddy!" James cheered, and Molly picked the little boy up and set him on the floor so he could run to his father.

"Hey, buddy!" Harry said, crouching down to catch him.

"We're making cookies!" James exclaimed.

"I see that." Harry told him, eyebrows raised.

"He asked, and I didn't think you would mind…" Molly explained.

"I don't." Harry told her, looking up from his crouched position. "It is almost time to go, though."

"Awe." James whined.

"Oi." Harry raised an eyebrow, "don't whine."

"You might not be able to help me finish this batch, but you can take the first batch we made with you." Molly told James, as Harry stood back up.

"You want to see what we got in the mail to other day?" Harry asked Ginny, as he finished making James' birthday breakfast.

"Uh, sure?" Ginny said, leaning against the counter, as James and Teddy came running into the kitchen.

Harry turned, reaching into the basket they kept on the counter for mail, pulling out an envelope that had their muggle mailing address written on it in gold lettering, and handed it to her.

She took it, opening it and pulling out a dark blue slip of paper. It had white roses as a boarder and silver loopy handwriting;

Please Join us for the wedding of

Cho Chang

Dudley Dursley

Saturday, the fifth of March

Three o'clock in the afternoon.

Reception to follow.

Ginny's eyebrow slowly rose as she read. She looked up to her husband as he set a plate of cut up pancake, scrambled egg, and bacon in front of the table in front of James, before doing the same for Teddy minus cutting the pancake.

"Do you think they know?" Ginny asked, referring to whether the Dudley and his family knew of Cho's status as a witch.

"I have no idea." Harry answered, pouring himself a cup of tea and Ginny a cup of coffee.

"Grandma! Grandpa!" James and Teddy called, running out of the car and up to the burrow.

Ginny chuckled, going around the car to grab the basket holding James' birthday presents. They had gotten him a couple books, a stuffed lion, some toy cars, and a children's broomstick which didn't go over a few feet high. Not going too overboard, knowing that the rest of the family would spoil the little boy rotten.

"James! Teddy!" Molly exclaimed, crouching down to catch the little boys as they ran into her arms.

"We gonna have chocolate cake?" James asked seriously, leaning back to look his grandmother in the eye.

"Of course!" Molly chuckled, letting the boys go and standing straight.

"For now, though, let's go inside and see your aunts and uncles and cousins, okay?" Arthur asked.

"They're already here?" James asked, blue eyes wide.

"Of course." Molly answered, chuckling when the boys cheered and ran into the house.

"I've finally gotten our bus fixed up, we'd like to take the family to a cabin in the mountains over Christmas." Arthur told the family at lunch.

"You want us all to ride in the bus?" Hermione asked. "Would we even all fit?"

"We would!" Arthur assured, "I made sure it had plenty of seats when I bought it."

"About this cabin…" Bill started.

"It's a seven bedroom, three bathroom. I figured the couples could all have their own rooms, the kids could be in the remaining room and Charlie in the living room. Or, the kids in the living room and Charlie in the spare bedroom, anyway…" Arthur explained excitedly, going on to describe the kitchen, living room, and the surrounding area.

"I mean, it sounds great," Ginny started, "but dad, wouldn't that be expensive?" she shared a look with Harry, seeing that he agreed with her.

"You don't worry about that." Arthur told her, "I'd just like everyone to come with us."

"Good work out there today, team!" Gwenog cheered as they stepped into the tent, the screaming of the crowd cutting off as the flap fell shut behind them.

She turned to face her team, her grin slipping, "What was that?"

"What was what?" Stella asked, leaning her broom next to her bed.

"That game!" Gwenog snapped, shocking the rest of the team, "It was sloppy, we barely won!"

"But we did win." Celeste, the Keeper of the team, protested, blonde hair falling out of the ponytail it had been pulled back into, "We did just fine, in fact, I'd say we did great."

"We could have done better." Gwenog argued. "Had Kate just waited to catch the snitch, and Ginny been faster, we could have gotten at least one more score."

"What is your problem today?" Ginny piped up, it was just one possible score that they had missed. It wouldn't have even been a make-or-break score.

"My problem?" Gwenog asked, pointing to herself, "My problem is that ever since you found out your husband was pregnant, you've been distracted!" She jabbed her finger in Ginny's direction.

"There's three of us chasers." Ginny retorted, "How is it solely on me that we didn't get as many points as you wanted?"

"This isn't just about how many points I wanted us to score." Gwenog hissed.

"Then what is it about?" Ginny asked, "Look around you. No one else is upset with how we did!"

"I mean, we did still win." Marilyn, Gwenog's fellow beater, said sheepishly.

Gwenog growled wordlessly, spinning on heel and stamping off to her bed.

Ginny sighed with a roll of her eyes, "Well, who wants to go to the pub to celebrate?" she asked, "On me."

The team cheered in agreement, gathering their things and changing out of sweaty uniforms.

"Oh yeah, just go celebrate without your captain!" Gwenog called from her bed.

"You're welcome to come too!" Ginny returned, shimmying into her jeans and throwing on a peach-colored t-shirt.

"I don't feel like going." She sulked.

"Suit yourself, then." Ginny muttered, slipping into her trainers and sharing a look with her fellow teammates.

"We actually have a new Ultrasound tech." Ethan told Harry, leading him to another room with an ultrasound machine, "If you'll just wait here, I'll go get her."

Harry nodded, sitting in the small metal chair next to the exam table, Ethan left the small room.

He wasn't waiting long when a knock came at the door, and it slowly and quietly opened. A petite, middle-aged woman, with salt and pepper hair pulled back into a ponytail, stepped into the room.

"Mr. Potter?" She asked, Harry stood, "I'm Kathleen Jones, the new ultrasound tech here. If you want to lay down on the exam table, we can get this show on the road, shall we?"

"Yeah," Harry agreed, pushing himself up onto the table, "Let's get this done."

"Excellent!" Kathleen exclaimed, pulling on latex gloves, and handing Harry a towel, "Lay down, pull your shirt up, and tuck this towel into your waistband."

Harry complied, following Kathleen's instructions, remembering doing the same when he was pregnant with James.

Kathleen grabbed the bottle of ultrasound gel, squeezing a generous amount onto Harry's abdomen. She grabbed the doppler from it's stand and pressed it to his abdomen, using it to spread the gel. She used her other hand to operate the machine, clicking, measuring, scrolling.

"How have you been feeling lately, Mr. Potter?" she asked after a moment's silence, as she printed an image and laid it on the table next to the machine.

"Fine." Harry told her, "I mean probably about the same as I felt with James."

"And you're twelve? Weeks along?" Kathleen questioned.

"Um… Yes? A little over." Harry answered, shouldn't she know this? Shouldn't Ethan have told her? What was going on?

"Hmm." Kathleen hummed, printing several more pictures, more setting the doppler back in it's stand, turning the machine off, "I need to talk to Healer Pomfrey. You can go ahead and wipe the gel off your abdomen." She told him, standing up and grabbing the pictures she had printed, before leaving the room.

He did so, pulling the towel from his waistband and wiping his stomach with it, attempting to keep his heartrate from skyrocketing. That wasn't anything like his ultrasounds with James. Why was she asking those questions? Why wouldn't she tell him anything? Why wouldn't she show him the screen?

A sense of dread filled him, and he tried to reassure himself with the fact that she was new. Maybe she just had a couple questions herself?

A soft knock came, and Ethan opened the door with a solemn expression on his face. Harry's stomach dropped, he really wished Ginny were here with him.

"What's going on?" Harry asked, arms wrapping around his stomach.

"I am so sorry," Ethan started, sitting down on the rolling stool next to the ultrasound machine.

"Just tell me what's going on." Harry said shortly, sick of the non-answers he kept getting.

Ethan sighed, before taking a deep breath, "You miscarried." He told him bluntly.

Harry shook his head, "But, I haven't bled any."

"You had what we call a missed or silent miscarriage. Where the baby has stopped growing and the heart has stopped beating but no tissue has passed yet." Ethan explained.

"When?" Harry asked suddenly.

"When?" Ethan echoed.

"When did it…" he trailed off, not wanting to voice it, lest it make it real.

"You're measuring at ten and a half weeks." Ethan answered.

"Oh." Harry muttered, staring down at his hands, he felt almost… detached. Distant. "What do we do now?" he heard himself ask.

"Well, we can give you a potion to help the process along, or we can just wait and monitor you."

"I think, I think I'd rather wait." Harry muttered.

"Well, you need anything, or you change your mind about the potion, just call me, okay?"

Harry nodded, "Okay."
