I want to apologize for the long gap. Recently decided to move, along with a problem with muse. Not a lack of one, the opposite. I have so many ideas on how I want things to play out, and so I spent some time world-building. Go big or go home right? So expect some new players and pieces. This game is only getting started.

(One Year Later)

It took some time. Lots of things had to fall into place for me to get this far. The man who taught me everything he knew sadly passed away. He only told me his name on his deathbed, months after I was taken in by him.

'James Lucius'

He told me his whole life story. How he started this forge with his wife before all the skyscrapers were built. How she died and how his work suffered as a result. Now he could barely keep the lights on while the land developers wanted his deed so they could build on his property.

He offered to adopt me. To be the child they couldn't have. I was a bit shocked, and more than a little humbled. I accepted, becoming Azrael Lucius, and he died with a smile on his face. Kept company by the son he taught.

Of course, they came after the land. With me as the sole heir, however, I had the deed. I refused to give them my home. The old man was good to me, I wouldn't betray his memory.

'LuciusWorks' was the new name for the shop, named for the man who helped me take my first steps

However, I didn't just stop there. It was soon after that I realized just how broken my choice in power was.

Crafting is the creation of something new through existing materials. Broad term right? Well, that applies to what I can do as well. As a god of crafting, I can quite literally create Anything as long as I have the materials.

Forging? Simple.

Tailoring? Sure.

Woodworking? Childs play.

Then came the vaguer projects.

Computer Code? I became a master programmer.

Scientific Serums? I outclass Merlot by a long shot.

LIFE?! Let's just say I took playing god to a whole new level.

However, life wasn't just fun and games. Walking around Vale netted me more than a few surprises.

'The old man isn't doing a good job hiding it. I know he's sick. Should I go for a healing Domain?'

"Ah!" Hmm?

I looked down, noticing I had knocked someone over. Cursing my obliviousness, I offered her a hand.

"Sorry. Was lost in my thoughts."

"It's fine, I was zoning out too." Her soft hand grasped my own, and I pulled her up easily.

'Why does that voice sound familiar?...'

I took a minute to look her over as she patted herself off. She was a bit short, although she seemed only a year younger than me. Short ash-blond hair in two messy buns, Cheshire cat smile with two cat-like yellow eyes.

'Is she wearing...a school uniform?'

"Jeez, gonna make a girl blush by staring so hard~." A teasing voice snapped me out of my musing.

I scratched my neck, a sheepish grin on my face. "Sorry again. How about I buy you something to eat to make up for it?"

Her eyes widened with her grin, fangs now visible in her smile. A constant blush now on her cheeks.

'She's cute, but why the hell do I get the feeling she's dangerous?'

"You sure are forward~. Asking out a girl you just met~." She leaned closer, hands behind her back as her face was inches away from my own.

I backed off, blinking as I reigned in my blush. Never have I met such a tease before.

As I calmed down, I heard her cackling before an arm hooked into my own. I looked down to see the petite blond grinning up at me.

"Come on! I know a great ramen place!" She dragged me off easily, showing some power in her small frame.

'I'm eating out with a cute girl. Why do I feel such a chill down my spine?...'

It was sometime later when I was able to forget about the feeling, just enjoying my time with her. She complained about her uncle and sister always out working, while I told her about my job as a smith. It was fun, talking with someone my age.

It was then I noticed how dark it was, and being the gentlemen I was, offered to walk her home. The shine in her eyes sent another warning through me, while her grin somehow became sinister.

"Sure! I know a shortcut!"

She dragged me away again, I barely had enough time to throw the money for the bill on the table before I was pulled along. Her shortcut leads through a few back-alleys, twisting down one turn to another. It was then I realized something.

"By the way, I never got your name?"

She looked back, in the dimming light of dusk and the shadows of the alley only her eyes and smile could be seen.

"Himiko. Himiko Toga~."

My blood ran cold. Almost as the cold as the dagger the arced towards my throat.

I stepped back, avoiding the blow. only to duck under another as she threw a knife at me. I looked around, noticing she seemed to disappear.

'Fuck. FUCK. What the hell is she doing here?!'

I dived forward, just barely dodging a black mass as it flew towards my head.

'This isn't Bnha! So why the FUCK is she here!'

I gritted my teeth as I felt a gash open up on my arm, lashing out with a leg to knock my assailant to the ground. Holding the wound, I cursed my procrastination in getting my Aura unlocked.

"So rough~..." I saw her flip to her feet, landing as gracefully as a cat. Her eyes glowing in the dark.

"I love that in a man~."

She stalked towards me slowly, rows of knives now on her hips.

'Think dammit! How can you get out of this? What does she want? Blood, cute boys, and love right? Wait...'

"Here I come~!"

She almost seemed to disappear, a blur dashing low to get with my guard. Right before her hand swept up to end my life, I dashed forward gripping her wrist.

'I hope this works!'

Biting my tongue harshly, I let my blood fill my mouth before kissing her roughly. Forcing both into her own. I heard her squeak in surprise before moaning in bliss. My blooding spiling between or lips as I pressed her against the wall. I let go of her hand, the knife long since fell to the ground.

I pulled away some time later when we had to breathe. Seeing her once sharp eyes now dulled as she giggled like a lovesick schoolgirl. Which I guess she was.

I heard a low whistle, turning my head only to pale. A familiar ice cream short stack clapping with a smirk on her face as she watched from atop a nearby crate.

"Hi, Sis!"

...

...Oh dear lord.

She sashayed over only to run a finger along my chin, wiping off a bit of my blood that spilled from my kiss with Himiko. She suggestively licked it off, her eyes widening as her smirk grew.

Himiko appeared at her side nodding rapidly with a face-splitting smile.

"I know right!"

When did she move?

She linked arms with her sister giving me a blushed filled smile as she licked the blood staining her lips.

"I gotta head home, but I'll see you soon Darling~!"

They both blew me a kiss before vanishing, shattering into glass shards, and leaving me alone in the alley. The moon had fully risen at this point, giving everything a pale light.

I slumped against the wall, losing all feeling in my legs as calmed down. When I finally regained use of my lower limbs, I began my walk home. As I did a thought occurred, '...did she call me darling?'

(A Few Months Ago)

It didn't take long for her to track me down, and ever since she became a constant fixture in my life. Always popping in when I least expect it. The number of times I awoke to her 'cuddles' was something I lost count of.

It seems my actions mixed with my blood had endeared her to me. Apparently, my blood was 'Divine'. The irony...

What was weirder was when her sister came by. Every now then I just see her there, watching me. A smirk on her face as she saw me working at the shop and the forge. The old man loved it, teasing me at every chance.

Eventually, I got used to it. At least, I got used to them being around. Not too sure about dating Himiko.

In a particularly daring moment, I said so. Only to get an answer I only should have expected.

"I know how shy you are Darling~. It's okay, I'll wait as long as you need~."

Damn it all. Well, it could be worst. Having a really cute girl love was most men's dream. If only she wasn't crazy.

I sighed reaching for my water as I set a blade to cool. Forging was second nature now. Just from pure talent alone, I could create masterful blades. If I chose to use my divine power? I could push them into legendary.

My hand closed around my water, only for the bottle to shatter like glass in my grasp. Giggling filled the air as Himiko pressed the bottle against my neck, my eyes rolling as I took my drink. I could feel her eyes on me as I did so, eagerly roaming my sweating form.

"So why is your sister always around?" I could understand Himiko, but Neo was a whole different story.

She hummed before jumping on my back, my arms unconsciously gripping her legs to hold her steady. "She's interested~. You are the first boy I didn't just bleed dry~. Plus she loves blood just like me!" Her lips kissed my neck, "And yours is addictive..." only to sink in a second later. Used to it, I let it happen. The first time it happened I may have freaked out a bit.

"Alright off. I don't want to burn you."

She giggled giddily, hopping off to watch as I finish the blade. An old fashioned bastard sword. Honed and shining beautifully, the edge capable of cutting through steel with ease.

I set it aside before grabbing a towel, dabbing off my sweat.

"I need to talk a walk."

"Kay~. I'll be in your room~."

I needed time alone and thankfully she could see that. It was almost unnerving how well she knew me.

I needed to revamp my plans. the fact that Toga was here changed things. While quirks weren't a thing in this world, her semblance was a one for one of her power. Even so, her appearance told me enough.

This was not the Remnant I remember.

My plans would have to be kept simple so I could change on a dime. My...Friendship...with Neo and Himiko gave me a way in for when Cinder became a problem. So that was good.

I am confused as to why I kissed her, however. I know she's hot, but I could have beaten her if I fought back. Even without Aura, my natural abilities would have been enough to even the odds.

[Because of your Flaw.]

'Father?'

[Yes, my Son. I came to offer another Domain and couldn't help but overhear your dilemma.]

'Why would my flaw stop me?'

[Because your Flaw is Lust of course.]

'...'

'...fuck.'

[You have a love of desirable flesh. Why harm when you can seduce?]

'That's dangerous. At least I know now, so I can plan around it.'

[Indeed. Now choose your next Power.]

I needed something strong yet subtle. Something to open up doorways going forward. I smirked as I picked my next option.

[Hmmm? Ahh, cheeky aren't you?]

'I really wanna stick it to the brothers. What better way to piss them off right?' I couldn't help my smirk growing.

[Very True. Go forth then my Child.]

I walked away, allowing pure magic to flow around my hands. A God of Magic. The irony was perfect. Now then, time to announce my presence. Time for the game to change.

I gather every bit of my magic I could and condensed it into a ball in my hand, only to crush it. The shockwave spread across all of Remnant, from Beacon to Salem's castle. Only those with magic could feel and sense it. And he was sure they were panicking.

"Consider this my proclamation of war against this world's fate."

(Present)

It was a few months since then. I could tell both Ozma and Salem were anxious. A new player had appeared, wielding power only they should still have. The Grimm had stalked around Vale more, almost like they were searching for something. The huntsman was the same, a few familiar faces rushing about. Summer Rose, Qrow Branwen, and Surprisingly enough his sister Raven.

'They look well established. Guess Raven never went back to the tribe. Does this world's Ruby not exist?'

I then spy Tai kissing both Summer and Raven.

'Nevermind. The blond strikes again.'

His wives aside, I'm guessing that makes Ruby and Yang around the same age now. interesting.

Either way, I need to start pushing my plans forward. Now 18 with full ownership of my land and business, it's time to start my plans.

My goal was simple. Using my abilities I would gather funds and influence, after which I could begin work on my other projects.

Now how would I do that?

Well...

(The Local Dump)

"Alright, The money is all here. Now, why the hell does a kid like you want to run a trash heap?"

"I have some ideas. Don't worry about it."

He shrugged and walked away, holding his briefcase full of lien. It's a bit annoying how I couldn't just put the who amount on a single card. Guess the guy was paranoid about being ripped off.

"Alright then. Time to get to work."

I had learned through experimentation that there were two ways for me to make something. The first is by hand, the second and more draining was with my power alone.

Clapping my hands, power arced between my fingers as I drew them apart. Slamming them down onto the ground, I watched as it arced all across the junk heap. It was like the trash came alive, tons of metal and stone waring to make a brand new building. The blueprints were drawn up by yours truly.

I smirked as I looked over the fruit of my efforts. It looked like a huge factory, mostly because it was.

"Wow~...Darling is so talented~."

I sighed as I felt arms wrap around my waist, only for a tired smile to cross my face.

"Thanks, Himiko."

Despite the fact she was a murderer, despite the fact she tried to kill me, despite her quite literal bloodlust. I couldn't hate her. She had even given up attacking others. Just for me.

My Flaw didn't help matters. Luckily I managed to control myself until she was old enough.

Funnily enough, Remnant considers 17 the age you can be considered an adult. Which works out well for me since I'm 18 now.

...Wait.

"Himiko?"

"Hmm~?"

"How old are you?"

"16~. My birthday is soon."

...Fuck.

...

I've been saying that a lot huh?

My crumbling sanity aside, I had reverse-engineered the Rycyclers from the Prey reboot. By having a landfill that would never get full, I would be able to constantly outperform the competition. I was already in talks to take their lands as well. Trash is both profitable and dangerous since most dumps were outside the cities. The grimm a possible threat. This is why I had outfitted the building with enough weapons and security to make Atlas blush.

This saves me money as well. Recycled materials are delivered to a warehouse I own, thus giving me free supplies. When I get the other Lucius Holdings Recycling centers going, I should be drowning in raw materials.

Now I just need workers, the previous owner worked alone since very few would risk the danger. Luckily I have this base covered as well.

(Vale Slums)

"Spare change...Please, any would do."

Sadly it seems the darker half of the show was more than prevalent here. The Faunus ward, otherwise known as the slums. Women worked corners while men begged with children. This would not stand.

I'm not a saint, but I refuse to allow this to go on.

Climbing to the top of a nearby car, I cleared my throat.

"Faunus of Vale!"

The street grew quiet, all eyes on me. Their gazes filled with fear and suspicion.

"I will not pretend to know your pain. How you feel. You've been pushed aside into the cities shadow, forced to struggle for scraps. I despise seeing you like this. You Are People!"

I could see a few nodding, while some looked at me like I was the problem. Considering how they got screwed over by humans? I don't blame them.

"I want to end this divide. To close this chapter of hate and segregation between our kind. To this end, I invite you to join me. My name is Azrael Lucius. A blacksmith, a man who works with his own two hands like anyone else."

I could see some respect now, they could tell from the muscle lining my form I knew what a hard day of work was. A few came out of hiding, and slowly they began crowding around me.

"I saw how this kingdom, this world treats its people. And I had enough. If a change would not come on its own, I would bring it myself. However, I need your help."

Eyes widened. And I could see some wearing badges of the White Fang in the crowd now. Looks like I'm on their radar now.

"I have recently bought a landfill and built a recycling center of my design. However, I need people willing to work it. People willing to help me get the funds I need to force a change."

Suspicion again.

"Which is why I'm making this offer. I'm willing to hire you for double minimum wage, along with full benefits."

I could see shock course through the crowd, it seems like even the White Fang wasn't expecting that.

"When I make enough money, I will rebuild this district, changing it to the shining jewel of Vale. Free Education!"

I saw smiles.

"New Businesses!"

More than a few tears were falling now.

"NEW HOMES!"

Children were cheering.

"I SWEAR ON MY NAME. HELP ME, BELIEVE IN ME, AND YOU WILL NEVER SLEEP HUNGRY AGAIN!"

A roar of applause. People crying and cheering my name as I stood there. I could feel my divinity rising. Power coursing through my veins as I ascended to another level of power. This only made the cheering grow louder as my presence was magnified. Almost like I was a god who came to earth.

Fact is often stranger than Fiction.

I gave a wide smile. Looking down at the people, My people. This was only the first step.

I will save this world.

Here we are. Hope you guys enjoy it after the long wait. Looks like our Godling has made some new friends and new followers. I'm excited to see where he goes next. The next chapter should be this month. So I'll See you all then!
