You guys honestly thought it would take me a while to post again, didn't you? I told you my muse was huge. The only reason I'm sticking with 2 to 3k words is that I would lose far too much track of time. Plus I'm only in the prep phase of the story. Trust me, It's only going up from here. Also, I know my choice in Himiko may be a bit confusing for some. In truth, I needed a way to introduce the godling to Roman and Neo while also showing that this world was different from what he knew. And let's be honest, Himiko fits right in with Neo.

(Evernight)

Just what is Ozma playing at?

She swept past the Grimm lining her halls, her pale skin shining in the candlelight as it contrasted with her midnight black dress.

That surge of magic was one of the purest and most powerful she's experienced in years. When she felt it, she almost fell off her throne in shock. She knew of only a few with magic in this world, herself and those Ozma gifts it too.

However, his giving magic caused his reserves and power to dwindle greatly. Before the Maidens, he was her equal. Then he lowered his power even more with the Branwen's. He was a shell of his former self.

Yet the magic she felt came from Vale, and not only that, it was more powerful than her own.

At first, she believed the gods had tired of waiting and sent a champion of their own.

But this mage had no connection to the Brothers.

An Impossibility. All magic came from them. Even her power only exists through their grace.

She narrowed her eyes as she sat down upon her throne. She has her Grimm on the lookout for anyone using magic. She Will find out who this was.

And if they weren't on Ozma's side?

A smirk crossed her lips, 'Then I may have found a new ally.'

(Beacon)

Just what was Salem playing at?

He sipped his coffee impatiently as he waited for any sort of response from his people in Vale. When he felt the surge of magic he assumed Salem herself had come to attack. Panic filling his soul as he began to meet her...

Only to realize it wasn't her.

This magic was untouched by the Brothers, a thought that both excited and terrified him.

It could be either their salvation or damnation, and it required him to finally go on the offensive.

Damn being patient, he called each of his students aware of the truth to his office immediately.

Each knew exactly why he called them, so he wasted no time in telling them to comb the city. Now all he could do was wait.

Hearing a pecking at his window he sighed and opened it. At times he regretted giving them such abilities, if only for things like this.

A crow and a raven flew in, landing on the floor before him before shifting back. Revealing both Qrow and Raven in their hunter attire.

The male sibling ran a hand through his hair sighing, "Sorry Oz, whoever it was is long gone now. We managed to get enough information that it was a guy, but it was too dark for any witnesses to see anything."

Irritation filled the sister's eyes. "We searched everywhere, but unlike you, we aren't as skilled at sensing magic in others. The only reason we felt that before was because they wanted to be known."

His elevator dinged, showing a rather short woman wearing a white cloak walked in. Her eyes filled with annoyance. "Lucky flying jerks..."

He couldn't help the smile that crossed his lips, she was always rather jealous they could become birds.

She sighed and straightened up, her eyes becoming steel. Once again reminding him why he chose her as the team leader.

"I can tell you whoever it was Professor knows you were here. They made sure that even Salem could feel it if what old Maria says is true."

He set down his coffee and laced his fingers, his elbows on his desk as his thought.

"I don't think I need to tell you why we need to find them first. This new anomaly has changed things drastically. Qrow, find Amber and bring her here as soon as possible. After which I want you here until further notice. We need all hands on deck."

The drunk gave a half salute before jumping from the window, a black shadow flying into the distance.

"Summer, Raven. I know you two have other responsibilities now with your family, but if you could keep an eye out in Vale now and then I would appreciate it."

The two women gave a nod. Knowing that their daughters probably had questions for why they left so quickly.

"Speaking of which, I assume they will join us in Beacon in a few years?"

Summer smirked, "Yep! Those girls are gonna show how it's done!"

Raven scoffed, "As if we would allow otherwise. Our team was the strongest in Beacon, it's only fitting for our children to do the same."

He gave a small smile. It was touch and go for a while, but it seems their relationship was working out well. Having multiple partners was more than common since women outnumber men by at least 3 to 1.

Thankfully Raven was knocked out of her strength mindset by Summer teaching her that strength and power were two different things. This lead to her turning in the tribe, and making a family on Patch.

"Rest assured I await their applications eagerly. Till then."

Raven pitying Summer, cut open a portal home. This lead to the redhead giving her a peck before skipping through, the slightly blushing samurai walking in after.

As the portal closed he sighed once more, taking another sip of his coffee.

"I dearly hope you're a friend. This game needs to end."

(The White Fang)

"I want everything on this Azrael. From where he was born to where he lives."

"Yes, Lady Khan!"

She sighed, wondering why in the hell she took ownership of the Fang. She wanted a change for her people but all this responsibility was annoying.

"Get me Taurus and Belladonna."

"Yes, Lady Khan!"

A file met my hand, and I skimmed through it while waiting for the two I called for to appear. Pretty cute, in an exotic sort of way. Came to Vale from the outside the kingdom, worked with an old smith before being adopted, and was left the shop. It also seems he made quality weapons if rumors were to be believed.

'I could use a tune-up on my whip...'

"Lady Khan."

I looked up from the paperwork to see them both kneeling before me. Adam was always one to look out for, she had hoped Blake would be enough to calm his more murderous tendencies, but she could feel his bloodlust for humanity.

"I need you both to investigate this Azrael. He's making moves in Vale, more specifically among the Faunus."

Adam tightened his fist, "What crimes has he committed to our people?"

"Offering Jobs and support."

Both looked up in shock. However, she could see a bit of hope in the kitten.

"He boldly marched into the slums. Stood on a car, and announced he was gonna make a change for the Faunus. Offering Jobs with his new company with great pay and benefits. Even saying he was gonna rebuild the slums to give everyone new homes."

"Talk is cheap." She heard Adam growl.

"Exactly, I want you both to investigate him. Maybe scope out his forge and businesses. Report back to me, but do not confront him. If he's on the up and up I will arrange a meeting. This is a mission of the utmost importance, do you both understand?"

"Yes, Khan!"

"Dismissed."

(Outside the Kingdoms)

"Mercury, Emerald. Pack up. We have a new assignment."

They both looked up in surprise. They had been tracking this Amber chick for a while now, and just when they were about to catch her they have to leave?"

"Is...something wrong?" The green-haired girl hesitantly asked.

"No. It seems we've found a bigger fish. If what my mistress tells me is true, then the Maiden can wait."

Her golden eyes narrowed as she stared off towards Vale. Somewhere in that city, the power that was rightfully hers was waiting.

(Sometime Later, With our Godling)

"Achoo!"

The hell? I'm a god, why am I sneezing?

"Bless you."

Oh dear Father the irony is killing me.

"Thanks, Himiko."

I was currently meeting with the different landowners of the Slums. Buying every bit of land I could, I offered double what they originally were for the deeds. Safe to say a lot of people went home crying. In a good way.

It's been about a week since I made my speech, and things have been going rather well.

"So much! This must be a mistake..."

"I don't make mistakes Miss. Jones. I make investments. I made a promise to change things remember?"

I felt tears soaking into my shirt as I was once again hugged by a crying woman. Luckily Himiko isn't the jealous type. If anything she seems amused.

"Darling really is the best isn't he?"

The mouse-eared woman nodded before signing, I handed over the lien right after. She almost burst into tears again before walking out, carrying a case full of money.

"Last one for the day. Phew."

I cracked my neck, working out the kinks. You may be wondering how I'm able to give away money so easily. Simple.

I don't care about money.

Money is simply a tool to create change in my eyes. I make decent cash to live on from my shop, anything the Recycling Centers make goes straight into furthering my plans.

As of now, I own half of the trash landfills in Vale. As soon as I buy the rest, I can start expanding into other kingdoms. I had to buy new Warehouses just to hold all the raw materials. However, I was far from done. Like a certain Arc, I keep my word.

Walking outside (With Himiko of course latching on to my arm.) I was met with the praise of the people. Faunus smiling and waving at me as I walk past. Most people seem to forget, you don't need to be a god to be worshipped.

By supporting and helping these people I had practically overridden the Brothers in their eyes.

To gain praise and worship one must simply perform miracles, by doing what no one else would I had firmly planted myself in the hearts of everyone here. I could feel their devotion, their praise. That fact alone made me protective of them.

'My people...'

Now to make good on my promise.

I stood in the middle of the street. Raising my hand to draw attention.

Instantly they grew silent, I didn't even need to raise my voice anymore.

"I have promised two things. Support, and change. I have done one, now watch as I do the other!"

I clapped my hands, the power coursing through them once more as lightning coursed through my fingers. Just like an Elric, I slammed my palms on the ground. Instantly the streets and sidewalks of the slums began to shift, warp, and change. When it was finished, the residents couldn't believe their eyes.

Where there was once broken stone and cracked concrete was now beautiful cobblestone streets and smooth sidewalks. All trash littering the ground of the old streets were now gone, used in the transformation. The smell of waste and decay gone, showing even the underground sewers were refurbished.

In one move I had turned what was once the most filthy and broken down part of the city into the most gorgeous representation of what it was like before it was left to decay.

I wasn't done quite yet, however. Instantly where the old broken down Gazebo used to be was a beautiful fountain, benches, and a lovely garden as well.

When I was done, I was ambushed by my people. I was human, yet they cheered my name and carried me on their shoulders. I gave a wide grin and waved at everyone I could.

(With a Certain Blond)

She stepped aside to allow her Darling the limelight. She could see just how much it meant to him to help these people, she knew he was twisted that way. Just like her.

He wanted, needed to help others. Even before all this he constantly helped out the neighbors and volunteered his time with others. He was broken. But unlike her, he was broken in a way that people loved him for it.

He even got people to smile at her as well. Just from being near him.

It was...Nice.

She could only smile as she saw the tear that slipped down his face, unnoticed to all except her.

(Later, At the Forge)

I had finally been able to make my way home. Himiko getting a call from her uncle and heading off on her own. I sighed as I walked upstairs to my loft. Damn it all now I missed her. Stockholm syndrome is for real. I reached the kitchen only to sniff in confusion. Why do I smell smoke?

The light flicked on. A man wearing a white suit and carrying a cane leaned against my counter. Orange hair peeked from under his hat.

'...Fuck.'

Ahh, my catchphrase strikes again.

"So..." He drawled, "You're the one my girls won't shut up about."

Why didn't I have my Aura unlocked again?

A gloved hand landed on my shoulder.

"Let's talk shop kid."

(Elsewhere)

"Have you all heard?"

"Heard what?"

"We have a new sibling."

"Really now? Father actually created someone new instead of just making yet another copy?"

"Yes...and No."

"Odd answer. Care to explain?"

"This one wasn't a god created from nothing, he used to be a mortal soul."

"Truly? From where?"

"A world destroyed millennia ago. His world's god was off checking another when someone he was in a fight with decided to be petty."

"Ahh, right. Heard about that, how long did that fight last?"

"Not long, they made up and moved on. It was just a bunch of mortals after all."

"True, Still to survive that long in the void. I can see why Father chose him."

A third voice chimed in.

"Where is he now?"

"Oh? That's rare for you to show interest. Unfortunately, we have no idea. Father wants him more established first before meeting us."

"..."

"Go and ask him yourself if you're curious."

"I will."

Here we are. A bit shorter, but it's more an interlude than anything else. Here we have everyone reacted to his actions up to this point. Including people he wasn't aware of. It seems one of his 'siblings' wants to meet their new brother. The godling has his work cut out for him.
